We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. While it is not a luxury property, it offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was organized, and the common areas were kept in great condition. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, this is a great option. We would definitely stay here again Nothing. The hotel met all our expectations for the price paid.

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was very short, but for the price was ok.

If you need a place to crash for the night it works, but I will definitely look at other options next time I am in Bradenton.

Disappointing

Anytime I wanted to open my curtain, I had to keep it close cause when people pass by as my curtain is open they can see straight through the room

Simple clean room and comfortable bed. Great shower and large tv. Close to shops and food too!

Dirty bedding sheets pillows etc hsd to ask for new ones upon arrival. Several things in the room had already been previously damaged, hardly any hot water for showers, light switches are wired backwards. Old outdated room but other rooms hsd brsnd new everything updsted everything also still hsd msjor damaged and uncleaned filth.

The room was generally clean, recently renovated, and in a convenient location. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, and breakfast was included, though it was very minimal but we were grateful. The fridge barely kept items cold and the microwave didn’t work, but there are several food options—McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Waffle House—within a short walk. Comfort was the biggest issue. The beds were extremely firm, and aggravated my sciatica, I barely slept due to back pain. The lighting also made it hard to rest. Even with blackout curtains, the window had no blinds, and the bright hallway lights shined through the sides so much that it looked like daytime was approaching all night, lights went off at about 5 a.m. Space was tight for three people & the beds were doubles, the bathroom was small. The shower water pressure was low. One positive was that we needed a late checkout due to the tournament, and the hotel staff were gracious and extended it from 11:00 to 12:00 at no extra cost. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it served its purpose for a last-minute stay at a reasonable price. Although, it wouldn’t be my first choice normally, but if nearby lodging is overpriced again, I’d consider staying here mainly for the value and convenience.

On check-in the room was not clean - there were hairs on the bed and the towels. The floors were dirty. The ironing pad was dirty, the floors, ceilings and walls were dusty and dirty. The list is endless. I would never book here again.

We stay here twice a year. Comfy beds. Good TV. Hot shower. We always need a first floor room as hubby cant do stairs and they always oblige hubby camt do steps

The room had massive water damage that they attempted to hide. The worst thing though, they were working on the room upstairs and decided to start at 7am and was pounding right above us keeping us from sleeping. Not something I would expect to have going on that early in the morning. I went down and talked to the front desk, their response was well they weren't supposed to be, sorry about that. No offer to do anything to compensate for being woke up so early in such a rude way.

Check in staff was friendly and efficient even though she was having a ruff night. The room was clean and newly remodeled. Towels were fluffy😃

I like the staff friendly, I like that is well locate it, close to sheriff office. But the remote control did not work, gave 3 different ones none of them work. , construction material at the parking lot ( wood). Same with microwave, got 2 none of them worked.Toilet tank lid bigger than the tank. Look like someone put another toilet lid (bigger) in our room. A/C was good.

The hotel has nothing to do with the photos, horrible service, not to mention that in my reservation I paid 50% of my stay and the hotel said that I had not paid, I had to pay the full amount, they said that the problem was yours.

Our bed was stained and shower towels has hair in them. Bathroom ceiling towels had rust/mold from built up humidity. Definitely not worth the money. Front desk staff were very friendly. Was just there one night and got in late so didn’t bother to report but will not be staying there again.

This was an awful experience for my family! We checked in a 3, dropped our bags off and left to the event that we had planned for the day. Came back at 11:30 pm and there were people walking all around the halls, loud music from cars just sitting in the parking lot, walked into our room turned on the lights and ROACHES crawling around! The bathroom window lock was rigged, the front door security lock was broken.We went to the front desk and the office staff refused a refund. This was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I have disputed the charges on my credit card.

Also, had a car backed up to room blaring music at 11pm. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Room was very clean. It looked like the room had been refurbished. Bathroom: design was not great; there was no outlet close to the mirror for a razor or hair dryer. Shower set up was awkward with the position of the shower head. Water pressure was not great, and water could have been hotter. Refrigerator had no freezer therefor could not freeze ice packs or ????

Spending the night for a staycation. Excellent customer service when arriving. It’s older, however it’s very well cared for. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. For the price, we were very happy! Really enjoyed our stay.

Seems like a lot of people live here. They come out of their rooms at night and creep about the walkways. Then the later it gets the louder they become. We didn’t feel safe and could not sleep so we left at 4 a.m. (instead of 11 a.m.). They need a full time security guard.

I had a wonderful clean room with a walk in shower which was recently renovated, the service was great gave me extra towels fory dog prince, which had recently came out the Vet Hospital and need some much deserved rest it was so quiet and peaceful that I stayed an extra night. Front desk Jennifer was awesome and tended to my needs above and beyond will definitely recommend to my friends and family, I also will definitely come back when I travel to FL. To visit my family or friends.

We stayed five nights in this motel (room entrances off the parking lot) which we chose for its location right off I-75 and SR64. Plenty of parking available. Our check-in with Jennifer was so easy...she answered all our questions. Our room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was quite comfortable. Room needs addressed when we asked for attention. Given its proximity to Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, the room rate was quite reasonable. Fast Food options within walking distance.

It was an ok place to stay for the night. Don't count on the breakfast though. Not much to speak of.

Very clean. A lot of noise from kids living there. Quit time should have a limit on it.

This was a bad experience from the start. The room was not clean and the door lock was damaged (it appeared to have been kicked in). We found cockroaches in one bed and on the floor. The worst part was the people in the room next to us. It appears they live there. All three nights around 1-2 am they were yelling and making a lot of noise. One morning around 5am someone was beating on their door screaming obscenities. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep.

This property is very very dirty. Mold in the ceiling tiles. Dirt all over the floor and walls. Something was splattered all over the wall behind the bed. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Requested a refund and left within an hour of checking in, denied the refund.

An older motel, but the place was well kept and the room was clean and comfy. I was in an accessible room with an open shower (no lip between the shower floor and bathroom floor). I had the shower head angled out which flooded the bathroom floor. A squeegee would have been helpful. Overall, a good value for the night.

Rented 2 rooms. Florida temps were in the 30s at time of stay. Heat in room did not work. Showers were cold. Noisy neighbors all night, room smelled like marijauna. Other room had ants in bathtub, bathtub had a hole in sidewall. Mini fridge froze everything placed inside even with adjusting temps. Breakfast was limited to muffins bananas coffee and juice

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Front desk was nice. Only con would be shouldn’t advertise continental breakfast for muffins, apples, yogurt and packets of oatmeal.

I didn't care for the bathroom,in 104 My foot got caught in the small space between the base of the toilet,and the ledge of the shower. I fell,and broke my arm No one in management has reached out to my request to reimburse us for the next night that we could not stay

Our room was doors down from the office. So there was noise. Bright light outside our room made it seem like we had a light on when we went to bed. Breakfast was terrible. Store bought muffins and a small coffee pot with powder creamer. I suppose it was better than nothing. Flavored water out of a machine was just water. No flavor to it. I tried each one. Room was okay. I would not return in the future.

I always check sheets first & was disappointed as There was hair on the sheets so I had them changed my front desk immediately. The front desk clerk was totally awesome. I would be using this hotel again simply because of the clerk.

Most recent reviews rating 10 out of 10 probably are phony inputted reviews as the exterior grounds are absolute guetto and we were so nervous as the hotel attracts mostly a very low social order of low lifes all drinking and smoking weed. Every other room had hilbilly folks sitting outside theor rooms yelling profanity. We never felt so uncomfortable in all our travels. There was loterally a pile of garbage 8 feet high by 10 feet wide right under our room. Himan wasye garbage not hirrocane damage stiff. It was disgisting. There are no mirrors for the bathroom vanity and good luck getting hot water for the shower. The worst part about it was that we got jacked for almost $200 for the night. Thats the problem wjen you pre-book sight unseen and arrive at night and qiestion whether its safe to even get out of the car. I reccomend you cjeck ot out in person before even thinking about getting a room unless you can get it for $50-60 bucks and dont mind the qiestionable lower class of clientele it attracts. What a ripoff for 200 not to mention how uncomfortable we felt with so many questionable people it attracts. The revoew sote wouldnt allow me to add the pics I took of all the garbage and addicts hangimg around the hotel.

The property is so dirty. They started blowing the grass out of the parking lot at 8 AM on a Saturday morning waking everybody up the bathroom have no mirrors or the sink have no mirrors to shave. Should be disqualify to be a hotel or a motel totally the worst value you possibly can get for $200. It’s a shame there is no authority overseeing these hotels. They’re just like a slum landlord.

Staff and service was exceptional. The immediate grounds were well kept and clean. There were clean towels and sheets every day along with complimentary coffee in the room. Close to a variety of restaurants and stores. You won't go hungry in this area. Coming from Canada the surrounding area of the inn is a bit sketchy. There was some heavy police activity in the area on our last night. Overall a good place to lay your head at night and venture off from during the day

Hotel was small and seemed run down. You went in your room from the outside and there were many people hanging around outside the hotel and made it feel unsafe

The place is clean, but the space is tight for the amount they charge. The breakfast area is not really a breakfast space per se. It is the checking area they use. You can come and get coffee and a very limited items. I had to go out a buy breakfast. Even when I liked the fact that is it was welcoming and clean, I’ll look for a better place next time.

I thought for a 2 night stay was alil to expensive.

We had bugs, plural, in both beds. Mgmt was nice enough but when we didn’t want to stay there we could not get a refund when I prepaid for two nights from neither the hotel or hotels.com. I can see paying for at least one night but both! Will not be using either business again

The hotel was filled with ants and bugs. There were dirty sheets on the bed and pillow cases both had brown stains on them. It was very run down with rusty appliances and horrible patches in the walls that were huge!

Location was convenient and property was clean. Other guests played loud music in the common area which could be heard in the rooms. The safety light outside the room was still able to be seen in the room at night.

While the property looks antiquated, it was the ants in the bathtub, hair in the sink and tub, sticky desk, dirty sheets, and spiders on the bathroom wall and windowsills that made my stay very uncomfortable. Upon arriving it was already late so I stayed. Upon waking, I informed the front desk of these areas. To my appreciation, they addressed each area, except for all the spiderwebs in the bathroom window. The front desk staff was extremely nice, but I will not be returning.

I found the gas cap on my car open one morning,someone had gone through the console in my car. Some of the guests loitered outside by my door. Car horns. Cold shower. Poor plumbing.

the sound proofing was terrible. We heard rageful screaming several times above and outside the room. The front desk said they looked out and saw on one but it was going on off and on for awhile. Found a hard shelled bug on the ceiling and small ants in the bathroom. The first room they gave us the door wouldn*t shut so they moved us to another.
