Super 8 by Wyndham Bentonville

Staff was great. The room was decent--A/C worked great. A little dated and could use a good cleaning. Bed was great shower was ok. The breakfast was mediocre. I would give it overall 3 stars.

The property looked just OK from the outside. The property inside was very much in disrepair. Did not feel clean everything was old and in this repair. The sheets were very thin and worn and had stains. The towels had stains. The baseboards were dirty. There was no exhaust fan. The tub and shower look like it was on its last leg. The faucet in the sink was wonky. The chair in the room was nasty dirty and stained so was the desk chair. The bed was not dreadfully uncomfortable. It’s just everything was so old and worn that it didn’t feel clean for $120 I know that’s probably on the cheaper side for some hotels but I feel like that was very overpriced for what we got.

The breakfast, ( that we pay for ) Just loads of processed sugar junk, no regular bread, bagel, nothing gresh, no fruits...a piece of advice, damp the breakfast, offer only coffee and tea and lower the price of the room accordingly.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. I would stay again.

The room was very dirty. The floors had dry food on them , the bed skirt had mud on it, and the bed did not look clean.

The hall floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile and there was a hair ball stuck to a "clean" towel, which made me suspect the rest of the linens. I definitely felt I overpaid for the quality/condition of the hotel.

The bed sheets were dirty with blood stains had to take them off and only used the most decent one.

The property is a disaster. Very old and poorly ran. We would have preferred to stay in tents than that motel.

We ended up not staying and just leaving after finding black hair all over the bed sheets and the shower. Also the floors were so dirty our white socks turned brown. We were there an hr my husband took a shower and we didn’t stay we just went and got another room

Inside the lobby and hallways are dirty and look like they haven't been swept in weeks. The place reeks of sweat, cigars, smoke, and marijuana. A maid entered my room without knocking. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Pay the money, stay across the street or somewhere else.

Waffles, cereal, muffins, and juices were great to wake up to. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. It had a slight dent on one side, maybe need to turn mattresses around or get new ones.

I was surprised this hotel was substandard compared to other Wyndham Super8s I've stayed at. Filthy hallways & stairs. Bathroom fixtures rusted. Breakfast area was tiny without anyplace to sit down.

The only thing to like is the location. When we arrived we found our bedding had not been washed. The sheets smelled like other people. We woke in the middle of the night to find roaches on the walls. You can hear everything in every room. All around the worst hotel experience I may have ever had.

The advertised breakfast was bare bones.

Room was a good size plenty of space. Gave me no hassle in regards to my dogs. Power went out multiple times in a single night and power remained out all the way to check out and there was no compensation or reimbursement for any of my stay.

Melissa always smiling and happy to help me in any way. If I have a problem I shes always happy to fix it. I will always stay at this motel when I am in town because of her.

Breakfast options were limited. NO waffles available. Had muffins, yogurt, limited fruit or cereal. Renovations that appeared to be happening several months ago, look the same as then. Also, apparently it is common for police to knock on doors looking for warrant offenders.

Parking was easy. Central location with easy access to freeway and relatively close to airport. Room wasn’t super clean, but not surprising with the lower cost of the room

I was disappointed by the condition of the room during my recent stay. The space was clearly outdated and in significant need of renovation, which made the experience uncomfortable and far below expectations for a hotel stay.

Ok things. The motel is in rough shape. The ceilings are peeling and the whole place is in need of a good overhaul. Staff. The manager looks very unhappy. The others are very friendly. Better than the razorback inn down the road. The people who run that are awful.

Nothing terrible but nothing memorable either. It's right beside Denny's and Braums is the best thing about it.

Disgusting hotel all around. Broken tile in the bathroom. Holes in the bedspread. Broken sharp objects in the bathtub. No smoke detector. Nothing is clean. No amount of remodeling will help this place. Bulldoze it down and start over.

Easy in, easy out

Breakfast in lobby was ok, coffee was too strong but prepackage muffins were good. My cousin had waffles and she seemed happy with them! It was just ok, would not recommend to friends and family. Needs updating really bad!

Hallway smelled like a smoky bar, room was a non smoking room but had cigarette burns in the carpet and bedding. Felt like i needed a tetanus shot when i left. Staff was super friendly and accommodated my refund.

Staff was nice parking was great combination hotel needs to be upgraded, remodeled and new bath towels and wash cause all we got were spot ones. They look like they need to be cleaned again.

The facility is not kept up with cleaning the area the bed was super uncomfortable very noisy with other guests outside your room.

Tv lights not working

The room...fresh pain, new floors, and the overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke. The front desk gave us a can of air freshener made for cigarette smell so I can only guess it's a known issue. They apparently forgot to check the lighting during the remodel, the one overhead light appears to only have 1 out of 4 fluorescent bulbs working and the nightstand light flickers like a 70's disco. The mattress was nothing short of awful and to make matters worse, they used thin sheet metal to block under the bed instead of wood so, every time you roll over, it actually sounds like thunder. The staff were all very friendly and seemed sincerely happy to help.

How are they charging 101.00 for these rooms? There was dirty walls bathroom tub broken, toilet barely flushed, only 2 lights worked , 1 channel on TV, hole in curtain, trash behind bed , hair on sheet. I just needed a break from home and this was worse than home....

The key card didn't work. I was able to get into the room from the inside door because it didn't fully shut unless you pushed all your weight on it. When I got in the bathroom tub was beat up/scratched up and looked gross. Front desk gave us a new room due to door not shutting and key card not working. New room was way nicer, but still kind of gross. One of the beds had stained sheets. The pool was great and my kids loved it.

Our room smelled like mold and mildew upon entering. We were given a different room, it smelled but not as bad. The bedding appeared to be old. The safety latch was missing and the deadbolt didn’t engage. My grandchildren and I all left congested from the room smells.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The hotel rooms are dirty and smell like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I went down to the front desk to ask for someone to sweep and mop the room. The front desk assistant moved us to a new room that was a little bit cleaner, but it still smelled horrible. To top it all off, my family and I gathered all our stuff to put in the car while sitting in the car in the Super 8 parking lot, trying to get a refund. Cops pulled up, shined lights in my kids' faces, and asked if we were okay and if we were doing drugs. After talking a little about our situation, the cops said, "I just had to make sure. We always get called here and find meth needles, drugs, and people passed out in cars with kids high on drugs. "It's definitely not for families."

While I appreciate them trying to update the hotel it was under construction, which did leave a mess. None of our outlets worked in our room. Poor selection for breakfast.

This is a run down property with terrible management and an unfriendly staff. I was very dissatisfied!

The staff was great, we stayed 2 nights. The air in our room the first night made a terrible racket. We asked to change rooms and they let us. Overall the rooms were clean!

There was tons of dirt and dust and dead bugs behind the bed, the toilet would not flush and ran all night, the tub was very dirty and the bed sheets had stains. Now when I say stains, yes you could tell they had been washed, but old stains were noticeable, imo sheets should be replaced when they are stained so badly. Was woke up very abruptly by the cleaning staff at 9 am, check out is 11. I’ve never stayed anywhere that they have bothered me before 10:30 ish. The lobby and halls were so hot, and dirty.

during the second day the toilet kept running after it was flushed. i told the front desk she came and looked at it. She said she had to call someone. We had things to do so we couldnt wait around so we left the building. when we came back it was not fixed and we were told that because we werent there they would not fix it our only choice was to turn the water off at the toilet and turn it on when we needed to flush it as not to have to listen to it run

The bathroom and the room were smelly and unclean. I had to buy Lysol spray and a room freshener to clean the room before staying there.

The updates were nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Chose this booking based on what I saw on the Expedia website. What the property looked like was not what was shown on Expedia. Linens, curtains and furniture were in horrible condition. Breakfast bar was sub-par. Eating area was disheveled with dirty floor. I would not recommend this facility. Very overpriced for what we received.

Our room door was open when we got there. The jacuzzi wasn't very clean. The bathroom vanity had wood rot and mold. There was 1 hand towel, a bath mat, and 2 washcloths. No towels. We had to go ask for them. This is a Motel 6 at a very high rate.

Run!!! This is a horrible property! I would itemize but there was just to many things wrongs! Spoke to management repeatedly! Even after seeing the property we tried to give them a chance. The safety of the building was poor with the side door access to the room left unlocked several times. The hotel guests on my floor, several drugs addicts! The room keys failed several times and I had to go to the front desk to replace them. Burn holes on furniture, drapes etc.

I enjoyed my stay

While I understand the difficulties of maintaining an older hotel, this property is in really rough shape. Safety lock on our door broken, curtains did not completely cover window (problematic in a ground floor room, and the bathroom in much need of updating. On the positive side, the room was clean.

This place was freshly cleaned when we showed up an much nicer than anticipated. We were very please based upon all the negative reviews we read right before staying. I've not left a hotel room review before, but compelled to based on how bad of a rap this place was getting in the reviews. Yeah the couch and chairs had a couple stains on them, but I don't expect a Super 8 to be shampooing the furniture all the time (though vacuuming them more wouldn't hurt). Maybe its because we had on of the suites and not a little econoroom. Only thing to even be able to complain about was the breakfast spread was just cereal and prepackaged muffins with a waffle maker. Could at least throw in some bananas or something :P. Stayed in far worse rooms for more money.

The room was in decent condition and the service was as well. The location is convenient as there were plenty of food places and stores on the same road. I would book a hotel here again in the future.

The staff was very welcoming to us. We had a bit of a mishap with our room , but the staff was quick to solve our issue ! The breakfast might not have been top star, but the waffles were delicious ! We will definitely be using them again next time we are in town

The room meet my needs for a comfortable one night stay.

I accidentally booked a smoking room which is my fault but the room had not been cleaned like I was told. There was ashes on the bed and there was coffee spilt on the dresser and the toilet had poop around the bowl still and mold around the drain in the shower. The worker at the desk made it right by moving me to a different room. But this hotel has been very disappointing lately and the older lady who was working the desk while I was there was kind of snappy and tried to always make me think I was wrong when I wasn’t and I would even correct her and she just seemed extremely annoyed she had to help me. I have been very displeased with my stats here lately.

For a budget hotel it was good. Very old dated and rusty metals in bathroom etc but it was clean. The staff were fantastic! Went to get extra towels etc and they were very accommodating and prompt.

The pool wasn’t working front desk was a little unorganized. They sent us a pre-check-in that we did and then when we got there, we still had to do all the same thing.

There were roaches (my husband has video and pictures) we told the front desk guy and all he did was scoot it out of the way. The tv wasn’t working. (He did fix that) At this point we asked for another room but he said they were completely booked. We were booked over, another guest came to our room saying it was his on our last night there. We went down to the front and they claimed we had already checked out but our stay was for another day and we clearly hadn’t checked out. (We still had our working keys)!They wanted my card to charge me again and i told them no. My husband told them we would leave that night if we were refunded for the whole trip because we had nothing but issues. They didnt refund the whole trip after we told them we would leave that night but they told us that we HAD to leave that night even though my card was charged for another day already. This was our wedding anniversary. We didn’t spend a ton on the hotel because we planned to do things (like be out most of the time) while we were there but obviously we won’t be picking a super 8 again. We filed a police report because we weren’t sure what to do and after explaining everything to the police about basically being kicked out, the police told us we would have to take them to court and this has happened before in the town at different hotels. Just be careful booking here. Make sure you get a copy of all things from the front desk.

Easy parking safe place

Restroom door was rotted and veneer peeling up about 12 inches. large hole on the back of restroom door. Visible black growth of some kind on the jacuzzi jets in the bathtub. Dark mold spots on the ceiling. Bed had huge dips on each side from overuse. All furniture in room very worn out in appearance and function. Plug on nightstand for phone charge so worn out that it was unusable. Parking lot looks terrible and has a van parked in the back that all tires are flat, doors hanging open appears to have been there for months. Room was very noisy from highway traffic.

So if you want a decent bed in a safe room and a simple breakfast it was fine and one of the cheaper stays in the area. But it wasn't so cheap that we didn't expect better.

Room was clean and the bed was ok. I didnt have any issues. There is a grab and go type breakfast. I did feel like it was an older property and could use some upgrades. Overall I had a good stay and would stay here again.

This hotel is disgusting. The rooms are filthy. The front lobby smells like cigarettes and weed. The staff are not very friendly or attentive. The room was horrible, the bed was stained. There were bedbugs. The furniture was dirty. Cigarette burns in everything. When we first arrived the police were there. I can’t believe that Wyndham attached their name to this establishment.

The bathroom was nasty. The toilet took an hour to fill and there was mold. The pool was disgustingly green. The bed frames are aluminum so they have alot of noise when you move around on them. The cleaning staff took our towels but didn't bring them back or even take the trash out. VERY disappointed.

Horrible experience, smells like cigarettes everywhere! since the moment you walk into the lobby in stinks. I went to my room and i thought the smell would go away but no even my room smelt like cigarettes. Me and my family got 3 rooms and each room smelt like cigarettes. There was mold on walls, ceiling and bathroom doors were tearing. Me and my whole family left that night because the smell was too strong and even my 6 year old was coughing a lot so went to go pay for another hotel.

Our tub was dirty. There is NO shower in the room. The bed was older than me. Other than that it was good enough. Not really worth the money though.

The staff was very friendly. The room didn't seem to bad upon entering but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There is a nice area out by the pool. It is sort of run down no money being put to paint,caulk,exterminate bugs,and the most disturbing was the ceiling fan/vent in the bathroom that was just a hole. No ceiling fan/vent there. That has to be some sort of hazard/safety issue.

There are 3 doors in one little room, a joining door that had druggies in, joining to our room, a back door with a crack of 1 inch, that you could see light and hear everything, for maids to access, and front door for you to get into the room from parking. Front staff never said thank you. I guess these days $82 is considered cheap and you get what you paid for. I will not return to a Super8 motel ever, unless an absolutely emergency!! Pictures are deceiving! Not a good place for kids for sure, not safe!!

The room was clean and there was a breakfast provided.

The electrical outlets were totally worn out and not enough of them and very unsafe. The bedside lamps had plug-ins in it's base but they were empty holes! A person with a medical sleep machine wouldn't have a place to plug it in. The tv set-up was a joke! Back to the outlets, the one the mess of wires to the tv were plugged into didn't even work, it was dead as a door nail. I don't know how the place hasn't burned down yet. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was so pitted with rust I was afraid I'd get tetanus if I touched it. Then there's the ONE plugin in the bathroom that was recessed so far back into wall the sheetrock edges were totally exposed. The bathtub was from the 70's from it's appearance and very worn, VERY! The hotel from the street doesn't look bad but once in the room it's horrible! I know you get what you pay for and this is a cheap place to stay but it should be safe and up to date on electricals. Also there wasn't even a chair in the room like the pictures showed and the floor lamp wasn't even plugged in because there wasn't a working plug-in available. This place is in bad need of REAL updates, the paint is fine but the electrical and bathrooms need gutted and replaced. I will not stay there again and don't recommend.

Do not stay here. Bathroom ceiling was chipping. Sheets were stained. Mattress was cheap. Front door could be seen through although it was clased. Handle was loose. All around not worth 100 dollars to stay go stay somewhere else

Check in was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice size suite. Bathroom could use an update, but overall clean and comfortable.

It was the most unclean motel i ever stayed at!

We stayed here with our two-year-old daughter. The Accessible room was great. We parked right in front of our room-straight to our room from the door outside. Safe area. Clean room. The old fashion Denny's right next to the hotel. Under $100 hotel. Next time we visit Bentonville, we would stay this hotel again.

I loved the hot tub room but there was no shower just the hot tub

The room had just been mopped before checking in but it smelled like wet dog. The bathroom door was broke like if someone tried kicking down. The lamp covers had mold all over and in the shower ceiling there was also mold. The window curtains were kind of ripped. The pillows were flat uncomfortable as well as the bed.

My number one requirement for a motel room is a clean bed. I thought the bed linens were clean, the mattress was fine, and the bed cover looked fairly new. We also had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The rest of the room was not great. Mold all over the lamp shade, water damage to the ceiling, huge hole in the bathroom door, and very dirty upholstered chair. They advertised free breakfast, but it was pretty inedible, the juice had gone bad and there was no coffee on the counter.

The floor of our was all wet when we arrived. We were told this was condensation from the swimming pool outside. We borrowed a mop from motel staff to mop it up. The bathroom door was rotting out at the bottom presumably from all the moisture in the room. There was barely any water pressure in the shower.

Also— there’s a denny’s right next door in walkable distance that was very convenient for a quick dinner

Was put in a handicap room by the ice machine and laundry room. Kept us up most the night by the loud sounds. Tv didn’t work, couldn’t watch tv at all.

This place has friendly, helpful employees. If you don't walk well (like me), be sure to request a room on the first floor because there's no elevator.

I stayed 4 days. They never replenished coffee or cleaned the coffee maker. It was nearly impossible to change channels on the TV. I suspected it was the remote but after getting a replacement remote it was still nearly impossible to change channels. The TV is definitely defective. There was a quarter size hole in the blanket on the bed.

Floors were sticky in the hallway, the main door to the hallway gapped and did not even whisper safety. Room was dimly lit and the curtains and curtain pull rod were filthy as was the chair at the desk. No ice machine found, vending machine out of order and choices at the desk were minimal. Front desk staff was not friendly as we were checking out. Will not be returning.

The room is in need of refurbishing. The towel rack in the bathroom was rusty. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The bathtub had cracks in it. The doors needed to be sealed around to keep the bugs out.

it was a good place after late night arrival with air travel

Too noisy, no elevator. I loved the hot tub in the room, and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

Easy access from a door to our truck. Bed would slide across the floor when you bumped it. Otherwise it was comfotable.

We were told there was a pet deposit of $25 for each dog. I thought it was a deposit for the entire stay as that is what I have had at other hotels and I did not mind doing that. However, it was $25 for each dog for each night of our stay. So we had $150 pet deposit as we were there 3 days. That is a steep pet deposit.

That said the staff we met was great and friendly, the pool looked nice, though we didn't use it, and the lobby was clean.

There were two entrances to the room, neither door closed without being pushed. There was over an inch crack in both doors. Light came in & no way I’d want to stay in the room during cold months. The bathroom door had to be pushed to close & had tears on both sides of the doors. The blinds had holes & let light in while trying to sleep.

Walking into the front door to check in and when we walked in the side entrance to get your rooms there was a strong smell of illegal substances. The remote to the tv didn’t work to change channels and when attempting to change them with the buttons on the tv itself the tv turned off. The bathroom center light was falling out of the ceiling and the tub of the shower had black stains in it as well as large black particles that started floating around once the shower started running.
