-three exits that were not secure (if not wide open) -dog piles of poop all over -no place to throw away the poop we picked up from our dogs (bagged). Had to walk to dumpster -no bags for people to us if they forgot their own -signs would have been helpful to remind people to pick up their dog piles I did talk to staff about this and said I would write this review.

Nice little hotel/lodge. Very clean, room was surprisingly large. Nothing over the top not the bottom either. Just a nice quaint clean property. The person on staff was very helpful in where I could park a large uhaul truck and trailer. They were more than accompanying us. We were able to have our dog and cat stay their for a fair price as well. I would definitely stay there again and will be staying there again as Bend, Oregon is now just a couple hours from where I live. I recommend this place.
- 4/5
No complaints other than that they don't offer breakfast. Parked right in front our room. Did have a bit of a messy neighbor dumping unknown water/fluid into our parking spot, but I can't blame that on the property.
- 5/5
Great lil clean n inexpensive motel. Clean, pretty n inviting place. Owners were extremely nice. Sufficient parking n easy access to all roads
- 5/5
Best stay ever in Bend,Oregon thanks😊
- 3/5
The staff were very polite and the room was fine, but the neighbors (other guests, who appeared to be transient) were incredibly loud and obnoxious…it sounded like they were cooking up meth in the next room, pots and pans banging into the night starting around 2-3 am.
- 4.5/5
I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and helpful. The value was wonderful and I would stay here again for sure.
- 4.5/5
Good location, clean, quiet, and easy stay. Smooth check in and check out. Great value for the price
- 3/5
Property was well kept. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pretty basic for a motel. Pool and pool area were clean.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Staff went out of their way to assist
- 4.5/5
The location was great, and is an easy walk down to the center of the action. The staff was great at communicating through Booking.com and helped me upgrade my room before we arrived. It was affordable and clean and I will be returning! Is it a high end, luxury hotel? No. Is it clean and safe and full of friendly people? Yes!! It’s a winner in my book. The door locking mechanism seems a bit unreliable.
- 4.5/5
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked that it was only single story, so I didn’t have to worry about people above or below me.
- 5/5
The staff was prepared and attentive. The rooms were clean and the property was very orderly. Don’t overlook the pool: it’s a highlight during summer. Location was okay; sufficient for our walk to H.H. Amphitheater.
- 4/5
Central location. Very clean
- 4/5
Great place for the night. Clean and cozy. Bed was a little on the to firm side and there was only the sheet and bedspread to cover up with. No extra blankets in the room.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean. Safe surroundings Nothing
- 5/5
Exceeded our expectations, no drama having dogs and the staff is so kind. Room is super clean, quiet, and close to everything. Will come back here for sure. N/a
- 5/5
Staff was very thoughtful; we arrived at 9pm and the desk clerk had turned on the air in the room so it was cool upon our arrival. He also upgraded us to a suite free of charge. The suite was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Good blinds plus curtains on all windows for blocking light. It was nice to have the couch seating at the end of a long day rather than having to sit on the bed to work. The suite had a whirlpool tub we did not use. The shower in the tub was excellent. No improvements would have made our stay better. Great value for price, since we were upgraded.
- 4/5
I was in an updated room this time, snd it was much more pleasant. The pool was open and it was hot out, so I enjoyed a lovely swim. Still haven't found the ice machine however. Like the 2 pm check in time! Cant wait to say again!
- 5/5
Great location, great staff and always a clean comfy room.
- 4/5
The property looks like it was Recently renovated, with good design and materials, however workmanship could have been better. The faucet in the bathroom sink wasn't securely attached and splashed water all over the counter. The electric outlet beside the bed not screwed to the wall. The barn door to the bathroom didn't have a bottom guide so flapped around. The USB charger outlets on both bedside lamps don't work. We only stayed one night.
- 4/5
Great helpful staff working to make your stay pleasant. May have to work around some inconvenience during renovations. Like water being shut off.
- 1.5/5
Location and friendly staff The bed smelled of cheap cologne
- 5/5
nice place
- 5/5
The lighting could improve. I am extremely satisfied.
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great for the price. Love parking in front of the room.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stop for the night. The night and morning receptionists were both so kind and helpful. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable.
- 2.5/5
Parking was very tight for anything but a sedan. And the beds seems to be made of cardboard. There were dirty towels when I checked in hung on the shower rod.
- 4/5
Very good deal. Nicely laid out and clean room.
- 0.5/5
Avoid at all costs
- 4/5
It was the perfect place to stay with our dog. Room to run a bit even off lease. Room was comfortable and accommodating. Interior decor was too dark for our tastes but overall they put a lot of effort into making it attractive. Interior decor.
- 4.5/5
When the staff (owner?) asked how I slept, I felt deep in my bones that he actually cared. Food truck was closed already.
- 5/5
I've stayed here many times and but always have a quiet stay. This last time, i slept through my alarm and woke up to the checkout call. The owner was kind enough to give me an hr to pack up and get out.
- 5/5
Clean room with several amenities and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The only place I stay in Bend, centrally located.
- 3.5/5

Super friendly staff. The room was very nice, bathrooms can be a bit cramped, but for the price? Outstanding place to stay. I’m not one night, but will stay here again
- 5/5
Comfortable Bed. Updated room.
- 5/5
Clean king-bed room with wi-fi and television. I have stayed here several times in a different room each time. Each stay has been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Beds were reasonably comfortable
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly establishment. The rooms are quaint and cozy; I felt at home. Great value. Will visit again whenever I pass through. Thank you.
- 4/5
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable--except maybe the pull-out bed in the couch. I didn't try it myself, but one of my sons slept on it and initially grumbled about it--but he did sleep! So I guess it wasn't that bad. Our only disappointment was that there was no breakfast, just coffee available in the office in the morning.
- 5/5
Rooms r small, but meets my needs. Nice n clean and good condition. Staff very friendly n helpful.

I often travel from Portland to Bend and just love staying at the Cascade Lodge while in town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and it was quiet. The rates are more than reasonable. Look forward to coming back next time!
- 5/5
The room was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. The parking is super easy, its quiet and homey here! We have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay here again!!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, awesome service, great price.
- 5/5
Cascade Lodge is a really great value. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location make Cascade a great value for visiting Bend. We've stayed twice and have enjoyed our stay both times. It's not far from the Old Mill District and downtown, but doesn't suffer the issues of being in those districts. There's great food options (Phô Viet, Don Gabino's) nearby grocery stores, and coffee a block away. For an off-the-main-path, affordable, clean and friendly experience, go with this place.
- 2/5
The room smelled pretty bad of like somebody’s smoked in the room quite a bit there were burn marks on the windowsills. The rug was full of stains. The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water, and my cat found the end of a syringe cap under the bed! The people that work there are nice, but when brought the things to their attention, nothing was really done
- 5/5
The rooms were neat and had a good smell. The people were really helpful. Great Value for the money!
- 5/5
My go to place to stay in bend on snowboarding trips. Rooms always very clean, beds comfortable and staff are friendly.
- 5/5
Place is great. Friendly staff.clean rooms. Real glasses th drink from. Real coffee cups to!
- 5/5
All was good clean. And all.
- 5/5
The woman at the front desk is an absolute doll. Kind, caring, sweet, and respectful. The room we stayed in, the King Suite, is like a mini-apartment. If I ever needed an extended stay, I'd pick here just based on her and the room design; living room, dining, minimal but helpful kitchenette, with a separate bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, decent shower pressure, and a barn door style sliding door to separate the living space from sleeping. Not only that, they accepted both of my pups with no issues. I will say, the man who handles complications and check-outs, is a bit on the gruff side. Upon arrival, we noticed neither remote worked on the living room TV and when he came to fix it, he rudely grabbed the remote from my hands while I was trying to use it. He also accusingly questioned me about having my 2 dogs confirmed by the Office; they already had been. Following that, there was a misunderstanding with booking, and he notified my boyfriend once, then myself, separately, to get out despite knowing we had booked it for 3 nights; Expedia glitched on their end. Beyond him, the stay has been near perfect and 5 stars is for the woman at the front and the rooms design alone. Would recommend!!
- 5/5
Rooms are the best. Real coffee cups and real glasses for your beverages. Super nice and clean bathrooms with deep bathtubs. Definitely the nicest cheaper room in Bend!
- 5/5
Staff is super nice. Rooms are perfect. I like this place very much. Great location. Small store in the office, what a great idea.
- 5/5
Secure and clean
- 5/5
Cascade lodge is my goto in Bend when I need a last minute place to stay!
- 5/5
Owners that care
- 5/5
The room was wonderful, staff was very friendly and it was a great value for the price. Loved my stay, will definitely be back! Only thing that was less than perfect was the ice machine didn't work and the walls are very thin so my neighbor woke me up at 4:30am singing lol. They were a good singer but I couldn't get back to sleep.
- 5/5
Place was clean, a lot options stores around so it’s a good place to stay, I will recommend it!
- 5/5
It was the best cheaper motel I've ever stayed in.
- 5/5
Nice staff.
- 3/5
Stains on nightstand, hole in comfortor, dents in wall. Ig u get what u pay for
- 5/5
Staff is great, very welcoming. The room “a studio or mini-suite I would call it” was very clean and inviting. The jetted tub was the icing on the cake after a long drive from Idaho….and still an 8 hour drive home to California!! Definitely my new favorite place to stop when passing thru!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all quite friendly as well. The price was fantastic for a town known to be expensive.
- 4/5
Parking was good. Clean room, comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Fantastic staff, clean and quiet room
- 5/5
Very friendly and pleasant check in. Nice clean room with everything I needed. It's located close to restaurants and stores.
- 5/5
EVERYTHING about this business is 5 star for me
- 5/5
They are so polite respectful you feel so comfortable there the rooms were clean
- 5/5
This place is incredible for the $$. VERY clean, spacious rooms and a wonderful staff. Locally owned too!
- 5/5
Perhaps the best affordable hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The check in was easy and the young woman was very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed including a refrigerator and better cable tv than more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is close to food, gas, grocery, downtown.. pretty much everything. It was a great location for my Homebase while I hiked all around the area. Bobby (I think he’s the manager) would ask whenever he saw me coming or going how the stay was going and if I needed anything. I was not able to take advantage of the pool since I was there in late October but that is a nice bonus for warmer months. Cascade Lodge is a no brainer now for me when I’m in Bend. It’s clean, friendly, affordable, has the right amenities and proximity to essentials and fun. Keep up the great work guys!
- 5/5
This place is a little gem. The staff are very kind humerus and helpful. From now on I won't stay anywhere else in Bend.
- 5/5
Kind staff, cozy and safe environment, some of the best sleep I’ve had during a stay.
- 5/5
Great, sociable, welcoming staff/owner! Room was in great condition. Quiet, safe area. Would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
Nice rooms, great service!
- 1/5
Room cleaning knocked on the door 9 to 9:30 am before check out and then once again at 10:45am before check out when we had a do not disturb sign on the door handle that is provided by the property.
- 5/5
Quiet and very clean
- 5/5
Cute motor inn. Well maintained
- 5/5
Our third stay here in two years. They have added new carpet in the rooms since our last stay. Nice rooms, TV works great, its quiet, beds are comfortable. Works great for us. Will stay again.
- 4/5
This is my go-to lodging when I visit Bend. This is my 3rd year in a row. It's close to old downtown, Old Mill, freeways to get to the outdoors! My only critique is the shower: the water pressure is good for very hot and very cold but blending the two proved difficult. The 12-o'clock position is OFF. In order to achieve a temperture that wasn't too hot, I had to adjust the knob to ALMOST OFF, thus LOW water pressure.
- 5/5
Great value for the money. Staff was very friendly. It will be my new go to in Bend
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 3/5
It was an ok place
- 5/5
Excellent room; friendly staff. Very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when passing through Bend. Highly recommend. Room was immaculate and huge—plenty of floor space, and giant, recently renovated bathroom. Comfy bed.
- 5/5
Great room, quiet and clean
- 5/5
I was hiking, without a car, and it was a bit of a walk into town, but with transportation it would be great.
- 5/5
Great bath/shower, comfortable bed, quiet
- 5/5
Great bath/shower, comfortable bed, good price, friendly staff
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again
- 4/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
Very nice hotel for a really good price. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Checking in was fast and easy and the mgmt upgraded my room to be closer to other family members. I will stay at Cascade Lidge every time I visit the Bend area. Thank you.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, close to stores and restaurants.
- 4/5
Office was locked at 10 pm when we checked in. Friendly, helpful staff. The room has a scent like potpourri but not overpowering.
- 5/5
The owners were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. Some remodeling was going on but it wasn’t disruptive. I felt at home
- 4/5
We were overwhelmed by the lemon scent in the room. The staff willingly switched us to a different room, but that deodorizing scent was still pretty heavy. We ran the wall fan all night and that helped. The staff were very friendly and kind.
- 5/5
I loved this place! The room was clean, quiet, nicely decorated spacious. A very comfortable bed too. They have a nice pool also, though I didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Cascade Lodge and will definitely stay there again. 5 stars!
- 1/5
I’m not sure why this place has good reviews: it’s old, dark, nasty carpet, hasn’t been updated for a long time, old linens, I walked in and walked out. Expedia wouldn’t give me my money back either. I won’t be using them anymore. But don’t stay here is nasty. I came in for business and it’s not in the safest area and I felt uncomfortable.
- 1/5
I was looking at my map after checking out and desk clerk guy came out and stood there staring at me until I left. It was very weird.
- 5/5
Quick in and out of Bend for some work meetings, this was a great value.
- 4/5
Everything was good. The pool looked nice but it was a bit cloudy and sprinkled during my stay.
- 5/5
Friendly and efficient check in clerk, huge, clean room and bathroom, great location… we were more than satisfied!
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff helping me check in. The room Is clean, cool, and comfortable.
- 4/5
Ok stay
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Huge room! Nice pool!
- 5/5
Super nice staff, friendly, helpful. The room smelled terrific and was very clean. They let us have our room earlier in the day when we arrived early. Safe, spacious, and good for the value! Parking next to our room. We walked from Hayden Homes after a concert and it was a nice, safe walk.
- 4/5
Stayed there briefly, it worked for what I needed, I was able to walk to the concert at the amphitheater.

- 2/5
Motel sits on busy ave that can be noisy. Room backed right up to fence separating us from cars on adjoining property. Pool area also got noisy -- one party set off firecrackers for 20+ min around 9:00 pm. I called to ask about street noise, etc. prior to booking and was told it was quiet. The room itself was clean and nicely equipped. However, the extra blankets came with blood stains and cigarette burns. They appeared to be quite old.
- 4/5
Pool was very clean, on the cold side. Only negative was room could use upgrade / carpet/ furniture.
- 1/5
There is no airconditioning in that place..
- 5/5
Easy in and out hotel
- 4/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided. It’s also very convenient to have a ground level room that you can pull right up to. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and super clean room. The full-sized microwave and mini fridge were a nice touch. Quick drive to local breweries and restaurants.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing; they went above and beyond to make our stay well above our expectations.
- 5/5
Very clean, towels, linens and bathroom. The rooms have been updated. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s in really good shape for an older property. Pool is kid friendly. A very good value. You won’t be disappointed.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff.
- 4/5
I had a client change appointment dates so I needed to switch a date. Very nice lady I talked on the phone on Mon stated I had to contact Expedia because it was booked through Hotels.com. Expedia Chat stated it is property pay and take it up with the property. On Wed upon check-in, I requested from the owner's son who was on the desk that afternoon to stay Wed night and since it was already property-paid, to credit the Thur night to a 4-day stay in Nov and book on the spot using that day as credit. The son totally understood but HAD to ask dad. I only ever use "property pay" for this flexibility, I've done this at least a dozen times historically. Thur afternoon, I asked again to reconsider and use the Thur night as a credit for a 4-night in Nov. Owner refused and cited Expedia is the reason. I informed him that is inaccurate, but I'm not one to question another's business practices in their own house but I really just don't understand why he would give up a four night stay in Nov so he could keep this one day today; but long-term loss for short term gain. I got my receipt as I had to leave that night back to Medford for a 6am appointment on Friday, gave him his key and left for Medford. It's a great little spot here, very clean, but if you 3rd party book even using "property pay", you're unconditionally locked into the dates, no exceptions.
- 5/5
Hotel has good vibes and friendly staff!
- 4/5
We got a good night sleep
- 4/5
Nice stay, great value for the money.
- 5/5
The overall price and cleanliness was excellent. The coffee maker with real cups and more than two cups of coffee made my day. The only negative was the WiFi was sketchy at best but I really didn’t mind it at all. The staff were very friendly and kind.
- 5/5
Pool was nice. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
We loved the place, clean, spacious room, nice pool, easy check in.
- 5/5
Place is great
- 4/5
Wish they provided breakfast for the price of one night stay. This was a very cut place to stay.
- 4/5
Great little hotel in Bend. Room was clean and looked like it was in the process of upgrades. Pool was nice and clean as well. Friendly service.
- 5/5
It is a nostalgic lovely place. The staff was wonderful. Went the extra mile and kind
- 5/5
It was eaay to find off and ample parking. The hotel waa quite. We were traveling through but if I were coming back to Bend would absolutely stay there. It waa very quaint and spacious
- 2/5
Very shabby room, staff was nice but uncaring about return business, remotes did not work for tv , so essentially...no tv. Over a hundred dollars minimum is being able to watch the news. Am i right? Holes in wall, torn shower curtain, hinges ripped from the door jamb. Ugh! 1 🌟 star.
- 4/5
the place was great. Older property that had been redone, clean rooms, not too loud. It is a motel, actual metal key, door to the outside. But the room was pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great. TV didn't have cable, only the weird free channels you get with a smart tv, but nothing bad. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The staff worked with me on a vehicle issue, and the entire stay was comfortable and convenient to Bend.
- 5/5
Loved the stay! Highly recommend it. Will definitely want to stay back when we return
- 5/5
I have stayed at this location for the last few years when making Central Oregon trips. I always feel right at home and comfortable with its environment. Everything from the room look and design along with the service and staff members is professional and positive.
- 3/5
The room and property was different. Half of the room was boutique hotel-unique painting of the walls, lighting that was unique. The other half-with the beds, couch and table was definitely older style. It felt like moving from the 90's to today's style when crossing the tile flooring to the carpeting. Their was definitely effort into the making the room pleasant but it was so incongruous, as iff they had upgraded the bath and kitchen area and then ran out of money. It was not a bad place. It was clean and the owner was pleasant. The ice machine was broken. There were construction materials stored just outside of our room. It was advertised as a no smoking property but in the evening there was at least 4 people outside of their rooms smoking within 20 feet of our door. Overall it was a nice place, but I wouldn't stay there again.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and staff was very personable.
- 5/5
Convenient will definitely stay again when we are in Bend Oregon.
- 1/5
Pictures show renovated bathroom - which it was. But everything else in the room was old and stained and gross. Plus our room was super hot and stuffy when we checked in. No excuse for staff not turning on the air conditioning ahead of time.
- 5/5
Large rooms, great pool!!
- 3/5
TOILET PAPER SAID TWO PLY,NOT! NO LIGHT FOR RIGHT SIDE OF BED. RM 46. OTHER THAN THAT RM WAS OK. NICE BATHROOM
- 4/5
We enjoyed the retro vibe!
- 2/5
Air conditioning was off when we arrived. Too near the fwy which was sometimes noisy. Yuck factor upon arrival. We will not stay again.
- 3/5
Questionable handyman work. Gaps between flooring and walls, carpet stains, accessible shower bench did not stay retracted again wall.
- 5/5
Quick one night stay. Nicely remodeled motel room and grounds were well kept.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 3/5
My room was old and rundown beds good
- 5/5
Definitely sets a high standard among the smaller motels in this area - perfect for my overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, well-kept and nicely set up room and bathroom. Easy walking distance to the Old Mill District. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool, too! Will stay here again.
- 3/5

Located in a convenient spot. Room was clean, staff were great, pool was awesome.
- 5/5
Great find. Reasonable price very clean property. Close to Old Town.
- 5/5
Got in late and they were there to get us in quickly. All we could ask
- 4/5
Friendly people and great view of the fireworks
- 3/5
Nice and recently renovated
- 3/5
Old, rundown motel with friendly staff and a nice pool in the middle of the parking area. The rooms are big but lack cleaning. However towels and linen were clean and the bed comfortable and we slept well 2 nights. (There was no working food truck on the property as seen in pictures)
- 5/5
I didn’t catch the name who checked me in but he did an amazing job and you could tell he really cared about the property and garden. Nice guy. Thanks
- 3/5
We noticed there was a wet spot on the carpet by the closet and on the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom door also wouldn’t shut. I brought it to the attention of the property owner as we were leaving for a bit. When we came back we were told there was a water leak and they were waiting on a plumber and they put towels and a large fan in the room. They did nothing about the bathroom door not shutting and the plumber never did show up. We were there for two nights and could not switch rooms (they said nothing else was available). I was sharing the room with my adult son and would have really liked at least the bathroom door fixed for privacy (I explained this to them). When we checked out nothing was said and no apology or discounts were offered. We will not be returning to stay here.

They would not refund me to cancel a week in advance. So decided to go and this is no lodge it’s a motel. Very outdated. Didn’t even have trash can in bathroom. Very old carpeting. Cheap bedding. Not impressed.

Property owner lives on property and clearly does not want to be a hotel owner. Advertises to be a 24/7 front desk but in actuality, if you happen to arrive late to check in there will be no one at the desk to greet you and instead you will be locked out, forced to call a phone number that they won’t answer, and no one will respond to the doorbell that they say to ring for assistance. There is no indication anywhere that this is their house, so beware! Because if you happen to knock on their window of what you assumed was still a regular hotel lobby break room, they will call the cops on you for trespassing! I was refused my stay after already having paid for it, forced out into the streets on an unfamiliar city, at 2:00 in the morning after having driven 13 hours to get to my destination. Never have I been treated so poorly at a hotel, or any other type of “hospitality” establishment. If you want to stay somewhere, stay anywhere else but here. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I think in hindsight it’s for the best that we didn’t stay there, and I recommend you don’t either.

The stay was okay.

No perks offered, but easiest check in ever. It was a motor motel not a perk kind of place. We didnt ise the pool but the area and grounds were nicely kept. The iwner was very courteous.

Besides that, the room was well equipped with a nice fridge, a toaster, microwave and real glassware! I would simply suggest the ownership should make sure to look hard for trash in places it shouldn't be, and remove the 'hangout' in the corner where my room was. Otherwise, I would stay there again and maybe next time I'd be able to enjoy the pool, which looked great!

Excellent value, clean and efficient, nice pool, friendly staff. Highly recommended. Only downside is highest noise, but what can you do.

The good, river location and access to trail. The bad, dank smells in hallways and room. Cluttered items left in the room like paint cans, pet items and other things. The property has an obvious lack of investment. I was also required to sign a contract when I got there, which I never had to do with Expedia before. I don’t know how this place gets rated as high as it does considering the cost of staying. I wouldn’t spend more than $100/nt here, but Bend is getting crazy expensive overall. I do not recommend this place.

This is an old time motel. I really like to use these kind of motels when I can. The place was spotless parking was easy, I even went into the heater pool and it was beautifully clean and beautifully maintained. Property was nice and we could eat and shop. The pool was open late also. I would highly recommend the Cascade motel. There is a minor league ball park very close by. I would have liked to know about it.

After booking, I went to look at the reviews on several websites after reading I felt I made a huge mistake for me and my family. Nonetheless, some of the issues in the reviews were correct but most were people being Karen’s! Yes, at 10:30 I had someone open my door for cleaning which was rude but they apologized and shut the door. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Employees were nice and helpful. The owner was helpful, I can see how some uncultured individuals may feel he’s rude. But it’s simply a cultural difference and language barrier he means well and is actually very polite humble and kind! Great place for the price and will definitely come back in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was our 1st time n definitely will not be our last. We travel through Bend half a dozen times a yr n this will be our stay from now on. We usually stay in 3 stars n this 2 star location beats them all. Welcome committee was awesome, rooms a tremendous n a clean n free parking lot/swimming pool cant be beat
