    awful! I went back to the front desk and told them I couldn’t stay in that room because of the smell. So, he asked if I had pets with me and I said no. I was transferred to a nicer room that was pleasant. Remember it isn’t the Taj Mahal🤗But nice for the price and with no frills. It is a safe place to stay👍

    The room smelled awful i got dick. The first room The air conditioner didn't work. No blow dryer, no iron, no coffee maker and no breakfast like advertised. When I came out of the bathroom the was a giant cockroach crawling on the floor. When we got home there where some in my luggage. Stay away from this place worst hotel I ever stayed at.

    Parking was easy, really close to cracker barrel, I thought the room was really good for the price. The only concern was that we weren't able to close the restroom door. For us guys it wasn't a biggie, staff was great. AC was nice and cold for us as well as we set it that way. I would stay here again.

    Upon arrival to check-in, the key card did not work, or so it seemed; the Front Desk was informed of the concern, and this was immediately addressed. The door required maintenance, and was rectified timely, Thereafter, my check-in was seamless. Thank you for the opportunity to complete this survey.

    Nothing We were given a concrete walled room that resembled a prison cell, nothing like the pictures!! There was hair in the shower and bathroom floor, long black hair. The halls carpet is just filthy and they were price gouging because of wildfires in Georgia there were alot of people displaced and most hotels in the area were full. I know this because I looked them up and normally they charge no where near what they charged us but I was NOT staying here. I will say positively that the man working gave us our money back and we immediately walked out of there. people were all over outside of the motel drinking and partying on the backs of their trucks as well. No thanks

    The laminate flooring was coming up all over which could cause tripping or hurting bare feet. We asked for a refund; the status of the room made it unusable and it should not have been rented out for use.

    This place was okay. There was hair on the toilet when i got there but i always clean and sanitize before i do anything. Everything was fairly decent.. except i had to keep lowering the air.. eventually it was almost at 60 to keep it cool. The worst part was the bed. I think i slept on a box spring, not a mattress. All u could hear is the springs when u move. Not very comfortable but i survived. It was an emergency situation so i did what i had to do.

    Body fluids outside the door. Dirty towels with hair. Run away from this property! Not safe at all for families, and we left immediately after seeing. This is my second review I have posted on my entire life. That’s how bad it is. Expedia refused to address this location and when I told them of the hazards they told me that there’s nothing they can do. Even though this property 100% falsely advertised the room.

    Nothing We didn't end up staying at this hotel. The room stunk and had dried blood on the floor. When we went to our car to go to the office another guest was staring inside our car and quickly ran back into the hotel when he saw us. We went to the front to tell the clerk about the room and he looked like he wasn't surprised. I stated that i would just like a refund The other man behind counter said it wasn't a problem. He seemed to be the manager. He then said he sent it back to booking.com and I had to contact them. 4 days later and I have yet to receive a refund and the hotel isn't responding back to booking.com or myself.

    Wow we did not stay. Took one look at the rooms and left. Rooms had an awful smell. Towels at a glance were dirty and overall the property was run down. Staff was nice and accommodating but they can’t fix this!

    I stay here everytime im in Brunswick. Excellent rate and early check in. Floor wasnt very clean when i checked in, but i was able to get into my room earlier than normal so i wont complain too much. Ill definitely be back!

    Absolutely nothing Everything. Watched a drug deal in the parking lot. Cops were everywhere. Room did not look like the pictures online. We did NOT have a key for our room. We were told to stay in the room for 1-2 hours and they would change the room after that time had passed. We were also told if we needed to leave during that timeframe, we would have to go to the front desk to ask to be let back into the room. We ultimately left and were told we would be refunded. That has yet to happen…5 days later.

    Bathroom was gross, toliet seat wasn't even attached to the toliet. No screws, the toliet on the outside was nasty. Shower was gross. Someone elses hair in it. Acne patches on the shower wall. Beds, the sheets. Comforter had cigarettes holes. No elevator, we asked if we could get a 1st floor room he said they were full. You had to take the stairs. Hallway smelled like Marijuana you could smell it all night. Weve stayed in ALOT of Red Roofs this one was absolutely horrible. If we had not of been exhausted from driving and working we would have left.

    I liked they had free ice. But every hotel does so that was bare min The air conditioning never cooled the room. We sweat the entire time we were in the room. The rooms were disgustingly cleaned.     Easy to check in and out I was with my dog and was put between two other occupied rooms even though there were plenty of empty rooms elsewhere on the floor. Made for a very early morning when the room next door woke up at 6 and my dog could hear every sound from the other rooms and could not relax. Room also smelled musty and the shower was stained and not so nice looking.

    Parking is good. Guy at the front desk was nice but one of the dingiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Will not be coming back there was an odor and the place was just so dirty and gross. Housekeeping was knocking on my door way too early on my check out day for that hotel to be in the shambles it was in.

    My room was very clean and accommodating for me. I didn’t expect the Taj Mahal … microwave, fridge and hot a shower and the price was just right👍The parking lot was well lit but I am cold natured and AC worked fine. I turned the heat all the way up and smelted like was burning. I combated that with some air freshener that brought with me. I think the filter needed to be changed. Other than that it was 👍

    The sheets to the bed were not clean, the bathroom was dirty as hell, there was dust and stains everywhere in the bedroom. Hair follicles was on the table. The towels and rags were stained and used as if they re-washed it. It wasn’t brand new and the smell, in this facility is deplorable Mixture of cigarettes, weed and other tobacco products illuminated the building. I will never return nor would I recommend anyone to book here.

    The room itself showed excessive wear on its flooring, bathroom walls and sink. I paid for two nights. When leaving the first morning, I spoke with the maids that were cleaning the room directly across from mine, telling them I would be gone for the day and they could replace the towels and make the bed at their convenience. Upon returning, nothing had been cleaned or replaced, I called the front desk, and the clerk told me that "they don't always make the beds, and if I brought my used towels to the desk he could give me fresh ones. I won't return to this hotel.

    Room was dirty went to let the front know. We were put in another room still dirty. We were gonna just stay because it was 1am and we have a 2 year old. Until we pulled back the sheets on bed 1 there was hair all on the sheets. Pulled back bed 2 and there was dirt all in the bed. Went back to the front to let him know he was angry because we couldn’t stay in the nasty rooms and had an attitude because he said he had to clean the bathrooms in both rooms. We don’t know why he was concerned for the bathrooms when both rooms needed deep cleaning.

    Walked into room, had moldy smell, toilet was clogged and water on bathroom floor. Towels stained. We had to plunge the toilet ourselves and when that didnt work we we told to snake it ourselves, we also had to take out our own trash to the dumpster. Was not offered reimbursement or anything.

    You get what you pay for. The pictures are misleading! Lipstick on a pig. The tile wood-look floors were peeling. Windows were broken and dirty with cobb webs everywhere. Bathroom mirror still had toothpaste stains, shower floor was stained, NO ELEVATOR, no mirror outside the bathroom, my bedspread had a handprint weirdly superimposed on it. (I have pictures) The towels are cheap, thin, and worn. The hallway carpet was dingy, smelled like mold, and the A/C in the hallway was not working well. I've stayed at many Red Roof Inns and this one was nothing like any of the others. I was terribly disappointed but I shouldn't have expected too much given what I paid.

    Don’t stay here. The room was filthy (mud on the wall that hadn’t been wiped off) and the hallway and room smelled like dog - worse than any kennel I’ve been in. Black mold in the bathroom. One man’s toilet was backed up and they handed him a plunger. Worst Red Roof Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The only good thing was the location.

    It looked pretty okay from the outside. Reception was pretty quiet, it had a distinct smell. The room was terrible, with cigarette burns on the sheets and the air conditioning was broken. When I went to ask for a different room, they said they were fully booked. The receptionist then told me to just put a blanket over the cigarette burns. He then offered me a full refund and we decided to stay elsewhere. Can't say I had the best experience here even.

    This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The bed had a stained spread on it and had two pillows on a queen size bed. It was thin and hard as were the pillows. It was like laying a blanket on the concrete floor to sleep with a folded jacket under your head. The floors seem to have been mopped with a dirty mop as my socks were black by the end of the night. There was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. There were hairs in the shower, sink, and even on the night stand between the beds.

    Our stay was only a one night stopover to rest while traveling. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. In anticipation of unclean accommodations I always travel with cleaning supplies and my own bedding and towels. I had to use them at this place. The surfaces I wiped down were filthy and the towels and sheets were so stained it was shocking to me. There was even a used toothbrush left in the bathroom. Our tv remote was broken so I had to return to the front desk to get a replacement. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and apologetic. I don’t think I would stay there again.

    Instead of the published one-night cancellation fee, confirmed by their desk staff when I called, my credit card was then immediately charged for all three nights. Despite four Expedia representatives contacting the Inn and working hard on this issue, Red Roof Brunswick continues to refuse to process the refund they promised. Horrible, unethical practice and customer service!

    I was attending a conference for a couple of days. I just wanted a place to stay overnight. The room was clean and no carpet🎉🎉🎉The property was well lit making me feel safe returning late at night by myself. The only thing I didn’t like was people smoking at the entrance of the building, other than that it was very nice.👍

    I didn't like anything they are not polite they're not cordial with their guest no service they don't understand anything we say I argued with her for hours for them to turn around and put me right back in a room like they were supposed to in the first place

    Rooms are always nice and clean, beds are super comfy and pets are always free!!! The only trouble i had was with my tv but it was taken care of quickly. Cracker barrel is right next door, so is starbucks....the price is always good!!!

    The hotel served for the price and the need (traveling home between hurricanes- needed rest) however hot water= cold (reversed handle meant I wasted water waiting for it to heat up), bathroom shower curtains and floor stained, TV remote difficult and a lack of channels (maybe 12?), and I am fairly sure I wasn’t given the room I requested (pay for a superior room with King and get a room with double beds). It also occurred to me that not having windows that can open meant I was in a fire-fish-bowl on the second floor. A bit unsettling for a single woman traveling.

    The front desk person was nice and efficient however the king room that I received was badly in need of a remodel. There were cracks in the walls, obvious touch-up paint everwhere and the laminate floor wss literally curling up everwhere. In addition, while the bedding was clean, the floors were filthy. I got off the road and needed a few hours sleep so I just dealt with the conditions.

    Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. TV was only 32 in and very poor picture quality. Remote even stopped working and I had to go to the front desk to exchange for another one. There was only a desk attached to the wall and an office chair. To eat and watch television, you would have to put the food on the bed. Although the air conditioner in the room worked excellent, air conditioners at the end of the hallway made a rumbling undulating noise that was very irritating. There were hairs left in the sink from a previous guest. The bed was comfortable for my 2-day stay

    We stayed in a pet friendly room. The first one I was given reeked of urine. The second one I was given reeked of urine and the window was leaking. The third one I was given reeked of urine. I gave up went to Walmart and got febreeze pet odor. It made it habitable temporarily but after a couple hours it was horrible again. It’s 2 days later and I just got home from work and my house smells like urine because the stench had permeated into my clothing and duffle bag material. I under pet friendly but this is insane. They need to incorporate bleach into their cleaning and not just the floors. I could see dried urine on the bathroom baseboard and walls. The desk attendant was very nice and helpful but this is something way beyond his control

    The staff has been really amazing with my wife and I, we came down at the last minute for my mom's emergency surgery and the gentleman have all been so helpful. I will be staying at this hotel again anytime we come back down to Brunswick Ga. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It's also handycap friendly on the 1st and 2 floor.
