Great lobby, dining area and staff butt no pool…didn’t see this before booking so kids were bummed but overall great experience!
- 0.5/5
We were told that they couldn’t accommodate us. They booked us at another hotel, and that hotel was beautiful. But we would have appreciated a phone call rather than being told our room was gone at 11 pm, and then sent a snippy cancellation notice claiming that we had canceled late.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Wish breakfast was free like many other hotels
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was very knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was just right and the coffee was just what I needed in the morning. There is self parking around the hotel so it was very easy to stay there and have no additional fee to park my car. I will stay here again.
- 3/5
No amenities. Poor staffing at desk. Non existent food service. Nothing Hilton about the place.
- 5/5
The hotel afforded easy access to restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, etc. It also was easy to get to from the freeway
- 4/5
No continental breakfast…
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Should have breakfast included!!

Everyone was so friendly! There was a soccer tournament happening that weekend. People were loud in surrounding rooms.

I checked in at 5:30 PM well after the standard check-in time (4PM), yet the front desk stated they could not provide the room I booked because there was no housekeeping available to prepare it. As a solution, the staff offered me a second room for free. While I appreciate the gesture, this was not a viable option for me as I am traveling with a minor child. I cannot have my child sleeping in a separate room alone, and it is frustrating that the hotel could not fulfill a basic paid reservation. The lack of preparation and the inability to provide the specific accommodations I paid for made for a very stressful experience. Due to this service failure and the impractical solutions offered, I will not be staying at this hotel again during my future visits to the area.
- 4/5
Clean and near where we wanted to be. The breakfast was not free. I am not sure how it was advertised but when I’m asking for breakfast, my idea is that it’s free. It was also not explained to me when I checked in that it costs. I will be more careful next time I book. Just a little disappointing.

We were excited to sit by the outdoor fire on a cool spring evening but the staff informed us they didnt have propane. The room was nice and well kept but our room was next to the elevator and it made noise everytime it went up or down. In the morning when people were headed yo breakfast, it woke us up. Breakfast wasnt included. Ive never stayed at a hotel that didnt have continental breakfast included. Over all, i wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay while in Portland. Only complaint was having to ask for clean towels and coffee pods for our morning wake-up call. Otherwise a wonderful stay!!

I enjoyed my stay very much.

Maria, Florença, Delsy, Leni the best time house keeper I feel home
- 5/5
The room was clean, smelled clean, you could tell the sheets were either new or freshly washed. Staff were hospitable. I would recommend to anyone
- 4/5
Very happy with my stay. The hotel is dog friendly. A nice, woodsy walking path is nearby. The room was clean and quiet. Restaurant
- 5/5
The staff was professional and friendly, The hotel seemed to be in good shape overall, parking was sufficient, food from the kitchen was tasty, while a tad expensive. Overall it was a very good experience.
- 5/5
The property is pet friendly.

Nice place comfy beds and pillows.... property is in great shape !!!
- 4/5
Spacious, generally clean
- 3/5
Cons: Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am to ask us when we would check out because they wanted to clean our room (this felt very rude and we felt rushed to get out). Bed was very uncomfortable with only 2 flat pillows. No continuous fan option to drown out loud people at midnight. In order to get free Wi-Fi you have to be a Hilton member. Overall, we would not stay here again. For the cost of the two rooms we booked, we could have stayed elsewhere with more amenities.

Very clean. Kind staff. Good location
- 5/5
The staff was very pleasant and if we needed anything extra like pillows, they were very accommodating. Some places aren’t as nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Staff is really helpful
- 5/5
The staff was great. The inn was clean and appeared very well taken care of!

- 5/5
Yes it was a great hotel and the food was very good
- 5/5

- 4/5
The room was clean but it was certainly a smoking room. The smell was very strong and I was considering changing but I checked in so late, I was tired and just needed to sleep. I only spent 2 nights there and was gone at a conference all day so it was manageable. I just would have liked to known that it had been a smoking room as I would have requested the change from the beginning.
- 5/5
Clean quite business friendly
- 2/5
We also wanted to use the pull out sofa bed but there was no bedding for it. Being a Hilton Honors guest, I expected better. Would appreciate a comped night for the fright it gave us.
- 3/5
The curtains didn’t work, the bed was making noise, the bottle of body wash and lotion were empty.
- 4/5
Place was nice, not great, but nice.
- 4/5
We stay at this location a few times a year and the staff are always friendly. Our room was clean but we noticed some mold in the bathroom around the vent. That was really it.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Room floors were disgusting, lights in bathroom didn’t work. Conditioner still all over tub from previous use. $15 dollars for a breakfast that was worse than a complimentary breakfast. Asked if they were going to make pancakes as it stated and the reply was “not today” as if it was her choice.
- 2/5
The room hadn't been vacuumed, so there was dirt on the floor. The king size bed had a queen size fitted sheet which came off in the middle of the night and hit me in the face. The bathroom doesn't have a working fan, so the condensation from the shower was causing the wallpaper to peel and mildew. Little things like the towel rack were damaged, leaving the room looking uncared for. The wifi would disconnect every 30 seconds and pushed you to pay extra for better wifi. Other hotels at the same price point have better kept rooms with better wifi for free.
- 5/5
I arrived a little after 3 am after a long drive drive from San Francisco. The check-in staff was friendly, courteous and quick. My room was nice and clean. I liked that my room was on the first floor near the parking area. Housekeeping staff seemed very cordial and welcoming.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel. The location the staff, the location and the food were all very good.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
Yes, very clean. Staff were very courteous.
- 3/5
Clean and comfortable. $50US fee for one dog, one night is a deal breaker.
- 3/5
The room was clean but the bed was horrible. Our room was 229. The springs in the mattress were pressing into ours backs the whole time. No fan in the bathroom. Staff was very nice. Lobby was very nice and clean.
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was perfect!
- 4/5
The last few time I have stayed the quality of clean rooms has gone down, also I have stayed in few different rooms at different time there seems to be a misty smell in the rooms , I have notice its jusr not keep up like it use to be . Maay be tome for renovations
- 3/5
It wasn’t what I expected for a Hilton. The facility was nice. Our room had a super loud fan that kept us awake. The morning breakfast for$30 was plastic forks and paper plates. Food was not great for that price. Was just kind of a sad experience
- 5/5
Great staff and perfect for the work trip
- 5/5
The staff was so nice, it was so clean, it had dishes and cookware. Breakfast was free and really good. The only thing was paying 35$ a night in their lot. The only place I've had to do that is Waikik. Otherwise it was great

Politely greeted, clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Many amenities but our stay was short so didn’t get to take advantage. We would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, gym was well equipped, and good location. Staff were helpful.
- 4/5
We were told over the phone that your place had a EV charger so we were disappointed when we got there with our all electric automobile. The staff was great, especially on Thanksgiving evening when we needed a cart and she found a cart. Then we wanted to change rooms because of the elevator noise and she made it possible. Very easy.
- 5/5
Room and the motel itself was very clean. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
I ordered Salsa & Chips in the bar at 8 PM. I was expecting the usual bagged chips. I was blown away when I got hot chips fresh from the deep-frier fin the adjacent open kitchen.
- 5/5
Great stay. We are traveling with 1 dog. The hotels.com site said the pet fee is $50, When I got to the hotel they said the pet fee was $75. Comparing the pet fees is one way I decide which hotel to pick.
- 5/5
The young woman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She greets me each time i stay there and remembers me. She is able to multitask, check in, answer the phone, and field questions all while maintaining her courtesy and service.
- 4/5
We stayed one night. The bed was fairly comfortable. We greatly appreciated the night light in the bathroom.

- 5/5
Clean room, good amenities
- 5/5
Yes to all above
- 3/5
The room was clean and fairly comfortable although the decor was bleak and the lighting was terrible. The HVAC was really noisy even on low fan setting. On arrival I was told that housekeeping was every other day, but I stayed three days and never had housekeeping. I mentioned it to Front Desk and they apologized and had no explanation. It's reasonably priced for a good sized quiet room, so I would consider staying again in spite of the negative aspects.
- 5/5
Great staff and economy with a comfortable, clean and well maintained room.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, clean, easy parking, comfortable and spacious room. A great stay!
- 2/5
Was not impressed.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Thats my only complaint.
- 5/5
Nice facility and clean room. Comfortable beds. We were visiting relatives so we didn’t eat any meals there.
- 5/5
I stayed in a king room for the night. The property could do with an update on furnishings and repairs. Overall though it was adequate for a overnight stay. The bed was very firm spring bed and the pillows were very soft feather pillows. You have to pay for breakfast but I was able to get it free after signing up for Hilton rewards. Had we had to pay for it we would have been very disappointed. We also ate dinner and the staff and food was okay. Nothing amazing but it was good for something to eat quickly before we went to bed without having to leave the Inn. Plenty of parking, rooms come with Keurig and a couple of coffee pods, coffee in the morning from the lobby is way better though. I brought Lysol wipes with me and wiped everything down. I noticed surfaces hadn't been wiped down with the coffee station being the worst. Hairs in the shower and around the sink. This was expected as most motels/hotels/inns don't have enough time to do thorough cleanings between stays. I normally stay in homes when I travel, but I just needed a place for the night so we could make it to an early am doctors appointment. Overall it was decent and did the job. Wouldn't stay here long term. Room was quiet, only heard people above us waking.
- 1/5
I booked my stay through Expedia. Two Queens to accommodate my daughter and myself. When my daughter got into her bed there was a hemorrhoid suppository in the bed. Rather than calling and switching rooms because we were exhausted, she slept in my bed. Next morning I informed the front desk, asked for some kind of compensation and they refused. Said I booked in with Expedia, to take it up with them.
- 5/5
The hotel itself is really clean. The rooms are clean. The bed’s comfortable. The room gets nice and cold if you want it cold. If I had to critique anything, I would say the breakfast if you get it for free needs to have a little bit more variety. But if you have to pay for the breakfast, I wouldn’t eat breakfast here. But overall really good for the money.
- 5/5
I didn’t eat in the restaurant but I was told by other guests it was really good.
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 3/5
We were shocked that they charge 3.00 for a bottle of water and one was missing in our room. Also, when i found this hotel, i was sure it said includes breakfast, and i never saw anything about it costing 15.00 per person. The food was cold, eggs, tater tots and sausage.

- 3/5
Wasn’t up to Hilton Garden usual standards. No one at front desk when we checked out. No sign that said “Ring Bell” or we “Will be right back”. Garbage outside of our room left by previous guest never picked up.Very noisy. Could hear every flush of plumbing from all rooms nearby and people upstairs stomping around. Curtains broken and couldn’t draw down panel to keep light out when sleeping.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel experience we have had. Our card key did not work 7 times, our room was only cleaned twice during a 13 night stay even after continually being promised it would be cleaned, the toilet clogged, NO HOT WATER, etc. Would never return.
- 2/5
Bad front counter attitude.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
I'm filling this in because it's required.
- 5/5
Clean room reasonable rates convenient to shopping freeways medical entertainment.
- 5/5
I had no complaints about this place. Kind and patient staff. Room service, bed and breakfast all excellent.
- 5/5
Easy and fast check in. Easy to find the rooms. Good rooms for a decent price. I appreciate that it is kid friendly.
- 4/5
Nice place and close to our destination
- 4/5
Clean, quiet for the most part, good location to freeway and businesses, but not a comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Check in was easy. Nice staff. Very helpful. Would definitely stay there again
- 4/5
Great place
- 3/5
The property is old and remodeled. The shower in the room was not sparkly clean - evidence from prior guests which is not par with other HGI properties I have stayed at
- 4/5
As much as I’d love to give it a perfect 5 stars, there were two issues that stood out. On our second night, some of the ceiling stucco unexpectedly fell onto the floor while we were getting ready for bed. Thankfully, no one was hurt—especially my baby—but it was concerning. In addition, during our stay we didn’t receive housekeeping service, so we weren’t provided fresh towels or a light refresh of the room. Aside from those things, the hotel itself was comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely consider staying again. With a little attention to maintenance and consistency in housekeeping, this would easily be a 5-star stay!
- 5/5
The room was wonderful.
- 5/5
Staff is so accommodating (Jade, Kate, Nick, Jennifer, Christian... just a few) the accommodations and amenities are nice , but she needs some attention. Side secured access door does not lock. Card reader functions, hardware mechanism doesn't latch/lock. Very important, false sense of security
- 5/5
All in all, we will stay there again. Thank you
- 5/5
Great location, beautiful surroundings, attractive decor
- 4/5
Good beds, clean enough, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and made sure we were treated well
- 5/5
Our room didn’t get clean. We weren’t brought extra towels nor toilet paper.
- 4/5
Was ok
- 5/5
Great clean hotel with nice staff!
- 5/5
Very clean and surrounding neighborhood was business complexes nestled in trees. Dining options walkable.
- 5/5
This is a clean place. Bed was comfortable!
- 4/5
Once it was fixed, everything was great. I know things happened but More communication would have been appreciated.
- 5/5
No pool! Housekeeping every other day! Come on covid has ended!!
- 5/5
It felt luxurious.
- 5/5
Good staff service, but the breakfast has a space to improve
- 4/5
We enjoyed the spacious room and convenience to our location. The dining option was a disappointment. The choices were like we could have gotten at a fast food place.
- 4/5
Outstanding staff and wonderful hotel
- 5/5
We stayed for three nights, and did not have housekeeping at all. Other than that,it was awesome
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable but definitely checked for bed bugs just in case after finding ants in the bathroom. Breakfast seemed nice but wish there were grab and go items (yogurt etc) so you wouldn’t have to sit down with a plate. Otherwise good stay but likely won’t stay again.
- 1/5
Room was dirty and we didn’t stay the first night but they declined to refund me and my husband for the night we didn’t even stay there! It was FILTHY!
- 3/5
The patio area and grounds were so covered with cigerette butts and litter as to be unusable
- 4/5
Very comfortable
- 5/5
The hotel was a great option for my two night stand. Convenience distance from the places I needed to go. Sure I'll return.
- 5/5
The one thing that would be nice is breakfast more on buffet for that price. It would be nice for a bowl of mixed fruit, not just apples and bananas. Dinner menu would be nice to see more of dinner and vegetables on the menu indtead of fried food and few baked thing, its hamburger and fried food. Maybe addcold sandwiches too the menu just my thought
- 5/5
Had a great stay.
- 4/5
Was nice
- 3/5
The property and room were fine, but the service was inadequate. There was no room cleaning and so towels, soap, disposal of trash , toilet paper and cups all had to be requested from the front desk during our four night stay. The breakfast was overpriced and food dishes were not refilled on a timely basis.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and easiest check in process.
- 5/5
All the staff are so helpful and nice
- 5/5
We had a nice stay.
- 4/5
staff was friendly
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 4/5
Everything was Good and was convenient location for my trip. However, the room ran out of kleenex first day and I asked front desk, but the hotel ran out of kleenex. I don't believe Hilton ran out of essential supplies. And next day, I ask for 2 bottles of water and then Hilton charged me $6.00 after I came back from the trip. I thought it was complimentary and should informed me. Otherwise, I enjoyed staying at this location and I will re-visit.
- 5/5
Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Jade was great and suggested local restaurants.
- 4/5
Nice and inexpensive. Perfect if you just need a good night sleep.

Arrived late do to plane arrival. Rooms were excellent and staff very supportive
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable rooms, a good restaurant on the main floor, and they let us check in early so we didn’t have to lug bags around.
- 3/5
Housekeeping is not trustworthy
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
I needed to be extend my stay, and staff were able to accommodate my needs with ease.
- 3/5
Many maintenance issues were present with the room. I fixed some immediately and maintenance promptly fixed the rest the next day.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get around. Staff was great.
- 3/5
Do you want a swimming pool? Free breakfast? Don’t book this hotel. Gym is great and area is great. Staff was slow.
- 5/5
Very service oriented staff. Liked the bar and available kitchen. Gym is better than most. Could have some hand sanitizer stations available.
- 3/5
Comfortable beds and nice shower. Good areas to walk dogs, and they have a dog bag dispenser that was always full.
- 5/5
Quiet. Will definately stay again.
- 4/5
The hotel needs an update. You would expect Brenton be included considering the rate
- 5/5
Beautiful and friendly staff. Great price too!
- 3/5
They tried to place a queen fitted sheet on a king bed in my room. No good!
- 4/5
If you are looking for a swimming pool and/or free breakfast don’t come here. Gym is awesome and beds are very comfortable. Staff isn’t the greatest. It’s in a great location and close to everything.
- 4/5
Coffee pot didn’t work properly. At 5 in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get my coffee
- 5/5
It was amazing vary help and stuff where vary polite
- 4/5
The room was very nice. Looks like it was recently updated.
- 1/5
Late night check in, woke up with bug bites. Next day, found 100s of ants by AC unit. The hotel didn’t have anything to mitigate the problem nor extra room. Ended buying ant repellants onnour own, sprayed and evacuated for a few hours. The front desk said it is normal to have ants in Beaverton area. Bring bug repellant spray if you will stay here. They mentioned about some Hilton points to be added to my membership, after a couple of weeks no communication was made to me. I wouldn't go here next time.
- 2/5
First room we were put next to a noisy couple, who must have had a great evening.. second room not sanitary.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff.
- 4/5
Very helpful front desk staff. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Reported it.
- 5/5
Nice place, clean room and sheets. Great breakfast and laundry facilities worked fine. Staff was friendly and I would highly recommend this place.
- 1/5
The breakfast experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Beaverton was, without a doubt, the worst part of our stay. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful. Staff hovered over us while we tried to grab basic breakfast items, and we felt like we were being watched the whole time. The options were extremely limited, and when we requested simple things like egg whites, the staff refused and insisted on only whole eggs. Every time we tried to ask for something, it was either declined or we were made to feel uncomfortable. The whole process was unpleasant and made us dread breakfast every day. If the staff had been friendlier or more accommodating, we might have been able to overlook other things like the noisy air conditioning or the lack of a safe in the room. But the rude staff and the way breakfast was handled made this a stay we won’t forget for all the wrong reasons.
- 4/5
Comfortable. Friendly staff, clean
- 3/5
Food options were more limited than advertised and market purchases were exorbitant.
- 4/5
Issues that need to be improved are upgrading from 0.5 ply bath tissue, and insuring the bar dispensers work so we don't have to supply our own mix.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
There was also a discrepancy with the pet fee. Over the phone I was told $35 for my two dogs. Then upon check-in I was told $75. In the end, I was charged the $35 with some other pet deposit for a total of about $53. So still waiting to see if I’ll receive some of that money back. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if in the area due to the thin walls and pet fees.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
The only problem we had is that the room key maker was not working and so we had to be let into our room.
- 4/5
It has a clean and quiet room. Free parking but no complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
Place was clean
- 4/5
The only complaint I have is that the door to the bathroom kept swinging itself open, creaking very loudly. But every employee there was nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and top notch.
- 4/5
It’s so peaceful and friendly and the house keeping staff were welcoming and quick and professional!
- 5/5
Safe, quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was super friendly!
- 5/5
Great location close to restaurants shopping hospital about anything you’d need or want to do
- 4/5
Staff helpful/friendly/pleasant/efficient. Cleanliness good. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan.
- 4/5
Had food options for breakfast and dinner, good coffee in the morning One of the best hotel beds I have slept on in years
- 5/5
Love the front desk receptionist- so friendly
- 3/5
The floor of the room was not vacuumed/swept when I got there. There were little rubber bands all over the floor (the type of rubber bands used for braces). I would have liked the fridge to be plugged in when I got there. It’s a little inconvenient when one wants to cool something upon arrival and has to fish for the cable behind the dresser. Walls were thin and a lot could be heard from neighbors. Parking was convenient. Check in and check out was quick. Staff seemed friendly. Would be nice to have a bit more amenities in the bathroom (cotton rounds, Q tips, sewing kit, etc).
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, can’t ask for anything more! Had a great experience, thanks!
