Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. However, there are several complaints about the condition of the rooms, with some guests describing them as outdated, run-down, or not clean. There are also several issues with the elevators and parking fees.

The place was quiet and very clean we enjoyed our stay there

Good room with comfortable bedding. Staff were exceptional - they even let us stay an extra 2 hours past checkout time at no charge. Good restaurant and coffee shop located in hotel. Ideal location for our needs and easy to find.

Everything was great quite a new
- 2/5
It is a 3 star hotel but I found it is very old hotel with old tile washroom and yellow tub. This is more of a 2 star hotel and with the price I paid for, I don't think find its value worth it.
- 3/5
Needs a refresh badly. Helpful employees. Walls too thin.
- 3.5/5
Close to the hospital The refrigerator didn’t work
- 1.5/5
Cheap and satisfied basic needs. Dated and staff were not helpful. Did not issue a invoice upon request. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
The location to catch the new monorail at Wilburton station was great!
- 5/5
This was a great business hotel. Front desk staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything including extra towels and room cleaning during my stay. Parking and a great coffee shop for breakfast. Close to Whole Foods and other shopping. Would recommend and stay again. Nothing

Convenient location, great for short trips
- 5/5
This was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed it. First of all, it smells so good! Second, it’s in a great location right off of the freeway which makes getting around to the surrounding cities so easy! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It is an older hotel but you can tell that the staff puts care into making it run smoothly. The coffee shop next door to the hotel is amazing too! So delish! They give you a complimentary drink and breakfast item during your stay. Overall; would recommend

The room had a weird smell. The vent was blowing air all night. The bathroom tub stopper wouldn’t drain .
- 5/5
My husband and I had an amazing experience here!! One of our best stays and we travel quite a bit, they were so kind, have a couple gifts which was incredibly sweet, housekeeping was great, provided us with everything we asked, the front desk was wonderful as well, very professional and friendly!! It was our home for 5 days and we will definitely be coming back! Location was also great, close by to pretty much everything, driving and walking distance, the room itself was beautiful, a loft style room, very spacious, clean and all amenities worked perfectly, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Reasonable price. Last-minute availability. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Openable windows. Hot water. Starbucks coffee in the room. Room heater was fully on high when we arrived and the room was sweltering. Front area of the room was poorly lit, although the area by the bed was fine. I wish they had real coffee mugs, not just paper.

Great staff, hydration stations, walking distance to the best of Bellevue. Gorgeous park up the street, food options galore, check in staff & valet top notch
- 1/5
Never stay there need remodel the all hotel it’s nasty sting
- 3/5
I was impressed by the claims of an eco friendly experience at your hotels, but what I saw at Hotel 116 in Bellevue, WA was disappointing; for example: we had plastic cups in the room. Also was not impressed by the cleanliness claim; our room had dirt on the carpet and around the baseboard of the room was very dusty (it was carpeting up the wall 4 inches or so). The hallway carpeting was very worn out looking and the outdoor courtyard was very sad and not well kept. One of the worst situations was the fact that the parking lot was shared with the Woods Coffee drive through window. We were late for my husband's medical appointment because of having to wait in line to get out of the parking lot.
- 5/5
The staff was professional and helpful. The location was a short walk from downtown. Plenty of tea and coffee. Restaurant excellent too
- 4.5/5

Sheets were stained and smelly found dead spiders in the bathroom floor and one in the bathtub fridge wasn’t working
- 4/5
Clean but old room
- 3/5
The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The property was very clean but a lot of things need attention. The bed I slept on was very old and extremely uncomfortable. The room was dark due to inadequate lighting.
- 5/5
Front desk staff are great!
- 3/5
One of the elevators was down and the other one was super slow
- 5/5
it WAS SUCH A NICE EXPIRIENCE.

- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Parking was okay, room was okay
- 5/5
i love the location .nice hotel
- 4/5
The room was clean, it was also very quiet, and the staff is super friendly. The only think that is a little off is that the key cards take more than 5 passes before it actually opens the door which was a little annoying but manageable.
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the location was easy access to everything. This was our second time staying here and we’ll be returning soon.
- 3/5
All interactions with staff were excellent. The hotel is very well located and parking was ample but I never like paying for parking at a hotel - I’m sure it’s standard in the area but seems unnecessary. The hotel was fine for a night. Compared to other properties I’ve stayed in Bellevue, I probably wouldn’t return.
- 3/5
Weird smell in the lobby. Limited lighting in the room. Our room ceiling was dusty.
- 5/5
I stayed at this hotel for a week due to my husband being air lifted from our home town to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean & nice. They don't have breakfast but you can buy vouchers for Woods Coffee next door. It's a good deal & their coffee drinks & food are delicious. I would highly recommend the Hotel 116!
- 5/5
It was a great experience! It’s my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel, it’s very convenient & location is great! I’ll be coming back soon!
- 5/5
Convenient location with easy front door pick up by the free Bellevue area shuttle. However, you’ll need to take that shuttle or an Uber to another area hotel to catch the Bellevue Airport Shuttle. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean but definitely will need to be renovated soon. Staff are courteous and helpful. The onsite restaurant is fabulous and offers a small discount to guests of the hotel.
- 5/5
It was a very very nice stay.
- 2/5
Never use any property at all.

- 5/5
First time staying there housekeeping, very friendly very, very friendly all the personals. I spoke to a very friendly.
- 4/5
The room overall is okay. However, I noticed there was some stains in toilet seat.
- 5/5
Property seemed fine. Elevator could be updated, but still useable. Our room didn’t have a remote control, so I had to call and requested that. Room comes with a microwave and a mini fridge. Parking is free and unassigned spots.
- 2/5
The hotel and room are run down. The room and bathroom were not very clean.
- 5/5
Clean great location friendly staff
- 3/5
The night staff was not able to accept U$ cash payment. It had to go on my credit card. I took that to be a sign that the facility was cutting back on staff training and quality. In the morning when I needed to get another packet of decaf the front desk was deserted. I finally found room service on my floor and they were happy to oblige. If you can find a better deal, take it. There was no charging on site for electric cars. Not even a 120v plug!
- 5/5
Staff very friendly
- 5/5
It’s not my first time. So I like it
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Room wasn’t properly cleaned and very loud. The door got opened by cleaning lady without knocking. I stayed 2 nights and told at the check in that we do not need cleaned
- 4/5
The room was good and clean! My only complaint would be the shower and sink they aren’t the most convenient, the sink overfills quickly and the shower curtains don’t really cover all the area so a lot of water spills but otherwise I love the price and the area.
- 5/5
Clean room; friendly staff
- 5/5
All I like it
- 4/5
Easily accessible to city
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, and prime location walking distance to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome, bed was comfy and the coffee was necessary and abundant.
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5

- 5/5
Staff was the best
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Your regular run of the mill hotel. Had several issues with the locks but they helped resolve the issue.
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a room this week on 2/5/26. The check-in was ok. Had to return to the front to get a working key. The room however was an issue. When I pulled the covers back I found a bedbug crawling across the sheet!! We immediately left the room and requested a refund and found another hotel for the night. Woild not stay again.
- 4/5
Clean room, but the empty room beside us and ours had an alarm set for 6 am so was a much earlier morning than was wanted… the elevator also quit working and we were on the fourth floor. There was an additional elevator in the other wing which was helpful. The hotel room was upgraded with quality bedding and furnishings. The bathtub was refinished and the paint was failing in some places although was clean.
- 5/5
It was great.
- 5/5
Clean!
- 1/5
There was cockroaches in my room
- 3/5
The heater made a loud rattling noise, so loud it drowned out the TV. I asked for a,different room and the hotel clerk was very helpful and gave me an upgrade as well. That room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was a bit pricey but good. I enjoyed the island fusion/ Hawaiian style foods. The elevator was extremely slow, for a moment i thought i was stuck in it. The second elevator was out of service.
- 4/5
Hotel is dated, but the bed eas comfortable and the staff were great.
- 4/5
It was solid but the television didnt have any smart capabilities. This is pretty basic nowadays for most televisions to be able to watch streaming services, in a place like seattle youd think this would be a norm.
- 5/5
Clean room, the staff was very friendly, and the bar staff at Pasifika bar and grill was awesome.
- 5/5
Yes always nice and courteous
- 5/5
Pleasant staff
- 1/5
The rooms were very neglected. Staff was friendly, but the rooms are terribly neglected. Had mold in my first room in the bathroom by the tub. Second room I was moved too wasnt much better. This property does not live up to the Coast Hotel standards for sure.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome
- 5/5
clean place, kind staff, great location! Thank you!!
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and in good shape. the staff were courteous, but were often hard to find or tied up on the phone. The rates were reasonable given that it is close the downtown Belleview high rent district.
- 1/5
Overcharged after checkout
- 1/5
After staying there for a week (paying each morning for the rent and deposit) I needed to get another room to let my friend sleep. They told me that they couldn't do an early check in so I would be paying the whole price and would have to check out in a few hours. So I paid for two rooms and the deposits, one was for a few hours and the other was to continue my room to the next day. So after a couple hours I checked out of the room and I went to go charge my car. Got all these calls from the hotel saying that I never paid for the deposit for my room...I was so confused because I paid for the rooms and deposits like so early in the morning...so I drove back over there and the lady was so rude! She was like "it's almost 4:00, you were supposed to pay it by 12" and I told her I had, but I'll pay it again and she said that I couldn't and have. 20 mins to get everything out of my room before she called the cops! For what?!!?! They literally let me pay for the room and ran my card for the deposit, I signed for them running my card, and the lady said it never happened, that I was laying for the day before! What!! Why would I be paying for the day before at 6 in the morning when I already had each day before that? I showed her on my banking app where the hotel had charged me and she then said I better hurry up before the cops get there!! I paid a total of $355 for nothing. Money still hasn't been put back on my card!!
- 4/5
The hotel had a free water dispenser, which we really appreciated.
- 3/5
Check in was great....maintenance staff not so much.
- 5/5
The staff here is extremely accommodating, rooms are spacious, walkable neighborhood. Located next to a nice coffee shop. There are good amenities- the gym is not fully equipped but gets the job done. Pool was closed, they have carts for luggage, wide elevator, clean lounging area, unlimited water and tea, printing and office space, a well-lit courtyard, room service and restaurant. Highly recommend for a value stay or business trips.
- 2/5
Wooden box narrowed the entrance to the bedroom from hall near the bathroom. Space is less then 20 inches +/-.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and place is very well maintained. The room is very clean and quiet. This is my second time staying here and I’m totally happy.
- 5/5
Very economical, quiet and clean.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Good location.
- 5/5
Great room and friendly staff!
- 5/5
This hotel is so underrated ! It is beautiful and clean - the cafe next door though sucks lol
- 3/5
My stay was okay. Positives- great location close to Bellevue Square, and it’s attached to a restaurant and Woods Coffee. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Also, there is Starbucks coffee in the room. Negatives- my room was really dark. It was hard to do my makeup because the light was so dim in the bathroom area. The TV set up in the room is ancient. The TV has no apps, only Direct TV and an old, nearly useless remote. I couldn’t mirror to the TV from my phone. Also, the floor was not totally clean. There were some random pieces of garbage on the floor under the desk and near corners. Next time I’d probably pay a little more to stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
The staff truly stand out They are professional, attentive, and consistently welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that enhances the overall stay. Every interaction felt smooth and thoughtful, reflecting a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The only minor drawback was the **pillows**, which were not quite as comfortable as expected and ultimately influenced my decision to rate the stay as *good* rather than *excellent*. Aside from this small detail, everything else exceeded expectations. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that comes very close to perfection, and with a small improvement to the pillows, it would easily earn a full excellent rating.
- 1/5
Room ceiling flaking cracked beds uncomfortable just run down.
- 3/5
Everything was fine, the floor seemed to be wet in certain areas. The AC when you turned it on smelled weird. But the bed was comfortable and nice.
- 1/5
I picked this place out of all the hotels in Bellevue to stay a night with my wife. The lady that checked us seemed to be annoyed to be there. That's always a great start. The room was VERY dated. I knew we're not getting the latest and greatest but this was VERY dated. The bathtub had very gross little brown spots that could have been cleaned up by housekeeping before any guests got to the room, but wasn't. I got a towel and cleaned the tub myself. The remote for the living room and the bedroom were old and hardly even made a connection to either TV. It was very annoying. I received several emails from the 'General Manager' after our stay asking how our stay was. I took the time to tell the same things here but never heard anything back. So I made the choice to put it here. I would stay away from this place if you think it looks ok online before booking, don't book.
- 4/5
Great front desk staff and easy check in
- 2/5
When we arrived, the AC had been running on maximum cool for a log time to the point the room was below 50°F and was condensating. It took all night for the heater to warm up the room. This made for a very uncomfortable evening.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Staff is great
- 5/5
Very accosting hotel. Will be back
- 4/5
I stayed here because it’s where a training took place and it was very convenient for me to bring and care for my dogs, especially on breaks. Downside is that not all exterior doors allow reentry with the card key, while there’s always a workaround it does defeat the purpose of security. And that I needed to go up to the 2nd floor for ice, but I survived (haha).
- 4/5
Clean room and quiet
- 5/5
Easy quick stay for a great price. Walkable to in town activities.
- 3/5
Mostly the building and rooms look poorly maintained and the other guest were loud and somewhat. Sound last can be heard through the walls. Carpet seemed quite dirty. Front Desk staff was very friendly though.
- 4/5
Days after a surgery and the staff was very helpful. Walkable location and easy to access basic needs. My room was quiet and cozy.
- 4/5
Nice room. Good location right off freeway. Close to Whole Foods.
- 5/5
Great affordable place to stay in Bellevue. Trader Joe's, Dave and Buster's and Chick-fil-A all walking distance
- 5/5
Quick check in, friendly staff, clean room
- 4/5
We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for the price.
- 2/5
The hotel is getting run down and dirty. I use to like it here but never again.
- 4/5
A good stay
- 3/5
Staff at the restaurant was very nice. Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Will never stay or recommend this place. Disgusted in this place. No water in rooms and when i went to ask for it the lady was so rude she should be fired! And elevator got stuck when we were leaving. Hotel is old and musty. Yuck!
- 2/5
Had room on fourth floor and the lift by the check-in was down all 3 nites of stayed. Room has obvious signs of wear and tear nearly beyond livable condition. i.e. Carpet, towels, bedsheets.
- 5/5
The room was clean and cozy
- 3/5
The room was okay. One elevator was out of service. No breakfast service , but connected coffee shop was convenient. The fifty dollar deposit at check-in was a surprise. Portion of amenities deposit may be refunded in a month or so?
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Easy check in. Friendly staff. I would stay at this location again.
- 3/5
Location is great and the room was clean, but the bed was awful. Bed a zero firmness and could feel the springs pressing up at spots across the bed. My back was hurting for days after our stay. We have stayed at this hotel a couple times over the past 4 or 5 years, but doubt we will come back after this last visit.
- 2/5
Stayed 3 days. Was no room service. Silicone in bathroom was black from mold. One of the elevators didn’t work. I’m a coast hotel member and this hotel is there worst. Stayed here because it was cheap. You get what you pay for
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Nice just need to be updated
- 1/5
The sink and the bath don’t drain so the water just pools up as you are showering or using the sink. There is a strong smell of body odor in the room, the AC also stinks - I had to turn it off. The walls and trims are all so nasty too. Never staying here again - spend the extra $ and stay at a decent hotel.
- 3/5
Unfortunately no hot water first morning. Staff were friendly though offered no real compensation for the huge inconvenience
- 2/5
The bed was uncomfortable.
- 3/5
No hot water this morning.
- 5/5
Nice hotel in a fantastic location
- 5/5
Cool
- 3/5
The facility is more dated than the pictures imply, but a good price.
- 1/5
outdated hotel
- 5/5
Courteous staff, great value. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Front entrance was nice but elevator is a little sketchy. It felt like every time you got in it to go somewhere. It was going to break down. It was very loud. Rooms were stiff a fee, but reds were not that bad only stayed one night.
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Spotless room. Staff helpful with computer.
- 3/5
Clean room, but bed sheets had some hair on it. Air conditioning/heater very noise. Nice area, easy access
- 4/5
There were 3 elevators and one was broken and had a very long walks, which was difficult
- 4/5
It worked for an overnight stay. Was safe and okay, wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t horrible either
- 5/5
We LOVED the restaurant! Family operated. Bar tender was super fun. Live music. Excellent food!
- 4/5
Beautiful exterior and interior. Easy building to find.
- 4/5
Thumbs up
- 3/5
The bathroom it was dirty
- 4/5
For an old hotel that is not in the best of shape, the staff works hard to keep it clean and still look presentable.. if it wasn’t for them I’m sure not too many people would stay here. The price is definitely good but needs to be for the condition of the building. And the friendliness of the staff is one of the things that keeps me coming back as well. It wouldn’t take too much of a renovation to bring this great hotel location back to higher quality. Until that decision is made, I’ll probably keep coming here because of the great staff and the location.
- 1/5
.
- 4/5
Clean room, quiet rooms except the road noise outside but its a convenient location and appreciated the late check out option. Over all good for the price.
- 5/5
Met all my needs
- 3/5
Elevator broke down. Had 2nd elevator though. Parking lot fee was a surprise and there was a backup with cafe drive through.
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
The inconvenience of paying for parking, staff not welcoming and the room definitely needs upgrades. Other that that it was fair.
- 4/5
The bathroom vent was extremely noisy. Everything else is great.
- 3/5
Pet friendly hotel. Staff is helpful. Room was average, both carpets and beds must have seen better days.
- 2/5
Not very. No thermostat. Needed manual control in the middle of the night
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Otherwise, location is great!
- 1/5
In dire need of a renovation. Lots of stains in hallway and elevators feel like they are about to die
- 2/5
Didn’t clean room when requested.
- 1/5
It was not clean at all.The floor carpet had a very bad smell
- 5/5
The room was great for the price and I had parking each night but did pay for it , only thing I would say is the walls are a bit thin so someone open there door down the hall sounds like someone opening your door.
- 3/5
The location was perfect within walking distance of the Meydenbauer Center where we had a convention. The hotel is older and has signs of wear and tear that could be updated. The bed was not very comfortable.
- 2/5
The price
- 3/5
Nice property at a reasonable price. A bit dated but worth the price.
- 2/5
The restaurant attached to the hotel served me raw fish. The batter was still wet and I sent it back. Instead of refunding me I got a 10% discount. Talk about low quality, low standards and bad customer service not to mention the fact they are going to kill someone. How does this place survive?
- 1/5
Blood stains on wall of room and bed. Outdated, dirty, smelled. Possible bed bugs.
- 4/5
Pet friendly & friendly staff
- 3/5
I like this please for the location and price, is cheap compared with the prices for the area. This is my second year staying at the hotel, and this time the room was in bad conditions, one of the lamps didn't work so it was dark all the time. The elevator was noisy, and the common areas need maintenance. However, the staff is nice and kind and always available to help.
- 2/5
the property is to old the bed all rotten
- 3/5
Room was nice. Had a burn mark on the dresser. Dresser drawer was broken so couldn’t use that. Overall it was a comfy stay.
- 2/5
We got one of the rooms facing the pool, which was outside of the building. The room was so outdated, the TV was old and remote was not working properly. Our friends had a room on the inside of the building just a couple doors down and it was a newer room, and they paid almost $100 less than we did. The service was not the best, the front desk gal was never there until you stood at the desk for a few minutes, then she would come out. I should have asked to see the room first, had I known it was going to be really old and outside of the main building, I would have requested a refund. It was really close to a lot of things which was really the only perk. I wouldn't stay here again though.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
I checked out the night before to make sure that I was not charged for an extra day but the man at the front deskDid not check me out. I had to call and make sure later that night
- 4/5
Honestly, great place to rest your head for the night! Staff was really nice, the only thing is that our room smelled like cigarettes:/
- 2/5
Not the cleanest hotel
- 1/5
I just felt like it was not clean to stay in
- 5/5
Hotel 116 was a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. I slept well, enjoyed the breakfast, and felt very welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Friendly staff but the smell in the room from old carpet is not pleasant not all rooms are updated the mattress frame sucks and is unsteady so it feels like a water bed we traveled with family and had a total of 3 rooms all with the same issues, overall would not recommend deff not worth it for the price
- 3/5
The hotel overall was good. Having to pay for parking nightly was sort of unexpected. Something you should consider (very limited breakfast options as well) when looking for accommodations in the area. As it is a pet friendly hotel I found the rooms
- 4/5
good
- 3/5
Lobby elevator shakes very badly and feels like it needs maintenance. It actually went out of service for 1day during our stay. The next day apparently after it was put back in service, it was still shaking dramatically while using it but it did work. A/C works well but is loud. Staff was very nice. Linens were good. Bed was old but comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel is economy. Room was mostly clean. Had a few issues. Nothing major. There is the odor of cleaners throughout the hotel that is possibly masking other issues.

Our room was in the outer building not attached to the hotel but part of the hotel. Our room was not as nice as expected and needed updating. There were gnats in the room. But the beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, near shopping and food, the elevator sounded and felt like it might break while in use.
- 4/5
Older building. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned or else it won't be cleaned. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they only stocked towels and toilet paper bed was not made. Over all no complaints. I really like that they had a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
- 3/5
Overall was just ok. Not bad, not good necessarily. Staff was friendly and room was clean enough it's just older, with stained carpets and a weird smell in the room.

Great room for football weekend.

Great location and value!

Our room was not the cleanest. There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. The bathroom also had pubic hair on the ceiling, hair in and on the tub and on the ground. The tub was stained in numerous places and had mold or mildew along the top of it. All of our drapes has big stains on them, some of them blue in color. The glass table had fingerprints and smears on it. There were cob webs hanging from the ceiling. This was the second room we were offered. The first one had blood on the tub and bathroom door. Overall not a place I would ever stay again nor recommend as it was not cleaned properly and didn’t make me feel super comfortable staying there.

Restaurant very nice

Pool and pool area were great with the kids, food options around the restaurant were walkable and convenient. The elevator definitely needs repair and was a little sketchy to take. Would stay here again!

friendly staff and decent pricing

I feel very mislead from the photos provided on hotels.com. The hotel is very dated. The rooms have stained popcorn ceilings, stained curtains, moldy showers and the smell was terrible. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and dog that was covered by deodorizer. I couldn’t wait for my stay to be over.
- 1/5
Filthy place with stained carpets, nasty elevator, very poor quality bedding. Pictures don’t tell the story. Misleading service with respect to parking and cleaning. Would not recommend!
- 5/5
The staff is helpful and the bar has a great atmosphere.

So many positives about staying here and the staff is wonderful!

We will stay again

Staff was friendly and overall the room was clean. Space could have tighter security. public can access rooms. In the last night, bathtub had a back up which left black greasy substance in the drain. When trying to clean it, black water initially came out of the faucet.

lots of room

The hotel is okay, not great not the worst but you should expect you’re paying on the lower end of options and getting that quality. Cons: The lobby has a strong perfume scent when you walk in, the carpet generally feels dirty, our bathtub was clean but you could tell it was old, the room facilities are dated, there’s no coffee in the lobby but the front desk will tell you you can buy a cup next door (for $5). Parking on site is $15 a night so add on that expense. Our light switch would not turn the light off the first night so we couldn’t sleep and when I called to tell them as we couldn’t fall asleep while exhausted the front desk put me on hold for a good 5 minutes. Pros: they fixed the light the next morning. House keep staff were pleasant. It’s got a number of shops nearby and the restaurant on site seemed busy & people told us things were delicious. There’s a pool and fitness facility which did the job.

The bathtub drain was clogged. My wife and I, had to endure stepping in standing water for most of our shower for the one day we stayed.
- 4/5
Was good but they need to update the whole building but like I said is not to bad
- 5/5
The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 chairs so one person didn't have to sit on the bed. Was very pleased with the room.
- 5/5
It is in a very convenient location to many businesses, shopping like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. It is an older hotel and needs updating i.e. toilets are low, can see wear and tear in rooms. But it's very clean and has all amenities you need in the room. Exercise room nice. Does not have continental breakfast. Woods Cafe next door.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel felt a bit dated, but was still very comfortable.

The room was clean; however, could be updated. The staff at the front desk was helpful. The carpet was torn and dirty in the community areas and the water dispenser in the downstairs gathering room was broken. The location was good. You have to pay $15 parking fee per day.
- 1/5
Terrible hotel avoid. Unclean bathrooms and we had very large spiders. Never disclosed $15 a day parking fee they charge you without mentioning after you leave.

Room was not ready until 4:30. Hotel smelled terrible and was threadbare. Nothing like the online photos. A total bait and switch.

We arrived to Hotel 116 because my wife had a medical procedure & because we live a 3 mile drive away, I needed a place to stay. But it took about 15 minutes for the front desk guy to run up & see if our room was ready. lol Everything else was great!
- 3/5
The pool was dirty. Our room had water damage stains. The beds smelled like fritos, the mini fridge freezer was covered in ice. Its def. 2.5 star hotel
- 3/5
Location and price are good. Hotel is tired inside and has a very strong perfume smell. The room was ok. Rest of hotel could use some updating. Fairly quick uber to Bellevue square so that’s something

Amazing hotel, very clean, very comfortable beds and 24 hour desk help. Only downside is the expensive parking fee.

The pictures on the website do not depict the actual condition of this Hotel. I paid $40.00 for early check in and the room that was ready and available, was located at the end of what was called the "breezeway". These rooms face an outdoor walkway. My room was at the end, near the freeway, there is a stairway near the room to the parking lot and near the laundry services. The lights outside the door were not working and dark. There was a lot of foot traffic. My single pain window did not completely lock, and the door chain lock was rusty. I did not feel it was safe for me, a woman staying in a hotel alone. The room was dirty, cold, smelled of damp mildew, and the carpet was old, warn and bunched up. The main hotel elevator was not working well and at times was concerned of it completely malfunctioning. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful in getting me a room actually inside the main hotel and not out on a noisy breezeway. This room was somewhat updated. The room was clean, however outdated. The cleanliness of the hotel, updates cosmetically, like the dirty, warn, and mismatched bunched up carpets.

Second major issue is the hotel is not as advertised. The hotel is just run down in general. The carpet is dirty brown. The lights and room are dimmed. The beddings skirts are old brown colored and the bed squeaks. The beddings doesn't smell fresh. We had a double bed room and one of the bed doesn't even have a proper comforter. My son's room's bed moved so much it felt like the bed was going to drop to the floor. The bathroom is also very old and outdated. Never saw a picture of what the shower look like on the booking site because it was hidden on purpose. It is an old bath tub with black tiles that looks like a quick fix. The caulking was already coming off. Overall, this place is more of a mid range motel than a hotel. There is a reason why everything from the carpet to the tiles are black or brown, so that the dirty stuff can be hidden better. The only good thing about this place is the location. I took a pass on the Hilton in Bellevue even though the booking price was similar because I wanted to be within walking distance of certain places. Absolutely the worst decision I have made and regret putting my family through this.

This hotel has single pane windows just below the transit train made sleeping difficult and voices could be heard from adjacent rooms and the parking lot. The price was good. The check in was quick and easy. The bed pillows were lumpy, old and smelly. The air conditioner and bathroom fans were very loud. Small room but clean.
- 5/5
Good experience would stay there again
- 5/5
We had two nights reserved. The first night I smelled a musty urine smell near my bed. The next morning when talking to staff, they explained that that’s totally unacceptable and changed my room immediately. Front staff is very receptive to travel issues payment issues, safety issues, dining issues, etc..
