The staff was pleasant! The location was great! It was clean and comfortable!

The the bathroom area was in very poor shape. That was tiles missing on the floor and the bathtub had rostains. All over it, there was a cockroach in the refrigerator and the rug smelt like cigarettes. At least it was only one night. So I survived, but I would never stay there again.

Location Not the cleanest place in the world

the room had multiple issues. The bathroom door had hinge issues so it didn't close properly without having to actually list the door. The toilet seat came off the toilet. The shower had mold. The AC did not cool properly.

It’s in a great location right by Menizer Park Dirty, dingy ,outdated, floors were sticky, stains in the toilet. I slept on top of the comforter cause I was worried about the cleanliness of this place. Also had to wear my socks, cause the floors felt incredibly disgusting.

Location was very convenient. Staff was very nice. The hotel was clean & safe for a quick over night stay.

It was an experience I’ve never in-counted. The toilet kept stopping up and there was a huge water bug in the toilet. They then moved us to another room that had the same problem with the toilet. And the remote to the television did not turn the tv on but worked once the tv was put on manually. Also tv kept glitching while watching the tv. This was a bad experience and I would never stay here again.

The place smelled of mold, the bed linens were dirty with stains from use and hadn't been changed, there was hair everywhere, the bathtub was bulging and looked like it was going to burst, the towels were dirty, in short, my family had a traumatic experience in this accommodation. Booking.com should better evaluate the hotels it offers because the price paid was very expensive for what this hotel offered. Horrible accommodation, the worst stay experience of my life. The location is very convenient — being right on US1 makes it easy to access a variety of restaurants, shops, and other retail options. The room itself was spacious, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the only real positive aspect of the stay. I booked a king bed and even confirmed it at the front desk, but when I entered the room, it had two smaller beds instead. The property was fully booked due to the Valentine’s Day weekend, so there was no way to correct the issue. Additionally, the room had a strong unpleasant odor. The AC filter appeared to be way overdue for replacement, and running the unit did not improve the smell nor the air quality. The walls showed visible stains, mold spots, and peeling paint. Given the condition of the room — especially at high holiday rates — I cannot recommend this property. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. I use a CPAP machine and there were no electrical outlets near the head of the bed.

Very poor service at the front did not want me to book online told me to come they match the price and then they did not walk across the street to load more money on my card after 15 minutes of three different people telling me it’s Boca. It’s higher prices and it wasn’t. It was only I don’t know. It was the cheapest one just very rude talking in their language is not in English the way I could understand it. I was born in America. We speak American. We speak English and they were speaking like Indian or Bangladesh or something is hard to tell. It was going so quick and fast Smelled really bad like they cook some kind of burnt chicken and they wouldn’t give me no coffee. give me the wrong Wi-Fi passcode. I got documentation and pictures and audio roaches crawling out of the cabinet in drawers the bed the bathroom shower did not work. It would come out of the bottom. I mean, I can go on and on. I mean, you just come here with a video camera and you will understand exactly what I mean but the biggest thing was that the service in the hospitality was below anything I’ve ever had before And it made me feel so horrible and they did not really care
