Perfect location , clean , staff was very professional
- 2/5
We had driven from Vancouver that day and arrived late in the evening, so a restful night was especially important. Because we were traveling with a sleeping baby and needed to return to Vancouver the next day, changing rooms in the middle of the night was not a practical option. I reported the issue at checkout and later received an apology email offering 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I do not feel the compensation adequately reflected the significant disruption to our stay. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were polite, but the room issue had a major impact on our overall experience.
- 4/5
The heat in our room wouldn't get above 75, but when we asked hotel front desk for an extra blanket they happily delivered one to our room. The pre-stocked amenities in the room weren't enough for two for a weekend, but again, they obliged and had extras delivered to the room once more. The plug in our bathroom sink stuck at one point, but not a huge issue once we got it back open, however, to my surprise, there wasn't a single grab bar in the shower. To most this seems like a non issue, but in combination with a slippery, soapy shower floor, it can be a recipe for disaster especially for children or others with mild mobility issues. Overall I'd say this was one of the most appealing hotel we've stayed at and would come here again. Anyone with kiddos should take them adjacent to the Bubble Planet and the proximity to H Mart market was also convenient. The elevator requires a scan of your room key before it becomes operational, which was new to us and wasn't explained at check-in, so imagine how silly we felt hopping from one elevator to the next trying to make them work. In their defense, there is a small, rather hard to read placard that says what to do. 10/10.

Did realize no pool
- 3/5
The view from the window was a wall. It’s very basic room. They wanted to charge me 430 dollars to extend one more night
- 4.5/5
No meals. Good location
- 5/5
Happy helpful staff
- 4/5
Clean rooms No basic amenities
- 5/5
Spotless room, great staff.
- 5/5
Property is very well located, you can walk to a lot of places in Bellevue downtown or a short drive gets you to Bellevue / Lincoln square. You really can't beat that. Room was comfy and everything in was clean and functional. Every time we're back in the area this will definitely be our go-to hotel.
- 5/5
I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made for a relaxing visit. Most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my time at the property. I would definitely recommend it.
- 3/5
Also, my husband and I wanted a drink from the bar but you had someone under age working in the restaurant and he couldn't serve us a drink. Maybe have someone who's 21 working too so we could order a drink.
- 5/5
Very clean people nice N/A
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great area. Staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Staff (Austin) was very helpful when after checking in our room had a smell to it.
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The hotel was great, and the server at breakfast was terrific. The room was clean and it's conveniently located within walking distance of most other "downtown" Bellevue locations.
- 5/5
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property overall is excellent and very close to public transportation. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that my wife and I are considering buying a mattress from the hotel's website.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Easy check in and the guys in front for car valet and parking were very helpful
- 4/5
It was very convenient for what I needed to do in town. Room was small but served its purpose.
- 5/5
It is clean . Walkable and easy access
- 5/5
Great property very friendly helpful staff
- 5/5
The hotel was definitely upper crust and very well kept and clean. The room amenities are top notch.
- 4/5
Visit again!
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 3.5/5
Service an employees were great! Beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. One of the first sleep
- 5/5
Would stay here again. Very nice and clean. Front desk staff very good.
- 4/5
The property was nice but basic. Not a typical Marriott. They use plastic cups in the rooms. Housekeeping was minimal. Had to call twice to get replacement wash clothes.
- 5/5
Good location!
- 4/5
This property fit my needs for my trip. The staff were professional and accommodating.
- 3/5
The remote and TV was not functional. The location was not 4 star. The food options were not good.

- 3/5
The stay was ok. Rooms clean. Wifi was spotty and cellular conne
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
- 4/5
Staff did not fully replenish towels.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in DT Bellevue. On site parking a bit expensive.
- 3/5
Did not like the room design or decor. Only one restaurant, poorly staffed during a large event. Staff was friendly. Valet parking was overpriced.
- 5/5
This hotel is not only very comfortable, with all the amenities a traveler needs. It also is located close to excellent restaurants, shops, and even a theater. There is food on site, with a nice bar, and the club to grab breakfast or a beverage. The rooms are clean, with a handy fridge and microwave. All this combined to make an enjoyable stay. We plan to return.
- 5/5
So amazing.
- 4/5
Parking was difficult and expensive!
- 3/5
good, but no breakfast
- 5/5
Good place for a business stay in Bellevue.
- 5/5
Many thanks.
- 5/5
Nice spacious and clean rooms and central location.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff.
- 3/5
Facility is pretty new and kept clean & well maintained. If you have stayed at any other modern Marriott location, it will be very familiar. Parking was either Valet or offsite, 1 block away, so you are paying for parking no matter what - other hotels just a few blocks away benefit from far more convenient parking that's free after 6pm and all weekend long. There is a "store" in the lobby to buy snacks which was about 80% empty shelves. The restaurant/bar was entirely managed by the overworked bartender the several times I visited it.
- 4/5
My stay was nice and I would like to visit again soon
- 5/5
Felt like a 4 star hotel but at a very fair price. I would make this hotel my preferred place to stay when in the area.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 0.5/5
You guys are ripoff ppl
- 5/5
Hotel was great, clean and comfy. Parking sucks! However, it’s Seattle so parking sucks everywhere.
- 4/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Very clean and modern. Room is quiet and comfortable
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
First of all they are truly pet friendly. They will not give you a weird dirt room just because you have a pet (I already passed by this in another property), staff are friendly and polite. The room was ok, but I could hear my loud neighbours, bed is not as comfortable and the pillows are terrible. Parking is super expensive. We used them because we did not know there was other public parking around (very close by). I did not try breakfast.
- 4/5
Parking should be covered if you’re a guest here. Not too sure why you have to pay when you’re already sleeping there.
- 1/5
Gave me bed bugs !
- 4/5
The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good. For the high price of everything, I would've expected a lot more flavor. I found the cheeseburger especially bland. The staff couldnt find my reservation at first; and had to call his manager over to sort it out. I found some other guests were really noisy in the mornings and woke me up several times during my 4 days there.
- 5/5
The room was incredibly clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little bit farther from Seattle downtown, however, there is a bus station a few minutes walking that will be easy to hop in the 550 bus which takes you to Seattle in about 35 minutes. Other perks is the 560 bus which takes you to Tacoma Airport in about 45 minutes. I haven’t tried the restaurant in the hotel lobby, honestly, a very nice ambiance, but with a poorly menu. For breakfast I found a place called Farina, which is about 10 minutes walk, great food with a fair price. If you don’t mind organizing to take a ride to get access to Seattle, this is a great lodging to stay in.

Exceptional
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great experience overall
- 3.5/5
The listing says that there is parking - but there is not technically “parking”. There is valet parking ($45) and that is the only way you can park your car.
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Nice quiet location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Seattle and stadiums.
- 5/5
Every thing is good . Only parking fee is too expensive
- 4/5
Restaurant needs more staff. Food isn’t that great.
- 5/5
Marriott never disappoints. Staff was amazing and always checked-in to make sure we had what we needed. Hotel clean and maid service always started cleaning by 8am every day. Little store with snacks was convenient since I was traveling with a child, and the restaurant on site was convenient when didn’t want to go out to eat. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4.5/5
The staff, the room, the hand held shower head in the bathroom No underground parking
- 5/5
The available parking around the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Was very happy with the quality for the cost! Staff was so nice and everything felt very new and clean. My only complaint would be the rooms were super small.
- 5/5
Professional, courteous service, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Overpriced.
- 4/5
Would be nice to at least get breakfast included
- 4/5
I'd go back again however I'd check with room service if they do offer a variety of pillows to see what is suitable for us.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Bellevue. Stephen, one of the front desk staffs was very welcoming and helpful.
- 5/5
Had a fabulous weekend stay! All staff were accommodating and very kind. Look forward to coming back again soon!
- 4/5
We stayed one night, and it's a very nice hotel. Only thing I wish they would change, are their beds. The bedframe sticks out from underneath the mattress, and it's a major hazard! We fell 3 times over the course of one night!
- 5/5
Best in town !!
- 5/5
The parking staff were very friendly and charged my Tesla full for the next day!
- 2/5
No coffee in the rooms they charge extra for Wi-Fi. Food In restaurant not worth the price and it was not expensive.
- 2/5
We booked a room for 2 queens in ADVANCED and when we checked in and we’re given 1 king and a pull out couch… we booked for 2 queens for a reason since my mother in law came with us to watch our newborn baby. The room was so small for 3 adults and baby (with our bags and stroller which we had to store in the bathroom) They didn’t even give us pillows or blankets for the couch we had to call at 11pm for someone to give them to us. For $300 not worth it and for the uncaring service from the staff
- 5/5
Location is good with super easy access to the highways
- 2/5
The beds are incredibly firm. I woke up after two hours and my hips felt like I was laying on a concrete slab. The pillows offer no support either. I ended up sleeping on the couch. I when I went to check out the front desk staff did not ask how the stay was. When I brought up the bed asking if all of them in the hotel was the same and what happened she didn’t even look at me said “sorry to hear that here is your receipt”. It was more the lack of acknowledgment for me. There was also one guy working the restaurant for breakfast and he was having a really hard time keeping up. Just seems like this hotel needs more focus on customer experience and focus.
- 2/5
I also ordered a burger from downstairs on the “well” side but it was so pink/red and inedible.
- 4/5
Nice hotel in good part of town. I found it abusive to charge $50 a night for parking for the price of the room (should be included)
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay, the only complaint I have is the inconsistent housekeeping. First 2 days got housekeeping, 3rd day housekeeping came late afternoon right when I was returning to my room for a rest. 4th day housekeeping came around 6pm.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Food was horrible don’t base your dinner plans around the restaurant here but amazing dining and cocktails are only a few blocks away nice clean room friendly staff
- 5/5
service from the front desk is great
- 5/5
The room is simple and clean.
- 5/5
GREAT FOOD, AWESOME COFFE, CLEAN AND QUIET, NEEDS A GIFT SHOP
- 4/5
Check in was easy and the rooms were updated and clean. I just wish their was a cafe in the lobby to get specialty coffees.
- 5/5
Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Very easy check in and a lovely hotel. Staff was very nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Not providing free wifi or breakfast, except to Marriott members, is ridiculous. It's 2022, not having free wifi in your hotel tells me you don't care about your customers.
- 5/5
The restaurant needs to stay open longer, but other than that, it was a great stay!
- 5/5
It was quite a pleasant stay at Marriott. Would definitely go back next trip!
- 5/5
Very clean and pleasant staff.
- 2/5
We didn’t know it would annoy the up charges - $10 to park next door; $14.95 for WiFi and that breakfast started at $13.95. There’s no complimentary coffee and tea.
- 5/5
Beautiful area
- 2/5
You have to pay for wifi and parking
- 1/5
We stayed three nights at this property and requested room service multiple times. We did not get room service once. We had trash from three days piled in the corner, had to re-use the same towels for three days, and ran out of toilet paper. We had to go to the lobby bathroom to use the restroom. The bar and restaurant are not open during the weekend except for breakfast. Additionally my wife requested a plate from the front desk and they told her no. I had to call while I was out to ensure she got a plate. In general horrible service at this hotel and not worth the cost at all.
- 4/5
Great staff, clean rooms and general areas, great showers and beds
- 4/5
I think that coffee should be complementary. There were no hair dryers available as well.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room. Staff was helpful.
- 4/5
-not enough towels or cups in room. -bathroom not set up properly. Towels hanging with the fold on the outside. -Hairdryer was disgusting. Full of hair and dust. I expect more from a Marriott hotel.
- 4/5
Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It is clean and has very nice furniture and mattresses in the room. Housekeeping is not timely, however, and ignored my request to turn over my room the first time I asked. Also, be careful using the sink. The hot water comes out quickly and it is hard to adjust the lever to get cold water. There are also limited food options on site and the driveway to pull up to register is super small and bottle-necked.
- 5/5
Personnel was very helpful and very informative
- 3/5
Rooms were very nice and clean. Only thing i disliked was that it didnt have a pool.
- 5/5
Close proximity to office
- 2/5
Staff ignore you and act like you don't exist...try their hardest to avoid doing any work. When I waited 10 minutes to be serviced for a cup of coffee and was finally acknowledged, the staff huffed and acted like they were doing me a favor. I guess good customer service is dead? Also, the electronics in the hotel room are not serviced and are in disrepair. It's clear that some hotels have used COVID as an excuse to regress to doing the bare minimum for their customers.
- 3/5
We had an issue with the tv not working. Also, the sink was backed up. We got in very late and so we didn’t bother reporting it till morning. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. Also, there was no parking. We were told there is parking up the street or valet. We used valet begrudgingly, but the service was good. I would just prefer to park my own car.
- 3/5
I stayed here purely for convenience since I was attending a conference and some meetings were at the hotel and others were at the Meydenbauer Center. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I realize that I don’t enjoy valet parking because I felt that I couldn’t just use my car whenever I wanted. They also charge for WiFi which is ridiculous to me. The room decor is very modern, which isn’t always my thing, but I did love the shower. It’s definitely more geared to business travelers I think.
- 5/5
In a great location easy access to all amenities
- 5/5
Wonderful service
- 4/5
I didn't like that the bar area was not open on a weekend. Seemed silly to only open it Monday - Thursday.
- 4/5
Space was tight for 2-queen bed room to accommodate 2 adults
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
We got here on a sunny day, so lucky us, we had a nice Mt. Rainier view. Bed was comfy and nice shower! Definitely recommend staying here!
- 3/5
front landscaping was an eyesore.
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
The hotel is wonderful overall. The rooms aren’t as sound proofed as I usually find. We heard a lot. I also found it odd that WiFi isn’t included without being part of a club. However, the heating/cooling was the best of any hotel. The valet parking was amazing! Best service ever.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 3/5
Parking was 43$ per night with not much safe alternates. TV remote was missing in one of the room and microwave was missing from another room. Marriott is the only hotel I know that charges for WiFi if you are not a Marriot Bonvoy member. (14$ per device for basic WiFi). Not my future hotel of choice
- 5/5
The room was modern, spacious and very clean. In terms of service, I was easily accomodated upon my request for a late check-out.
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
No parking was the only problem you have to valet or park on street. Very nice hotel
- 4/5
There was an intermittent loud noise in the cooling system that kept me awake for a while.
