booking.com's list of ammenities was a little off as it listed a bar,restaurant,in room safes etc. which was misleading as to what is available.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I would definitely come back. It’s a great option for a couples’ getaway, but it’s also perfect for families with children. The room includes a small kitchenette with everything you need, which makes the stay very comfortable. The TV has Netflix and YouTube, which is a nice bonus. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options, including waffles, eggs, ham, cheese, several types of bread, and orange and apple juice. They also have a coffee station available throughout the day and a small snack and beverage shop in the lobby. The location is convenient, about 15 minutes from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the area while staying in a quiet and comfortable place. During my two-day stay, there was no housekeeping service, the trash was not removed from the room at any point. In addition, the toaster in the room was not working. These were minor issues, but I believe they could be improved to make the guest experience even better.

Only 15 min away from Coquina beach. Lots of restaurants near by and a Walmart next to it.

Air conditioning worked great, and we were able to sleep at the temperature that we loved. The hotel was full during the weekend that we were there.However our room was very quiet and peaceful!

Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with

The room was spacious and very comfortable for myself and my two children. The beds were very comfortable also. The breakfast was very nice and had things my whole family enjoyed. Closets are very nice, clean and organized with shelves. The bathroom is big, clean and with a great shower and hot water. WE did enjoy the cozy room tv at night. Lots of channels to choose from. AC worked great ... We didn't use the pool since we went to Anna Maria Island beach. There is a Walmart very close to the hotel and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly with us. WE will definitely come back to this hotel.

Elevator was broken and they put us in the 3rd floor my uncle is 72 yrs and could not get up the starts. No manager on duty when needed, ac out in bed room. It was awful!!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, they had coffe available 24 hours which I found so awesome. The hotel was very clean. The staff member were friendly. The area of the pool was very clean. In the room they provided all kitchen appliances you may think of which I also found incredible. In other words we loved this hotel and the price was also a good option.

Check-in is at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30. We was told room is not ready because it needs to be cleaned so have to wait 10-15 mins. Had to wait for 1 hour instead. Checked in at 5:30. Receptionist apologized and offered free water. If I would be late to check out I would be charged and my apologies would not work.

Our stay was amazing, our room was on the first floor and conveniently close to the parking lot access. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the time we spent at the hotel. Highly recommended.

Very clean confortable room

The location is perfect and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of shopping and dining options near by. The rooms were clean upon arrival. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast (nothing special). My only complaint is we stayed for three nights and our room was not cleaned. Call front desk to express my dissatisfaction and was told that they're not a full service hotel and only clean rooms on the third day. I expressed to her we did stay three nights and was then told I should have called and requested for the room to be cleaned. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and the customer service we received concerning this issue.

The one thing very concerning was on the south side of building the door to enter building (which you need your key to enter) would not close properly and was open about 2ft. I would close it when I saw it open , but it would happen time and time again. There were also people living in their car Parked right there. An open door like that could be something bad happening at any time. I complained to front desk, they said a new part for the door is on order. But they didn’t have enough people to check it all the time…

People partied late outside so a bit noisy until midnight.

Terrible, Terrible front desk staff and management. I was traveling with my family and the property did not honor my room type. I PREPAID for two queen beds at time of booking. I was placed in a room with one King bed and a small pull out sofa. There was no discussion from the staff that the room type I prepaid for wasn't available at check in. I had to go back down to the reception. The staff informed me that since I booked through a 3rd party travel site they didn't have to give me the room I requested and paid for. There was no offer of refund for the difference in room price and No offer to make the situation right. It was basically, too bad, this is what you get. I immediately called Orbitz and they confirmed the property was required to honor the room type I booked. Orbitz then called the property and the story changed. Now reception was saying my room had flooded so they had to make a substitution. Yet, they failed to mention any of this to me. This is not how checkin should go at 11:00 pm at night. Furthermore, I had to make multiple calls to get a credit for the difference in room types. A terrible experience.

The staff was awesome ! My one complaint was breakfast! It was horrible the toaster don't work the round scrambled egg patties sucked the sausage was cold ! I would've liked to have seen some cheese slices available ! A working toaster maybe chocolate milk! Some variety ! Other than that it was great !

This property accommodated us when our flight was delayed for hours. They allowed us to check in at nearly 4 AM. The room was spacious and was more than what we expected. Only 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island!

The location is very convenient to the beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Once I received my keys, I disinfected the space to my comfort level. I did notice that the comforter had a little makeup on it. A spot cleaning handled that. The couch had food crumbs and lots of hair on it, nothing a good vacuuming couldn't handle so we opted not to use it for the one night. The bathroom was clean as was the full kitchen and refrigerator. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. My partner made use of the TV. He was quiet so I'm assuming it was just fine. I enjoyed the continental breakfast offering as well. It was a treat to have a hotel ACTUALLY serving breakfast for a change. My only suggestion would be softer towels. The bath towels were pretty rough other than that I enjoyed my brief stay and will definitely be back.
