We have stayed here numerous times and have always been satisfied with the service.

Room is cleaned, easy check-in, cozy atmosphere, plenty of free parking lot, location of the hotel, friendly and informative staff.

Staff very friendly and breakfast was busy but kept up with the food which was good!

This hotel was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. The staff are super friendly. The hot breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had at a hotel. Everything was super clean.

Joshua was amazing as well as his co-worker I didnt get her name everything was so chaotic on my end as we were there for a funeral. But she got us the perfect room next to the pool it was the perfect distraction given the circumstances and they loved it. Just want to thank you all for an great stay overall we pick this hotel everytime we come its close to family and always welcoming, clean, and convenient. The breakfast was yummy and fresh and if you have picky eaters you get me lol Thanks again and we look forward to choosing Springhill on our next visit

The rooms were clean the shower fantastic and the was great along with parking.

The staff working there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small and there was no sink in it as well. The shower felt like sandpaper.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone from the reception area to the housekeepers were smiling and friendly! I was overwhelmed by the kindness of Gina who seemed to work 24 hours a day but was never without a smile and kind word. The best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of choices! The room itself needed refreshing. The toilet room also held the shower and was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet and open or close the door and Ive never liked the sink in the bedroom.

The room was clean and spacious, which worked well for our family. While the property is a bit older and could benefit from some updates, it was comfortable and quiet during our stay. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and location were the highlights of our visit, and we had an enjoyable stay.

The property was very well maintained, staff let us checkin early. Also we wanted to have late dinner in the kitchen so the guy at reception pulled us microwave out of kitchen to use. Overall a great experience.

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. $5 for parking wasn’t bad. My son enjoyed the pool. Wish there were more options for breakfast, because my son is autistic and there wasn’t any bacon so he was disappointed about that. Overall it was a great stay for my son birthday weekend. I will be back.

Room was so much nicer and roomier than expected. Bathroom setup was fine but the toilet and shower are behind a door and the actual space is so small that you have to be standing a certain way to open the door. The drive into Chicago on a good day at a certain time was around 35 minutes. On a bad day/time it was over an hour. The breakfast area, food and staff was top notch! Didn't have time to use the pool. But, would definitely stay here again.

The parking is nice, we stayed for one night. It is not clos to ORD Airport, but is quiet. We have a flight early morning so no traffic to the airport. Hotel is nice and quiet.

We forgot our takeout in the hotel fridge. :( We wish hotels would supply post-its or magnets or something to put on the room door that would remind us to check the fridge when leaving. Less trash for them, more leftovers for us. Win-win!

Staff was very friendly and gave suggestions about the area. Parking was great and secure. Our room was comfy and quiet especially after a long drive into town. The food buffet was good and they have a make tour own waffle station that my grandson used both days. We didn’t get to utilize the pool or gym, but if we come again for a longer stay I'll make sure to use them!

First reaction entering the room after a 13-hour drive was a stale smell. We got a suite, which really wasn't any bigger than the single rooms we've gotten at other hotels. The refrigerator didn't get cold; we were told that it is only supposed to be a cooler, not a refrigerator. Night staff didn't seem to be particularly happy to be there. Two towels in the room for four people; however, the next day maids were great and got us towels, washcloths, and tp. The strangest room layout I've ever seen. Breakfast was poor to average. Pool was all right. Monitors for the exercise equipment was out, but the treadmill was good. The hotel can use some updating. Overall, I would say better then poor, but less than ok, but there was no middle in the rating.

Room was filthy and the wallpaper was bubbling with black mold underneath. My son has a severe mold allergy and was coughing writhing 15 minutes of being in the room.

The room was clean outside of a couple ants crawling on the nightstand the first day. The next three days, they were nowhere to be found. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was also great every morning.

It was clean and front desk was very nice and worked hard to make us comfortable. The heater did not work consistently. Temperature dropped into low 60s as the heater would sometimes work and sometimes not, despite the thermostats being set at 70.

Room smelled, carpet old, comforter cover stained, and the cleaning person didn't even clean the sink counters.

I liked the price with breakfast included. My room was on the 4th floor as soon as I walked in the room it didn't feel really clean like my previous stays&also there was a stain on the sofa and carpet was dusty!!!! I didn't care for this experience at all I was able to get a late check-out which was helpful since I got very little sleep from the loud heater. Staff was friendly and due to being extremely tired just settled in as best possible but I should've demanded another room....

without saying anything they transferred me through IVR. After reaching the hotel, I was given a room which had a really strong pet smell. Though the Night front desk agent was good, he helped me. In fact, if you talk about the breakfast, it’s really limited to only two options, scramble egg and buttermilk biscuits also some oatmeal. In fruits, they only had apples no breads, no different type of muffins, no croissants. Hence it was an average stay

Girl who was at front desk, in the evenings of all of my stay was exceptionally nice, helpful, engaging and overall, a great person. I'm terrible with names and I've forgotten hers but hope she won the pumpkin contest!! The hotel was very nice and well kept.

The toilet bowl in the suites will need to be ungraded in future. It sits quite low and may be uncomfortable for taller folks. Overall, the accommodation provided good value for the amount we paid and was a nice short distance from the airport.

The pool was very dirty. We spent 4 days and our bedroom never got cleaned nor our linen got changed.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I just wish the tv in the room was bigger. The kid enjoyed the swimming pool. We will most definitely be coming back.

We stayed for 3 days and it was peaceful. Breakfast was okay the same exact thing everyday. The staff was nice.

The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms are unacceptably small, making movement difficult, particularly for larger individuals. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the accommodations was below average; the bathtub was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. Additionally, the staff was argumentative and unprofessional when I attempted to address these concerns. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Our stay was good. The room was a good size and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The thing we didn’t enjoy were the beds being doubles they were a little small. The tub in our room was outdated and looked a little rusty. There were also little black gnats flying around the room right when we arrived… we killed them and thought nothing of it until the next day there was more, they just would not go away.

I had to work remote during the day in the dining area after checking out before my flight, and the employees were very kind and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was not fresh and a lot of precooked items. Convenient for parking and stay close to the airport.

Several issues with the rooms and property. Breakfast was the worse I have seen in hotels.

We numerous problems at the property. Water was stopped the first day. Locks had issues. Commodes were running and water stalled in the tub. Breakfast was horrible.

Was very surprised that they now charge for parking. They have 2 large lots and it’s never full, and yet I found a parking charge on my bill. I understand a charge in Chicago, but not in Elmhurst.

I have never seen any hotel not servings eggs in breakfast and also no bread hard to believe. Property is very old and smelly. I was staying 4 days with the family and very 1st day they had water problem no water for 4 hours front desk did not want to cancel my reservation so I can go to another hotel. Poor management.

Property was fine....what I STRONGLY object to is that there is a mandatory $50.00 security deposit that I have nevwr had to pay and the website did not indicate such. We r 3 senior citizen women and we were told this location chose to do it. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott again.

Your selection on your breakfast every morning was very poor. If you are a diabetic or cannot have any kind of white flour breads you gave no options. Your protein selections were low no bacon no sausage no scrambled eggs no omelettes.

Staff was great, hotel location was ok. Quite a drive to downtown Chicago. Eatery and shopping within a mile or two. Hotel amenities are ok, met our needs. Breakfast selection was good. Overall a good hotel, will definitely consider staying again at this facility whenever in Chicago again.

Fine place for a one night stay!

It was convenient with free parking and free breakfast. The bath tub was like scratch and I couldn’t stand there without shower shoes. Maybe I’m just to picky but that’s what I didn’t like.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was great! The shower soap dispenser needed to be filled, but I just used my wife's Dial.

The hotel is really nice and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Our room is on the sixth floor and has beautiful views, especially at night with all the city lights. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were there for a wedding for one night, I was nice. The room was cleaned like with the rushed job. There was mold in our shower. Waffle machine was in an awkward room I was like cut off from a wall barrier on another breakfast room. And the waffle machine kept like turning off. Other breakfast options were good. It's kind of like an awkward stay. TV was awkward in the room it was like in front of a wall. But that was pretty good.

There was plenty of space and the power outlets were generally sufficient on both bed tables. There was, however, no plug or USB slots on the desk. We'll definitely stay there again because of the convenience to my son's house.

Pleasant stay not too far from centre of Elmhurst. You really need a car to stay here and a car to go and find something to eat or visit. Elmhurst is a lovely town on the UP West Metra line to Chicago

I wasn't that happy with the hotel , the pool was very cold , and it had so much chlorine in it that when the kids dropped their diving toys in the water , we lost them because we couldn't see them . I had to call to ask for toilet paper , and our toilet needed maintenance and I let them know in the morning and when we came back 8 hours later it was still not fixed, and I had to remind them . We enjoyed the breakfast but it was very chaotic and took us an hour to get our food .

Front Desk staff was awesome and very courteous. My chief complaint is about the house keeping staff, I’ve told the front desk staff 3 times about the house keeping and not once they cleaned the room. Very disappointing to see this, it’s not common with Marriott Bonvoy other hotels or are least where I’ve stayed. I might have reconsider this hotel next time I am booking.
