I stayed in this hotel and visited downtown which was 30 min away.

Superb

My room was clean and comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. I was able to easily walk to a local pharmacy for a few things I needed for my trip and felt safe the entire time. The free airport shuttle was an unexpected bonus!

I’m very happy to see what a great staff this place has! They ran the extra mile for so many customers on check in and check out. The customer service is fantastic! Blessings

Gunjan, the front desk person was so pleasant. We missed our international flight and needed extra time to be able to rebook our tickets etc- she let us stay an extra 2 hours in the room and get some much needed rest after a long stressful night.

Everything was fine. The hotel is clean, spacious, nice breakfast, very comfortable. The only reason why I will not be staying there again is the van driver. He was very rude and stained what could’ve been a perfect stay.

Not much. Couldn’t believe it was rated 8.8. I’d give it 6 at best. Charged $4 more at check-in than Booking said. Hotel was in flight path and noisy till midnight. Neighborhood was scary… afraid to leave property and no restaurant on the premises.

Food was good like the typical free breakfast. Coffee was amazing. Shuttle was good but a pain to have to book it before they come and pick u up.

The front desk person( a female) was very helpful and reassuring that I had chosen the best hotel for my nephew to stay after several several airlines delays from Europe to Chicago . He finally made it to Orlando. He was refreshed and not hungry because of the TOGO breakfast

This should not be a airport hotel. Approximately 9 miles away. Shuttle is only once per hour no matter the time if the day! You must sign up on the app both ways. It is 24 hours which is great but who wants to wait for the shuttle if you miss it, making uber an expensive proposition. There’s only two locations for pickup. Everything else was great though.

It took 20 minutes to get though to the hotel to schedule a shuttle to the hotel. Once I was finally taken off hold on the phone the shuttle came quickly. The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was just your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. They had cheese omelets, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, and an assortment of fruits.

Breakfast was great and the times were perfect for all guest's schedules. The room was large with plenty of electrical outlets. The furniture was comfortable. The parking was a nightmare due to the number of activities in the surrounding area. Cars from the other events were parking in the hotel lot. A better control is needed by the hotel to allow guests to use the lot but others not!

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very accommodating for a late night check in and early morning check out. Shuttle service runs light clockwork.

Ice machine on level 3 was not working. In front of the pool entrance, was very wet. Needed to be continuously mopped from use of pool.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was standard. I booked because it had a 24hr shuttle, however the shuttle was full or late so I didn’t end up getting to use it and instead paid for ride shares.

The room was clean The rooms were clean, the reception attendants are kind. The only improvement I would suggest is the shuttle bus. It was a complete melt down at the airport due to weather which I understand. However, the next morning getting to the airport was such an awful experience. I was asked to reserve a spot on the shuttle the night before, which I did, 6am slot(because 5:30am was NOT allowed). When I got downstairs 6am rolls around no shuttle. When I asked the front desk what the delay was about. He told me they left at 5:30am, due to the shuttle being full. I still don’t understand why my spot was given up since I reserved a spot on the 6am. Also, I requested 5:30am but I was told “NO, we only schedule at the top of each hour.” Maybe they should do away with reserving spots and just do first come first serve. If you book this hotel I would give yourself 3hours instead of 2hours like I did for domestic traveling

I would like to start by saying that I truly appreciate the front desk staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and I have never experienced any issues during my stays. I have been visiting this hotel since last summer, and each visit has been consistently enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and inviting. Although it is a busy property, it remains impressively quiet, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I also appreciate the convenience of free parking and the complimentary breakfast. Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences here and would highly recommend this hotel to others. No complaints!!

I typically stay at a Holiday Inn Express monthly and breakfast variety is usually good. This locations selection was underwhelming compared to others

The gentleman at check-in and the young lady at check-out at noon were helpful and very professional. However, I cannot say the same think about the airport shuttle driver who picked me at the airport. He liked over-speeding and had no respect for road traffic signs. And the one who took me to O'Hare at noon was rude, impolite, and mean.

I would have given this hotel a higher rating but the shuttle driver is very rude. He hangs up the phone and is super unfriendly when picking you up and returning you to the airport. You can tell he hates his job. The front desk reception was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. It’s a little far from the airport though. I wouldn’t stay again because of the shuttle driver

The front desk wasn't that friendly except for the person that worked the 2nd shift between 8pm and 9pm. He was very sweet, patient and accomodationing. Nice demeanor. The property is ok. It looks like they did some updates to cover up some of the old features of the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay. The room was good, clean and the beds were comfortable. I like that they had Dove soap products. Great feature. The breakfast was really good. The pool is small but the kids had fun. I would stay here again.

SHUTTLE runs once per hour.

We did digital pre-check in prior to arrival. Once we arrived, the front desk was friendly and quick to get us our room keys. It was later in the evening, so it was essentially a shower and sleep, but the breakfast spread was wonderful and the staff kept the breakfast facility plenty stocked and clean. Some of the best hotel breakfast bacon I have ever had! We would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything except the marijuana smell throughout the halls.

Cleans rooms and attentive front desk staff. But, one of the loudest HI Express I’ve been to. Room doors closing, hallway vaccums, people chatting, all sounded as though they were in the room.

The main reason I gave a very low review of this hotel is because of my terrible experience with the airport shuttle bus that was supposed to be provided by the hotel, from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at the airport on 10/24/24 around 5pm. After getting my luggage I followed the instructions and requested pickup from the website. I was instructed to wait at the specific spot. I did. But the bus never came. I called twice - the first time I was told the driver was coming and will call me, but there was no call. I called the second time and nobody answered. I waited for another 20 minutes and there was no bus. I finally spent more than $30 and got a taxi to take me to the hotel. I complained to the person at the receptionist but he argued with me saying their shuttle worked which apparently did NOT work for me. Aside from this, I do not have other complaint for this hotel. I will NEVERY EVER stay in this hotel again!

My electricity kept going out

My wife spent about 4 hours trying to explain how a third party booking works to two guys working the front desk. In the end.. the front desk lady ended up triple charging all the rooms to a guest’s incidental credit card. An unauthorized charge. When I asked her how that was possible? She said.. “I can charge that card any time of day that I want, I don’t need your approval to charge it.” Apparently, and obviously that is false. When I spoke to the manager the morning we left, she says, “I’m so sorry.. I was off for two days. No, you should have NOT been charged. I’m sorry you had to go through everything you did.” In 2 minutes, she resolved the problem and credited us back our money. Thank you. It was at exactly at that moment that the front desk lady’s mouth dropped.. She grabbed her back pack and quickly and quietly bolted towards the door without speaking to anyone. It as hands down the worst customer service experience, ever. Like.. EVER.

Met all of my expectations on a short trip

Unfortunately, this property is going downhill. It’s not as clean as it used to be. And the beds are not as comfortable. I could feel the mattress springs.

20 minutes away from the airport. Shuttle leaves on the hour! Not overly convenient for an airport hotel. Check in was poor and impersonal, the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to provide information. The room was pleasantly large and clean.

Was able to get early check-in and late check-out. One of the afternoon front desk attendant was very helpful who got our room serviced even after 3 pm per our request leaving the hotel late that day. The only negative in terms of cleaning I'd like to highlight would be to have a bit more cleaner breakfast area.
