The staff friendly and helpful with anything needed, no issues with the room other than the sofa-bed mattress not having much support/padding, so wasn’t comfortable using it and didn’t. The breakfast was great with a variety of selection in food and drinks. Everything was immaculate, inside and outside. I highly recommend this place and will be my choice on future trips. SM

This hotel was close to where we needed to be, clean, and quiet. There wasn't a lot to go to within walking distance (Elmer's and a Shell gas station), but it was a quick drive to stores and restaurants. The elevator moves slower than other elevators I've used at other hotels, so sometimes it's just quicker to take the stairs depending on where your room is located.

We enjoyed being able to take our grandkids to the pool. Coffee was good.

This is a nice, quiet facility. It has a vibe of being more for business travelers, which is not a bad thing. Staff members were very nice and responsive. The breakfast selection was expansive and kept fresh. The indoor pool is small and not heated, so it was too chilly for my preference, and most kids I saw avoided it. There is a decent hot tub, however.

Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again.

Not long after we left, my grandson realized that he was missing an ear pod, so we went back. The desk checked with the maid doing our room, who said she hadn’t found it, so they said they would notify us if it turned up. As we were pulling away, the receptionist ran out to the car with the EarPod. We were appreciative of their efforts to find it. The breakfast didn’t seem up to par. It was sausage and scrambled eggs both days we were there, and the sausage did not seem fully cooked the second day. This was the third time I have stayed there , and usually the breakfast is better.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Both inside and out. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will definitely book here in the future.

The property was extremely clean, staff was very friendly and professional, I met the manager and she is super professional and friendly, the lady who cleaned our room she did a wonderful job. I recommend this property 100%, this is our second time staying at the property.

Great location. Easy access to highway and shopping. Breakfast had a good variety of food options. The gym was minimally equipped.

The hotel was pleasant and the staff were very helpful and nice. The only downfall was that the boiler needed repair the night of arrival so there wasn’t any hot water for the evening. It was back on in the morning and they worked hard to make sure it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, which was nice.

The stay was great. I really missed that the room did not have a microwave.

I was there to see my grandson play in State Tourney at a nearby rink, Most of the Eugene players stayed there, I was only there 1 night and did not really see much of the hotel except my room and briefly, the lobby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in and out were both quick and easy,

. Beds fairly comfortable. but I would have liked a fan in the bathroom. Got a little steamy after a normal shower.

The adorable young lady who checked us in was incredibly professional and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely taken care of, including offering to set breakfast out early the next morning because we were there for a swim meet and our granddaughter had to be at warm-ups extra early. It was amazing! We did need it one morning, and they set it out early. Unbelievable service!! Can't say enough nice things about this visit and the front desk staff. Thank you!!

Would like different breakfast options

I always enjoy staying at the Fairfield Inn in Beaverton. It’s always very nice and clean. The staff has excellent customer service skills. They really make sure all their guests are taken care of. I love how nice and quiet it is to stay there. And the breakfast room is always very clean and tidy, and the breakfasts are always delicious. The Fairfield Inn is my first choice when I come to stay in Beaverton.

Listen. Room was fine. Did the job, but the TV didnt work and shampoo bottle empty. Water pressure was good. Front desk experience lovely. So all in all... it was fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They always answered the phone. The rooms were nice and clean. We just wish the pool was heated and it was sort of dirty at the bottom. Breakfast had a good variety.

We loved how clean the room and the property were. Breakfast options a little limited- need more fruit and hot items. Wish there was a microwave in the room!

Our suggestions would be a fridge with true mini freezer on top (nice to have for cooler and allergy lunch box), and microwave in the room. And... maybe a discount for special events in the area (Special Olympics) Overall it was much nicer stay than another hotel we stayed in close by for more money. This was ok for the price we paid. But watch what you book cause they cannot change your room if you book a handicap room by accident (same rate on expedia but this user didnt notice the name difference). Awesome staff did try for us. The breakfast was ok - some pastry options and eggs and sausage. The bed was not a fave though across the 3 rooms we booked. It caused pain our backs for sure. And we could hear every door slam all around us. So hence my good rating and not better.

The beds were comfy..room pleasant and clean. Only downfalls we had, were: no fan in bathroom & no creamer for the coffee or hot chocolate available 😞( breakfast was good) All &all, our stay was great & we look forward to staying again! (P.s. live the blinds! So better to look at them the parking lot😉)

The hotel itself was super good ans bed was comfy..The room was musty and the Pool and hot tub were very dirty & smelled moldy.The hot tub had brown feime mixed in with the bubbles and the smell made me very sick ..since i had a alergy to mold

The breakfast was good. I can see that it wouldn’t be for everyone, some simple scrambled eggs would be a great addition. Checkout was quick and easy.

Very noisy. Called the front desk who would not move us to a quieter room. Hardly had any sleep as a result over a 3 night stay. Won't go back. It was clear they treated guests better when they booked direct.

The hotel was great. It's clean, quiet, and has ample parking. Loved that it had a large shower, lots of hot water, and soft towels. The mattress was soft too!

I didn't like the hot food options for.the weekend, The week day food was better

The room was small but nice and the shower was nice but the toilet was not as clean as it should have been. The one thing that made my stay unsatisfying was the breakfast. The breakfast would receive a F in my opion. I am a diabetic and not anything for me to eat. The breakfast leaves a lot to be improved on as there are many places to stay at in the area I will choose another place next time I have to choose my place to stay at. Especially since breakfast is included in the decision to stay at a place. Now i know i should have taken a picture of the very sad breakfast counter and i really mean only one little counter 😢

Easy location off of freeway with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent with two hot options. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The one issue was that the beds move too easily on the floor, every time I sat down on the bed it moved.

Safe and clean. Breakfast had options. Wish there was a place to sit or lounge in room or on property besides the bed.

Overall it was a good experience. When I booked the room I had that we had 4 travelers, 3 adults and 1 child. However even though we had the studio room it only sleeps 3. We did not know this till we pulled out the sleeper couch and saw it was only a twin. I asked to switch rooms but they said I couldn't because I booked through Expedia. They did give us extra bedding for one of us to sleep on the floor. The next day the toilet wouldn't flush and was rising like it might overflow. They were very quick to arrive and look at the issue. Turns out the whole thing needed to be taken apart and it would be very smelly. Even though they were full they managed to find a room where the guests did not arrives and left it empty. It was $50 less and slept 4 instead of 3 even though it was a little smaller and had 2 queens. It was nice that we all got a real bed the second night. The description of how many each room sleeps need to be clearer and kids should count. Mine is 14 and taller then me. Maintenance and the manager were fantastic and moved quickly to resolve the toilet issue for us. Within less than an hour we were fully moved into the new room. If it weren't for getting a room that only slept 3 even though I asked for 4 it would have been 5 stars.

Our accessible room was great, except no microwave to heat hot pad for back, as I needed it as I had back surgery 6 weeks ago. Housekeeping was great! Food was good for breakfasts, clean and plentiful! The biggest issue was two nights at 11pm whomever had the room above ours continuously walk back and forth with very heavy footing and kept us awake for an hour and a half. If a child running, I would have thought they’d be asleep at that hour. And pool was nice also, while not very warm.

Excellent stay, great breakfast options and friendly, helpful staff. We had a couch pullout bed that was not very comfortable, but staff went above and beyond to give extra blankets and pillows to make it better.

Odd that the room had no microwave and a small tv. Cheap toilet paper too. Typical Marriott in that the pool room is hot and stifling but pool is cold. Other Fairfield Marriotts have cookies in the evening. Not this one. No flavored creamers for coffee.

The condition of the room is not great, it needs some renovation and upgrades. There is only one elevator available which is not convenient. Staff is friendly.

There was no toilet paper, we had to find a housekeeping cart. Would rather had glass water glasses instead of plastic ware and an actual coffee ceramic cup for coffee instead of styrofoam. Bedding was thin, maybe another blanket in the closet? Very “boxy” room. It was clean and shower was in good condition.

The property was well kept and in a quiet secluded location.

The Jacuzzi had only one jet working. Otherwise everything was great. Staff arranged breakfast early on Sunday at around 6 am which helped us since our daughter had swim meet starting at 7 am. Really appreciate it.

The place was fine. I was disappointed that the bathroom had some hairs in the shower and the room was not tidied during my stay. We did enjoy the continental breakfast.

Large, clean, quiet room and comfortable bed. The room has a large walk-in shower with a sliding door. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ample parking just outside the lobby door. Would definitely stay here again!
