    Room was large I paid for and reserved a First Floor room with a patio. They confirmed, and when I arrived, it was not available. Instead, they gave me a 4th-floor room, and the elevator was out of service. Why pay extra for a first floor in advance? They took no ownership and simply said, sorry.

    Room was ok, but the property itself had a lot of trash around and we even found a food wrapper in the hot tub. The pool was not very clean, and the staff was less than helpful with the exception of one young man. Elevator was out the entire stay, imagine hauling a weeks work of luggage from up and down the fourth floor. We had zero housekeeping service and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Location is great, but overall will not be staying here again.

    Housekeeping was another major disappointment. During my five-day stay, the room was never cleaned, and no fresh towels were provided. While the rates may seem affordable, the low price does not justify the poor conditions. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the property. The sheets, pillows, and blankets smelled strongly of dog hair and did not seem fresh or properly cleaned. Overall, the hotel felt dirty, poorly maintained, and neglected. I genuinely wish I had a better experience, but unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

    No coffee despite being listed as an amenity. Multiple items broken and not functioning in the room. I was given the wrong room up on check-in and it took 45 minutes to get into the correct room that I paid for. Room was not ready at promised check-in time. Very difficult to reach anyone on the property when I needed them for repairs.

    The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The patio was just OK. Lots of overhang makes room very dark. Pool was broken. If you stay on the first floor in the main building, you’ll hear karaoke until midnight. Great location and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! First they require a $100 incidentals deposit. What incidentals??? The room was garbage. Paint peeling from the walls, doorframes, etc. Mold in the bathroom, Tub was disgusting. Kitchen had stains on the counter and there were stains all over the floors. The curtain rod was bent and broken. TV wasn't working properly and neither was the A/C. The back of the property looked like a slum. The fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm for 10 minutes. I had to run the hot water in the tub for 10 minutes+ to get at least WARM WATER to shower with. I would compare the owners of this property to SLUM LORDS! They obviously don't care at all about their guest experience. This is the worst hotal experience I have ever had.

    I love everything about the property On Saturday, 4th April, 2026 I was sitting by the dining room table and one of the white plastic chairs break while I was sitting on it. I hit my head to the table but i injured my back. I informed front desk and they told me they would have sent someone from maintenance but no one ever came. The people at the front desk told me they were sorry but no one asked my condition or how I was feeling.

    The property is old, and gives off a motel vibe with the rooms being entered from the outside. I didn't really appreciate having to fill in a pre-registration form online with my personal and billing information (credit card), and the reception staff were completely impersonal. But, the room and bedding were very clean and neat. The outside pool area was nice and the Tiki bar and entertainment were enjoyable.

    They had live music while i was there on a Saturday by the pool & i loved it. I don’t think it’s year round though. Front desk was awesome to me, super friendly. My only knock on the place was the gym was lacking & non of the tread mills worked. Foods pretty good n it’s an interesting vibe. Not sure how to explain it, modern throwback n beachy i guess.

    They advertise quiet hours start at 11pm but that is not enforced. The couple in the room above me were blasting music until 1am, then at 2:30am I received a very loud banging on my door with a man saying hello. You can hear everything going on in each room on either side of you as well as above you and I did not get anywhere near a good nights rest. This is dissapointing as I was there for work.

    I was in the room directly next to the lobby and it was very noisy at night. Very hard to sleep. At 4 am I was woken up by dishes from the restaurant I’m guessing. The door opening and closing was noisy and woke me up as well. The housekeepers carts constantly going back and forth woke me and was a distraction as well. There were roaches in the room and no pool tables.

    We checked in just shy of 4 PM on 3/19. Lobby elevator was out so we were told to use the employee elevator. Dirty diaper found in the trash can under the sink. On 3/21 the employee elevator went out so we used the stairs for the rest of the stay. we had room 310.

    Complete bait and switch. Place had a lovely lobby. Everywhere else on property was old, worn, unmaintained, and beyond filthy. For why they charged for two nights, there is 0 reason why the property should not be going through ongoing and routine maintenance. There are pics to prove. And, the location is in a residential area. So, the idea of ‘spring break’ pricing is not an excuse for such high prices when the place is nothing as it’s advertised pics show. I even had to fight the shower to actually shower. Stains on the pillow sheets. Looked like blood. Old, faulty furniture, still with assembly stickers on it. Soap scum and mystery hair in the shower and sink.

    The pool was nice as was the tiki bar, although the pool could have been cleaned more often. One of our towels in the room had a hair on it so we had to request new ones. They really don't clean your room while you are there unless you specifically ask for something. The property is getting a little run down from what I remember last year. It seems they defer maintenance until absolutely necesssary. The look on our balcony door was barely functional and the screws holding the latch plate in plave were holding on for dear life. They were quick tp give replacement pool towels and parking passes so overall not bad. They just need to work on cleanliness and maintenance more.

    The hotel is off a main road and close to menu places to eat and grab a drink. I did not know that it was split into two buildings. Although the rooms were clean, the grounds need work. Over grown shrubbery. The pool did not look clean. The tiki Hut was disorganized. And no one is cleaning the stairs, elevators, nor walk ways.

    Both elevators were out of service- both a fire hazard and ADA VIOLATION. We’re in out 70’s and could barely make it up 2 flights of stairs with luggage and our bicycles. The from desk told me they had no one to offer help, and the guest elevator had been out of service for several days. The staff elevator was also out of service. It’s both illegal, and against code.

    The room was never serviced. There was black mold in the shower/ tub area. I also saw two worms. One in the bathroom and another in the bedroom area. Upon stepping out of room 105, I witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction conducted by two males who were in a room above mine. This was all reported to the manager, and no action was taken.

    The room looked clean. The staff friendly. Didn’t have time to use the pool. A couple of places to eat walking distance but limited selection. Location was good. Minutes from train station. The bath filled up with water that would not drain. Mention to reception but did nothing. Microwave was not opening so had to eat my food cold. The mattress needs replacing was sinking in certain places. The pillows were great. Left room key & parking cards but they said may take $10 off deposit if not returned. Would not come back here again.

    We were very disappointed in our stay. The hotel put two elderly people on the fourth floor with no woriking elevator.. Another guest said it hadn't worked in 5 years.When we went to the employee elevator it got stuck and i am claustrophobic. No emergency phones or buttons worked and when I called the front desk it went to voicemail and no one helped us. We finally got out by pushing buttons. We asked for a replacement room and it was not the same as what we paid for. The elevator incidence happened 2 x. No one from housekeeping picked up dirty towels or replaced tehem. Mold in the bathroom. Very unhappy with this hotel and Expedia recommendation..

    The damn tv didn’t work. Called the office 4 times with no answer; had to go downstairs to tell the guy at the desk that the tv wasn’t working.     No deadbolt on door or adjoining room door = woman traveling alone feeling unsafe, especially as it is a motel so there is no “hallway” security. Terrible perfumed scent in the room likely intentional to cover the smells. Loud air system. Loud traffic noise.

    Towels were not replaced, even though requested. Sink drain was shut and sink filled with water. Had to request maintenance. Toilet gurgled and backflowed. Shower drain clogged, water came up to ankles requiring maintenance. No facial tissues provided. I stayed there 15 years ago. Front desk staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff very friendly

    I was pretty disappointed. The pictures looked really nice and luxurious but the room was old and dirty. There were bugs, the toilet wasn't flushed, the room smelled strongly of chlorine or bleach, and there was no body soap in the shower. There were 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner, but no soap. So I had to wash myself with shampoo. The fan didn't work either, so it was really hot. I honestly didn't feel safe either with the door leading directly outside and the lock being small. It's like a motel. Overall 1/5, will unfortunately never stay here again. Thank you.

    The staff was very nice and welcoming. There is a need for more security around the property. When we pulled up there was a vehicle and couple setting up a bed in the bed of a truck with sheets to sleep. The elevator was out of order. So we tried to use one stairwell. We could not as it was blocked by a person under the influence of a substance yelling at someone on the phone in the stairway we needed to take to our room. We walked to the other end of the building to use the other stairs. There was a large amount of trash in the back parking lot that we were told to park in as our room was in a separate building from the main hotel. It seemed like a spot homeless persons might be using. The room and bedding was very was clean. There were cockroaches in the kitchenette. Around midnight there were multiple cops and an ambulance right outside our room. We think someone must have reported the person in the stairway. They were confronting him and attempting to remove him from the property. There were other people yelling at night fighting. We ended up cutting out stay short and letting the front desk know the reasons why, mainly safety. Again, the front desk staff were very nice.

    Disgusting. Bed was literally caving in the middle. Bathroom was disgusting and lacked basic amenities. I saw the bad reviews and still went there with zero expectations, and still was horrified. Smelled of smoke. Felt like my foot was going to go through the tub. Go stay somewhere else for a few bucks more a night. Couldn’t even get a bottle of water, absolutely useless place.

    I only give them 3 stars because the hotel was nice and clean but the costumer service was excessive, I only booked for one night I got several messages through the app, WhatsApp, emails and text messages. The total of messages exceed 15 from 6am to 9am the day of check out, is beyond annoying. I had to stay another night in the area and I made sure to not book it again. Good costumer service is nice, but it feels like harassment when you get same message in an email, text, WhatsApp and in the app

    the air in the room is damp & muggy, the door doesn’t shut properly, toilet doesn’t flush properly, the bed is sunken in. you can feel the springs in your back & every surface in the room is sticky despite being wiped down by me personally… the pool is dirty, restaurant wasn’t open through my entire stay, & the person that checked me in on Sunday couldn’t be bothered to look up from instagram on her phone while i was standing in front of her. they also blew my phone up asking for a rating & when i gave them this exact review, crickets. no response. no follow up. so i guess they only wanted the feedback if it was good. if i could get a refund i would.

    The only thing good about our stay was the rate. And the location is fantastic too. The hotel was horrible. The non-smoking room wreaked of old cigarette smoke and you couldn't even go out on the balcony because there were so many people smoking outside that the smoke came into the room. Would not recommend staying here.

    The pictures shown distant quite a lot from reality; manager was very rude when I described that I had already talked to expedia to change locations, because of some situations we had seen upon arrival to check in and the room condition and she even denied having received the cancellation email. Once we left, to come back later, I received a cancellation confirmation by email (thank goodness I got a notification on my phone and saw it right away), we rushed back, while trying to reach expedia's customer service; upon arrival, they were already cleaning the room without our authorization

    Hotel is neglected. Dirty baseboards and shower. Elevators broken. Blood stains on the bedding. Paid extra for a pull out couch but the space was so small that the pull out bed could not fully extend. Shower was weak and not hot.

And they have the Employee elevator shut down for the night so we had to walk three flights of stairs with a bunch of stuff just to get to the room. That's not enough curtains to block windows, resolving light pollution from street lights, and morning Sun. The advertisement said blackout curtains. 9. Inattentive, impolite, lazy front desk staff both (evenings and morning), actually, quite rude with apathetic tone. This motel is under maintained.

    Bad timing to request my review. I stopped by the front desk 3 separate times today to report my refrigerator inop. I was promised each time that while maintenance was busy, they would definitely stop by to correct the problem before they left for the day. The person on duty never logged my issues (there are 2 other open maintenance items which have been open for several weeks) and maintenance is gone for the day. My expenses dive fish and other food will now spoil.

    Myself and my 3 family members received our room key and perceeded to the room. There was water in the walk way that we had to step over not to yrack it into the room.we got to the room and it was clean but very outdated. It did not match the advertisement. The floor was stick and there were #2 streaks in the toilet. We closed the door. All night after a 14 hour ride trying 5o sleep, it sounded like our door was wide openbut it wasnt. I could hear every vegicle on the main road pass by. My hisband sat in the chair at the table only to be hit in the head by water droplets. The sealing was leaking. The next day as we were packing we saw a roach. We were supposed to stay 4 days, we turned our room jey in the next morning. My fa.ily improvised and gound room for us after thst ordeal.

    Walls are paper thin. It was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Elevators were broken. Hotel was clean but didn’t feel safe. There were parties on Saturday night and food and trash was everywhere on the stairs and walk ways. Front desk staff was rude when I asked to be switched to another room.

    The property and staff were great. Unfortunately be careful do not leave your key and parking pass in express check out. They will say they didn’t get them and charge 10 bucks. Also at 4:00 am you only get a cold shower. They do provide a coffee pot but no coffee to use it. For these reasons I will not return.

    I returned the decal and key although the hotel didn’t mention this during checkin but was still charged for it. Additionally it was Halloween night and they charged me for getting makeup on the towels and bed. This is absurd and never happened at any other hotel I’ve stayed at.     No television or internet works in this Hotel. The staff promises to help,but never comes to assist. They blame the internet on a storm but after speaking to anither individual tgatcstays there the internet never works. The elevator is broken also. You can only go up but not down. They also have a bad plumbing issue. The tubs gets clooged and the staff doesn't come to assist. The services and self are poor.

    When you stay in Boca Raton Florida the only resort you should consider is the Boca Raton Plaza Resort. The rooms are large and clean. The staff bends over backwards to make your stay amazing. The restaurant and tiki bar always keep the resort vibe going with great food, great drinks and great music. This is THE BEST place to stay when you are visiting Palm Beach county, Florida.     While the place LOOKS like they clean, the while place could use a refresh. The bathroom door in my room looked like someone had kicked it in. The "kitchen" counter was a disaster, stained, and impossible to clean. Remove all that and the restaurant, Tiki bar, pool and staff are wonderful.

    This property thinks it is appropriate to keep a $100 security deposit for soiled linen. The bedsheets and one towel had a SMALL amount of blood on them. A young girl started her period overnight and this was unacceptable. I have pictures of the minor area soiled. This hotel also does not have secure deadbolts in place on their doors. Only the knob lock. We were repeat guests but will never stay here again. I will also be posting online reviews everywhere I can.

    My family and I were moving and our new home was not ready before we had to leave our old home. We stayed here for 18 nights. I believe it was in the junior king suite we had a king sized bed and a full sized pullout couch my two daughters slept on the pullout couch and were extremely comfortable. They slept well no complaints, the king bed was way too firm for me, but that is just my preference. There was nothing wrong with it. The sheets and bedding altogether was clean and comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which was very functional. The reason we chose this room was because there was a small Weider wall in between the king bed and the pullout couch and there was also a curtain so you could completely close the two sleeping areas off from each other, which was very nice. It just gave my girls their privacy and my husband and I our privacy room spacious. It was just altogether a good experience , I really don’t have much I could complain about. The pool area is super cute with a little tiki bar. We did not eat in the restaurant so I don’t have reviews on that. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there they have a staff elevator in which they allowed the guests to use so no real problem with that. For what we needed this was the perfect place and the location was amazing! If I needed a local hotel again, I would definitely stay here again

    This is an old cheap hotel. The staff is super nice, especially Sandra at the Tiki bar. The rooms are comfortable, A/C and showers work well. There are no phones to call the front desk. There are no “do not disturb” door hangers to let the cleaning staff know if you dont want your room disturbed. These are minor things. The Tiki bar and pool areas are a refreshing addition for this type of hotel. The beds are clean and comfortable. This is a surprisingly economical option if you are coming for work or medical and cannot afford resort prices.

    Last time, two women walked into my room while I was in bed around 10:30pm. The front desk said I “wasn’t checked in properly.” Alarming, but I let it go. This time? Somehow worse. I woke up for class — no hot water. The front desk suggested the handle might be reversed (already tried that). They said maintenance would handle it. Spoiler: they didn’t. I got back that afternoon to cold water and a still-clogged tub. There was a plunger by the toilet, so I gave it a shot. What came out? A nightmare hairball — complete with what looked like pubes. The young guy at the desk offered a plastic bag to clean it up. I asked for gloves — he had to call his manager to find some. No other rooms were available. Maintenance? “Tomorrow.” Oh, and a millipede had been crawling around the room all day. I check out tomorrow, so I’ll be enjoying one last cold shower while trying not to think about the bugs or the clump of DNA that was clogging the drain. I don’t get paid enough to deal with this mess. Oh wait — I paid to stay here. Absolutely unacceptable. Photos attached.

    The rooms are decently cleaned, no complaints there. The front desk was also very attentive and the bartender Carol was great. Really had the vibes going at the pool. However, the hallways could be tended to more, the garbages are always full around the property, and the elevator was very old and didn’t seem safe. Our last day there, there was a domestic dispute going on where the couple was arguing around the whole property and pool area. I had to take my 5 year old out the pool and take him back to the room. Unfortunately he ended up still seeing parts of the dispute because it was only a couple doors down from us. Another visitor got involved to help the woman and got beat up as well and came out the room with blood gushing out his head right as my 5 year old and I were trying to go back inside our room. The cops were called and it got handled, but the guy from the dispute was there still the next morning as no one got arrested. A lot of druggies on property as someone was selling from their room as well.

    I had an issue first night with the toilet not being able to flush first of all there weren’t no phones in the room so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk and told him my flush not working he replied and said “Yes you have the room I remember we just had a client complained about the same thing” Soo you knew of this problem but yet still put someone in there. Nonetheless I had to wait until 9am for the maintenance to come because they didn’t have an over the night THANK GOD for my husband who fixed the issue, because again NOONE ever came the next day to fix it! Also no room service to fixed the bedroom throughout the day? They said they only clean the rooms when it’s requested like what that didn’t make any sense to me I thought I was supposed to feel welcome nice and relaxed… the pictures was from a model room. The real rooms floors looked like it was filthy and the there was no water pressure in the shower and the tub!!?? The floor of it was rising up ugh needless to say worst experience ever at a hotel you get what you paid for even less SMH

    It looks like a very nice hotel from online and even the lobby area was very nice the guest elevator is not in working order you have to use the employee elevator the mattress in bed in our room was terrible it definitely needs a replaced I thought it was going to break in the middle of the night with just us laying on it we had no washcloths in our room we asked for some and they did not have any we asked for extra towels they did not have any check in was very easy and the ladies at the front desk was very nice

    The biggest complaint that I have is the cleanliness, or, more accurately, the lack thereof. There were roaches and bugs in the stair wells, halls, and elevator, of which I had to use the “service elevator” because the guest elevator didn’t work. But, even with all of that, I didn’t complain. I felt that I could make it work because the room wasn’t terribly dirty and I never found a bug in my room. However, I received terrible news, the worst that you can get about a family member, and had to cut my 9 day vacation to 2 days. They didn’t care. To book the room through Expedia I had to pay for it all up front and it was non-refundable. The price wasn’t any different had I been doing the reservation day by day, so there was no advantage to me, but I did it all at once anyway. They don’t care that someone died. That I could NOT have foreseen this. They just wanted my money. They got paid for an entire 6 days without me getting a dime back. But, that is okay because I now know that I will never stay there nor use Expedia again. Lessons were learned. I will be posting this review on every platform possible. Traveler beware.

    The room was very nice, ive had a few issues in the past times ive stayed here with door locks not opening and toilets not flushing, but staff are so quick to fix each problem or get us into new rooms, its an amazing place, and only 65$ a night! I always book this hotel when in or near miami. Its great, definetly recomend it.

    I found a use condom in the hot tub along with cigarette bud. There was lawn debris in the hot tub. House keeping was great except they did not leave no wash towels for me to use after they clean the room.

    Too many things to write, but they lie on line about their hours. The pool is open. The black lady at the front desk called me an idiot in front of my eight-year-old daughter. There is no Wi-Fi no hot water no television a person sleeping in their car outside my room door couple feet away A fire truck came in the morning and alarm woke up the entire complex. And to have it all off bedbugs I have proof I saw the room upside down bombed out a couple days after I was there because my daughter was attacked and they won’t do anything about it. They know it was from there and they say it wasn’t.

    To start they are very racist they do not like Americans they are some Middle Eastern descent very rude very disrespectful not professional at all. They gave us a broken shower in the room last stay and they gave us the same room last night they said it's Jew room The woman who runs it with her husband and son do not take care of the room it's absolutely disgusting there's cockroaches everywhere dirty sheets blood stains on the walls it smells threatened to call the cops on us because we haven't changed rooms didn't allow a friend to pick us up then in the morning I was walking out and I had my clothes in the pillowcase from my house in a different town and she started accusing me of stealing her sheets and this and that and just rude and obnoxious I would never stay in this place again it's the most disgusting nasty degrading unprofessional racist hotel I've ever seen

    Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had to sleep in. TV is almost falling off the wall. The ceiling fan light kept turning on and off through out the night on its own. Noise at the pool went on until early morning. Location is great, but would not recommend.

    Please avoid this property at all cost, the reviews can’t be true. The price is low for a reason. We were given an untidy room and then transferred on to another. Upon confronting the front desk, one of the receptionist was rude. Eventually they gave us an alternate room which was barely functional. The bed was broken, the door lock didn’t work properly and the light fixtures weren’t working. Do Not waste your time and money here.

    The room had an insecure lock and it took me more than 10 minutes to try to open the door, which exposed me to feeling unsafe outside the room. The elevators were out of service and they did not notify the guests of the problem appropriately. The balcony door also did not have an appropriate lock. The water took a long time to heat up, even though the room was clean. The surrounding garbage tanks were full of waste for more than 3 days. My stay was 4 days and they never emptied the garbage tanks. It surprised me that the room also did not have a phone for an emergency.

    Inside the room is cluttered with chairs. Bed is cheap and squeaky sounds like kids beds with new plastic. Tub is stained so it looks dirty automatically. The best part is the pool and tiki bar. Don’t book a stay just go to the pool and bar. Parking lot full and they have additional parking behind the building closed off, unsafe and at a dead end. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

    The following were in poor condition: Floors, beds, bed comforter had many holes. No hangers for clothing. Refrigerator froze all the creamers. They had a coffee pot , but no coffee, sugar or creamers provided. I brought my own coffee and filters and they agreed to give us creamers. Coffee is important to me as I am an early riser. Also a roach came out at the sink and I moved all my toiletries away. Not a place I will return to and I do NOT recommend!!!! We stayed here years ago and it has gone downhill terribly!!

    When we checked we were told 2 of the 3 rooms were ready had to got to the 4 floor with no elevator. Had to play with the key to even get in your room, didn’t lock on its own had to lock it with the key ! Place looked like a crack house ! Between the trash and the smell it was disgusting! Rooms were dirty! Lights came on by themselves! Not enough towels! Pool area had nothing but broken chairs and loungers and trash in every corner! Outside of the pool area people were smoking pot ! Bartender at the pool was not happy about making drinks that she had to put effort into making and all that was there were locals not even enough room for hotel guests! It was dirty! Trash was at the end of the halls for days! I have seen better places in 3rd world countries! No phones in the rooms to even call the desk no elevator to go down either! Half the time no one was even at the desk!

    After several attempts of using the lockbox key we finally made entrance…. Into someone else’s room. They reassigned a room for us, and upon entry into that room, we turned on the ceiling fan only to discover it was missing a blade and getting ready to take off into space. We quickly shut it down and went into the bathroom where we found short black hairs on the tubs ledge. The external door only locked behind you if you manually locked it from inside or the key. We then decided to go check out the pool and tiki bar. After 10 minutes we were able to piece together 6 chairs that weren’t broken. We approached the tiki bartender who handed us a list of fun cocktails. We ordered a few frozen drinks and she was obviously not happy about making blender drinks. We wound up buying our own beverages from a local store to avoid giving her our money. I will say, the restaurant inside the hotel was nice and the staff inside were all super attentive. Between the trash cans at the ends of the halls overflowing and a bag of dog poop that sat there from the time we checked in to the time we checked out (4days) and the band that played until 11pm,I can certainly say, not the best vacay

    The chairs on the balcony are broken. The light on the balconies don’t come on completely or not at all. The pool rules state no party. During our visit they had a graduation party. So we were in the way. Then we had to scramble for chairs and a table with an umbrella. Most of the chairs and table umbrellas were broken and we were looking for a way to keep our umbrella up. There’s a tiki bar by the pool. It’s occupied day and night by the locals. There’s no room for visitors. The bartender doesn’t want to make frozen drinks or use the blender. She doesn’t want to give an ashtray or a menu or a cup of ice. We had to even clean our own table before and after sitting down. There’s visible trash all around the pool. The elevator was out of service and we were on the top floor with 4 days of supplies. Not all the rooms have the same supplies. We bought a 12 cup coffee pot and left it behind with the filters and coffee. There’s a tiny kitchen with a tiny sink. tiny fridge, some dishes and utensils but no sponge or dish soap. The bathroom did have soap shampoo and hand soap. The inside has a bar but not able to accommodate us. There are 2 bathrooms by the inside bar. They clean the coffee pot for guests in there. And one toilet is out of order.

    The site needs repair. This past visit the guest elevator was not working for over a week. Towards the end of our stay the service elevator also did not work!!! Very difficult to get your belongings up or down especially since my husband has back issues. Additionally, during our stay on several occasions outside guests coming to the Tiki bar brought their dogs. They allowed them to roam not in a leash. On one occasion the dog went swimming in The pool!!! We have a dog, so we like animals, but not everyone does. I certainly don’t want to swim where the animals are swimming! Ceiling fan in room was missing one blade. You could not use on medium or high without a terrible noise. The mattresses were lumpy. They used to be very comfortable. Tiki bar seemed to close very early. Earlier than the advertised times. The internet is spotty at best. Considering everything operates off the internet it might be time to upgrade. The hotel could use upgrades in general. We have definitely researched other options for the area. It’s a shame as the hotel is located in a good spot for us and not too many offer a private balcony.

    Other than the unfriendly counter person at check in, my experience at Boca Plaza was good. I had done a pre-check in online for my pre-paid room. I Uploaded driver licenses of guests, added a current photo, and gave credit card info for security deposit authorization. At check in for room key, stated she did not have access to credit card info and required another credit card and proceeded to charge $100. on my debit card for the security deposit, which put a crimp on my spending money for the weekend. The elevator was out of order, but was able to use the service elevator. Housekeeper helped me with getting my key in the lock. Door was old with several old key pads and locks. but was secure. Room was very clean and well equipped. I really liked the colorful tropical plants and trees outside on the balcony. Didn't have time to visit the pool or restaurant on this stay but our overnight stay was quiet and pleasant. At check out clerk wished me a Happy Easter and enquired if my stay was pleasant. Still waiting for the 100.00 to be refunded to my bank, but I would definitely stay here again.

    Hotel rooms old and dirty, in need of remodelling. Main elevator was not workimg when we checked in, so we had to use the service elevator to the 3rd floor. When we went to leave, NO elevators were working, so we had to lug all bags down 2 flights of stairs. Check in was slow. Not a 3 star hotel by far!

    We had a late flight into FLL so we called in advance to confirm check in. We were told it was not a problem and the front desk is available 24/7. When we arrived there was a handwritten note on the desk stating they were gone for the night only to return at 8am the next morning. We had to go elsewhere and still have not heard back from this place.

    The website, even the picture on this survey, is very misleading. It makes the property seem much bigger than it really is and much more up-to-date. The entrance was cute, but the indoor fountain was not working, and the inside was very dated. Our toilet in our room remained clogged the 4 days we were there, even though I reported it. The plunger in our room was also broken and never replaced. The interior elevators were down, but yes, we were allowed to use the service elevator on the outside. It was very slow. Our check-in took about 40 minutes due to internet service. I was being asked to upload a picture of my driver license and my face to their site from my phone and then from their phone, neither worked. It was finally worked around somehow. The pool area from the outside appeared very overgrown and uninviting. We never use the area because of this and the size being unwelcoming. We will not be staying here again.

    Bed had a huge depression in the middle and extremely creaky springs, only two small, old bedside lamps for light in the main part of the room, weather stripping around front door was worn away and there were big cracks along the sides of the door, coffee maker in room but no coffee or filters, elevator was broken, sliding closet door was rusted in place, two keyless entries but neither worked, front desk staff took the time to finish their conversation about the new housekeeper before checking me in, coffee in lobby was sour and there was no milk or cream, only powdered whitener. Business area was two desks in the main corridor off the lobby, only one of which even had a lamp. My room was across from the ice machine, which made noise all night long. Only positive is that for such a rundown hole it was reasonably clean, at least in the room.
