Our room was clean and comfortable. Children running in the hall above after midnight. No real milk for breakfast-just oat milk.

Staff was great! Accommodations met our expectations. Breakfast was really good. Location helped us get to the places we were going to rather easily. NA

The beds were very uncomfortable. Enough so that it is on my "would not stay here again" list. Everything else was fine.
- 3/5
The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay - excellent staff
- 4.5/5
Only 1 ice tray in freezer and they never provided me with second one even though I asked. They acted like it would take too much effort.
- 4/5
I would not have booked this hotel if the photograph on the particulars had been more revealing. There was not a "private bathroom" as the wash basin was not separated from the bedroom by a door.
- 3.5/5
One of the lights by the bed was not working and there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Also my room was above the pool and I could hear the screaming kids until pool closing time.
- 3.5/5
The need was comfy. The breakfast was normal hotel fair. The small kitchenette was nice. One of the lights by the bed was not working and there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Also my room was above the pool and I could hear the screaming kids until pool closing time.

Amazing gluten free options for breakfast! Very appreciated. The room layout was comfortable. The road noise from I-49 and 14th is significant and unsettling. My room was clean but not sparkling. There were cosmetic issues that no guest should have to deal with= part of a baseboard was missing and a section of the carpet was in bad condition. Plus the room smelled like body odor when I arrived- I had to use air freshener.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties.

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness all met or exceeded our expectations. It was a great visit to Bentonville area. We were quite pleased with the time we spent there seeing some sites and resting for our journey home after being in the south / southeast for the last four weeks. The kitchenette was a bit cramped. It wounl be nice to have two chairs for the table / desk.

Clean environment and a wonderful friendly staff who made me feel safe and comfortable!
- 2/5
The room was OK, a little out dated. but the TV was terrible desperately needs to be updated. It was small in the corner with very few channels compared to others. It screamed cheap cheap cheap. sams is just down the road for $200 they could have replaced them and the other issues would not have been as bad. chairs are worn just not as nice as a Marriott property should be,=.
- 4/5
Loved the water pressure in the shower and the beds where very comfortable along with the room was very clean. The beds did need more blankets though.
- 5/5
Nice staff lady
- 5/5
I stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bentonville Rogers for a work trip and brought my family along. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. From a comfortable workspace to a full kitchenette. It was easy to get work done while my family enjoyed the stay. The staff was welcoming, and the location was convenient to restaurants and shops. Overall, a great experience that worked perfectly for both business and family travel.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and rooms looked great thanks
- 4/5
Cozy! Awkward room layout in one bedroom suite.
- 5/5
Lovely and kind reception staff
- 4/5
The location of the hotel is convenient, easy to locate from I-49 especially where we wanted to be, if you like to be close to Bentonville and way to Eureka Springs, this is the spot, close to dining and shops as Sams Club is down the road, also close to Bentonville downtowns action.
- 5/5
They were very easy to work with at check in/out. The room was convenient for dog access.
- 2/5
We had a studio with 2 queen beds. One of beds was horrible shape and we ended up having to sleep 3 in one bed and only 1 in other. Bathtub kept dripping which kept me up all night. other than that its a great location with good access to both Bentonville and Rodgers.
- 5/5
Rooms were very nice and clean.
- 3/5
Closet doors had holes in them. Disgusting chair and bathroom had worse craftsmanship I've ever seen in a hotel.
- 5/5
Great nights sleep and great breakfast..
- 4/5
A great place to stay away from Bentonville city center, but still close to everything
- 2/5
They didnt have any other rooms available
- 2/5
The staff was great. However, the beds were marginal and the pillows are worn out. And the traffic on 14th street was awful. To turn left out of the property (to get to the main interstate), we usually had to turn right, drive a significant distance the other direction, then find a side street to turn around and come back the other way.
- 5/5
Great property and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Breakfast good - could maybe do with slightly more hot options - but still good. Plenty of free parking and numerous food outlets close by.
- 1/5
BUGS 🐛 BUGS AND MORE BUGS! Staff didn’t do anything or made any efforts to solve/ resolve just a shoulder shrug, Manger stood there like a telephone pole with no comments!! Stay away!!
- 2/5
Hotel is old and needs upgraded. There is no covered entry to facilitate loading/unloading out of the rain. There is no housekeeping on weekends which sucks. The carpet in the room was torn and wrinkled. The refrigerator had water or some liquid on the second shelf. This is definitely off the list of places to stay.
- 5/5
Great stay for one quick night. Only complaint was the pool water was frigid!
- 5/5
The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind.
- 3/5
The hotel seemed to be in need of some updates. They also don’t do a terrific job of cleaning the rooms. I opened a cabinet to look for something and it was filled with food trash from a previous guest.
- 5/5
Heat hotel! Location is simple to travel to, restaurant near by was amazing!
- 5/5
Clean and well kept hotel for a quick overnight stay!
- 4/5
Friendly staff!
- 5/5
Smooth check in and staff were so cordial and welcoming. Room outstanding.
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly! Easy access to museums, concert venues, old downtown Bentonville, and shopping! Make a point to visit the huge super Walmart in Rogers! It’s a test store for new products and it’s huge!!
- 2/5
Definitely not worth what we paid for. Room was musty like it had been smoked in and they were just hoping no one would notice. Lighting was also super spotty on if it’d work or not. Staff was very nice!
- 4/5
Everything was nice.
- 5/5
Great and easily accessible.
- 5/5

The Hotel has the Best Customer Service in Ft. Smith!!
- 3/5
Hotel was pretty run down. Room had a bad smell, didn't feel very clean. Bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling and exhaust fan sounded like it was about come apart. Tub faucet dripped. Staff was mostly friendly and pleasant. Basic hotel style breakfast. Housekeeping only happens once per week unless otherwise requested. Not impressed overall and would not stay again.
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable. Nice pillows. We had a full size refrigerator plus a dishwasher. Dishes and a stove top. We didn’t need them this time, but might in the future.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. I love having a kitchen in my room. Quiet. Decent free breakfast options. Convenient location right off the highway, only a few minutes from downtown, and next to a small grocery store
- 3/5
Dishwasher leaked. Refrigerator didn’t stay shut properly.
- 2/5
In the room, the AC unit was in need of repair so badly that no one could sleep with it on. It was so loud when it was cooling that it would have woken me up every few minutes, so I opted to turn it off at night. Secondly, the fridge was frozen up, with ice on the shelf, so that when the ice in the fridge was thawing, it leaked onto the floor. Third, the faucet in the kitchenette was leaking over the counter when used. Fourth, there were signs of mice via mouse droppings on the floor. 5th, someone’s dirty socks were still in the room. I was far too tired when I checked in to bother with the AC unit, and the other items showed up later in the 2 night stay. I do expect better than this, but it would have been too cumbersome to change rooms after I was unpacked so I tolerated it all.
- 2/5
Shabby, broken desk, dirty bathroom floor. Limited food options in hotel shop.
- 3/5
Room was spacious, which is why we selected this property. Another sad thing, coffee is only available in the lobby in the mornings during breakfast hours.
- 5/5
Nice, new(ish), clean hotel.
- 5/5
Overall an excellent place!
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
I was very happy with everything it’s great service all the way
- 5/5
Great atmosphere
- 5/5
Staff was great. Very accommodating. For the money the room was perfect. Only 1 service for 6 nights seemed inadequate but the front desk would send someone when you requested.
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Wondering if all toilets are as low as the one in our room.
- 5/5
Bathroom is disgusting with brown rust stains down the entire tub. Floors have so much caulk all around they look like a 2 year old painted it on. Not good!!
- 5/5
Nice location along the highway with food establishments around the area. Clean room with full-equipped kitchenette and comfy beds. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Service was great, room was pretty good. Very clean, needed a little maintenance tlc, but overall was fine. My only disappointment really was the breakfast options. The frozen omelets were gross, more fresh options would have been better.
- 5/5
It was clean, they let me do a late checkout till 3 because I had worked all night. Great value for what you get.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and safe
- 4/5
Cozy rooms with nice kitchens. Bathrooms were small with low toilets, which isn’t ideal for tall or older people. Also, the TV was pretty small for the room. Having said that, it was still a very pleasant stay. Staff was very nice, and I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Easy check in, very friendly staff felt safe
- 5/5
Excellent property, very friendly staff! Highly recommended!
- 4/5
We were there for 6 days. The bed and pillows as really nice. It was an older hotel but still ok. The cleanliness wasn't bad, but they could take it to the next level. I didn't expect them to change beds and linens everyday but they only came once and that was because we asked the front desk for clean towels. The staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Room and Bathroom was excellent. Comfort was great, room enough - not cramped. Closet was small. Some slight noise from next door - although I didn't hear it. I must have really been sleeping. Traffic going towards town is difficult at rush hours as you cant easily turn left out going back to town. Have to go right and find a place to turn around. But, that's location, ...what can you do?
- 2/5
The night we checked in there was an absolutely horrible smell on the first floor. When we got to our floor, it was even worse. To me, it smelled of something burning, but it permeates the entire hotel. Our room smelled awful and I had a hard time falling asleep due to this. The second night there were dogs barking very loudly, so another night of little sleep. We will not be returning here. For the price we paid, I would expect better accommodations.
- 5/5
Clean quiet and close to the stores i needed
- 4/5
The location was great. Our favorite breakfast place is across the street, that’s big plus for us. It was a clean room and the hotel personnel were very friendly.
- 4/5
Breakfast, staff, and indoor pool were very good. Check in was fast and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom in room was tiny though and had to hold down the handle on toilet to flush.
- 4/5
The room was clean and very comfortable. Amenities included were great!
- 2/5
Honestly I would not stay here again. The room has a strong odor, the toilet seat had dry pee and brown smudge that I had to clean up. We had a 4yr old with us and it was a long day so I did not have the energy to deal with it a different way. But there was also pubic hair in towels and on the toilet in numerous places. The walls are extremely thin because we heard everything going on above our room late into the night, and then to top it all off, the fire alarm went off at 6am. The front desk staff were great so that’s not on them at all. The property just is what it is.
- 5/5
Easy to get on and off interstate. Close to most anything you want. Very comfortable bed and pillows!
- 3/5
The building is apparently wood framed. The person in the room above us walked/stomped back and forth for hours each night. Also the sidewalk out front by the handicap parking is severely buckled. I had to roll my wife’s wheelchair out in the driveway to enter the building. They think just painting a yellow strip on it will relieve them of trip hazard liability.
- 2/5
I was disappointed not only did it not be what I wanted but even the other room I got wasn’t what I needed but we made do with a roll away bed . We had a disabled person that couldn’t get in the shower or use the toilet . It was not handicap accessible. Will not stay there again . Or use hotel.com
- 4/5
This is an older property, but will kept up
- 4/5
Room was fine for what we needed. Good breakfast options.
- 3/5
Junk wi fi. Dropping constantly Cozy unit kitchen. Homey Hard to drive to
- 5/5
The one bedroom suite was perfect. All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially Ben, at the front desk. He was a fine ambassador, for the city
- 5/5
Love the spacious rooms and kitchen features- especially a regular coffee pot!!!! There was an odd smell in the room, but it was tolerable. Everything else was clean and A+. Loved the breakfast buffet! Wished it had small peanut butter pkgs.
- 4/5
Overall seemed to be dated, but kept clean for the most part. Could have used bottled waters in the food area.
- 5/5
Todo muy bien
- 5/5
Staff was very hospitable. Comfortable and quiet room. Great kitchenette. Decent gym. Above average breakfasts. Covered outside smoking area of that is important to you. The room was a little worn and the maintenance guy could have done better work, but that is minor.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay because the people in NWA are always so kind & friendly. The hotel was very comfortable & quiet. All of the staff was very courteous.
- 5/5
We stayed here because of the good reviews. The room was clean spacious and comfortable.
- 4/5
Hotel room was comfortable and nicely appointed. I was in a odd numbered room facing a building that turned out to be a bar with a band. It was quite loud until midnight. Just a note as this may impact some light sleepers. Breakfast was good the next morning.
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and the rooms were super clean and the bed is so comfy 😴
- 5/5
Overall good stay. It was quiet, the hotel was pet friendly, staff were friendly. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Hotel room was clean & orderly. It's just an older building so hallway carpets needs to be replaced (musky smelled) & like every hotel during COVID there was maintenance in main Building but good place to stay quiet decent gym
- 4/5
The staff was very helpfull and friendly
- 5/5
Large room could have lived there!
- 3/5
We couldn’t watch HBO or Netflix because of cable issues. The front desk said other people were complaining about it also and gave us the phone number for the cable company! They should have been the ones calling not the guests.
- 5/5
Clean, very comfortable rooms with full kitchens with pots, pans, and dishes. Will definitely return. Netflix available if you bring your own password. Beds were great. Staff very nice.
- 5/5
This was one of the finest rooms my wife and I have stayed in in a long time. Room was clean and quiet, the appliances were a special treat. Breakfast was adequate, hot sandwiches and the other continental fare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a very nice experience, we will stay here again.
- 4/5
We were traveling through and the location was easy to find and made our trip a pleasure.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay again. Very nice hotel.
- 4/5
Nice, comfortable, quiet place to get some work done, relax a lot.
- 4/5
Overall it was a very nice stay. Staff was great. Only one thing i would do, is have more than one waffle maker for the breakfast area. Had to wait a while to use.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a little weak
- 4/5
Generally a good hotel with nice suites. One night we had a lot of noise from cars with loud modified “mufflers” in the vacant lot next door. Not the hotels fault but more an issue of the area.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Overall, the stay was fine. The elevator is super old and while the website says they have cribs, we received a broken pack n play instead. The hotel is close to a lot but it’s right off the highway so there was noise most of the night.
- 4/5
I thought there would be more options for people who do not eat carbs. There were no eggs because they ran out the day before.
- 1/5
We had bed bugs in our room. Hotel is very outdated and would not recommend. We walked next door to slim chicken for dinner and there was a mattress on the ground with stuff around it. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. They did refund us our money but I am still upset about the bed bugs
- 3/5
Breakfast was disapointing
- 5/5
Really a nice Marriot. Room was great facing front over entrance but looking into trees and quiet on the fourth floor. Amenities great. Food always available in breakfast area and to purchase. Close to everything. Loved it.
- 5/5
A very friendly and helpful staff helped make our stay great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were surprised at that.
- 3/5
Good breakfast and very nice staff. The room felt it needed to be renovated with an unpleasant smell.
- 5/5
They were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for 2 ground floor rooms on the Travelocity app and the hotel emailed me saying they saved 2 rooms on the first floor for me. Very nice hotel and very comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Decent place and great location for moving to the area.
- 4/5
1 bedroom suite is nice but the bedtime didn’t work. Informed the front desk about the issue and the response was sorry about the inconvenience.
- 5/5
Second stay at the facility. Great location and great amenities.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable overnight stay. Hotel seemed relatively close to Crystal Bridges, downtown square and restaurant options. Hotel is on a busy street so depending on time of day it can be challenging to get out of the parking lot i.e. weekday morning rush hour. Breakfast options are fairly limited. Overall we had a very good stay and would stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
Really good experience. Hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again. 👍
- 5/5
Gina, at the front desk, was remarkable! She went above and beyond to make our stay great.
