The first room assigned had a toilet that was not sealed to the floor. The room was then changed to a different one. This place is more like a motel with weekly/monthly tenants. Would not recommend or stay at again.

They need to replace the sitting chairs in the room or get them cleaned. They were dirty.

Great A/C. This is clearly an escort motel...not a hotel. Room was dirty. The microwave was locked. Thank God i was only there 1 night. Never ever again. I forget to mention I feel on the stair and landed on ground and my head slammed in the vending machine. No, i wasn't drunk.

For the price for that area, it was perfect! An old property, but clean. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. I have neck issues and travel with my pillow, but I didn’t need it.

Unfortunately we had our first very bad experience in a hotel, we left 15 min after we checked in, yes, we didn’t even stay the night. When we arrived there was an employee smoking a cigarette coming out of the lobby, the room had a very strong smell like cleaning spray and perfume, I found a big hair in one of the towels, floor was not clean my 5 year old son took off his shoes and his socks were immediately black, also the lock had a big piece of black tape right above were you scan your keycard you couldn’t see the whole lock piece and sorry it felt very unsafe. We found this hotel last min we needed to be in town just that night and I understand the price was cheap, that’s why I wasn’t expecting luxury but basic cleaning yes! We are very much expecting a refund!!!

Rooms: floor had cracks in vinyl, shower had chaulking a piece of shower wall, i wont mention the hair in the towels. I would not stay without my husband. Shady people in parking lot.

Hotel main areas were not clean. Room was clean but run down- toilet rocky, shower had very little pressure, sitting chair old and dirty. I would not walk on floor without shoes.

Poor maintenance in the rooms.

The room was clean. Although the hotel has done some basic renovations, it seems that many guests do not take good care of the rooms, which causes them to wear down quickly and require more maintenance than usual. The beds were acceptable and clean, and the towels were clean as well. What I didn’t like is that you may come across some unpleasant people in the parking lot or in the hallways.

Other than the first night clerk, the other employees were nice. At least they had coffee in the room. The first room I checked into had huge yellow stains on the mattress pad. There were three layers of sheets and mattress covers on top of it, as if they were intentionally trying to cover it. It was disgusting. After my flight was delayed on the runway for 2 1/2 hours, and got me in at 2:30 AM, I was in no mood. Went down to request a replacement room or a refund; the employee was truly unsurprised by my complaint. He gave me a different room. Still had stains all over the mattress pad, but at least the sheets appeared clean, the stains appeared to have been run through the wash. Still gross. Also, the water was barely drinkable, stank of chlorine.

Customers were loud and partying late into the night. There were no amenities and the outside facility was unkept. The desk clerk was the only bright spot. He was courteous and abliging.

I found this place at the last minute, and boy was I in for a surprise. if you’re looking for a place to stay with your standards looking at the pictures on the website or higher you’re in for a treat this place is despicable inside it’s no better looking then the parking lot when you pull up.The whole entire stay was terrible, the safety lock was broken on the doors. The chair in the room look like you could catch a staff infection looking at it. The bathroom fixtures had mold around it. We fear for our safety. We had to use that same staff infection chair to put against the door so we can feel safe and the top it off my neighbor cried the whole night like she was having withdrawals. The police was called shine their lights seems like forever I checked out at 4 AM. Could not take it any longer if your looking for a place to stay please let this spot not be a choice for you.

Only a mile from the beach. Close to Federal highway so easy access to stores and restaurants in Boca. Service was friendly. Room was comfortable. We stayed five nights. Back of the hotel was decently quiet. I would stay here again for sure. Didn't get to use pool...but it looked nice!

Parking was easy and enough but the room was disgusting. The bathroom shower curtain had black spots on it like moldy looking. And the blow dryer was not cleaned off from the use of the last people who visited. The curtains in the bedroom also had dirt spots on them and they didn’t close properly so there was a little crack in the curtains for anyone who wanted to peek into the room at any time. Overall this place needs better cleaning and renovation.

The gentleman in the office was very nice. It’s a motel. Not a hotel. The room was dirty. Lights didn’t work. Things were held together with black tape. Unacceptable for the price they charge. Grateful they gave me a refund but they need to spend some money on upgrades and better housekeepers.

Older hotel. Good staff. Good area. Lots of things to do in the area. Older A/C the type that sticks into the room at floor level and is kind of loud when it’s running. It did a good job of cooking the room after you get over the noise

Place was decently clean in the rooms and furniture was definitely updated recently Overall just a run down hotel. Wood tile floors had gaps and looked warped. Bathroom was tiny, dirty in places and just kinda gross.

am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. One of my biggest concerns was the type of guests loitering around the grounds. It created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere, I could not relax.also unacceptable. The drapes were in need of washing, and the window sill had dust that should have been cleaned prior to any guest arrival. The mattress was worn out and clearly needs replacing, as does the flooring, which appeared aged and poorly maintained.The bathroom was especially concerning. It is in serious need of a professional deep cleaning. The caulking around the shower/tub area needs to be redone, and the tub itself should be refinished. Overall upkeep fell far below basic hospitality standards.

Room felt neglected, dripping water from leaky shower in bathroom. Front door less than optimal, kind of scary, ripped curtains, pillows were sized for toddlers… need I say more. Grateful to have only booked for one night.

This is a basic hotel that was clean and comfortable during my stay. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and Wi-Fi worked without issues. It’s not a fancy property, but it was well maintained and met expectations for the price, which was around $120 per night. For Boca Raton this was a solid deal!

Solid midscale hotel and a great value for the price. Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Free parking and internet were included and worked well. Rooms were well maintained and quiet. Around $100 per night, it’s hard to beat for a reliable, no-frills stay.

I stayed here for a night every so often, its always a decent place to lay your head. Its nothing phenomenal but its not bad. If you are looking for a solid place to stay a night or two while in the area its worth staying.

STAY AWAY! There were 2 spiders in my room, the shower was spraying super crazy. The sheets were dirty. The ironing board was dirty. We checked out as soon as we noticed the dirty sheets

Beds were comfortable, shower was definitely the worse I have use in life, no pressure. External areas really durty and close to the ice machine it smelled like urine. There were no instructions about Wi-Fi in the bedroom then I had to call the front desk, the person who assisted me was rushing because a game that was happening.

room was disgusting it was a handicap room and the tub was yellow i asked for a Walkin shower and got a sit down chair in the tub bed spreads had stains on them and the floors where philthy had to wear sox the whole time but here is the kicker i opened the door and found 6 dead roaches on the floor and one in my wife bed you know i didn't say a word to her or hell would have broke loose the pool was so small wasn't worth going in it i have more but you should get the message i will contact Expedia ----- o the front guy was cool

This hotel should be named as a motel. It was last minute in booking due to surrounding hotels were booked. Stane on covers and hair in the tub. We only stayed 1 night . Smelled like cigarettes which messed with my sinus. Do not recommend.

Bugs on the ceiling while we were asleep we woke up and saw them above our head. The tub does not drain we had to take 1min showers because while we showered the water begin to cover our feet because tub was not draining. The drain had old hair etc tangled up it's not telling what type of residue we stood in while showering. I'm still praying me or my baby do not break out on our feet in the future. Hotel was not sympathetic at all they only offered me a 20% refund back even with the photos and videos of the bug on ceiling and videos of the water growing while we showered. I can not upload video on here it only will allow the photos to upload.

Its a basic room but clean and comfortable. Very nice that your room is cleaned everyday. Budget price is worth the stay.

The room was next to the pool and the highway so fairly noisy. There were no towels in my room which I discovered the minute I got out of the shower. The towel rack fell off the wall while I was there. Everything was just generally grimy and in very poor condition.

It was the cheapest place we could find close to the beach of Boca Raton. I think it was worth it if you are on a budget.

Our room was filthy. The bed sheets had stains that looked like urine. The bathtub looked like it had not been scrubbed in over a month. The sink was unattached to the countertop and has a water leak on the floor. The floor was sticky and the counters were dusty. The desk had a drawer noticeably broken. The room smelled moldy. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had to date. We literally walked in and then had to lug our things back down two flight of stairs to our vehicle all while trying to find another hotel to stay in. I turned in the key to the gentleman at the front desk and he didn’t even bother to ask why we were checking out. Horrible customer service and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am going to dispute the charges with our credit card company since we weren’t even offered a different room.

The room was unacceptable. It carried a strong odor resembling that of an ashtray, and it was not sanitary. As a result, I have asthma and severe allergies, and the conditions of the room made it impossible for me to continue my stay.

The hotel was not clean, the sheets were still dirty, no hot running water, tv was half way broken, refrigerator leaking. This was one of the most horrible bday trips I have ever took. Please consider renovating immediately!!!!!

Our room smelled like mildew when we walked, in, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. We avoided the bathroom as much as possible and got out quickly in the morning. The walls were dirty, and the floors weren't clean. The sink wasn't installed properly, and there was a general feeling that all of the repairs made to the room were done by an amateur. Thankfully we were only staying one night and the beds were made with clean linens. The pillows were also tiny and pretty uncomfortable. They were more the size of throw pillows than standard queen-sized pillows. Overall, wouldn't stay here again unless there was a major hike in the housekeeping standards. It's crazy to pay over $150/night for such a subpar experience.

The stay was good. I liked it. Simple and affordable.

Hardly a breakfast with cereal or Belgium waffle option. Road noise was very load. Morning staff was frustrated to be at work. He couldn’t believe people were ready for breakfast at 7:10 when breakfast hours were from 6-10. Waffle batter was not ready until 7:15.

I went to enter my room and someone was already occupying it! Never had that happen anywhere. Also the phone didnt work so I could not call front desk. Then someone banged on the door. Maybe they rented my room to someone else!

This place was terrible! From the moment I walked into the lobby I knew it was bad! Nothing looked like the pictures on the website. The room was filthy, the tub clogged, the pillows were small and flat, the curtains were dirty, ripped, and provided no privacy! The place is completely outdated and unkept. Definitely not what we expected!

We had booked 3 nights but left immediately to stay at a different hotel as this place was very sketchy and smelled like mildew.

The place was not clean. The hair dryer did not work. The ac was not good. The shower did not get warm at all. I travel to area to see my daughter at FAU often and I would not return or recommend this hotel. Dogs roaming the lobby not on a leash and in the room that they had the breakfast!

Bathroom door was completely trashed. Looked like the room had flooded and warped the door. So it wouldn’t shut. Entrance door looked like it had been forced open at one time so it was crooked in the frame.

So we switched rooms, and the bathroom light in the new room didn’t work, at all… In the neighborhood behind the hotel, they had dogs barking by 7:30am. They allowed a semi truck to park in their already small parking lot and blocked in cars. I book all my travel plans with Expedia and never ran into a problem like that during check in. For the price I feel like the rest was expected but I’ve stayed in other Quality Inn’s that were waaaay more impressive than this.

We left the property after 30 minutes and booked a hotel room at the Fairfield Marriottt on Airport Road which was excellent- and didn’t return to the Quality Inn room we had booked through Expedia

It’s not a bad property. Slightly older but it was on par with many other quality inns I’ve stayed at. We did have a room on the front so we were able to hear the louder vehicles that went by. But the room was clean and the beds were clean with no stains so that’s that a big criteria for me.

The only caveat to this place was that when we brought all this to their attention they moved us to an identical room above with all the same issues as the previous unit. In this unit we saw a torn shower curtain and hole in the door, it looked like their was some domestic violence dispute that took place upstairs, with bedding issues which were even worst then the first unit!!!

Our feet were literally black from the 2 mins we walked on the floor. There were bottle caps and crumbs behind the tv stand. Be prepared to wear your shoes at all times. The lock on the door was falling off and the window curtain didnt cover the entire window. Do not stay here!

The (door) to the bathroom did not close, it was a sliding door that just came to the end of the opening, did not provide any privacy. The thermostat was really difficult to adjust, if the temp was too cold then if you raised it, the heat would come on. Constantly working to get it to cool, then after heat.

Other than the front desk staff…other than the sheets and towels, The place was very dirty…..there was a huge live cokaroach in our room…The name “quality inn” seems a little ironic.

This property is old and run down. From dirt on the walls to mold in the bathroom. This place has a continental breakfast with very little choices. Bran flakes, old brown bananas, and a waffle maker. Total waste of money. There is a Holiday inn close by that would be a better choice.

For $169 for one night, the room was OK. The toilet moved when we sat on it, the ac was not blowing on high as set, breakfast was nothing, no bread. The outlets in the room were very loose and we had a difficult time plugging items in. The cabinet door that covered the refrigerator did not close properly, it would not close at all.

The room was very disappointing. The chair was stained and dirty. The lamp had not been dusted or cleaned for a long time. Outlet covers were missing. Bathroom door did not shut. Shower head only had about 1/4 of holes working. Blow dryer was dirty and not cleaned off. Mattress was old and saggy. Nothing was clean or kept up. So disappointing. We selected this hotel because it displayed as 3 stars. We paid way more than it was worth. We did not go to breakfast since we felt like nothing was clean or sanitary and we wanted to leave as soon as we were ready.

There are a few shops along the road and some places to eat, but other than that I don't think we'd pay that much to stay here again.
