Live in kitchen with cooktop and full size fridge Cops are constantly harassing guests be it sitting in your own vehicle. They will approach your vehicle and ask for id. The reason was for loitering and warrants and drugs i kindly said no and they left but ridiculous

The room was clean but if your expecting to have Coffee pot in rm it does not and no coffee at all in Motel. They did have vending machine with bottle coffee but I like hot coffee in the mornings. And the only complaint I have besides coffee was the room next door little kids running down the hall and slamming the door often up until I am.

The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She is a great fit for that job. Very personable. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room!!!

I loved the location and the peace more than anything. It felt safe staying there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their kindness. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, there was a large refrigerator in the room. Rooms a bit tired, in need of renovation. No kettle or coffee maker. Cooking smells in the hallway. The fridge door couldn't be opened all the way because it was placed too close to the wall. The neighborhood didn't seem very safe, I wouldn't want to walk anywhere from there.

Charles was the only good thing we experienced for the hour we were on the property. Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew. The walls were so thin that when we knocked on the wall to test the person on the other side knocked back. We couldn't stay here and requested a refund.

Our room was clean but the acrylic bathtub needs to be bleached. A coffee maker would be great. Speaking of great, Charles and Nicole are the best staff we've experienced on our cross country trip.

There was nothing to cook or eat with even though there were kitchen amenities.

There was a woman smoking meth in the hallway. A man passed out in a truck in the parking lot. I found a broken meth pipe in my room along with roaches in the bathtub. The rooms also look nothing like the photos they display. I booked for 2 days and stayed 10 minutes.

Property Manager Jen doesn’t even the know the difference between a real gun or a fake gun WITH the orange cap still intact. These are all examples of things she says and does to kick you out after payment, and allow staff to STEAL FROM YOU.

It was fine for a place to sleep. The worker was excellent!

Paula at the front desk was beyond rude I came in to check in i booked online she told me step to the side to help some who was door dash and she was being rude with them and also a black male and he called her racist . And she just flipped out on me I thought this lady was joke but she was serious I’m like what are you serious remind you I didn’t know the guy I just walked in so obviously she is racist and told me to go else where

Very dirty under oven hood/blind had a piece missing/water didn't get hot enough in shower/it was quiet/beds were comfortable & sheets were soft/curly little hairs were on the bathroom sink.

There were no pots and pans you’d have to buy them yourself and it’s too cold for the air conditioner to be on but the heat works fine

The room looked like I was in a barracks. It was bare minimum - didn't even have a dish, spoon or glass in it. On the surface the room looked clean but the bottom of my white socks turned black when I walked on the floor without shoes. There were flies in the room and other bugs in the bathroom. I was supposed to stay 5 nights and couldn't do it for more than one night.

Property is very dated and rooms are in rough shape. Overall, not a great place to stay.

Not having at least a coffee pot in the room is ridiculous, and not even one located in the hotel …A person would have to bring their entire kitchen to cook … not a pot, pan, spoon, fork, glass or cup ! …one hard back uncomfortable Horrible chair for seating. ..Loud environment…was awakened every night.. people talking in hall, in the next room at 3:00 in the morning.. Only blinds over the window with no cover over them so the outside lights lit up the room all night interrupting sleep.. Someone hammering on walls. And it still cost me $350 for a hard bed !! One of the worst stays in my life ! Will never stay at one of these hotels again !

Staff was the lone ok spot, though I didn’t ever engage with them outside of check in/out. Rooms are run down and there was dirt on the floor by the bed (fake wood laminate floors). Was pretty clear they weren’t cleaned because there were also spots on the floor as if something dripped on the floor and never cleaned up. The front of the fridge also had something splattered all over it. Either that or it was a bunch of rust spots. Not great lighting in the room so kind of hard to tell. I could see through the bathroom door handle because the hole was bigger than the handle and there were tons of random screws and nails down the edge of the door as if it was falling apart and just kept being tacked back together. Despite all that, the nail in the coffin was when I looked up during my shower to see a little cockroach on the wall above me.

Check in was terrible. No one was at the desk and the next night our key quit working and we couldn't find anyone to help!

Staff member Charles was amazing...another women at night was the rudest person we have ever met. The front desk closes and you can't get help or get anyone to check in...had to call number on Expedia and wait an hour for someone to show up. Hotel was very dirty and outdated.

I had originally reserved 2 nights here but after a few hours I left and went somewhere else. I asked to be refunded for at least one of my nights there and they refused. AVOID THIS PLACE, IT'S WORSE THAN THE POOR REVIEWS!

Paula at the front desk was really nice, however the quality of the hotel itself is poor. It’s an inconvenience when there’s no one to assist with towels or needed items when the front desk closes and opens at certain hours. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms pictured online, don’t reflect how they look in person. We were so dissatisfied, to the point we had to change our two day trip into one, because the hotel was a complete mess. The window screens had holes in them, walls were filthy and beds were literally queen sized cots. Please be aware and cautious before booking. Again, Paula who checked us in was really nice, so this is nothing against her!

The room I was in needed some updating. Microwave turntable slipping badly. Toilet didn’t flush. Well bathtub is worn. Lights are wired in an odd way. But otherwise the place was fine. Felt a bit like a hostel where one gets private rooms.

Stayed here for a business trip. They don't offer breakfast and there roaches in our room.

After a long day of driving, was looking forward to a good night sleep, boy was I wrong. Maybe got 2-3 hours of sleep. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Full of roaches and all i get from staff is..."I'm sorry". Never ever again will we stay at this establishment. Will not recommend this place to anyone traveling thru Bentonville, Ar.

2. The refrigerator was not working and had a washcloth inside. We were not notified it was not working beforehand. 3. No front staff after maybe 9 pm and none before 9 am. 4. There were three pillows for two persons in the room. 5. The bed was the worst and smallest we ever slept on in a motel which was not a good experience for rest.

this place was filthy, its so unsafe the front desk locks down at dark, and does not open up until 10 am the next moring. there is no staff that seesm to be reachable while on site during lock down hours.

It was ok. The blinds dont cover all the window so I was a little uncomfortable with the 3 inch gap on each side. The bathtub was dirt. Other then that it was ok.

The lady checking me in was so nice! The place wasn’t bad, the only problems I had was the first night, I got woke up 5:30/6 AM from the garage truck RIGHT outside my window! Was super annoying and then got woke up about 7 from the people above, sounded like they were rearranging their room. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows were awful! For the price, I would definitely stay again but wouldn’t be my first option.

The cleanliness and comfort were good. The only problem was that the bathtub was a little clogged so water accumulated on the feet during the bath.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I only stayed for about 20 minutes. When i turned on the light to enter the room, there was a roach that ran across the floor. Then I pulled back the covers and there was hair in the bed, everywhere. When I left, I told the lady I couldn't stay there and the reasons. She said she would refund the money so I'll see if it happens.

We saw a bug in the room but hey, even houses have bugs. I liked that the beds moved and were on metal frames so we could easily move the mattresses to ensure no bed bugs. It is an old building and in or near what appears to be an industrial complex. A big pricey for the location and what we didn't get.

Not what was promised, only two towels with two queen beds, linen were dirty with body hair. Sad not even shampoo was provided and iron or anything...front desk doesn't open till 9 ....really!!!! I will not recommend anyone to stay here....

The property look like a dorm from the 1980s. The hallway smelt like somebody set a baby diaper on fire.

Got to the hotel. Door was locked and no staff. Used phone to dial number no answer. Found a different number on Hotel.com. They answered and had to come to the hotel to let me in. Went into room immediately saw a roach. No soap or shampoo. Found a bug in the bed in the morning. I have a photo but couldn't upload it.

The property was ok and clean enough the area is ok plenty of places to eat but I stood around waiting for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk so I could check in thought that was crappy

This place was absolutely filthy. We asked for an extra blanket. The one we received smelled like a cross between body odor, urine and a dog bed. Not joking at all. I honestly don’t think these rooms are thoroughly cleaned in between stays. We will not be back.

Freaking horrible. We had roaches in our room and all that we were told was well we had the 2nd and 3rd floor sprayed. They didn’t offer to change our rooms. We walked to the elevator and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Wish I could ask for a refund!

Who was nice staff was friendly. Shower does not work and smoke detector started going off at 4 AM. Couldn’t stand it after two hours. Had to check out early.

This is a VERY bare bones hotel experience - think one step above camping. One bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner, dirty shower, sink, towels, and floors. The bed is on a cot, not as displayed in the photo. Read the other one star reviews and book a nicer place if you can! I’m shocked by how much they charge for the quality.

Place has a really nasty smell. Not one kitchen utensil or pan. They dont even have coffee in the rooms. Avoid this place.

The hotel reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Overall the room and bed were comfortable.

I am not even sure where to start on this hotel. First I arrived around 9pm and there was no one available to check me in. I had to call a number and wait approximately 20 minutes for someone to show up. Secondly the room was one of the worst I have ever been in. The shower barely worked, the bed was worse than the cheapest option at ikea. The whole night reeked of someone smoking next to us or more likely every single adjacent room to our hotel room. Finally, to top it all off in the morning I closed the bathroom door and the knob broke. Luckily my girlfriend was able to call the front desk and about an hour and 3 trips later I was freed. This hotel was honestly the worst experience of my life. I contacted asking for a refund and have received no response. Stay away from this place, honestly you will be more comfortable and safer sleeping in your car at a truck stop.

Was kind of trashy outside, lots of people hanging out outside. Seemed more like an apartment complex than a Wyndham hotel. But it wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed at.

I enjoyed my quiet stay at the Extended Stay hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Although, the fire alarms went off several times without reason.

The room was filthy. The pillow cases had blood stains, the tub was literally black with filth, the floors were dirty as was the stained white duvet cover. Not a place I would ever stay in again.

The staff seemed very annoyed with everyone when I checked in and they mentioned that they didn’t have a housekeeper and were overbooked, seems like poor management, I’m sure the staff are doing their best with what they’re given. The elevator was questionable and smelled heavily like nicotine vape. The room itself was bare bones, bingo hall style chairs and beat up cabinets/walls. The rubber baseboards in my room were just leaning on the wall in most places, there’s no bedside lamp and only overhead can lights that were controlled by a switch by the door, the one by the bed did nothing. There wasn’t any hand soap, only one “body bar” as far as toiletries go. The a/c in the room kept the air dry but everything else was weirdly moist, making it hard to sleep in a humid bed. There was dog feces all around the outside grass areas and a big dog running loose when I arrived. When I went to check out nobody was at the desk so I had to wait a bit in my car then come back in. I received no receipt, not even in my email.

Not worth $160 per night. Room was not clean, with exception of linens being clean that was it. Tried calling front desk only to find it is not named after 10pm. When checking out, there was no again to speak with. Left keys in room and left.

It was a pretty sketchy location. Off the beaten path with tons of "long term" occupants hanging out in the door way. Arrived at 1:30 am, so that seemed odd. It took about 30 min to check in because we had to wait on a desk clerk to arrive, and I was already exhausted. The entire facility smelled like Bourbon Street in the summer. Floors were sticky. It was just gross.

The floor was black and gritty. The be boney and the smell was horrible. I also killed 8 cockroaches. Yuck!

This should not be listed for one-night stays. The lobby is closed in the evening, opens again at 9 a.m. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, wi-fi didn't work, chairs in the room were kitchen chairs. This may be appropriate for long stays but not for travelers who need comfort in the midst of a long triip.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Insects crawling around the bedroom area and bathroom. Not enough towels for all occupancy. No utensils for the kitchen.

The place was not clean, smelt like vomit the whole time in the halls and elevator. People lingering in the parking lot watching day and night including one man urinating in the parking lot. Door to the hotel rooms was unlocked the whole time even when stuff wasn’t there at night. No cleaning services our whole stay or replenishing of toilet paper and towels. Got injured on their property from their blinds that were too small for the frame. Manager never checked on me and did not care. Maintenance said manager already knew the blinds were too small and installed them anyway. Never will stay at this location ever again.

TV was old with a horrible picture. Not usually a problem but coupled with the creaky bed, dirty floor, refrigerator door that opened INTO the wall and dirty stove top; the room amenities need work. Location was super convenient and parking was a breeze. Staff was friendly.

Very noisy! We were on the 1st floor and above us was a party all night.

Had to wait for person to "come down" to check us in after 10pm. Was supposed to have a King bed...barely a full. For a "suite room" there were no supplies in kitchen except a cutting board. No hair dryer . no bathroom items except one hand bar of soap. I have stayed at Woodspring before and has always been great.

The room smelled like fried food and old lady. The floors were nasty and had not been swept. The water never got got.

COCkROACHES. All over the walls and in the bathroom. Place is incredibly dirty and no one seemed to care. They said they would come up and spray the room but that was all they offered to do. Do not stay here at any cost.
