Great amazing and quick service! Amazing bed. Great space! It had a fridge and microwave so that was honestly such an amazing bonus! Would 100% stay here again.

Clean and perfect location within walking distance to Old Mill district and Hayden Amphitheater.

The property is very basic. No pool or restaurant. It is maintained and kept reasonably clean. It accepts dogs. It has a good location about a 5 minute walk to the Old Mill District. The price, relative to other nearby hotels, is good (though high).

My new favorite hotel. I will be looking for this hotel on our next adventure.

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is very clean and staff are great! Only problem is no pool or weight room.

Great location and the staff is always super nice. Only issue this stay was someone was smoking both cigarettes and pot on the floor I was on and it stunk so bad.

Easy and efficient stay for us. This was the first time we have stayed with a “My Place” franchise and we had a positive experience.

The facility smelled clean without being institutional- room was clean and you had kitchen dishes etc available- laundry room was a nice bonus- I had difficulty with feeding the machine and the staff was very helpful- facility felt secure- good value for the money 😁

I don’t like the sheets; those awful microfiber things that make sleeping difficult for some; like me.

Great location in the Old Mill district of Bend. Room price was reasonable. Each bed had four nice pillows, and the towels were of a good, heavy quality. Things that could have been better: The TV was small. The blind on the window let light in around the sides of the window. The sheets on the bed were microfiber and held in the heat, making sleep difficult. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, so putting on makeup had to be done by the window with a hand mirror in order to see.

This is a basic clean well run budget hotel that allows pets. Since we travel with a dog as often as we can, with limited choices of places allowing pets, this is by far one of our favorite chains for locations and price that allows pets.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. This last trip was unacceptable. The bed was broken. Every move you made the springs squeaked and the bed sloped to the middle. Finally got to sleep by laying at the end of the bed. I hope they read this an replace mattress that are worn out

Another great extended stay here. This location has been our only hotel experience in the Bend area. We've been here before and will continue to stay here. Very close to the Old Mill District and literally a couple minutes from the Old Downtown area. We love the location and the rooms are nice, clean, and have the amenities we use and appreciate. Staff have always been very pleasant and accommodating. My Place is and will be our go-to when visiting Bend.

We stayed one night in a double queen room. It was clean, quiet, safe and close to the things we wanted to do. We only talked to 1 staff person and he was very friendly. I’d stay again.

It was peaceful

The walls seem to not block much noise.Tried calling front desk but could not get ahold of anyone. I was so frustrated when I got the call 30min before checkout making sure we would be gone, I just wanted to leave. When trying to check out we waited 20min at the front counter and were finally greeted by a housekeeper who didn’t seem to know much so we handed over the key and left. We were so tired we booked another hotel to sleep for a few hours because we did not feel safe driving back home the 4 hours after a night of no sleep. Wont be back.

This place is pretty basic. It has all of your essential needs not any of the bells and whistles, but that’s totally fine. It has a nice view from the parking lot of the mountains. The best part about this place is the parking is absolutely free which every hotel around the area you have to pay for parking which is so terrible so we like that in the staff is really nice. My wife was having some medical issues and the staff let her checked in like really early. I think maybe like before noon or something like that was real crazy but they were so nice to do that so my wife could be more comfortable until I could get home for work, but yeah if you’re looking for something really basic and not compromising too much on quality. This is your place and of course I really like their pet policy. It’s not like really outrageous to bring your pets so that’s another huge plus too so yeah I can’t say enough. Good things about my place. Just pretty simple and straightforward. I honestly really can’t think of anything

Room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Great location across from Mill District shops and dining. Plenty of hotel parking and not too far to walk. Room was quiet. Appreciated the full size refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, microwave, and toaster. Our only complaint was the intensity of the glowing green light on the smoke detector directly above the bed. It was as bright as an emergency exit sign and impossible to ignore.

The room was nice enough, but we paid for a kitchenette and then whenever you need anything kitchen related you have to ask the front desk. The kitchen is completely empty. So it’s not super convenient. Also, I think my biggest frustration of all is that we 100% left a portable charger there that we had just purchased.. and they weren’t honest enough to return it. So someone on their staff obviously isn’t truthful and that doesn’t make me trust staying there again unfortunately.

It is a nice, clean hotel. Our room had two queen beds which was nice. It seems to be close to restaurants and other needed services.

Good location. Friendly staff. Close to old mill district, which has various food choices and waterfront parks. The bath drain was blocked, which was such a bummer when you realized it while showering. The bed was uncomfortable.

The stay overall was good, was not noisy an we slept good. However the room did have a weird smell, we could not pin point what the small was but it was pretty bad we had to sleep with the window open. The beds and bathroom were really clean, so that was a plus.! There was some hair on the bathroom counters. But shower was great.

The room was clean and comfy, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I needed a room on the lower level, and they were able to do this for me without any issues. There is a shopping center, food and movie theater close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable. It was quiet and the view from our third story window was beautiful! We could see several mountain peaks. One of the nights was Halloween and we decided to walk not drive to a restaurant that was across the street. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Room was very clean. Bathroom was spotless. The hotel is just “10 y.o.”, everything seemed well maintained & not worn out. Friendly & welcoming staff, Cory at front desk was very accommodating. Hotel is dog-friendly with a minimal pet fee. It’s just a short stroll to Old Mill restaurants, shopping, theaters, park & river walk. Will stay there again.

Entering the hotel room smelled like a someoned used a room deodorizer that had chemicals in them which had an unpleasant and unappealing odor that lingered inside the room. And had to air it out

Hotel is in a great location and very affordable. No fancy frills, however rooms have kitchens, and the facility has laundry, a communal eating area. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate in lobby and a variety of food & drinks for purchase at reasonable prices. The best is the location, a five minute walk to the old Mill shopping district on the river! So convenient! Staff was super friendly and helpful, no issues whatsoever.

The night guard proceeded to get into an arguing match with someone outside the front of the property around midnight which was very unprofessional and didn’t make us feel safe. One staff member seemed inconvenienced to bring us a cooking pan and I eventually had to go get it myself. Need people who are interested in customer service.

The walls seems extra thin. Our neighbor watched TV until 2 AM and we heard every word. We also got to smell them cooking at 12 PM. (Leaky suite doors?).

Darla and Josh at the front desk were very friendly. Very attentive with help printing passes and local travel tips. Locals who grew up in Bend . The hotel was extremely clean , one of the tidiest we’ve visited . And that stands out today among other declining properties . Location is convenient walking distance to the River , shops , Hayden Homes , Deschutes Brewery and more

Great location. It was clean. It was not the style of hotel I usually stay at and I stayed one night. The room felt more like a very nice college dorm room with a kitchenette.

Only 2 things sucked - slamming doors and dog owners not controlling pets or cleaning up after their pet - not the fault of the hotel.

The staff took care of a smell in my room immediately. Super close walk to Old Mill, too!

If I knew how the inside of the hotel was I would have not stayed there. For $150 you can get way better. The whole hotel is very dated. Our room had a full size fridge inside the room which made noise. The hot water in the shower was barely there and not hot. No breakfast. Not a good experience at all.

Room smelled like wet dog. It was horrible. We complained to management and were quickly dismissed with a simple apology and nothing more. We even asked to switch rooms and they flatly said no.

A little pricey if you consider that there is no breakfast, but if I find a good deal I would consider staying here again.

Cleanliness is excellent but I was not able to shower, tub drainage and sink wouldn’t drain.

I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the situation. At first, the solution offered was just to clean the room again, which I refused. Then I was told there were no other single rooms available. I asked for my money back, since I did not want to stay in that room. After speaking with the manager, they finally gave me a double-bed room at the same price, and apologized, mentioning that the original room was the one used for guests with pets. My main issue is: if I never requested a pet-friendly room, why was I placed there in the first place? The smell was terrible, and it made my check-in experience very frustrating. Even though they resolved it by moving me to another room, this situation should never have happened. Guests deserve to be placed in clean, fresh rooms right from the beginning.

Step up from Motel 6 - my room was dated and just kind of musky. The breakfast available is room service only, which consists of a heated up frozen burrito. Staff was nice, I just wouldn't stay in this chain again

We made the reservation because we were going to a show at the amphitheater. We were happy to find that it was only about a 10 min walk, which was perfect for us. The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. We had an excellent stay. Thank you.

The hotel room was surprisingly a good size for 2 people and 2 dogs. The kitchen was a great addition with a full size fridge, stove and coffee maker. Cleanliness was superb. Customer service was outstanding.

The stay was really nice… The only thing we noticed was that the kitchen had no utensils or dishes? When we asked about it, they said they would rent that stuff to us? It just seemed like if they had a full kitchen, it would come stocked also?? Other than that it was fine.

They don't offer a continental breakfast, but was able to order what they call "breakfast in bed," that cost $7.95. However, all they did was deliver frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches that we had to heat up ourselves and didn't taste right, a Nutragrain bar, and brown orange juice that was undrinkable, without an expiration date. When we informed the front desk returning it, we got an "Im sorry," but still got charged for it.

Rooms facing west have great views of Mt. Bachelor. We opted, however, for a 4th (top) floor room facing east (because we didn't want to hear anyone above us). The rooms are clean with enough room to spread out if needed. But the staff, everyone I came in contact with, was polite, professional, and friendly. This location is close enough to walk to the river and Old Mill District area for shopping and dining options. My only complaint was the surge pricing for the concert that was happening on the Wednesday night during our 4 night stay. Mon, Tues, and Thurs night were all around $205 per night but Wed night was $331. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

It served it’s purpose but dated and far too expensive

We were passing through Bend on a long road trip and needed a place to rest for the night. We had some car trouble which caused us to arrive past the 12:00 am check-in requirement. We phoned ahead and the desk added a note to our reservation so that it wouldn’t be cancelled. Check-in went swiftly and both evening and morning staff were great.

Modern (possibly remodeled); clean; quiet - but excellent location within walking distance to the Old Mill shops and restaurants! Also, no extra charge for parking!

Always stay here in Bend. Easy access from Highway. Very quiet and clean. Love the full sized fridge and freezer and easy check in and out. Walkable and close to lots of shops and restaurants and very safe. Also pet friendly!

Good hotel if you want to be walking or bike distance from old mill area and the river. But you pay extra for that. Didn’t have breakfast, or other common amenities like a pool or hot tub. You can save significant money and get more amenities, if you stay another half mile out and drive in to old mill district.
