Property needs a majoy upgrade. Our room had a very weird smell to it, even after wiping things down and cleaning it. Parking was uneasy due to a lot of people crowding withun the area. Hallway to the rooms had spills and trash. Checkin agent seemed as if she just woke up and wasnt interested in assisting us. Ants in bathroom and breakfast food was not great. Overall rating would be 0 for me.

Ok, room is nice, lobby is not nice, and is in a run-down part of town. The breakfast is better than normal.

They just had a bad her eyes and then ice bucket and I'm kind of used to having a coffee pot in motel rooms and I wasn't in this one but still coffee in the lobby and you can get coffee at Denny's next door and it was like it's really comfortable and relaxing

This hotel is very much so a budget hotel. The deep clean in the rooms themselves is very poor, layers of dust in bathroom vents and and outlets covers. The outlets were loose and not all of them worked. Coffee had grounds in it both times I tried it.

Staff scolded me for being in the lobby at 5:00 in the morning after I just got done doing work in my room on my laptop. The breakfast set up was one giant waffle dehydrated oatmeal cereal and a small cup container orange juice in a pitcher and cut up whole muffins.

Yes a lot of, just the location alone and there wasn’t any iron or ironing board. The breakfast was a hot mess. People putting their hands into the boil eggs and all the shells were removed by the hotel staff. I was done

Basics. Extremely limited breakfast. Coffee was good. Very funky odor in the hallway and room. Staff was pleasant.

The room was reasonably clean except the bathtub. The parking did have cameras in back. There were a few sketchy looking people and cars, the police did drive through occasionally. We had no problems. Motel is next to hiway but noise was not a problem on back rooms. The handicap rooms must be on the 2nd floor as there were stairs to climb up and down and no ramps nor elevators. All but one of the motels receptionists were very polite and helpful. The price was very reasonable. My only problem was Wyndham sent me text to read and sign as pre check in. I read and signed that there would be a 20. Dollar fee each for my 2 dogs for each day. Which I signed. When AI got there I was told it was $35. Each dog each day! The person working said they had no access to see what I had signed. The manager was aware of this problem. otherwise it was a good place to stay. 2 restaurants next door, easy access. We felt safe in building. I did not go out at night other than to walk my dog.

Room was old but it was dirty. Toilet seat not even wiped off. Table next to bed was also dirty and sticky. I reserved online which stated $15 per night for pets. When I got there I was charged $35!!!! For $35 there was barely any grass for the dogs to do their business.

Lampshade cracked on top. Juice maker in breakfast room was out of order over the weekend we stayed. Furniture was outdated and in very poor shape with peeling and dingy appearance. Motel 6 is cheaper by $40.00 per night and it was clean and newly updated.

The room was dark, dank, It felt like a cell and smelled of mold/mildew. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

The bathroom was dirty, hair in the sink and tub. Outlet on bathroom wall for hair drier didn't work. Several outlets on the lamps didn't work. Asked for extra towels, never received any even after asking the front desk in person. There wasn't and extra locking mechanism like there usually is on the for extra security. Only supplied with the door lock. A ton of door slamming was heard, room was located on the first floor. The stay wasn't worth the money even with it being on the cheaper side. Ive stayed here one time before and it was a great experience, hence why I booked again, this time awful. I wish I could get some money back for this stay.

The place was not what I expect from a Wyndham property. The furniture & decor was very outdated and the building itself was very old & it showed. The bathroom was very small, dingy, and had a sink, tub, & toilet that were old, overused, & unappealing. The young man working the desk treated me more like a suspect who had committed a crime I was not aware of rather than a guest. Poor accomodations & horrible customer service. Were I Wyndham, I would not associate with this hotel

I arrived very late that night, so I didn’t have time or the energy to change rooms. In the morning while I was checking out, I told them I didn’t know that they had put me in a smoking room and the clerk said that none of their rooms allow smoking. Surprise! It was a waste of money and I could barely rest the few hours of sleep I had. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Do not go here unless you risk having to sleep in rain and in the trash can I had a view of. Negative stars.

The Girl who works 2nd shift, i'm guessing around 3 or 4 PM to 11 or 12 is phenominal, friendly, prompt, and helpful. However, I wzs NOT impressed at all with other front desk staff .

Parking is pretty convenient mostly.

TV did not work and had to have someone come in to fix. Breakfast was very limited and the waffle mix was not very good. People were very nice.

Thinner walls. this hotel has replaced carpet with vinyl which is probably easier to clean but not very comfy... on the good side, they had HBO and good heat/ac unit. breakfast had waffles and breads but no protein. didn't see bugs. I give it 4 stars meets expectations for the cheapest place in town...

This place was horrible. The room had cockroaches!! Yuck! And extremely noisy. Multiple other rooms were very loud all night, yelling and partying all night until 4am could be heard, I could not sleep!!! In the room above me I could hear dancing, yelling, wrestling, and people talking very loud all night long until 4am!!!. This place was terrible! One of the worst places I’ve ever been.

The room was stuffy at check in and Smokey. Not from someone smoking, but from the fires burning outside nearby. Perhaps leaving the window closed would be a great idea during times when fires are nearby. The hotel was noisy with people slamming their doors constantly. No repeat business from me.

Local to where I was going to the next day

I travel as a solo woman for work, and i got into the hotel after 11pm. The clerk announced my room number to me in front of other guests which didn't make me feel safe. When i got to my room i saw it was the type that had the adjoining room doors. On the other side of those doors the room was filled with what sounded like very drunk men laughing. I figured they'd calm down soon since it was late, and fell asleep. I was awoken by them being even more rowdy to the point of bashing into the wall and moving my bed. Based on what i heard from their fighting/laughing that had gone on at least from 11pm-230am, I felt that asking them to stop would have endangered my safety. The clerk said there was really nothing they could do but issue a noise complaint that really didn't come with consequences. The bathroom in my room didn't seem like it had really been cleaned, just staged (hair on the toilet seat) and the microwave had a strong food smell and a broken handle. The tv wasn't connected to the cable box so it just flashed "not connected." I left the property at 230am and drove home until 6am on the adrenaline that i had from staying here.

The property is very conveniently located to visit all the neighboring and local sites. The places does need to be renovated. I have stayed here off and on for years and some of the rooms have been a little rougher than others. On a good note the staff has always addressed any concerns if I had any.

Overall nice place

Our room was filthy. There were burns through the curtains and stains everywhere. After turning down the sheets and seeing a BLOOD STAIN on the mattress cover we laid our own blankets on top of the provided bedding and slept on top of everything. Everything about the room needed renovated. Drywall patches that were unfinished, huge scrapes out of the linoleum. Trash piles outside of the window. Not a good stay at all.

The staff was great and even held my bike in reserve for me as I wanted to be a tourist after camping in the area for several days. Would definitely return

The beds were comfortable and room clean. We only wish they had a daily service for the room to at least empty garbage because the cans are so small.

The room was clean. Bed was horrible. Springs were so loud every time you moved. There was only 2 flat pillows on the bed and we had to ask for more. They dont allow you to take breakfast back to your room. It has to stay in the kitchen area. You pay a pretty penny for very few frills.

This is a very dirty property and should not be open for business. We were not able to stay there and had to request a full refund

It was a good 7 night stay. Not luxury but I didn't pay for luxury. Clean and mostly quiet. Breakfast should run until 10 am and bed was uncomfortable. Need hand held shower heads.

No batteries in the remote control. Cigarette holes in the blankets. Internet connection wasn’t good. Hot was cold and cold was hot in the shower. Let’s just say in the morning my kids were ready to go home. I wasn’t pleased with this stay what so ever wouldn’t come back again .

Staff was friendly and attentive, but the room was very run down, smelled weird, couldn’t get the ac to work, pillows were crap and no extras available. Tv remote was missing, and most of the buttons didn’t work on the one brought by staff. Looking out the window there were pallets thrown and the area was unsightly. Bathroom floor had paint spilled all over, but the shower head was great!

It’s a very good economy hotel. Was very quiet despite being at full vacancy. All amenities were good.

I've stayed in Super 8's in Montana and Wyoming which were impeccable compared to this one. I was hoping for the same consistency and quality. However, I was very disappointed with what we had...The bed's were ROCK HARD! I did not get a wink of sleep. I could hear EVERYONE in the lobby above my room which kept me up all night and morning as well. The bathroom was not clean, there was a couple hairs and gross stains on the counter. The hair dryer also did not work. I'm very displeased witht his hotel and will not be staying here again.

We were on a business trip. The hotel room was fully functional. A/C and fridge worked great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and expected. Thanks to the staff

We appreciated the comfortable bed! The linens seemed very clean, but the overall feeling here was seedy. Our room smelled clean but the toilet literally had a scum ring. Something just felt off, but we were able to rest without issue.

I paid more for Super 8 with breakfast. The breakfast is lacking in options. The waffle batter was not working, when I tell the front desk staff he was not happy or apologetic. The breakfast counter was dirty with food scrap and syrup. Never going back.

Bed bugs room 113 husband got arm eatin in the night. Woke up with infestation in our bed. Staff unfriendly, rude no compensation, and unwilling to lesson only offered another night 50% off. No thank you.

I have to say at least the hotel is trying by replacing all matresses. The room was decently clean, but overall the whole place just looked and felt gross. It gave me unclean vibes...from the people hanging out around the hotel, to the mattresses stacked outside of the hotel, (making me wonder if there was some sort of bug problem, which i did check out matresses and furniture thoroughly before sleeping there.) However, i would have not stayed there had i been able to see it in person and it hadnt been so late and we were simply too tired to keep driving. The service attendant was friendly...sort of...nice to is, but didnt seem to like his job too much and the woman working the desk in the morning, never said a word to us. Overall, we just wanted to get out of there. One plus? It was cheap to stay there in comparison to other places. We didnt need any place fancy, just a place to crash for the night...it was just a bit unsettling, but hey...you cant expect much for a $108 dollars a night in Washington state!

This facility is the worst place I have ever stayed. They refused to clean the room, make the bed or replace the linens. Someone knocked on my door at 1am and the staff was nowhere to be found. The room smelled like cigarettes. Do not stay here if you want any type of quality experience.

The room was big and there was convenient restaurants to eat at. But anyone with mobility problems the entrance is at a slope and there are stairs everywhere. Yes if you have a wheelchair they have a ramp but if you walk with a cane it is terrible. They are painting and making it look more modern in color but our bathroom had dead bugs and ants. This is not what i usually find with expedia.

The hotel is run down and dirty, all you can smell is the pine sol, the lady at the front desk was super nice. I have to agree with another review I read after my stay..... Always read the reviews 1st!! It truly is more of an extended stay/homeless shelter than a hotel. The secure doors were propped open and that was concerning, considering the location of the hotel. We had ants all over the sinks and counters. Bathroom was dirty and in need of some deep cleaning. We didn't shower there we just didn't feel comfortable enough. The room we had was very spacious and had a mini fridge & microwave. Breakfast was decent and a nice variety of options, coffee in the lobby was available that was nice. If you eat at Denny's or Dairy Queen you got a 10% discount. Won't stay there again wasn't a horrible experience but wasn't a great experience either deep cleaning of the entire property and some upgrades would go a long way.

The front desk person both at check in and check out were polite and friendly. We stayed in room 326. What we didn't like was the dirty bathroom. The toilet bowl had a dirty ring. The bathroom floor did not apprea it had been swept and mopped. Also the top of the shower had mold spots. And one of the bath towels had dirty smudges.

The facilities smelled, there was water in the tub, the desk had food stuck to it.

They didn’t have a handicap room available for my wheelchair bound grandmother my price on Hotels.com was not the price of the actual stay. The actual stay was over $100 more expensive. I requested joining rooms. We were across the hall from each other and that was a challenge for them. Sadly both rooms rented had a horrible mold/mildew smell, both rooms were very dingy and grimy. One room had a broken towel rack burnt out lightbulb two different brightness bulbs in one lamp. TV was difficult to operate bathroom cleanliness was very questionable floors and surfaces were dirty/sticky stuff under furniture like wrappers and food crumbs. Holes in blackout curtains. Night audit employee smoking pot in the lobby Continental breakfast items Limited enough waffle batter for three waffles no more three yogurts in the fridge, black and brown bananas dry bread for toast. Overall stay was very disappointing embarrassing that I chose that location over a couple other hotels that were comparable and price. I do believe this will be my last stay at a super eight.

The affordability for a room a an great option for little getaways from work and it is not to far to grab food.

We checked in, reserving 1 King bed at a pet friendly facility. While checking in after paying, I'm told there's an extra $20 charge for our dog and our room has 2 queen beds. We've been traveling all day so we took it, but weren't happy. We get in our room, shower get settled, and find some red splatter on the wall and floor and something on the hairdryer and the remote feels like it's been in a million grimey hands and never cleaned. We take note of all these things but try to ignore them and just get some sleep but we hear every door slam, kids screaming, dogs barking, something slams on wall in adjoining near our bed and running around in the room above us. Tried to add photos but the app wouldn't let me.

No elevator in a 3 story building is certainly a choice. They also need to revisit their selection of cleaning products, particularly the degreaser they use on the floor. The constantly sticky floor was off-putting to walk on, and they just add more and more cleaning agents to the mix, so the hallways smelled ... off. Beyond that, it was a nice hotel in a convenient area. Oh, and the dryer sucked. Cost me $3 for vaguely warm clothing that wasn't even slightly dry, so we had to spread everything out in the room to dry overnight, to avoid having to go get another $3 in quarters for another try. Shockingly expensive for simple washers and dryers in a hotel, and annoying in that there's no change machine in the laundry room.

When i looked for a dropped item, i found the floor had never been cleaned - toenails with other debris under the bed, and a rib bone, hopefully not human under the chair cushion. No one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels during the 4 night stay

Checking-in was way too long. Clerk had her kids there, so they were a distraction. First night, 1:07 am some male came to our door and woke us up. He said we had to go pay $20 for our dog and he was barking and disturbing guests on 1st floor. First, I DID tell the clerk that I had my SERVICE DOG. I ALWAYS do this. Second, my dog WAS NOT barking. I know because he was sleeping between my wife and I until the knock came, and even then he only barked maybe 2 times. Again, he is a service dog, trained, plus if he was barking, we wouldn't have been sleeping. He is a German shepherd mix, his barks are very loud, and he isn't a barking dog.

I’ve stayed in super 8s before, so I know what quality they usually are. This one takes the cake for worst experience by far. This room felt very dirty. The top blankets had stains on them, and the floor just felt and looked very dirty. To make matters worse, the alarm clock went off at midnight! And then again at 12:15 when we shut it off. The blow dryer had broken pieces and sounded like a chain saw when I used it. I would never recommend this hotel again.

When I checked in there was an overwhelming chemical smell in the lobby. Once I got to my room and saw the shabby & appalling condition of it, I took my suitcase back to the car, found a room elsewhere, then went back to the front desk and told them I could not stay there and wanted my money back. I was told I had to go through Expedia to do so. I am NOT happy!

The worst place I have ever stayed in and let me tell you I have stayed in a lot of hotels and motels and this was by the worst one ever keep getting complaints about that which we didn’t even have a dog the neighbor down the hall had a dog that was barking all type of times of the day and then complaining about. My kids just nonstop complains that they kept coming to us about that were not even necessary at all. The management here was very rude and disrespectful. A rehire recommend if you have kids to not come here if you are traveling for work, or with family, do not stay here they are just so mean they live people who use drugs do whatever they want here but if you are a good family person, then they’ll treat you terrible I will never come back to this place, displays deserves to get shut down

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. Several customers ahead of us had complaints of dirty rooms. Ours was ok but definitely not well cleaned. You could feel the springs in the mattress. For a king bed we got 2 small pillows and the neighborhood was pretty sketchy.
