The location was great for what we were there for. The front staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and the pool was nice. The carpets need to be vacuumed throughout the entire property, they were very dirty and smelled like animal pee in the hallway. It was also a bit uneasy to have people living in cars in the back parking lot with extension cords going from vans to the hotel. Unsafe feeling.

Room was advertised as a two queen and double sofa bed, first room we were given was a two queen and TWIN sofa bed. When I alerted the manager of this because we were a party of six and there wasn’t enough bed space I was told that was the largest room they had. After spending half an hour panic trying to find another hotel big enough for my family I went back down to ask what the cancellation fee would be - and the manager had left. The employee manning the desk offered to let look at another room in case it would work and sure enough, this one did have a double sofa bed. So we stayed. After that our stay was wholly unremarkable. Other than that the only thing to note is “complimentary breakfast” is a stretch - each morning there was a small display of instant oatmeal and a carafe of hot water and some coffee (no real cream, just coffee mate). We ended up buying some things to supplement and there was a full size fridge in the room so that was actually possible.

Had a long day of driving and finally reached our destination hotel to be able to sleep before another long day the next day. Arrived a little before midnight and when we got there there was no one at the front desk to check us in, we waited for a few mins and then someone came up to greet us. When we stated that we were checking in the front desk said that he can no longer accept check ins until 1:30am because their system updates from midnight-1:30am. He also informed us that after the updates he can’t guarentee our room will not have been cancelled. At first he said that the hotel wouldn’t be the one cancelling the room but the third party (Expedia) would cancel it. I called Expedia and they stated they would not cancel our room. When I told the front desk that he said that he still can’t guarantee it will be there and if we book a new room at 1:30am he would have to charge an early check in fee. After a long day of travel all we wanted a place to sleep for the night and I just couldn’t believe how difficult it was to claim our room that we can already reserved. The front desk guy had absolutely no compassion or wouldn’t even try and help us with a room or offer a refund for the inconvenience. I will never “try” and stay at this hotel again, and will never recommended them either.

This property is very dated. It is definitely for someone who just needs housing. There was no toiletries as provided in all hotels now. Our room was never cleaned once and we were there for 6 nights. I had to empty our trash. I had to request another roll of toilet paper as there was only one roll when we arrived. The breakfast consisted of individually wrapped mini muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal with no extras like raisins, nuts, brown sugar. No fruit was provided. Don’t book at this property if you want a typical hotel room!!!

The check-in staff was friendly and professional. The room was dated and dirty (the interior of the tub was peeling and hair on the shower walls-type of dirty); the bed was very uncomfortable and smelly; the road was noisy; I found small ants on my bath towel, and take note that the “breakfast” consists of a protein bar, mini muffin, instant oatmeal, and coffee. I have traveled in developing countries quite a bit, so I know that older hotels can still be clean and well-maintained even if they are inexpensive!

Fantastic staff, fantastic place—It’s a really nice location by several bus stops and some restaurants, and the nearest grocery store is within walking distance! There was a smell of weed up on the second floor hallways, with another rather queer smell in my room, but you acclimate to the room’s smell rather quickly. Despite it, they provide dishwashing liquids for the dishwasher, can openers and cooking equipment, and the room itself is really clean! The staff also care about those who stay here; I never felt brushed off, ignored, or disrespected once.

    1/5

Broken non working amenities refrigerator, stove top, washers and dryers with very high cost to use. No housekeeping during the stay and their policy not to give you cleaners nor tools even to scrub the toilet yourselves. I extended my stay to 24 days due to business delay and it was almost 3k. I would expect not having to buy a broom mop or cleaners to clean the room mean time nor spending 30 bucks for laundromat cost 3 loads of laundry. I had to hang my clothes to dry. Broken down hotel cost more to stay than an apartment rental.

  • Kelly Sep 2025 · via expedia
    1/5

The staff were very courteous and helped best they could. The policy of no housekeeping to the rooms on extended stays were a shock, as even they could not supply cleaning agents or tools even. You could go to the front desk to exchange sheets, towels and request toilet paper. I had to extend my stay twice and spent almost 3grand in 24 days while my home closed. I was further horrified by losing frozen meats when freezer would not keep anything frozen. A simple iron being broken did not make my day either. The last straw was paying 5 bucks a wash and 5 bucks a dryer to not get dry clothes because the units were old and breaking down constantly. Leaky washer water while trying to keep my feet dry was annoying as well. I do not recommend staying at this hotel chain due to its house keeping policy and costs added on to get service that should be provided after paying so much. This specific hotel doesn't deserve even one star except that the employees were helpful as much as they were allowed. I would have been better off at motel six and shared same clientele. Not happy at all.

It smelled terrible and kitchenette was a joke. I was assigned a room with a barking dog next door so I went to another hotel in the area because front desk couldn’t reassign a different room even though I had booked this 1-2 months ahead of time. Mon-pet owners should not have to be roomed next to those rooms allowing dogs.

Let's start with the room was nice, and the location was great. Other than that while attempting to sleep I had a maid enter my room debating with me that they were going to come in and change out the room's television in 10-15 min. That ended up not happening and ended up turning into a negotiation that worked best for both parties. It was not a comfortable relaxing experience to say the least.

The staff was very accommodating to any requests that we had (toaster, new sheets and towels). The laundry costs $12.50 per load after you buy soap from the outrageously priced vending machines. The exercise room consists of a treadmill and an elliptical. No weights. But the hotel is situated next to amazing paved walking trails. Anyone can walk in to the hotel main door and the staircase is before the front desk so it's not exactly a secure space, but it felt very safe.

The sheets weren't washed at !!9:30 PM!! check in! The room should not have been listed as available. We could have gone elsewhere. The family has to leave at 6AM the 25th to take their daughter to Seattle Children's Hospital for a very involved surgery. They drove for two hours just to get here. This late at night this is what they had to deal with. I live here in the area, so not only did I reserve and pay for the hotel, I called to confirm they would arrive after 9 PM. No one seemed to give a rats ass to check that the room would be ready four hours later by 9 PM. They were not even treated like this was horrible what happened. The Mr is a Microsoft employee. Whenever I stay at a hotel, I check the towels, sheets, and the chairs. One of The towels had a long hair inside the folds, one was no big deal… but the bedsheets when I pulled them back, there was dirt and dead skin… like they just remade the bed instead of changing the sheets. There was blue chip crumbs on the carpet and the bathroom floor. The “free breakfast” is just coffee and prepacked muffins. When I called down for multiple items I was informed I had to go down and get them. And when I asked for a bed change, I had to do it myself… what kind of hotel makes YOU vacuum, change sheets, and take out the trash before you leave?

Hotel advertises they have breakfast but they didn't. They blamed it on their vendor but seemd like a regular thing as they said no food for at least 3 days. There is a grocery store nearby they could go buy fruit or something. When pointed out no breakfast, staff refused any discount. There was a dog on the 3rd floor that was barking any time it heard a noise and didnt sound like anyone was with it telling it to stop. Told management and they did nothing. No ice maker. Hotel smelled musty. No small coffee pot in room. Light bulb missing from fixture. Tear in carpet. I don't recommend this hotel.

Although i liked the convenience and how quiet it was. The smell of feet and corn chips aroma when you enter the room was overbearing... even after turn on the air to try and air it out, the smell wouldn't go away.

This hotel is out-dated, kitchen was in disrepair, and it lacked the basic things they advertised. Anything we asked for, we were told they were out of our didn't have. Including clean towels! How does a hotel not have clean towels for its guests? And our hallway was full of pet hair and smelled like kitty litter- gross. This hotel would have been a major disappointment at half of the price, but at $200/night- forget it. There are plenty of places to stay in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.

Unfortunately, our experience started badly because we decided to come early on the 4th of July and the staff gave us the 'only room available', which was the handicapped room that had a strong dog pee smell and the shower couldn't keep any water in and soaked the whole bathroom floor. But the next day when we were supposed to move to the room I had booked months ago, we were surprised to find ourselves put on the same room as the night before! We had to argue with the morning lady staff to have our rightful room since the staff the night before had promised to move us back to our room the next day, and no one in the family was handicapped to have to be in that room. I don't understand why we had to argue to have the room I have booked months ago for our two-night stay. Also, unfortunately, the next morning a strong pee odour was noticeable in the hallways on our floor. It's sad that happened on our most longed first trip to Seattle for our anniversary this summer.

No coffee available except during 'grab and go" breakfast hours. Would it be too much to ask to have a bench for people to sit and smoke?

The first room that was given to us was dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the pull out couch was broken. They changed us to another room, however knowing that we made a reservation for three people, they did not have bedding available. We were told that it would be ready around 11pm. Around 11pm, we called down to the reception three different times and no one answered. My daughter went down to say that we were informed that the bedding would be ready at 11pm. The response she got from the receptionist was "I don't know who would be stupid enough to tell you that it would be ready by 11pm." Very rude! It makes me upset that we made the reservation for three people and they didn't have the bedding ready for a third person. What are we paying for??? Complete lack of customer service!

Biggest complaint is there is no wifi. They give you "free wifi", which never connects and if it does, can't even load their own website or any webpage. You have to purchase high speed internet, this was not advertised. And I felt misled in that aspect. Staff needs better training. Receptionist struggled with technology and took too long to go through the new tablets they have installed for checkins. Other Extended Saty locations are better.
