The hotel was closed!

In all my years of travelling. this was a first. Check in was at 4pm and I turned up at 3.15. Hotel was all locked up and nobody there. No big deal as I was early. 4.30 came around and still all locked up and nobody there. They still took my money though but is now being refunded. Had to book another hotel for the night. Do yourself a favour and miss this one out. Should be dropped from all hotel platforms.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This hotel is no longer in business, but Hotels.com took my money & is refusing to refund because they “can’t get ahold of the property.” You don’t say? I arrived and there was no one on site, not a single car. Main entrance door was broken, had plywood & a large chain around it. Other windows were duct taped/boarded up. Outside of that, it was not a good area of town either. DO NOT BOOK HERE & certainly do not pay up front. Ridiculous. I feel scammed by this property & Hotels.com!

Staff was nice but wasn’t super clean & not in a great part of town. Very bright lights outside were on all night & only sheer shades were able to close all the way.

From everything I saw, this place has closed down and is occupied by squatters. I called the company number and got nothing. This place should be delisted.

This motel is closed and has been for more than two months.(said a local couple). It needs to be taken off Expedia immediately. Doors are locked up and chained shut the places in dismal condition. Do not book a room here!!!!

The property is in bad condition. Bed was dirty, TV not working, safe not working. And it is very noisy place. The entry door had a lot of gaps so light was coming thru. Parking lots are dirty. I will not recommend this.

The rooms were beautiful

Stayed at this property for half a night, having to leave in the middle of the night due to constant banging and shouting, cars starting up and shining lights into our room, people walking by the room throughout the night, and even seeing a fire truck pull up outside our room with all of the lights at one point. Even after our neighbors loudly sped away in their truck at 3:30am, we continued to hearing incessant banging as if people were rearranging furniture throughout the night despite seeing no cars parked anywhere near our room. It was bizarre. When we left in the middle of the night, we only noticed 4-5 cars parked outside but many hotel rooms with lights on which was strange. Having said this, the staff member at the front desk was very nice and the room was very clean, but this could not make up for a night of barely any sleep forcing us to leave early. Needless to say, this was the worst hotel we’ve ever been to and my wife and I are avid travelers having stayed at many different hotels.

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that there was NO hot water. Oher than that, it was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently right off the highway.

The beds were so comfortable and inviting. Water pressure and temperature was great. Front desk personnel worked hard to retrieve our hotel.com reservation.

Clean rooms but located behind the gas station and it's too noisy. Receptionist wasn't friendly at all and showed up at 11:05 am. Before that time office was closed and i wasn't able to do check out....

The front counter woman was amazing she even went out her way to text me to update me on a room.

First was the room was cancelled prior arrival, then have $200 deposit and didn't say anywhere on the web page, then finally was able to go to the room and the smell of cigarette or something similar was not nice at all, didn't even take a shower in the bathroom and on top of all the AC unit was very noisy barely was able to sleep, the one good thing was the bed was confy and clean.

You overbooked and didn’t give me a room!!!

When we first arrived they said they didn’t have my reservation nor a room for me even though was prepaid through Expedia. She said they were all full and had no rooms available. As I was trying to call Expedia she suddenly said she found me and had a cancellation of a room we could now have. When we first walked into the room there was a cockroach. There are kids loudly playing right outside our door. 5 kids and no adults. I could hear them until after 10pm. I was exhausted and just waited to Siri but couldn’t. Ended up killing 8 cockroaches by the time I hesitantly turn lights out. I’m furious and disgusted. After a fitful nights sleep we were woken up by kids playing loudly again, right outside our door, just before 7am. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Sorry but didn't feel comfortable or safe. Room was clean, ac worked, tv worked and right off interstate, and really cheap.

No drinking water in the facility makes it very inconvinent. They should let customer know beforehand.

I was very surprised how nice the room actually was, very clean, modern. Would definitely stay there again!

blood and urine stained toilet seat; paper thin walls and creaking floors; you can hear every step in neighboring rooms; someone banged on my door repeatedly around midnight but I was afraid to investigate

The linens were clean and the room had recently been painted and redone, however the subflooring had substantial sag and in one spot if I had put a lot of weight it could have broken through. It was very noisy in the lot every night. The door was warped and had a 2 inch gap at the bottom that let in even more sound and the smell of weed.

A little disappointed with this room. The bed was uncomfortable but the room was clean

Cigarette burn stains on the counter, missing the other half of shower door so water gets everywhere, neighbors stay up late and are noisy and have randoms parking in my spot making it inconvenient, and one of the staff member was rude to me and they wont answer for nothing I’ve been calling for 3 days now wondering when my 50$ deposit will go back into my account it’s been 5 days already and can’t get anyone on the phone to find out

Property is dated but very well kept.

There weren’t enough outlets for charging cell phones. The shelf on the nightstand by the bed covered up the bottom plug-in and you had to unplug the lamp to plug up a charger. Someone was visiting people in a room about two doors down and talked loudly outside their room. There were plenty of rooms so I wondered why guests were assigned rooms so close together anyway. The best thing about our stay was the desk clerk. She went out of her way to be accommodating.

Noisy, people next doot watching tv very loud till 3 in the morning.

Staff was wonderful. Updated rooms were nicely done. Only complaint was pillows were uncomfortable.

Nice rooms for the price

The door couldnt be locked from the inside. And there was no extra security lock. Bathroom didnt have a full sliding glass door. Whomever designed that wasnt thinking. And the bathtub knobs need replacing.

First room the TV did not work. The second room smelled of stale smoke

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms have been renovated with an eye to style. The furniture isn't top quality, but it's attractive and you're not paying for pricery nighttables. Front desk service was friendly yet efficient. We will definitely stop here again.

Very nice lady at check in, but property needs some guidance- no glasses in rooms, no ice availability. Room was clean, but surrounding area is sketchy.

A lovely little motel with nice rooms, very clean, room was large and nicely appointed, beds were very comfortable. Location was very convenient and staff very courteous and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

No coffee no drinking glasses no body in office in morning

The first room I was given was not clean from a previous occupant. The next room was clean but the following morning when I went to take a shower the cold faucet didn’t work. It just spun and spun… It was too early in the morning to complain so I just left. No shower. The KFC drive through is pointed at the hotel too so enjoy trying to sleep listening to people ordering chicken and their headlights in the window. For 80 bucks I coulda got a motel 6 with change enough to have KFC. I will next time.

Everything was clean and looked new inside. The bed and pillows was very comfortable but it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The neighborhood is not so good at night. Plenty of food and coffee places walking distance.

No frills, but clean and beds were comfy. Great place for a quick stop to rest from driving. Staff was great as well

Nice place to stay.

Stayed here for work assignment in Brunswick, great place to stay. It is budget friendly, great staff and lots of eating options nearby.

Bed was just HORRIBLE SO UNCOMFORTABLE.

Cons: no coffee options available on site. Door was hard to close and open. No staff present for checkout. Lobby door was locked. On 3rd attempt housekeeping arrived and opened lobby for us.

Overall room looked amazing ! However, the area, and the noise wasn’t soothing.

Thought pool would be open as saw picture of pool on line.We stayed in handicapped room which was overall nice. Some issue with toilet and TV size of screen too large. Beautiful roomy shower and bed great. One suggestion to have ice machine maybe in future as they are upgrading all the rooms.

Old one story motel recently renovated clean but nothing special for the price couldn't believe it had such high ratings

This room was the cleanest room we've been into in a very long time.(We used to work for a resort &hotels years ago so we know how things should be when it comes to cleanliness of a room)..Although we always clean any room that we check into before bringing our belongings in,we were pleasantly surprised in the cleanliness of the room along with the simple amenities provided and it's just a simple hotel offering a clean comfortable place to stay. The pictures on the website are what you get when you check in too...Kudos

Very clean like I read in reviews. Was afraid it would be loud but surprisingly quiet! Would recommend if you just need simple and clean.

Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay. The value is great for a very basic clean place to recover from a long trip or spend a few days seeing the sights.

Omg I was soooo impressed on how clean and spotless everything was I’ll definitely be going back and referred all my family and friends love everything about it the stuff was super nice love love loved it 10 out of 10 🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏👏❤️❤️
