Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bentonville by IHG

Room was overall clean, but when walking in the shades in the bedroom and”living” area were down. It rained one night we were there and it rained inside our room. The fan below the window in the living room was messed up and the front of it kept coming off. Our room also never got cleaned, trash taken out, or new towels. Had to ask for them.

Very nice hotel. Would stay here again. Love the pillows. Wish you sold them. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked.

Breakfast was kind of weak. No waffle iron. Pancake machine produced mushy cakes. The rest was fine.

The gentleman running the front desk when we checked in was absolutely the friendliest and most professional individual I have ever interacted with in the hospitality industry. The room was also very clean and the breakfast was great.

The breakfast was delicious.. the AC made a terrible noise off and on. The shower 🚿 and tub could use a little help.. it was a comfortable stay.

Room was clean, tv did not work(they came to room and repiared. Wifi did not work(they fixed the issue). Room phone did not work, they did not fix had to walk down to desk for each problem.

Quiet, but no noise dampening, so the storm woke me up. Also, no hand towels for some reason….And the TV did automatic shutoff, so I could hear the storm…..Well lit and decent parking.

We were given a room on first floor and close to a door and we could come and go very easily.

happy with the stay ,is always very good, what i'm not happy is that expedia charge me a deposit to reserve and when i got to the hotel they charged me full amount including the deposit i pay expedia, i didn't like that , the hotel didn't have any record that expedia took the deposit, not doing any more reservations thru expedia unless the reimburse my deposit

The toilet would not recycle because the fliat would not float. I had yo take the top off several times.

The rooms were well furnished and clean. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Would stay at this facility again when in the area.

Room was decent. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am. They were mowing the grass shortly after so don’t stay here if you want to sleep in.

Very nice, new looking facility. A nice free breakfast offered a lot of choices. It was well stocked. Coffee available all day and evening. Very quiet. Never heard any noise in the hallway or above us. Affordable price.

Being charge for the room, when arriving more charge were needed. Confused on all these charges. I was charge $129.39, but upon checking in addition $25 charge without explaining why and for what.

They did not clean the room or replace the towels the entire time we stayed (3 nights). Front desk said they were short staffed and apologized for the lack of service. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK.

The first floor ice machine was not working so we had to go clear up to the third floor to get ice. Also, the building was quite noisy. We could hear other guests. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom.

Room was decent until I went to bed. I purchased a kind suit and the mattress was horrible. It had a literal hole the size of a human on the right side. The mattress was completely destroyed. Throughout the night I kept rolling into the hole. The mattress needs replaced. The hotel workers told us they were fully booked up so there would be no changing rooms. If you book here and get room 205, request another room.

Nice stay, quiet and peaceful - great breakfast options. However upon checking in I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk - not satisfied with that.

The hotel called me the day of my stay and told me they had no rooms. So I had to rebook at the last minute at another hotel for a lot more money.

Clean, well kept and Staff was helpful.

Gym is very basic and it was very warm in there and he helped by bringing a fan!

It has been a while since I have stayed in a Holiday Inn but I will definitely stay again. Highlights-breakfast was one of the best “free” breakfasts i’ve had at a hotel as far as options and taste. We all know continental breakfasts are usually bland with few choices but this was top notch. Room was quiet. Tv was big for a hotel room. Air worked great. Dove products in bathroom which was a nice touch. The only thing I did not like is that there is no entrance from outside other than through the main doors BUT they are doing some work on the hotel. There are outside doors but no key entry on them so you are able to go out of them but unable to come back in. Would not keep me from staying here but wanted to include. The location is excellent as far as places to eat and things to do. Hotel was great, especially for price.

The place was as expected — very nice — but the soap/lotion bolted to the wall and tub wall is inconvenient. My little 93-year-old mom couldn’t even access them.

Overall it was a good one night stay. Just one concern; the bathroom was for handicap guests. The shower rod was broken and the curtain would not stay closed. Every shower ended up with huge amounts of water on the floor no matter how we tried to fix the curtain.

Undergoing some renovations so the bottom floor lobby area is a little jumbled but the room floor is clean and tidy.

Bugs crawling on the ceiling above bed, mattress had a "sink hole", many outlets not working, light bulbs missing, etc. But the staff is excellent.

The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work well. Didn’t like the smell in the room when opening the door. Noice in the morning because there was some remodeling work in the building.

Front desk was nice whenever they were around for whatever I needed. But most of the time I could not find them. At 8AM Sunday morning December 24th Christmas-Eve. Construction crews started working on rooms upstairs. YUP! that's what i said! Construction crew working at 8am on Christmas-Eve MORNING while we were still sleeping. Called the front desk several times in no answer! So I called Holiday In Customer Service 1 877-619-4884 around 9:30AM. While I was expressing my concerns and complaints. How's keeping knocked on the door to ask if we were leaving anytime soon. YUP! She did. I let customer service know what was happening when it was happening. And she herself, could not believe it. I will still book their hotels. But this location was the worst EVER!

Value was okay, but not great. A bit dated and musty smelling. Did like that it was close to Razorback Greenway trail, which is what we were going for, so may stay again.

Loud banging in walls/hallway kept us up all night. Dogs allowed in breakfast area peeed on the floor in front of coffee stand.

We looked at for a hotel that did not allow dogs - this one had dogs outside, pooping and when we asked if they were allowed - they said for a price. Room had stained carpet, smelled like dog. I would like a refund as we paid for a dog free hotel due to allergies.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and been very satisfied, but this trip was underwhelming. Arrived to find a dehumidifier in the room (apparent AC leak), dirty underwear in the draw, refrigerator turned off (food spoiled), drape missing -- and not replaced despite their promise.

The Holiday Inn Express in Bentonville was very clean and well taken care of. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean quiet property

I liked the rooms were clean. I did not like that we were refused extra pillows for the pull out couch stating you have pillows in the room. I did not like we were refused a razor because the guy said he didn’t want to leave the desk tonight. I did not like how a bum with his crotch hanging out (literally genitalia just swinging) sat on the front bench by the doors and when you complain about it the night guy says “just don’t go outside” not that simple definitely not worth almost $300

This is a very nice hotel, and located close to lots of dining, shopping, and other things to do in Rogers/Bentonville. Everything was clean, breakfast was good, and our stay was very comfortable. Too bad we had to leave early for a family emergency. :( Thank you so much for a nice stay!

My only concern was that they did not have a pool. My grandchildren were devastated. The girl at the desk did give us suggestion to go to the nearby city complex. That was nice of her. Also, we left out dirty towels outside our door. I wish housekeeping would have replaced them by the door but they did give us some from the front desk. Otherwise we were very pleased with it.

Overall it was fine. Good price point. Breakfast was hot. The bathroom smelled a little like mildew and the bathtub stopper wound work. We could only shower. I had to call the technical support hotline to get connected to the wifi.

The property was really nice. The staff was efficient, but couldn’t have been more friendly (an occasional smile & guest acknowledgement would be nice).

They checked me into a room, gave me key card, go the room on the 4th floor and i walk into a occupied room..

Property could use new carpet and tile grout cleaned. With that said it still was good for the price.

Helpful staff, wonderful beds & pillows, quiet, they had a toothbrush which I forgot to pack:). For some reason they forgot to clean our room for one day of our stay but otherwise we really liked the hotel.

We were assigned to the wrong room type than what we booked thru hotels com. We had to return to the desk with all our luggage where the front desk issued us new keys. Bathroom had mold and zero ventilation.

Check in time: 3pm, went to check in at 4:15pm….room not ready, be 45 mins. Frustrating, but finally got in. Front desk tried to give us a different room from what we booked. Frustrating also!! But overall, beds were comfortable, very soft. Easy access to highway. Would definitely stay again! Good for the night!!
