    Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get out of there, it's not like the higher-end hotels we usually stay at.

    The location was great. Central to our main activities. The staff were great. Would stay here again. The hotel was great. I wouldn't change anything about that. Our booking experience through the app left a little to be desired. We needed to be able to cancel one night because our plans changed and we were unable to do that through either the hotel or the app. The app, erroneously, said to contact the hotel regarding changes to our stay. The hotel let us know they couldn't touch our reservation since it was made through a third party. Why tell customers to contact the hotel directly if the hotels are powerless to change anything? So frustrating. I spent 2 hours in a mindless loop trying to get a partial refund. We essentially paid double for our stay because neither customer service for Booking.com nor the hotel were able to adjust the dates of our stay. I would much rather book directly through the hotel and pay higher tax than deal with this app any longer.

    Could use a full length mirror and and extra towel. Only 2 were provided. Shower dispenser for soap dis not work. Room was comfortable and appreciated the mini fridge.

    We did not eat breakfast because it was not included as all the motels we have ever stayed at does. The price for breakfast would have been $43 which it totally overpriced. When I got my bill there was an extra charge on it that I have no idea what it is. So now I am having to make phone calls to have it removed from my charge. I will not recommend any of The Marriot at the Courtyard to Any of my friends. I was told they are the only ones that charge for breakfast. The regular Marriott’s do not. The toilet seat is for a small child. Seniors such as myself and my husband had a hard time getting up from this one. See above comment about breakfast and my other dislikes.

    Well the elevator was broke and the shower was falling apart. Some of the lights didn't work. The outside doors wasn't locked. We have been staying for a few years now to see family and we probably will be staying somewhere else in the future.

    The room and facilities were in really good condition. There was some confusion about whether breakfast was included… It was not, but this was really not a problem. Since it was next to a confluence of freeways, my expectation of noise was met, but the room was fairly well insulated from the noise.

    Good location . Rooms are large and clean. Staff unfriendly No food or restaurant to offer unless early morning breakfast which was shut down by 9:30 on a Sunday morning. No free breakfast or continental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

    We were there for Crystal Bridges and it was a good location for that. The inside is great. good gym. Clean room. Balcony. Nice TV. Bed King Sized and awesome. The bathroom etc great as well. I don't see what anyone else might be complaining about if they were. Very well maintained and the staff were nice. Would return. Recommend.

    Amazing experience! The front desk receptionist was everything! She was genuinely welcoming and kind; gave my friend and I recommendations to places in the city. The room was sparkling, and the view from the balcony, (which the receptionist very kindly offered to us), was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the night. 10/10, highly recommend.

    Had reservations for a king and was given a queen. Facility was way over priced for a Marriott. The fixtures made us feel like we were in a budget hotel. Shower had rusted and chipped tub. Can’t believe this hotel is under the Marriott name. Staff was very nice and attentive but we will not be back. .

    The bed had a pillow size depression in the bed, we put a pillow in the hole to allow us to sleep. I personally told a cleaning lady and my wife told the front desk, both responses were we will tell our manager. I feel we deserve a refund since we paid for a place to sleep, and that didn't happen.     One complaint that is not unique to the Bentonville hotel is the fact that the soap dispensers in the shower are virtually unreadable- it is impossible to know which is soap, which is shampoo, and which is conditioner. The font is so small and in a color so indistinguishable, and most people don’t wear their glasses in the shower—which doesn’t help much either! The brand is big and bold, but if you can’t read the contents, no one will remember the brand! Marriott has done so much to improve the customer experience—this detail would seem easy to fix.

    The food served in the evening was terrible and expensive. The lady who prepared it didn’t know how to use the equipment so the frozen hamburger paddy was Luke warm. The quesadilla was obviously microwaved so the taco shell was rubber.

    I was disappointed at the lack of toiletries. There was a lone little, bitty bottle of body wash on the sink. There was no soap in the shower. The towels were rough. The only coffee (other than mediocre in-room coffee) was overpriced Starbucks in the lobby bistro. Other chains offer free coffee and breakfast.

    Cleanliness was great. Great workout room. Breakfast food was pricey. Staff responded to questions but rarely smiled and seemed tired or indifferent. Perhaps had a bad day. Fire alarm jolted us awake at 5-ish in the morning. Stopped after a while. Repeatedly rec'd a busy signal at front desk. No announcement that it was a false alarm. We assumed this after fire truck pulled up in front of hotel and left after what we assumed was an all-clear.

    I have stayed with Marriott for over 20 years and have never been treated so rudely. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Marriott. I understand that things happen and delays occur. But to treat me like I am an inconvenience is not how you get me to return to your hotel. We went to the little courtyard inside the hotel and waited. When the room was ready. She came and found us and acted like she was doing us a favor since it was ready before 4 pm. Never did she apologize for the delay or being rude. Would not recommend and will not stay at this particular hotel again. Which is a shame because it is a great location and very convenient to other services in the area.

    Pretty ok mid-range hotel. New’ish and modern’ish. Maybe a little less expensive then other mid-range. However, breakfast isn’t included, no coffee out in the lobby. The breakfast ‘buffet’ is mostly bagels, bread or muffin. Starbucks is available, except no Starbucks coffee was brewed the times I inquired. If you are not interested in breakfast and don’t drink coffee, this place is for you. Neither here nor there, but there is no courtyard.

    Initial check in was pleasant. After checkin, we noticed room was warm. We changed AC and left for food. Upon our return, room was much warmer. Called to advise front desk, asked for a new room, they sent maintenance. It was checked, we were advised to give it another 10mins. The temp was the same, we asked for another room. Maintenance said they would see if we could move. While waiting, I used the restroom, flushed and it flooded. I had to turn water off behind toilet to keep from major water. I packed up our things and headed downstairs. Maintenance met me with another key to another room. No one from the front desk even called to apologize, check on us or anything. For that, I’m very disappointed. I could see even some type of discount for the inconvenience, free breakfast (nothing). Remind you, it was 90+ outside.

    My wife and I stayed hear for 3 nights for our son's wedding. The property is centrally located to restaurants and easy access to the highway. The lobby and common areas look like they have been updated recently. The only issue we had was the shower leaked onto the floor and you always had to keep a towel in front. Our friends who also stayed at the property had the same issue.
