Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed disappointment with the lack of free breakfast and issues with room cleanliness.

Great location!
- 5/5
Parking overnight is $25. Breakfast is not included. Having a balcony room was very nice.
- 3/5
Too many carpenter ants in and around room. Corners and window areas not clean. Check in clerk was not Hospitable at all. Not enough water bottles in room. Paying for parking is not a good look for a hotel not in an actual downtown location. Parking should be free for hotel staying guests.

Exceptional
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and you cannot beat the location. It was perfect for attending the concert. Thank you!
- 3/5
Over priced, small room, no maid service, dated, good location
- 3/5
The hotel is located perfectly for use of surrounding attractions. The staff were wonderful. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room, there was a stain on the couch that was disturbing in appearance. Didn’t sit on the couch after seeing that.
- 5/5
Clean, close to great coffee (sisters) and beer (deschutes)!
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and smelled amazing.
- 3/5
We also had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa and when we were given it weren’t given a pillow case when we specifically asked for it.
- 5/5
Great location with very nice views of the old mill district

The pool was out along with the spa and the the $20 parking charge that was tacked on in the end was, in my mind, criminal. Also no continental breakfast, even super 8 offer that.....over priced stay that I will not use again.

We stayed here one night while passing through from Nebraska to Eugene, Oregon. The staff was great and the room was fantastic!

Really good location The spa and pool were closed. There was no indication of that in the booking. I would have chose a different hotel had I known. The menu and what the server said in the restaurant didn’t match up.

Great place to be in walking distance from the center of old town Bend
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the view out the window of the mountain peaks was stunning.
- 5/5
Clean, with nice staff, only downside was parking was not free .

Good stay

Very clean
- 3/5
Good location, steps to Old Mill district/river walk area. Room service did not clean the room. After being away for most of the day, had to call the front desk to arrange cleaning. $20/ day for onsite parking. Pool was closed, or my daughter would have gone to swim. Didn’t bring swim wear. Upon arrival staff said Hampton Inn pool, across the river, could be used.
- 2/5
I paid for a suite. When I checked in the furnishings in the suite were of such poor quality I had to take a regular room. I would like to be reimbursed for the extra I paid for a suite I never occupied. A very poor experience and just received an apology and lip service from the hotel. Not a good experience.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay other then the pool being closed and not told till after check in.
- 5/5
Quiet spot to rest after traveling, comfortable, clean and enjoyable.
- 5/5
Room was very comfortable, location very convenient, parking is a bit expensive in my opinion but it was plentiful at least.
- 5/5
Check in the person could have been a little more welcoming. This property is nice, I’ve stayed several times and will continue. Breakfast is a good buffet or there is a menu, I always do the buffet.
- 5/5
The spa was out of order
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
That you now have to pay for parking. This is the 1st year that there was a charge and if I’m already paying a good amount of money staying at your hotel parking should be part of that nightly fee. Very disappointed if the new fee.

- 5/5
Very clean & spacious room, staff was very kind, and the hotel was in an excellent location - walking distance to old mill and Cruz brewery.
- 3/5
Our stay was fine, but we did not like that the property charges $20 to park in their empty lot. Also, they do not offer free wifi, unless you join their club. Two reasons not to book with Hilton.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
Was unpleasantly surprised by the parking charge. This isn’t downtown Seattle.

- 3/5
Food service was fine, and the room was great. I would consider staying again, but not 100% sure.
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Great location $3 for bottled tap water. 1 cup of coffee per queen bed. Shower heads were the absolute worst thing the 80’s ever produced
- 3/5
No tabels next to beds. Extremely small bathroom. Blinds/curtains don’t cover entire window so at 6am you’re up with the sun. Pool/ hot tub very nice. For an expensive hotel much more is expected
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room
- 5/5
The servers in the restaurant hands down made our stay so amazing !! Breakfast every morning and top notch service and the food especially the breakfast bowl the chef whipped up amazing !! Thank you for a beyond pleasant stay !!
- 1/5
I was not able to check in. The hotel had no record of my reservation. I had to pay again for a new reservation and it was more expensive.
- 3/5
Room and facilities were good, but I got hit with a surprise parking charge. No.mention of a few when I was checking in, but I got hit on checkout. Extra from the Expedia sale price.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, and the room was nice. The only issue was our room wasn't ready on time and we didn't get our breakfast vouchers at check in.
- 5/5
Room was perfect for what we needed. Staff was helpful when checking in!
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 3/5
We have stayed at this property a dozen times and I was disappointed the last 2 times. They now charge for parking which it use to be free stating that it is because of the concerts at the amphitheater (no concerts currently because it’s winter). The hot tub the last 2 visits has been luke warm. When we showed up this past Thursday the pool and hot tub were closed which for our kids is a big deal. It was very noisy the first 2 nights of this visit with people yelling in the hallway during the middle of the night. And lastly they are suppose to service the room every other day and they did not this visit until I called. I use to love this hotel and we frequent Bend often but I think it’s time to find a new place.
- 4/5
Spacious room, well appointed and clean. Staff friendly
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
I stay at the Hilton every time I go to Bend. Great staff awesome location to shopping and dining clean rooms clean hotel we love it there
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
They charge $20 per day for parking and I had no idea.
- 5/5
Nice lap pool and spa - great dinner options
- 5/5
Excellent room and service!
- 3/5
The hotel itself is great and immaculate and the rooms are top quality. But this property makes you pay $20 to use their parking lot. Not a covered garage, mind you, but a parking lot that other hotels do NOT charge you for! This parking fee is a rip-off and an insult to their guests!
- 5/5
Stayed in 2 bedroom king suite. Was great for our family who prefer to avoid vacation rental. Lovely staff, perfect location, indoor pool was fun for our kiddo. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The room was clean and wonderful.
- 4/5
Room was great! Front desk staff had a legitimate cold with excessive coughing and sneezing. So uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Perfect besides the trash trucks from 3:30am to 6:00am non stop right outside our window. Just don’t stay on the far right side looking at the entrance on a Sunday night (we were room 202) if you want to actually sleep.
- 5/5
Loved our stay here. However, paying $20 for parking, was a bit shocking. I have never paid for parking at any hotel, ever, in a hotel parking lot I was staying at and paying for. So was not expecting that upon check out.
- 4/5
Very comfortable hotel in great location. Only downside would be the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working properly - it needed maintenance.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet with a lovely view of the river and a small town.
- 5/5
All of it was great
- 4/5
This was a very comfortable stay in a nice room. They tried to slip in a $20 charge for parking, but removed the charge when I pointed out that this was not disclosed in the reservation.
- 4/5
The room we reserved was nice & spacious with 2 separate bedrooms & a living room area. The room could have been a bit cleaner. There were cobwebs in the corners & the entire tile floor area was really sticky. Otherwise, the room was very nice.
- 4/5
Facilities and room were great. Close walk to Old Mill District. Only thing that bugged us was paying for parking.
- 4/5
Staff was sweet
- 5/5
I was surprised as other guests were that they charge $20 for parking.
- 5/5
Friendly staff great location very clean great amenities just a really good place to stay
- 3/5
Clean property and friendly staff. I dont like the parking fee of $20 per day however.
- 5/5
Your staff was epic. I loved the way the front desk was able to message me and stay in touch.
- 1/5
No one was at the front desk. I had to find the desk person who was asleep with a hoodie over their head in a chair in the lounge. Once i woke him up he started helping people but he was not really coherent. It took at least 30 minutes to get checked in. Would not return to this hilton
- 3/5
The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings are incredible. Leland at the front desk is why I’ve given a poor review though.
- 1/5
We got there and they had no reservation for us. We paid Expedia in advance for a two night stay and had to pay again. The manager said that Expedia scams people like this all the time now and that we need to go through our credit card company to get our money back.
- 4/5
was a good stop close to the mill district nice hotel good value
- 4/5
Overall a great place. The bed was an extreme issue. Not a very supportive mattress. Neither my wife or myself cared for it at all.
- 4/5
No room safe - really?
- 4/5
Property is in a nice area of Bend. However, it is getting a bit tired and the owners charge a very premium price. Additionally, the property imposes a $20/night parking surcharge that is not disclosed. The breakfast at $14/pp is quite high for the area.
- 2/5
Check in staff seemed overworked and stressed out. He said my room number out loud which I hate.
- 3/5
For the money, if location is not essential like for a concert across the river, select elsewhere where hotel is up to date and roomier. We have experienced better in the area. Again friendly folks but misses the mark for the money.
- 4/5
The room was just fine, although they forgot to leave a bar of soap. Upon check-in, they could not make keys. So that was the only problem. After we came back from dinner, we were able to obtain keys.
- 3/5
As far as this hotel is concerned, aside from the location, the overall experience was disappointing. My partner and I stayed for 4 days, and requested a suite as we prefer extra room and privacy for our work and sleep habits. The suite in the Hilton is large enough and actually has a loft which was very attractive. Other than adequate space, however, there were several things which seemed inadequately supervised. The following is a list in no particular order. 1. Immediately upon entering the room we noticed that the toilet was exceedingly difficult to flush. After removing the lid I discerned that the flusher control was very worn. We were able to use it during our stay, with each flush requiring wrist strain, but we do not like service personnel in our room during a stay, so we made the best of it. This should have been addressed by your staff, who surely flush the toilet between guests. 2. The 2 story room has a large upper window with electric controls of the shade. These were inoperative. Again, this was so obvious that I was actually amazed that the staff were surprised when I informed them of the problem. Again, I did not want workmen in the room with ladders, equipment etc. so we made do with eye shades. How was this not noticed and fixed? 3. The carpet was deeply filthy, although superficially vacuum cleaned. 4. a hallway sink outside the bathroom is clumsy and outdated
- 4/5
Hilton decided to charge $20 for parking. Bend is a small city, other hotels in the area do not charge for parking, and space is ample for parking lots. We will not stay at this Hilton hotel again. The excuse was that concert goers might park there. So give guests a parking pass.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a fabulous area.
- 5/5
We have been visiting the Hilton Garden Inn in Bend since 2013 and it never fails to deliver. Great rooms, great location and most importantly, great staff.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the stay. It was clean, close to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
Bar was great, super close to a shopping center with dinner options.
- 3/5
My experiance with checking in was not great. On the day we were scheduled to check in there was a system wide crash or something of that nature and they were unable to check any guests in and had no idea when they would be able to do so. I asked if they could take down my number in order to be contacted when we could check in because we had a concert to get to and we were soaking wet having just come form floating the river and were in need of a shower before heading to dinner etc. Luckily we had a friend in town who offers her place for getting ready and such. By the time we were done we were late to dinner and the concert. I never got a call confirming that check in was possible. We weren't able to check in until 10pm. Additionally there was random loud noises throughout the night that jarred us awake and in the morning it was so bright in our room at sunrise because the black out curtains were non existent. When I inquired about a refund or a discount for all of our troubles, staff was only able to offer free parking and food vouchers for the in house breakfast. Seeing as parking is already free and I am vegan, neither of those offerings were helpful. They said since I pre-payed through Expedia I would have to request a refund them
- 3/5
Room smelled really musty. Everything else was great. Biggest perk is the location.
- 3/5
I don’t like the suite we live, the floor is sticky.
- 4/5
Couldn’t have a better location if seeing a show at the amphitheater!
- 5/5
We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location was perfect for going to a concert. Breakfast was above average. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not very hot
- 2/5
Check in took more than 3 hours because of a computer issue. Then the keys stopped working
- 5/5
When we arrived, the Hilton network was down and we could not get into our room. The staff was working hard to get down time reports and handle the situation. I was very impressed with them! The room is very spacious and clean and a great view of the mountains. It was right next to the Hayden Homes Ampitheater where we going for a concert. I would definitely stay here again!
- 1/5
Internet was still down as of 530pm have not been able check in.
- 4/5
They did mess up with the room maintenance and we didn’t get housekeeping at all during our 4 day day stay. That was disappointing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Our room was great. The upstairs could definitely use a mirror in the room.
- 5/5
Front desk staff particularly excellent!!
- 4/5
The location is amazing! Especially if you are attending a concert across the river. The Old Mill district is steps away.
- 5/5
Shelly at check-in was absolutely fabulous! Clean room and an easy walk to the concert. Worth the extra money for an exceptionally clean room and a short stumble back from the concert.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Nice gym, pool area, free parking and the location is great. Right next to the Old Mill mall with lots of food options. Movie theater is there, the amphitheater is close as well as Riverbend Park to do the river ride.
- 4/5
It was good
- 4/5
It ok
- 3/5
The bed was so hard the pillows were terrible. Not worth what we paid.
- 5/5
We had one weird experience with the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night but staff was great and took care of everything right away. The second night was perfect and the location can’t be beat.
- 1/5
Checked in before concert, room wasn't ready, went to concert got a call room was ready when we went back to check in they overbooked and no room was available. We had to sleep in the car in the parking lot. All hotels in area were booked and we were hours away from home and been drinking. There was no apologies or voucher for future discount.
- 3/5
Very pricey for basically a very generic room...plus an insanely high ($75) additional cost for our dog for one night. Seems pricing is solely based on close proximity to amphitheater...if you're not going to a concert...pass on this overpriced hotel
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
We stay at the Hilton Garden Inn so much that they know us now when we arrive. We love this hotel for so many reasons but mainly it is quiet...it is clean..it has friendly staff and you can walk down the hill and all the shops and restaurants are right there. Also a bike path if you wish to go walking or running. I love this property!!
- 5/5
Location and staff.
- 5/5
But I've stayed at places just as nice for half the price.
- 5/5
Perfect location for a concert at the amphitheater. So much storage in the room! Made me wish I needed to stay longer. Would be an excellent home away from home on a work trip.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
This is my 2nd time staying at the property and the staff and location are excellent!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
We love the Hilton Garden Inn and stay there quite frequently.
- 5/5
Great location close to Old Mill district. Easy check in and service throughout.
- 5/5
Indoor pool and hot tub. Wonderful location near river and Old Mill area. Fantastic views from room.
- 5/5
Well maintained property in a great location above the Old Mill
- 5/5
Check-in was wonderful. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Property and room is clean and beautiful.
- 5/5
It everything we expected.
- 5/5
Sharon Henry runs a very helpful and friendly front of the house. Dawn and Larry are excellent with the breakfast. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
We had a great experience. Clean, friendly staff, everything there that we needed. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Perfect stay yet again. Only place I'll stay there.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, close to everything
- 2/5
The guy that checked us in sis not even look at us he gave us a handicap room and we were not aware of until we went upstairs. He should have asked us if we minded getting that room. The room had hardly any lighting. The bathroom was very empty also. Not very happy with the who experience
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
The King corner room with a fireplace was a nice room for our weekend stay. There was a couple of issues. The fireplace stopped working on our second day there, the smoke detector went off in the early morning hours due to a low battery. And the telephone would not dial the front desk. All of these issues were relayed to the front desk and they appreciated it. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was good quality and the food was good for the price that we paid. They did allow us to store our luggage after our late checkout and still use the premises until we left. This is the second time we stayed at the hotel and we enjoy the close proximity to the mall and the armory.
- 5/5
Great location and close to everything! The mattress was lackluster which made for poor night's sleep, but the room was great! Our dogs loved it!
- 5/5
Great for us and our two labs, the shower needs repaired/updated, but the room was spacious and clean. Great location!
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Very nice hotel. Great bartenders and good breakfast. Staff were all helpful. The heat wasn’t working in our room and we had to be moved. Unfortunately the type of room we booked wasn’t available so they gave us breakfast vouchers for our stay. Either the buffet or menu items. Overall very comfortable hotel.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
Nice hotel and lobby in a good location. Great views of the mountains. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were flat. Had an issue with the coffee maker but they quickly replaced it.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Was in a great location.
- 5/5
Really good location. Room was very clean and spacious.
- 3/5
Location was great. Staff at check in was not helpful in changing our room to something with comfortable seating. The seating in our room was poor. River view and balcony are not worth the extra charge.
- 4/5
I was disappointed that we could not use our balcony as it had a closed. We also went down to use the pool that is typically heated, and it was cold and hot tub was out of order. It would’ve been nice to know that we were not able to use some of the amenities that we purposely stayed there to use.
- 5/5
My 5 year old son and I had an amazing time at this property. The staff was amazing...the room clean and spacious...we rented a suite. The pool was down for maintenance but the location of the hotel totally helped with us not being able to swim we had fun doing other things because of its convenient location. We loved it!
- 4/5
Awesome
- 1/5
Roof being replaced during my stay. Incessant pounding and noise. Nothing was offered as a courtesy for all of the noise during the day.
- 2/5
Our recent stay was very disappointing. We were given the wrong type of room - queen bed and accessible vs king. We had a spill in our room with glass broken and no one came to clean for over 24 hours despite several calls and promises to fix it. No TV due to roof work. We were told there was no way to communicate because we booked through hotels.com
- 2/5
Clean hotel but zero amenities were working (direct TV was knocked out by the roofing crew we were not warned about prior to arrival. Super bummed.
- 3/5
Hotel was re-roofing the entire building. Loud and congested. No in room TV - World Series was on. Very disappointing.
- 2/5
I had stated this property years ago and it was quite nice. My mother was passing away at the hospital here in Bend so we picked this is a special retreat. The front staff is amazing. Jonah and the other young lady were very kind and sympathetic to what ended up happening. The roof is being torn off so all day long you hear hammering, I figured it would be off for the weekend but evidently it’s seven days a week so they did let me find a better motel and not charge me for my second night that I had prepaid did not work as took the satellite off. I am not sure why they don’t just close the property during the renovation as the pool and hot tub did not work either , if it had not been for the desk, I would never use a Hilton property again even though we have been Hilton honors members
- 3/5
Hotel was under construction, tvs didn’t work, wasn’t super clean just didn’t feel clean either. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time. They also knew the tvs were out and didn’t bother to mention it.
- 5/5
It was perfect for our needs! Looking forward to staying again.
- 1/5
Great location and decent property with great access. terrible service and hospitality.
- 5/5
Beautiful and spacious room, loved the huge balcony! Amazing view from the room. The hotel bar was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, large room. Easy walking to dining, shopping, concert venue.
- 3/5
Our room wasn't ready when we tried to check in, an hour after checkin time. Had to wait another half hour. Second time Hilton had done this. I wonder if it is because we booked through Expedia....
- 5/5
Loved
- 5/5
Located near shops, restaurants, river.
- 2/5
Room had cobwebs and you had to have the shower drain position just right to keep it from plugging Nice review view
- 2/5
Room Too dark, only one sitting chair- room emty of furniture. Dangerous conditions in shower- no grab bars. Staff not knowledgeable about area, limited info. Couldnt answer most questions workout area sparse on equipment. How about some towels. We were not informed about limited room cleaning and when they did clean. Was sloppy.
- 5/5
Impeccably clean
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and location! However, there was quite a long line at check-in and even though there were 3 people working, only one was checking in. I realize the other desk was for Hilton Honors, but no one was in that line, so why not help the line of 12 people checking in? The manager was speaking with another worker...and I realize it was probably important. But from 3-4 on concert day, staff should be more attentive. However, one of the cleaning staff was AMAZING. Kris (Chris?) was the sweetest lady...she went above and beyond to help us out!
- 4/5
The stay itself was fine, however they were running VERY late in having rooms ready for check in. We waited over two and a half hours in the lobby and there were probably 20 other groups waiting with us. After a long drive that was frustrating. The room was nice, restaurant and bar were good.
- 4/5
The internet was not good and they use directv so it was hard to watch tv at night other than that it was good.
- 2/5
Weve stayed here multiple times. The way the front desk staff treated us, next time we come to Bend we'll stay at the Marriott
- 5/5
Super easy check in/out and very friendly staff! Great location!
- 4/5
Should have provided replacement coffee pods and vacummed the room better.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel in a great location! And the staff was so friendly!
- 5/5
Went to bend for a concert at Hayden homes amphitheater and this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and updated. Our one & only complaint is the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable/hard to sleep on. Everything else was wonderful and we will definitely be back!
- 5/5
The staff-including the wonderful breakfast crew-were friendly, helpful, nice. Hotel wonderful except that the a/c didn’t work in lobby & it was hot up to 103 degrees one day! My cousin checked out after 1 night & found another hotel with an a/c in lobby. I tried to host a family gathering in the lobby after a memorial service for my parents but it was so hot we went to another hotel that was cooler. Other than that, we loved the hotel & after the a/c gets fixed, we’d like to come back
- 5/5
There are walking trails and a bridge across the river as well as they have bike rentals at the Hotel. The hotel is just above the Old Mill District developement and worth a short walk for dining or shopping. The River view is limited by trees and a fair distance away. Highly recommend Greg's Grill for the quality food and view. Anthony's is another great choice along with numerous fast food types. I don't care for their policy of adding a temporary $50 hold above the room cost...kind of cheesy for an upscale Hotel.
- 4/5
There is this weird thing where the window curtains dont provide full coverage (king suite, river view) and make it difficult to sleep in. Rooms are clean with proper HVAC and appointments. Could be better lighting.
- 3/5
Property was great, Staff were friendly and excellent. The room’s bathroom was dirty, dusty and had hair and trash from previous guests on the floor.
- 4/5
Great location but pricey
- 5/5
Clean & spacious room.
- 5/5
Easy walking access very nice and very clean!!
- 4/5
This is in a nice location. Easy to walk to dining and coffee.
- 5/5
The proximity to activity of Bend

Property was nice and staff was friendly but.........fire alarm went off early morning with no explanation and Breakfast was available but not included. Food was ok but never enough out to serve guests. You had to go back 2-3 times to see if there was anything to eat. You would think for the price they charge for a room (400 night) they could include their mediocre breakfast.

Even though housekeeping was running behind, they made every effort to make sure my room was ready as soon after 3pm as possible.

We love this hotel because it is right by The Old Mill and we love to walk along the river. We have stayed her numerous times and it has gone down hill. We stayed in room 204 and the bed was awful. I hardly slept at all the first night or second. The person above us was stomping and slamming. I don’t think we should have heard him that good. The pillows are awful. We were here for our anniversary and could have used more comfort. Will look elsewhere next time we go to Bend and see if we can find something better. I will say that the Breakfast Buffet was good.

Great location. Nice staff, but seemed understaffed. Room was nice. Bar was great and the food there was good. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. We stayed here a few years ago and liked it better. Property seems a little tired now. Property could be outstanding with a little TLC and more staff. Not a great value currently.

Wonderful hotel and doggie friendly! Easy access to Old Mill District. The staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to return!

I understand this property allows pets and I have never had any issues with this but this time I’m not sure the floors had been vacuumed because there was many areas of clumped white dog hair all over the floor and the remote was sticky. I probably will not return after this last stay.

No breakfast thru Expedia. Same room was booked by relatives using Bookin.com & they got breakfast. Cheap! Maid did not come in. For what I paid I was disappointed. Ice maker 3rd floor didn’t work….really???

The gentleman at the front desk April 16 in the afternoon was rude. Made me show id when buying a diaper. Then we told him the elevator wasn’t working, he told us it’s because it services 3 floors, ya no, it was broke! He was rude

Walls were a little thin in bedroom area. Should have a door between living room and bedroom for privacy. We were in a almost 2 bedroom with living room and with a loft bedroom. Very nice and updated. Clean and had a awesome steak at the restaurant in the lobby. Had a good breakfast options. We would definitely stay there again. Very friendly staff.

Super clean, super nice, super friendly staff

The room was ok clean. There were crumbs on the floor before we got there and we realized too late that our comforter had yellow stains. We went on the second day to let the front desk know and they said they would change it. They clean the room but not the comforter.

hotel was amazing and very nice. Close to a huge shopping area. However, we used the sofa bed for second son and it was pretty dirty underneath. Other then that it was very nice and will come back again

Great location for walking to shopping and dining. Nice big rooms.

Relatively quick drive up to Bachelor. Note: No hot breakfast on some days.

Location is great; in the Old Mill next to the shops and restaurants. Excellent room set up with enough space for 2 people; bathroom could be larger and fan/light in bathroom could be decoupled. Some staff members go out of their way to be helpful and friendly (thank you Ms Kayla for all your help and a friendly smile each evening), but some were gloomy and unhelpful when the room door opening mechanism stopped working and needed new battery (we heard no sorry while we waited outside for 30 min.). Great onsite breakfast and evening options.

My dog and I were welcomed with a friendly, quick, efficient check-in. There is a great place to walk my dog, plus a river walking trail nearby. Happy Hour was fun....great wine and food. The room was located near the elevator which was great and it was so quiet the whole night.

The people working here were very congenial and helpful.....especially Larry who works the breakfast shift. Wonderful feeling here in the lobby and TVs all around to offer a wide variety of shows. My dog loved the walks around the area and especially the river walk nearby.

Great place to stay. e have been here several times. Just a short walk down to the Old Mill District for shopping or dinner. We also had a pizza and some drinks at the hotel.

Great property in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay including the proximity to shopping and dining in the Old Mill District. We didn’t enjoy seeing and hearing dogs in the hotel. You could hear them barking in people’s rooms.

Great location, easy walk to some great shopping and restaurants.

As always, the Bend Hilton was top notch, service impeccable, beyond dog friendly and spotless. 24 hour pool/spa, well stocked market, the on site restaurant leaves no room for complaint. 10+ years staying in this hotel and I haven’t had a complaint yet.

Great clean room wonderful people and delicious food. Only complaint but nothing todo with hotel was noisy people in hallway late Saturday night.

Great access to the hottest part of Bend. Loved walking around the area. Didn't like windows that don't open, needed fresh air. Elevator is slow as molasses but I guess that forced me to use the stairs which is good exercise. Big room, nice place.

The convenience of this location is great. You can walk down 3 flights of stairs and be at the Old Mill mall and on the riverwalk. It felt safe and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and had a decent view. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The floor smelled a little musty when we got there but was one on the second day. Breakfast was good and extremely reasonable.

Great all around property

Fantastic location next to plenty of shopping and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk of everything. We had the suite with a view of the river and mountains… definitely worth the money and would stay here again the next time we are in town.

We like coming here for Bend’s 1st Friday artwalk as this place is so close to many of the venues we visit

Came into town for a concert and this property was within easy walking distance. We were able to check in early and the staff was very helpful. Very clean comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.
