It was ok ...the mattress was very thin and old...it was ok for 1 night stay but would never stay longer then that

The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. There was coffee in the morning, but not even any kind of granola bars let alone a muffin or yogurt or anything. I guess if you count the coffee creamer they had milk available. I don't have issues staying at places without these amenities - but I DO have an issue with places advertising these amenities and not providing them. Place was pretty clean, if a tiny bit musty smelling. Parking was good, night staff was super nice. Honestly if the place was advertised as it is (no pool, no breakfast), it'd be solid 4s and 5s across the board. Night

It was just okay. The room wasn’t the cleanest but the ac worked great and the water was hot. The pool was closed which wasn’t a problem. All in all for a cheap hotel it’s about what you would expect.

There was blood on the curtains. Cigarette holes on the comforter. Bathroom full of mold. Staff was not helpful. I had to leave after a few hours and book a different hotel. Never received a refund after providing photos to the booking agent and hotel manager

Well the first room the frezzer was stuck closed and the ac didn’t ever kick on. So they moved me. The second room was better but when I turned on the water I heard a loud banging noises. The bed was comfortable though I will give them that.

The only breakfast that I saw was a small table with coffe next to the check in desk. The facilities look like is time for an upgrade. The hotel looks run down, it appears that is use for temporary housing, swiming pool was dirty, the green areas look like a minefield of dogs etcrement. I stayed in Days Inn before and this is the first one in this condition. The location near to I-95 is great, but the hotel need some love and care, I might give this hotel one star.

When booking it said nothing about the ice machine being broken, the pool being closed, and no hotel cleaning staff on the weekends. I didn’t even stay in my room, I booked another hotel, because I did not feel very safe. There were people walking past my door and windows multiple times and being loud, and the seal on the bottom part of the door was old and letting light in, because it had eroded and it didn’t seal the door properly. There were stains on the comforter and the sheets and the bathroom door didn’t even shut properly. People were knocking on the door next to mine and it sounded like they were knocking on my room door. I felt very uncomfortable and easy. I would not suggest this place if you are a solo traveler, or a woman. I did not feel safe in this area and I’m glad I was able to go somewhere else. There is also a no refund policy, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I can deal with no pool or ice machine, obviously, but I would like for my room door to lock properly and for my bed to be clean, without random brown stains. I would like my money back but I never asked because I knew it would not be possible, but I would not recommend this place.

The floor was "swepted" but was not clean. I thought the bathroom doorknob was on backwards, but then I realized the door was removed and rehung upside down. The pillows were very thin. THE shower was good, very generous with the hot water, the a/c worked well and the staff was nice. Overall, I really wasn't impressed.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The check-in was terrible. The room wasn't that great! The couch cushions were torn and falling apart. You were only allowed 2 towels, no matter how many people were in the room. The pool and ice machine are both broken.

Lots of people roaming the parking lot at all times. Multiple homeless people asking for money with signs or in person. Tv doesn't work. Smelled poorly. Would never stay there again. Not a safe environment.

Didn't have any issues checking in. The room was clean, but the AC didn't work. That wasn't that big of a deal only because it wasn't too hot or cold outside.

No breakfast other than a granola bar, didn’t see coffee. I’m surprised Wyndham would want their name associated with this Days Inn! Was not even worth the $71 I had to pay!

The whole property was filthy. Our room was disgusting! The sheets on the pullout couch looked like they hadn't been changed in year. We booked for six people. They only gave us two towels and four pillows and would not give us any more. I would not recommend this location! i requested a refund and went elsewhere.

For a cheap overnight, it's fine. Iron and board, hair dyer, fridge with a separate freezer to refreeze cold packs, large screen TV, comfortable king bed, Starbucks and a diner on the other side of the parking lot for morning comfort. If you need to unload things from the car, that's very easy as the car is right outside your door on first floor rooms. harsh stark lighting with cheap neon or LED bulbs. no tissues. no hot water for tea. didn't bother looking at the breakfast, No drain plug for the tub, tiny bar of soap with small tube of shampoo/conditioner...be sure to have your own. cold floors...no carpet...probably this way so it's easy to clean, but not sure the last time it was washed.

Had a few restaurants you could choose from to eat at. It was loud between traffic, dogs barking, and people above us who sounded like they were beating something up above us. No extra towels or rags, wasn’t cleaned before arrival, food left in refrigerator and turned off, bed liens were dirty with hair all over them and stained up the floor was sandy and dirty. The free breakfast was coffee and a granola bar when I got up there at 6:45 am.

Thor had to be forced open. No towels available for multiple night stays and multiple people. Staff was very un helpful with needing a refund because of having to cut the trip short. Ask for a refund for the last night and they said that it could take up the 72 hours I waited the 72 hours and it was never returned.

Seems like they're having homeless and transients stay there. People sitting outside their rooms watching people check in and unload their cars. People wandering around all hours of the night. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. That whole I95 corridor is sketchy.

We went to our room and put our stuff down. I got in the room and began folding out the fold out couch for my child. I noticed it was torn, ripped and dirty couch covers. We made the bed with the provided covers and went to brush out teeth. The counter had unknown crumbs and gunk on the counter top. The bathroom door had something black all down it. It was late and we did stay the first night. The bed was pretty lumpy but we were going to get some rest the best we could. As we laid down, the neighbor, were apparently very intoxicated. We know this because the lady was right outside of our room door, yelling "I am so drunk" several times throughout the night. The toddler that was outside the door with her might have been too. I couldn't make out what the child was yelling. We woke up around 6am because it was a terrible night. We decided to check out and not stay the rest of the weekend. No refund was offered for the 3 night reservation that we stayed for 9 hours of. Zero stars

When I got there, the girl behind the counter said you can cancel. If you like we have no pool. We have no ice machines working in the hotel and breakfast consisted of granola bar and coffee no water pressure and no cold water in sink. It was not a 7.2 rate

The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that I met a new employee named Jessica and she was very nice the hotel don't have a pool anymore they don't have any ice machine anymore for the last 6 months the owner has been saying he's going to fix the ice machine I rebooked my reservation again for this month and got to the Days Inn in Brunswick no ice machine again and was forced to pay for ice every single day out of pocket so that sucked, and found a roach in my room around my food and I do have pictures.

The room was nasty, from shower to floors while showering the smell of sulfar from the water. If it was not 100 degrees and had been sweating all day, honestly would have akipped it. It was the fastest shower in history.. The bed was very uncomfortable felt like i was sleeping on a hill, as you were rolling to one side( old mattress). Pillows had no support they were like mush. Overpriced for what was given.

The property was dirty , the pool was dirty and not open. I called the week before and was told it was open. With grandkids we could have used the pool.

The property was just wore out. Way pass due for a renovation. The pics totally misrepresented the place. Shame on me for staying there. The lady at check in was nice. Parking was limited. I now know not to trust reviews.

Check in was great, but the lady in day shift that wears the mask is very rude. Our room was nice, but we did see roaches. There is no free breakfast, only coffee, and we could not get that bc the coffee maker was broken. Room service only cleans the rooms at check out. They do not even exchange towels or linens unless you take them to the front desk. That's utterly ridiculous.

We arrived at 4:30 AM for check-in, but lobby was closed. There was a sign saying someone would be in office at 6, but they didn’t arrive until 6:30 AM. She was rude and acted like it was my fault that I didn’t know their lobby was closed at night. This information needs to be included in booking detail. We took a short 3 hour nap and checked out. Drug users/homeless people surrounded the hotel and neighborhood. Not a good place to stay. Actually a bad place to stay.

Arrived late at night, nobody there at the front counter. Pretty sure I saw the front staff associate leaving the property on a scooter when I arrived. Walked up to the counter to see that there was a sign saying no more guest accepted tonight. Had to end up going and finding another hotel.

The pool wasn't open and breakfast was coffee and granola. Also, there was a shooting less than a mile from the motel the day before we were supposed to check in so we booked a room somewhere else!

The ice machine was broken, so there was no ice bucket and no plastic glasses in the room. No in-room coffee. Room was basic but clean. The warmth and cheerfulness of the staff made up for it, and the price was right.

Just getting tired of these motel owners padding their own reviews to make their property look like something better than it really is. It's extremely deceptive and when you get there and check in you find out it doesn't look anything like it looks in the pictures

The customer service was great, first room assigned wasn't cleaned. We were moved to another room and that room as well was poorly done. There was roaches and trash on floor.

My flight was delayed so I came in quite late at night, but the staff was very understanding and kind about the situation. Yet that being said, my bed sheets had stains, the bathroom tub and sink had a foul smell. Very minimal amenities; staff were nice but I would not recommend the place itself.

The pictures on the website did not match what the room actually looked like.

It took forever to get checked in. The room was very dirty. The sheets on the pull out sofa was disgusting and we found someones nail polish in the bed. We had one wash cloth, one hand towel and two bath towels for five people. One small trash can. No usb plugs. One accessible electric outlet. One lamp was inoperable. All in all, i get that it waa a $90 room...but come on.

We needed a place to stop & sleep while on a road trip, and this was conveniently located and relatively inexpensive. In that sense, Days Inn delivered. But the place is old & delapidated, and I was glad to check out in the morning.You get what you pay for.

I don't want to knock the place. The price was right. Our strategy was that we weren't staying there to stay in; we were staying there to lock the door and go to sleep. It was clean. I didn't see any towels. Fortunately, I brought my own. But the beds were clean, the floors were clean and I had zero problems with the plumbing. The TV worked. The channel selection was fine. One beef, and it's a petty one, is that "breakfast" was a granola bar. But for the price, I'd do it again because a bed is a bed and the place was clean.

I sent you an email about this. We entered the room, and it smelled damp, the sheets were dirty, and there were other people’s hair on them. We returned to the reception and asked to change the room to a cleaner one or to change the sheets. They changed our room. We entered the new room to sleep, but the bedding was also very dirty. We couldn’t spend the night there and ended up sleeping in our car. I asked the receptionist to refund my payment because it was impossible to sleep in these conditions. She told me to contact you. I wrote you an email asking you to take action regarding the hotel and to refund my money.

We we're evacuating from the hurricane so found a non smoking room here. When we arrived there was cigarette butts on the night stand so it was obvious the room was not cleaned. Minutes later found roaches crawling all over the walls i killed them and tried to get some sleep and woke up to roaches crawling on my arm, so needless to say we slept in the truck. I brought it to the hotels attention the next morning and expedia and did not receive a refund for the 3 nights we were supposed to stay there and not even for the nights we didn't even sleep in the truck in there parking lot. Horrible customer service on both parts the hotel and expedia!!!!

I wanted to have a bath and was told that all rooms have bathtubs. My room only had a shower. Large space under the door made me feel unsafe from critters. Had roaches.

This is a very old hotel that is not maintained well.

Check in was top notch then it all went downhill. Dirty room with dirt on the floor and hair on bathroom floor. No Kleenex we ask they said they were waiting for a shipment. No cups or coffee in the room for the coffee maker. This location hurts your company reputation.

The lady at the front desk was nice. Everything after that was not up to par. The parking lot where my room was had abandoned vehicles in it, the walkway leading to the room was full of trash. Lastly the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and the light didn’t work.

I like that there were many restaurants close by to walk to. The last thing I want to do is get back in the car to go out.

You could tell the sheets and all that were not clean.The entire place smelled my pot , i went back to ask for a refund he refused ( this was now a guy with long hair HE WAS SO RUDE ) . The place is so rundown theres people who are homeless walking around in the parking lot we did not feel safe at all there , its the type of place where you definitely could get your vehicle stolen from.The whole place is soo rundown some of the room doors were open nobody was in them. The door you could tell had already been broken into. it was definitely not worth the money. I took that loss because i noticed the guy wasn't going to refund me , we just left and headed home. I should’ve read the reviews do not make the same mistake i did. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else this is definitely not a place you want to stay at.

If we ever have to go back to Brunswick Georgia this is where we'll stay. The restaurant in the front was amazing their staff was friendly I'll definitely recommend going to Sunrise Cafe.

The lady at the front was very sweet during check-in. I wish I got her name. She was so kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Some parts of the building looked like it could use some work. There were a lot of guests hanging outside. One was cooking on the bed of his truck and a few were hanging around drinking beer. Another guest had his desk chair outside on the balcony while smoking. It seemed like maybe they lived there or rented by the week. I felt a little nervous but ultimately no one bothered us. The landscaping could use a little work. Other than that it was a good visit and a good price. We would probably stay here again if we are in the area.

First impression was nervous with the homeless population in the parking spaces. Front desk clerk chased a guy out for getting ice. Room had a very strong odor of Marijuana and is dated. The hotel has a sign at the front desk sorry the pool is closed.
