It was clean and well-located for our needs. The breakfast wasn’t great. The eggs appeared to be powdered eggs and the sausage steamed.

Nothing. Absolutely waste of my time. do not come here unless you want too spend the most money for the worst customer service and nastiest hotel room you have ever slept in. The staff were incredibly hostile and made my 20 minute stay before they kicked me out the most uncomfortable hotel experience of my life. My mother travelled for business my whole life so i have stayed in my fair share of bad hotels but this one went above and beyond being the worst experience and biggest waste of money and time ive ever experienced with ANY hotel stay. The front desk had a terrible attitude and nothing mentioned they weren’t pet friendly or the 50$ deposit they ask for after booking online. This was the worst experience ive ever had traveling and i hope the lobbiest, sam, gets paid appropriately for the terrible job she does.

The room was poor—it wasn't clean and had a bad odor. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. I informed the front desk about this; the guest service was unsatisfactory.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was pretty standard, but good. There was a ton of parking. I really like all of the stores and restaurants that were close by. That is usually not the case with where I have to stay so I was very happy! It’s not too far from Seattle so it’s a great choice to see the sights but not stay right downtown. I felt very safe traveling solo

The bed being made and the complimentary breakfast :) Everything was good, I think the only thing was that there was a homeless person laying in the dirt behind the hotel. But that isn't really something the hotel can control.

The room was dated and gross (we had a large STICKY area on the carpet right in the middle of the walkway), but the cleaners did amazing with what they could do. The rooms all need updating. I'd stay here again for the cleaners and breakfast lady alone, but no other reason.

The location was great for us and had many places to eat nearby. It is not the Ritz, but if you just need a place to lay your head for the night while being active in the area it will do nicely for you.

I would have preferred there be an alternative in the room already for the heavy feather duvet. I roasted all night even with the heat down. Beyond that, everything was comfortable and check in/out was easy. The staff were kind and attentive as well. The room was very clean.

Old property. Had to switch rooms twice. One smelled like cigarette smoke and one smelled terribly musty. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and helped us get into a room that was odorless and clean. I probably will not stay here again despite the great price.

Was a clean and comfortable room I was given a handicap room and did not request one. the shower was definitely large enough. No tub was needed but was rather a curious selection for me .

Prior to this stay my room was made up daily. I stay at this location frequently as I have grandchildren in the area. Another very concerning issue was being awakened at midnight by loud TV and two people talking over it from a nearby room. When this did not stop I notified the front desk and was told "I will come up and check it out. The "noise did not stop" At 1AM it was still going on..

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was excellent and responsive. They were proactive with texts, which was really nice to see! The breakfast had all the standard options and food quality was decent. (Would appreciate flavored creamers or hot cocoa that the other hotels offer, but that is being picky).The only real issue for me was the bed, it was super "springy", so if one person tosses/turns the other person bounces. Not great for light sleepers like myself, it along with the pillows were on the lumpy side. Otherwise a comfortable evening and a pleasant stay, we'd likely stay there again if we were in the area,

I enjoyed the helpful staff only wish they would fix the ice machine on 1st level. Refrigerators are noisy & coffee choices medium and dark roast would be appreciated in breakfast room.

The rooms were very nice. They have recently been updated. Very clean and roomy. Was offered the option to check in online which made for a fast check-in. The lady at the front desk was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stop again if passing through Pendleton.

The hotel is just ok , service was fine housekeeping lady was great. Check in was about 5 pm for us they were just finishing up our room which is fine. Our air-conditioning was musky and the bathroom had mold around all the walls and the carpet had 2 quarter size stains looked like maybe blood ? . Breakfast was really good, eggs sausage cereal pastries etc never ran out so i guess right in the middle kind of stay . I think it is a management/ owner situation with the mold and not housekeeping. You cant take mold out of wallpaper it needs removed .

Spacious and nicely laid out King room. Really liked the layout with the separate lounge space. Not typical for this price range. Great bed. Nice continental breakfast. At $135/nt this was good value.

Easy access to dining and highway. The mattress was soft and comfy. Carpet needs deep cleaning. Several small holes in bathroom door (room 100).

This hotel is less expensive than others in the area. Perfect place especially if you’re only going to stay one or two nights One downside is that this hotel does not allow pets. We would stay again.

Hotel and room was very basic. When we went to check in we were told our room was ready but we would have to pay extra if we wanted to check in early(1 1/2hrs).

We were out in a room with a broken shower. They swapped rooms, but clearly a miss when cleaning as it was so broken cleaning staff should have reported it and we should not have been put in that room

Hotel was a good value. The price for a 2-Queen Sofabed room was excellent to other hotels. Parking can be limited on busy weekend nights.

Everything was great. Staff was nice but not overly. No issues. Breakfast was good. They’re very strict about time. We were a few minutes behind the 11:00 check out because we were traveling for the first time with a small child and they were pushy about it. Not without reason.

Carpet had a lot of spots and was somewhat worn. Breakfast area was small and too many people, so no places to sit. People were going to the lobby to sit. Ran out of food frequently. Cleaning individuals had to put their carts in same elevator as patrons.

We have stayed here quite a few times as it is the closest and most reasonably priced accommodation to visit our family. The issue is that the hotel is getting old and in need of an update. The carpet was worn and had stains, the chair at the table had a whole in it, the bathroom was clean but very dated and the breakfast room was crowded every morning. On the positive side the household staff did a great job making up our room each day,

I like to suggest to place Safety Grab Bars in the bathroom to avoid any falls during getting into and out of the tub. This addition will avoid any trouble in the future.

Like, why??? At midnight the first night, something sounding like a concrete drill kept going off. I was much too sleep deprived and with ptsd I didn’t have it in me to deal with changing rooms at this point. Very disappointed in the customer service. Everything else was ok.

Great location! My family and I stayed for 4 days. I am very pleased with the accommodations. Small shopping plaza walking distance away. Large shopping mall and other retail stores about 10 minutes driving distance away, in Lynnwood. About 20-25 minutes drive to downtown Seattle. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple hotel but clean and comfortable bed.

The hotel was located in a great area. Located near the freeway, few restaurants and convenient stores. The breakfast attendant made sure the breakfast bar was full and clean. The receptionist was nice.

Property location is great. Parking was good. Easy access to 405. Room #300 was stinking of smoke. Felt like we were in a casino filled smoke smell. This reported to front desk person. I had to get some room refresher to spend the night. When I woke up in the morning the smoke smell was still there.

I had a major need to check in early and they accommodated my request fluidly with excellent communication.

It was fine for my needs which was just a bed for the night while I traveled through the area!

Clean enough room, comfy bed. Was able to get a late checkout. Hot coffee in the lobby. CONS: Had to shut the water valve on the toilet off due to it screeching every 20 minutes. Had to shut the air conditioner off before bed as it was very loud. Handwritten on my key card said "breakfast from 6:00 am - 10:00 am". Since I didn't sleep the best, I went down at 9:30 am and was told breakfast closed at 9:00. Only open until 10 on the weekends. Ended up ordering Uber Eats for delivery.

Nice place and good location. Breakfast was great both morning with sausage, eggs, flavored and regular waffles plus the standard bread and fruit. The facility is older but it was a good stay with a toddler. Very close to a lot of places within walking distance.

The front desk attendant was very nice at our check-in and helped us quickly. The room was decent, we did have some troubles with the toilet in room 314. It would have a squealing sound as it ran that would happen randomly throughout the night that was very loud. It looks like the float and valve need to be replaced for the tank to fill properly. Other than that we enjoyed our short stay.

The front desk also asked but the manager or owner just IGNORED me. The staff is OK but the owners or managers do not care about anything. When I arrived I was book into room 30 band the door does not lock. I was then transfer to room 219 and the Toilet ran all night and I asked them to fix but no one came then I had to fix it myself. Then the next day they cam asking to fix the toilet.

Took awhile for the unheated room to warm up on a very frigid night with a very late check in but once it did, it was heavenly. Comfortable and quiet, very clean and nice. Check in people very nice.
