    Great location! I was very disappointed with my stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Rogers, Arkansas. The first thing I noticed was the poor condition of the landscaping. The grass had not been cut and appeared overgrown, giving the property an unkempt appearance. Upon arrival, guests were supposed to receive welcome care packages, but the evening staff failed to provide them and never mentioned them during check-in. The room itself was also below expectations. The bathtub paint was chipped, which made the bathroom look worn and poorly maintained. The lighting throughout the room was inadequate, making the space feel dark and uninviting. I chose this hotel because it carries the Marriott name, which typically represents a certain standard of quality and guest experience. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations. Management should take a closer look at the condition of the property and the level of service being provided. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

    Upon entering the room noticed many broken down pieces and in need of repairs. There was a broken headboard with huge chunk of wood missing, curtain broken and half hanging off, closet door broken. I notified the front staff with pictures because I wanted it noted so that I wouldn’t be charged for these things and also I paid too much money to stay in a room that was broken down. The front staff said “okay” that’s it, no offer to remedy this. In the middle of the night then realized the bathroom was infested with centipede resembling insects. Will not stay there again.

    Parking Slow toilet flushing Broken curtain rod in room and when I reported it I was charged for it. I am a retired veteran and I didn't break the curtain rod. I should not have been charged. Also tha hallway carpet is worn and torn.

    Complaint the automatic door closer was too strong, very difficult to open, required someone to assisted keeping door open while bringing large items in out or out. The handicap button didn't work properly. Will not stay again for this reason!

    The property had been renovated and looked great inside. However, the beds were hard and the pillows were terrible. Our two nights sleep were horrible. The landscaping was lacking attention and weeds we’re growing in the flower beds.

    Counter top sink was falling down, Over head light in bathroom half the glass was broken off, Tv remote broke, room did not look cleaned, Front counter did not have a first aid kit to attend to my 7yr old that split his chin open ( should have gotten stitches ) trying to get out of the pool. I contacted Hotels.com and 3 agents pretty much hung up/left chat on me instead of helping. We ended up staying only one night instead of the two days we paid for. Hopefully Hotels.com will reach out and something will get done concerning this situation.

    Staff here are really nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and service friendly. The shower curtains could be longer as the whole curtain wanted to billow into the shower and stick to me. Bed and pillows clean and comfy. Area is quiet and safe. Wish the upstairs neighbor could’ve not been stomping around but he knocked off before 11PM so it worked out.

    Stayed 2 nights. The check in staff were very nice. First night was quiet but the next morning I went to turn on the shower and the shower head fell off. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk so my his and went down to tell them. We were moved to another room. That room was smaller but the biggest issue was the window wouldn’t shut all the way and the screen was hanging off. When we left to go sightseeing we told the front desk about it and were told they would fix it. When we came back 5 hours later it wasn’t fixed so we had to listen to all the outside noise coming from the window opening. The location is great. Breakfast is soso. But the other issues are fixable if they would apparently try a little harder.

    When we arrived our rooms AC didn’t work. As it was in the high 80’s in Arkansas it was needed. We left to go sure seeing and it was fixed when we returned a few hours later. The closet door was also in need of repair, something I believe the cleaning staff should notify the maintenance or management about.

    The hotel was very clean. I felt like the frontdesk may hav been overwhelmed. We had a issue with the tv and the front desk clerk was the only one working and told us he couldn't come up and look at it but would come up as soon as possible. I ask if we could switch rooms but there were none available any with queen beds. I asked to up grade but he said they only had King beds. It seemed like we were getting the run around. Steve did make it to the room and fixed the broken tv. The rest of the stay was fine. We slept well and the breakfast is basic but good. Nice indoor pool.

    They had lots of breakfast options, the blueberry muffin I had was delicious. It's kinda hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the area, the sign should be lit up at night and or some lights on the road where you turn would help a great deal. Overall very satisfied with my stay, would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. However, the ac unit in the room was extremely loud. It would go off and come on throughout the night. We didn’t sleep well at all. It was so loud that I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

    Our family visit to the Fairfield Inn met our expectations. We have stayed at several and have been pleased. The staff were kind, the rooms clean and quiet, and the beds comfortable. The landscape needs a bit of attention. One of the tree branches made walking on the sidewalk difficult, and our short walk to the bakery across the street had excellent choices. There were two negatives: the shower curtain was short. We had to be careful when taking a shower not to have water flow onto the floor. Also, the 3rd floor temperature in the halls was a bit on the hot side, but the room temperature was pleasant.

    The next morning we went down to the breakfast. It was 6:30 to 9: 30. We got down there at 8:15. All of the pancake mix was out. There was only a few breakfast sandwiches and some bread for toast. Other than that they weren't refilling anything and it was very slim. Other guests were mentioning this problem as well. Since it was still an hour before breakfast ended this was frustrating. Went back upstairs called Expedia and canceled our reservations for the next 3 days because we were very unhappy with this property.

    Looked like landscaping had been neglected for the season. Unsure if related to the tornado damage in the area but lots of dead and unattended plants outside. Room had a small ceiling leak but bedding, TV, fridge and all amenities were perfect! Super clean, safe, fresh linens and bedding and had a great time! Indoor Pool was freezing cold and cloudy which was disappointing so did not use also fitness center was small also. Breakfast was decent with some made fresh options. Juice didn’t work. Overall a solid time but minor improvements could be made. Would recommend & would stay again without reservations!

    Our room was fine but the young man working the desk at check in was engrossed in his computer with a reservation made on an expired credit card. Not ours but someone he was working on when we at. Something he saw spurred a curse word before finally looking up to acknowledge us. Less than 2 minutes but just not the best foot forward. Breakfast was good too but only one worker so all the guest were waiting on food to be refilled. During the week it may be sufficient but the weekends should probably have 2 workers refilling the food and juice…and cleaning the tables. Overall we had a good stay for the less than 18 hours we were there. 😉

    Was very disappointed that I had to be told after checking in that the pool was closed and no arrangements made for using the pool at another property. I specifically selected this property for the pool and because I prepaid I was unable to cancel and find another hotel even though I paid the normal rate for the hotel with all of its amenities. Needless to say we ended up renting a private pool from someone. Also there were gnats in the bathtub I had to wash them down the drain. I chose to just go ahead and find another place to stay was so disappointed.

    Staff at check in was friendly and helpful. Room as clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, we had the oatmeal and eggs. Walking distance to Applebees for ribletts for supper.

    The entryway is closed due to renovation and the alternate entry was locked. We had to wait for another guest to let us in to check in. Once inside, the service was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the deadbolt did not work. Everything else appeared clean except the stairwell near our room, which needed to be vacuumed. The downstairs bathroom was out of order during breakfast. Later the downstairs bathroom was being cleaned while my family member was showering in my room. When the bathroom became available after cleaning, the soap dispenser was empty. Nevertheless, it's a decent hotel overall.
