Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the quality of pillows, noise from neighboring rooms, and issues with breakfast service.

Solid choice. Inside hotel is nice. Lot and next door a little dingy that day.

I never do reviews but this placed deserves it, is excellent, clean, neat, calm, staff was amazing, Seth and Georgia were amazing, the breakfast pancakes taste home made and it was no rush breakfast, the space is calm so the energy is super. Loved that the television where internet connected so all your show apps are available. The scent shampoo and all, where so good!

Shower head was loose, the lightning did not make sense

Experience was great, upon arrival Sam greeted us and made us aware of all the amenities. He was very helpful! This place was very clean and room was super spacious! Highly recommend.

I appreciate the car charger and the free beer and wine.

Bacon was amazing and banana pancakes. Chefs kiss. Could be a better doggo yard.

Clean room, nice decor, great amenities! Staff are fabulous, Sam is wonderful!

The rooms have more than enough outlets for USB devices to charge. Large televisions, as well as a little kitchenette that comes in really handy to reheat leftovers after eating out. Element has the best free hotel breakfast, hands down, with options for vegetarian and vegan diets. There’s always a lovely lady there making a different hot dish to order (breakfast burritos, omelets, waffles, etc.), a yogurt bar, scrambled & boiled eggs, bacon, multiple bread selections (sliced brioche-style bread, bagels, English muffins), various pastries like croissants and muffins, jams, jellies, & honey, several cereals, milk, and an assortment of juices. The brewed coffee is delicious in its own right, but there’s also a cappuccino machine available for use 24-7. We’ve never had a bad experience staying here and always feel at home during our stays. We sometimes stay there when we just want to unplug and get away for a few days. Thanks to the whole staff for creating a lovely place to land! We’ll be back!

It would be nice if they updated the information more frequently on Facebook and Instagram.

Room was clean. Temp control worked well. Soft bed and sheets. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Worked out well for my two night stay :)
- 5/5
It would be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area with a good light. Since we were dressing at the same time and there was little counter space in the bath. All employees were top notch!! Efficient and extra friendly. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay there again!!
- 5/5
Front Desk, staff and manager were great! Ladies in the kitchen were great! Love the food in the mornings!!!!!!

Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was the best ever included with a hotel stay. Exceptionally helpful staff!

Fresh breakfast made by a lovely employee. Hot tea at night was absolutely splendid. Property is beautiful and the outdoor spaces are aesthetically pleasing. LOVE this hotel
- 4/5
The free breakfast was great!! Clean and modern, good size nice gym the only issue is any room across from the elevator will hear “ding” all day and all night. We had to put a towel on the floor against the door and use our phones as sound machines to get any sleep! Be sure to ask to be away from the elevator. Other than that everything else was great!

Great stay! My ONLY complaint is that the tub was not as clean as I would like.

Clean, modern, friendly hotel. Breakfast is good, evening happy hour is a nice touch.

Everything was great except for my room #226- the AC was broke and only the fan worked. When I checked in at 6pm the temp in my room was at 86°... I turned the temp down and by the time so checked out the next morning around 9am, the temp was 79° .. Was very uncomfortable. Other than being hot and sweaty during my stay, the room and staff were very nice.

We liked the clean, spare, comfortable vibe. The breakfast included fresh, quality ingredients. No pre-packaged, overly processed foods. The specialty coffee machine wasn’t working but the coffee in the carafe was good.

Excellent hotel with great customer

I stayed overnight with a friend for Mother’s Day. Reception was very friendly! We stayed in a Double Queen Suite and it was perfect. It was great to have a little kitchenette fully stocked! The beds were incredibly comfortable. You can’t hear outside noise which was great with the hotel being right off the highway! The French toast made right at the breakfast bar was delicious! The options were not as plentiful as some other places I have stayed, but there was enough to choose from. They had an option or two for every station. The coffee machine looked SO fancy! But it spit out a lukewarm cafe latte for me. The coffee from the carafes was better! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great customer service
- 3/5
Breakfast was great. However, for a Marriott property things were disappointing. The room seemed… tired. Low quality furnishings. Closet doors out of level and would not close. Other closet in bedroom - light would not go out. Blackout shades almost ripped out of the wall. Sliding shower doors kept sliding open because they were so out of level. Skimpy on towels. Only one elevator was working during my entire stay, so long waits for the elevator. Thin linoleum flooring is peeling and catches the luggage wheels in the elevator. (Maintenance: I was in room 405)
- 3.5/5
Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the little kitchenette was nice. The fact that it would take several flushes to flush the toliet was not ideal. The check-in took quite a bit of time. There was only one person working the front desk so he had to wait for a while.

It was very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Felt more like a apartment than a hotel
- 5/5
Front desk staff was awesome, the hotel was modern and clean, our room had a nice big restroom. It was a very comfortable stay. I do wish they served bacon at breakfast, but maybe that happens on weekdays.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet!

Great stay
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable, staff was excellent very welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay. espresso / latte machine a plus.
- 5/5
Weekend trip with friends so we had several rooms. Everyone loved it. Friendly service at front desk and breakfast station. Very clean throughout. Nice comfy room with everything we needed. Free EV charger. I used to stay somewhere else when I visit NWA but I will switch to Element in the future.
- 5/5
Great for a one night stay; rooms were large and comfortable-loved the bedding!
- 5/5
Excellent service. Kind employees.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Perfect for a family of four. The size of the rooms is a little larger than typical hotels, making it more spacious for our family.
- 5/5
5 Stars staff
- 5/5
very welcoming front desk clerk, clean and quiet room for so close to highway, roomy.
- 5/5
We enjoyed out stay at Element. Clean and the staff was extraordinary. Everyone so nice and friendly. Loved the full breakfast with a lady making pancakes and French toast. Although off season, we will definitely come back during the summer because the outside area looked really nice. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Great hotel. Solid breakfast, nice workout area, professional staff, great location and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The cleanliness and design of the building were great!

- 5/5
Nice hotel for the price. Very centrally located which is great. Room was big, clean, and quiet. Girl at the front desk was a little awkward. Didn’t say much. Didn’t tell us our room number. Just silently handed us our room keys and looked at me. Other than that the stay was perfect.
- 3/5
It was fine.
- 5/5
I like that the property was modern. I didn't like that the outside pool was out of service due to black algae. I was looking forward to the outside pool.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved everything! Thank you!
- 4/5
The pool being closed in the middle of the summer when we had a group of kids there was very disappointing
- 4/5
Overall pretty good… the cups didn’t seem restocked in the room, there weren’t enough towels, but when we asked for more we got them, the food options were kind of meh for breakfast… but overall a good experience.
- 4/5
Power was out all night as a result, but that's obviously out of their control. 10/ best hotel for waiting out a tornado.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Unique to the property is a friendly, accommodating, responsible staff. For some reason, i eas not put in the room with accommodations I booked. The hotel was full so we had a less comfortable stay the first night. Fron desk worker Sam called his manager Jacob who arranged a resolution for the second night, communicated with me and expedia through the situation. The property itself was nice but could use some maintenance attention to refresh a few things. There are convenient places to walk and eat if looking to grab a bite. The breakfast staff was friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again due to the staff making the experience a positive one despite the reservation issue.
- 4/5
Few small issues that could happen anyplace that are forgivable. The AC could let you hang meat in the room when on. Had to turn it up to keep the frost off the windows 😉
- 4/5
Overall, clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Very comfortable, the room space is very well organized for all the in room amenities. I know this may seem silly to list as a drawback, but the only mirror is the room is in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom isn’t great. It’s just makes getting ready a bit difficult with two people.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay. Very pleased.
- 1/5
Hotel had a travel baseball team come stay and kept us up all night partying on the patio. Staff was unable to stop them and do anything about it. Inebriated adults stayed next to us and kept us up two nights in a row. Staff again unable or unwilling to do anything about it aside from "I am sorry about that". Room was infested with ants. Breakfast service one morning was 45 minutes late. We had planned on the service being available to feed our kids before an endurance sports event. Stay at this hotel was miserable and negatively affected our kids ability to perform at the events we travelled to Fayetteville to attend. Hotel staff unable to control the large group of drunk partying guests.
- 3/5
Minus a couple starting issues with checking the stay was great
- 5/5
overall a good experience, clean, safe
- 3/5
Pros: Fairly decent and clean hotel and room. Breakfast was good. Cons: People in the dining area lacked good communication. Probably because English isn’t their first language? They just stared at us when we got there. Lol. Body wash in the shower was empty. Room felt a little too warm so we turned on the A/C which auto shut off that left us uncomfortably sleeping in a very warm room. At check in, CC was charged $50 for incidentals. We took 3 bottles of Ozarka and told front desk to charge it to our room. They ended up charging us $36 for the Ozarkas because they only gave us back $14 after we left. Wow didn’t know 8oz bottles of Ozarkas cost $12 each! Also the person who checked us in wasn’t very happy that we came from an Arkansas town that he doesn’t like. Why be such a big-city snob? That wasn’t the friendliest customer service for sure.
- 5/5
Very clean! Easy room to navigate.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Nice rooms.
- 2/5
Not enough help at front desk, long wait to check in and/or ask questions. Did not offer room charge for waters, none provided in room. Lobby not clean. Elevators, not clean, floors need repaired. Cleaning service did not replace in room coffee or cups for next morning.
- 3/5
The bed was not super comfortable.
- 5/5
We really liked the hotel. The only downside is the lack of a K cup coffee maker in the room.
- 2/5
Restaurant and bar were advertised but none was available. The breakfast buffet was very limited. We did not realize that we would have to take an Uber to get to Bentonville.
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff was very friendly
- 5/5
We loved staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was super clean, awesome staff and excellent breakfast. "Melissa" was a great employee and very accommodating.
- 4/5
Breakfast was disappointing. Room was small. Asked for some ice for our cups and was told the ice is in the fridge in our room, but we had no ice as there was not an ice cube tray in the room. Front desk clerk did get us a cup of ice from the kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Desk staff always nice, professional,&helpful! Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Nice and quiet. Easy to get out
- 5/5
Loved staying here! The room was so comfy and aesthetic. Very clean and great service
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 3/5
Convenience but attention to detail needs work
- 3/5
The description of the room I booked said that it sleeps 6; 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not a pull out sofa it was more like a loveseat for someone to sleep on. Very disappointed in that room description. It did not sleep 6 comfortably. There were 3 people in one of the beds instead of 2 on every bed. When we talked to the front desk, they were friendly but not helpful. They only said they weren’t sure why the descriptions say sofa bed since only a few of their rooms had that option. They offered another room but one that only had a king bed and a pull out sofa. Didn’t solve our problem at all! They were very nonchalant about it as well. Just a frustrating issue with no available remedy.
- 5/5
We got a king bed studio room and I really liked that it had a kitchen sink and even dish soap. 2”We had our daughter with us and it was great for washing her bottles. Would have been a great place for a longer stay. It appeared very clean and very modern. Would definitely stay again! Nice and quiet as well.
- 5/5
Great breakfast, very clean, functional room and a comfy bed and wonderful pillows.
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel. The suite was perfect for a one night stay with my two grandkids for a visit to Crystal Bridges Museum. This would be perfect for a business trip for one person. The suite had a downsized full kitchen, well stocked, a large bathroom (shower only), and a separate bedroom. The bed, couch, and desk chair were all comfortable, and the rooms were clean and big enough for the three of us. The free breakfast was good, with several different things to choose from. The only recommendation there would be to have a child friendly (fruit loops, captain crunch, etc.) cereal available. Two people could easily spend a week here. We didn’t use them, but there is also a large workout room, an outdoor pool, and a fire pit area, as well. The staff was friendly, helpful, and acted as though they were actually happy to see us. We got in from our visit to the museum very late since we were there to visit The Listening Forest Exhibit (absolutely wonderful), there was no milk available in the lobby store, so the fellow at the desk, that night, went into the kitchen to get two cups of milk for my grands. Wonderful service, and a great location to visit the Bentonville area.
- 5/5
This is a very clean, modern hotel with great staff and beautiful rooms. Best breakfast for a hotel too.
- 5/5
Great room! Great breakfast!
- 5/5
The room was lovely very pretty, clean, and safe. I went to the gym and they had good equipment and it was clean. The breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, and updated. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
- 5/5
Such a great hotel stay! The hotel was super clean. It all seemed new and updated. Staff was very friendly and supportive of our dog we had with us. Front desk person gave us a room on the first floor so it would be easy to take her out. The room itself was perfect. It was comfortable and had amenities like a fridge, microwave, dishes, salt/pepper. We slept so well in the comfortable bed and the bedding was really nice. Highly recommend this place!
- 5/5
Excellent property, friendly staff
- 5/5
Simple sink, microwave, bread/bagle/muffin toaster, coffee maker, knife and cutting board, and good sized small fridge. Potable filtered water from the sink, Large smart TV with build-in Netflix and Youtube to keep you entertained at night.
- 5/5
Nice hotel in an average strip mall. Everything inside the hotel was great including the bed!
- 5/5
Breakfast was tasty. Convenient location. My only objection was that the walls were thin and guests were put all next to one another even though the hotel was fairly empty. I could hear a dog barking in a room nearby and the couple next to me...
- 4/5
It would be nice if breakfast could last later on week days.
- 5/5
Great stay for a couples weekend.
- 2/5
Room was not correctly advertised on Hotels.com. We booked a suite for 5, 2 queens and a hideaway sofa bed. Found out on arrival that they don’t offer that kind of room. Had to cobble together a solution that would sort of work for our family as no other rooms in the area were available due to college football weekend. Towels were not left in the room even for a family of 4. Multiple calls to get extra towels were required. Room was just ok. Breakfast was sub-par. Not the best place to stay.
- 5/5
Very nice new hotel, Room was very neat and comfy.
- 5/5
Staff was welcoming and very helpful. my husband usually hates the coffee at hotel breakfasts but he enjoyed it and went back for seconds. Our room was large, comfortable and lighting was good.
- 5/5
Good atmosphere. Good breakfast. Cute modern rooms with kitchenette which is a nice bonus for the price. Also love the lounge chair and ottoman in the room, most places only. An sit on the bed or desk
- 1/5
Showed up and they did not have a room, even though I had a reservation. Didn’t seem to want to help problem solve either; I had to suggest they help me in finding lodging at another establishment.
- 4/5
Nice new place. I just did not like the pillows. They seemed old and flat. I will bring my own if I stay there again. The free breakfast was wonderful!
- 5/5
Wry nice hotel.
- 5/5
The breakfast staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was also very efficient and dependable. I had to have a key left at the desk and the process was smooth, no issues whatsoever.
- 3/5
The hotel is modern and clean. But the room furniture is uncomfortable where it really matters. The toilets are very low.
- 5/5
Convenient and very comfortable hotel. Highly recommended
- 5/5
I was really impressed! Very cozy & very clean! This might be my favorite hotel in the area. Will definitely be staying again!
- 4/5
I think you should have ice makers on every floor. Other than that, a fine stay. Beds are comfortable.
- 4/5
King room was fantastic, but small with no comfortable chair and no ESPN to watch March madness. No maps of Bentonville & no newspapers.
- 4/5
Property is is clean and beautifully done! However full hot water is really just warm water and toilet is loud flush.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The bed need firmer pillows. The pillows were too soft. Overall, it was a nice stay. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Great breakfast options, clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, area is very busy lots of traffic. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
The nice part is the overall hotel is lovely and the breakfast was great. Maybe the great reviews are for people whom stayed in the back of the hotel away from the street and highway.
- 5/5
Hands down the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel, everything was super clean, and loved the amenities
