It is a small and very affordable property. Convenient location and safe. The rooms are spacious, clean and in good working order. The AC kept the room very comfortable.
- 4/5
The bed was uncomfortable but I was able to get some sleep but could use new mattresses and pillows.
- 1/5
When I first got there I was having a hard time but that wasn’t on them more so on me but I was very irritated because I had graduation. What disturbed was check out when the hotel charge me 15 dollars for a dirty towel claiming it had stains in it and that the rules are you can’t have stains in the towels if washing my body is problem I’m never staying there again
- 5/5
Parking very convenient. Rooms where comfortable and temperature was good throughout the property.Have stayed here several times, always good experience. Next time in the area will stay there again.
- 5/5
Room was clean, area was safe, breakfast was limited, but OK since I brought my own food and use the microwave and refrigerator.
- 4/5
it was ok
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel, comfortable chairs, beds and atmosphere. Only thing I saw needing concern is there is no shelf in the shower for handy storage and the toilets are standard height, not chair height. Everyone was friendly, it was peaceful for relaxing and resting.
- 5/5
There was a slight misunderstanding during check in regarding my booking with a third party. However the issue was resolved and my stay was relaxing.
- 5/5
Very knowledgeable staff. Nice room and location. Great Dining areas and shopping.
- 1/5
Too much controversy checking in.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Comfy room
- 5/5
The staff (Tina) was very kind, helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to assist me with name change on reservation.
- 4/5
Great place to stay. The room was large and clean. The bathroom/shower were updated and very nice.
- 5/5
Room was great, staff was excellent- great customer service. Great stay!!
- 4/5
The Bryant Hometown Hotel is conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant and close to a Walmart. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Waffle maker would not release waffle. Coffee was weak. Yogurt, muffin, or oatmeal only options for food. Weak coffee, apple juice, or orange juice, or tea. The room was comfy but shows signs of wear.

Beware of this hotel. We stayed there recently from November 14-16, 2025. First of all, it appeared that we were the only people staying there. We selected this hotel because it was affordable, so I didn’t not complain about the 30 minute check/in process due to an inexperienced staff, the mold around the air condition unit, or the worn out thin towels and dingy sheets, or the stained comforter that we threw in the corner. I am complaining now because they charged me $10.95 for a make up stain on an already old dingy towel. And then the manager had the nerve to suggest that I should have left a tip for his housekeeper that does not make enough money. The wages you pay your staff is not my issue and I’m not required to leave a tip. This hotel seems desperate for money and now I see why our entire stay were did not see another patrons.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Vending machines and ice machine in lobby. In-room amenities: microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer), blow dryer, TV, coffeemaker, good A/C. Only problem was that our TV showed Toronto losing Game 3 😄 Spacious room with comfortable firm king bed, nightstands, chair, small desk and dresser. Location is convenient to highway. Several fast food places, chain restaurants and at least a few local places are within a few minutes' walk. Breakfast is basic but good. Parking is free and convenient, and key card always worked. Nonsmoking property, which I greatly appreciate. All in all, an excellent value. Strongly recommend.
- 1/5
It's the worst motel I've ever stayed at in my life there they are the worst people to get along with they make rules up as it goes they do not inform you of the rules there they just kicked me out because my cousin come up there to see me and then I they asked him to leave I asked him to leave and then they tried to take my deposit cuz I accidentally took a pillow and a towel and I brought it back to the man and he was going to charge me for it the worst place ever
- 4/5
All was good, very reasonable price. Only complaint is very sparse breakfast.
- 5/5
Parking area is well lit and I was assured that there were cameras monitoring the lot as well as security patrols. Everything appears clean but worn/dated, could use a refresh. Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
Im actually grom this area. Bud had mived several years ago. And still come down to visit my parents but stay here for more personal reasons. But this area in general and the staff are absolutely amazing. One of the best hospitality hotels ive stayed in. And ive stayed in a lot traveling. This hotel in general is definitely one i will continue to stay in.
- 4/5
It was somewhat clean, possibly just an older hotel so it felt dated.
- 3/5
Breakfast in lobby very limited. Bed did not have a fitted sheet just a flat sheet on it and was coming off all night.
- 5/5
I have zero complaints about my stays here! Super affordable, the room was perfect for me, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a couple of great stays!
- 5/5
Its a little dated and the air conditioning in the building doesn't work, you have a window unit in your room. But it was only $60 for the night and had what I needed. Will stay there again.
- 5/5
Breakfast could have been better
- 3/5
The hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located right off the highway. It was quiet but definitely did need some updates.
- 5/5
Great valve hotel. Good price with very comfortable stay. I really like the bed, a little stiff better support from the back. Clear rooms. Wi-Fi is fast and smooth! Plenty of free parking spots. They provide limited version of continental breakfast, in the other words, no meat, only juice, yogurt, oatmeal, and pancakes. Friendly staff. Overall I had really good stay.
- 5/5
, knowledgeable.snd pleasant.
- 5/5
Great stay clean room, front desk was awesome. Definitely plan on going back nice cold air conditioning for these hot summer days.
- 5/5
Was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to do it again.

- 5/5
Great stay my kiddo loved it
- 5/5
The rooms are a bit dated, but they’re very clean, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. The property is very clean. We’d stay at the HomeTown Hotel Bryant again anytime! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great check in, friendly, helpful and polite. Room is just what we needed for our overnight stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom clean, overall very satisfied. Affordable also.
- 4/5
Pleasant experience for a budget price property
- 5/5
Very good place for the price, can’t beat the location if you’re traveling through. Close to gas, Walmart Cracker Barrel easy on and off the highway.
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and towels. Very nice folks. Coffee was warm and weak. All pretty good.
- 5/5
Amazing customer service. Huge shower and very comfortable room.
- 5/5
The property is well kept and the property is located in a convenient spot.
- 5/5
Excellent location, great for the price
- 3/5
At check-in the attendant forgot to have me sign a form. I got a call when I am fast asleep asking me to come down and sign form. I asked if I could sign it in the morning. They agreed with the request. I go back to sleep. I am later awakened with another phone call asking if someone can come to my door to have me sign the paperwork. I agreed, but was greatly annoyed having been awakened twice.
- 3/5
This is an older place that needs an update, everything just seems old, but is at least functional. I didn’t get the sense of comfort but the room was ok
- 4/5
The room was ok the only hold back is the shower doesn't have any soap or dish holders for any items needed to shower with.....
- 1/5
I didn't get to stay there. Problems with reservation wasn't right and I couldn't get a room.
- 5/5
It is next to Walmart and nearby 24 hours Waffle House
- 3/5
The property has continually shown signs of wear and tear over the years without much improvement. There always seems to be some issue that needs to be fixed. This time it was a fire alarm going off in the next room and the room A/C not working. However, the staff have always been extremely good at fixing things and are friendly. They always seem to be very good at what they do. This place might be ok for just an overnight stay and there is a breakfast included.
- 1/5
It took over an hour to check in after I booked online. Nasty comforter and wrong size with no fitted sheet. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the bathroom wasn’t sanitized. The room service non existent. Took our trash but didn’t give clean towels and they were piled by the door neatly for them. And the breakfast was a joke.
- 3/5
however, could use some serious refurbishing. The bed linens were comfortable, but very worn. The furniture looked like something my grandmother had. Although the shower appeared to have been redone recently, there was no tray for soap or shampoo. If the towels got any thinner, you would barely be able to dry your hands. As for the free breakfast, be careful not to burn yourself on the waffle iron.
- 2/5
I needed 30 more minutes to check out, but it was denied.
- 4/5
Clean quiet room. Very nice staff. TV remote did not work, nor did the volume when using the buttons on the TV.
- 5/5
Room was ok but didn’t have a tub and the shower didn’t have a soap tray nor shelf to put anything on.
- 5/5
The girl that works desk at night is truly one of the friendliest I have ever met, and is the reason I will continue to stay when néded.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful with anything I needed. They explained the checking in and out process easier than most places. They were amazing and I would highly recommend this motel to one of my friends or colleagues
- 5/5
Friendly and easy check in, staff was very helpful with questions we had. Room was great .
- 5/5
Good value, great location.
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 2/5
I was forced to purchase a second room due to the number of guest
- 5/5
Affordable
- 4/5
I especially enjoyed Tina at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. Wish we could have enjoyed the room more.
- 2/5
Pool is shared with hotel across the lot and not onsite at this building. Fitted sheet was not used on bed. Hot in the lobby. Furniture in room peeling and torn up. Would not stay again.
- 1/5
Didnt get to stay, I got a room with a 75 dollar vocher and when i showed up to check in they said i needed a major credit card for incidentals. They refused to issue a refund and travellosity was no help, i think travelosity and some of these hotels share in scamming people. Needless to say after 3 times of using them and all 3 times had problems i will no longer be using travelosity
- 5/5
The desk clerk was so friendly and polite. He helped being what is requested
- 1/5
Hotel staff not accommodating
- 4/5
It's a bit dated, good value.
- 3/5
Older hotel but fine for the price. Not many breakfast options- few muffins, few pieces of bread and waffles. No hot options, no protein or fruit options so I went elsewhere for breakfast, which was a bummer because that was a main reason I chose that hotel- free breakfast!
- 1/5
Was accused of smoking in the room and charged s $250 cleaning fee. My girlfriend and I are not smokers. The hallway stunk of smoke but they said it was my room. They did an inspection and found nothing. They have no smoke particulate detectors or any other type of smoke detection. Charged us anyway. Turned all info over to my attorney. Going to let him handle it.
- 1/5
I booked this hotel through hotels.com I looked for a dog friendly and so I could get a main floor unless they had a elevators when I got to the hotel I was told the price was not for a room that took a dog it was late and I ended up paying about 50.00 more a night. The breakfast was waffles but they only put out 4 yogurt and 4 slices of bread and four very small muffins out at a time. There were about 10 of us trying to get something to eat They were out of bread do so I asked for more bread and you would have thought I was asking them to put out gold. I had to asked more than twice a day to please come get the trash and give me more towels. I finally took garbage out my self when I found a garbage can the bottom sheet on our king size bed was a double sheet I asked every day could I please get a fitted bottom sheet. The hotel had about 46 rooms when I asked only 15 were occupied there was no reason I couldn’t have a bottom sheet that fit I even said I would put it on the bed The hotel was ok but because how I and other guests were treated I would not reconvened this hotel
- 4/5
Breakfast was not good, too little and gone before 8am
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay
- 1/5
The only good thing about this hotel is the cheap price. But you get what you pay for. Terrible customer service at front desk and argumentative with customer. They lack decorum in dealing with normalcy. Breakfast is not a selling point. Rooms made me feel icky.
- 5/5
I had a local stay over and the front desk lady was very professional and accommodating. She had a difficult check in before mine but she kept everything very pro!
- 4/5
Very good
- 3.5/5
Basically carbs and sugar so we had to eat out.
- 0.5/5
Nothing The workers and the whole place
- 5/5
I have stayed here multiple times as a way station on my trips from Indiana to Texas. I appreciate that it has an elevator because my knees are not great. The property is clean (though carpet looks a bit tired), but everything works and as a senior traveling alone I feel safer with rooms that don't open to the outside! Many nearby choices for food and shopping. I did have a bit of difficulty using my debit card with my Expedia reservation--so be aware of that if you, like me, only have a debit card. (We worked it out, but I know I was an exception.) Other than that, no complaints. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Nice clean place with good staff. If I had to nitpick I’d say the coffee cups were too small and breakfast options limited, but still good
- 1/5
I was irritated because of the staff/owners. I rented the room for someone what was visiting in town and would arrive late. I gave her my drivers license. I had to show all my credit cards and my social security card to prove who I was. Then the first night our guest came into town the key stopped working. They called me at 1am to verify. I get safety. Then the next morning while our house was being cleaned, my daughter and the visitor went to the room. They called me upset because she was on their property. I asked what had they done that was against the rules. She couldn’t tell me. She kept on about why my daughter was there.
- 4/5
Check-in was good. Room was large and very comfortable. However, breakfast was, not - a few slices of dry bread, a few muffins and tiny frosted rolls, some small whipped butter and a few packaged jelly, a small waffle machine. No protein! Coffee machine had to be refilled with grounds and still was mediocre at best. Not a bad stay, but please do not say "breakfast included"!
- 0.5/5
NOTHING I can't say what the hotel was like as I wasn't allowed to check in to the room I had paid for in full, in advance. NIGHTMARE. SO STRESSFUL They insist on a CREDIT card at check-in to cover incidentals. It has to be IN THE NAME ON THE BOOKING. (My debit card, cash, and my wife's credit card were all refused). If you don't have this DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE AT THIS HOTEL - if you have already paid for the room, you will lose all of that money or be asked to pay much more (in our case 59% more), for a fresh booking at the "current rate". The manager is intransigent on the apparently strict "policy". Whilst waiting to sort this out (we never did; we left) we saw at least three other guests with the same problem. Nobody seemed to be happy at this hotel.
- 5/5
Came for the eclipse from Nevada, other hotels were price gauging asking $500 . Hometown was $75 a night. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was limited, coffee juices, muffins, toast and a waffle maker. Since I usually only have waffles it was great for me. Also was a self serve car wash next door and a Walmart across the street.
- 0.5/5
Their payment policy
- 5/5
It is conveniently located and very clean inside and outside. Everything was great.
- 0.5/5
Nothing Take off the deposit or don’t charge somebody’s card before they get to the hotel and then that’s all the money they have and had to sleep in their car
- 2/5
there breakfast was very short. 1 slice of toast out, 2 mini muffins sitting out and gnats around the juice machine
- 5/5
The staff was excellent it was clean
- 5/5
Enjoyably quiet and clean
- 5/5
Reception girl! Excellent & very nice!
- 0.5/5
Liked location. Liked it was cheap Dirty. Run down. Outdated
- 1/5
The front desk clerk was rude! Placed on Expedia 3 adults as it asked for how many adults and there were 3 and one minor (child). Said had to cancel our room and rebook. Cancelled refused to refund our money. Told us child could sleep in vehicle. Refused to let us pay for the child without having to cancel the reservation. All is on recording! Said Expedia had to refund us Expedia placed me on hold called hotel who refused to refund the money after telling us to cancel and rebook. Husband demanded to talk to manager called on phone was on speaker said all he wished to do was argue and he wasn’t he explained what we’re told and that they weren’t authorizing the refund. Blamed Expedia who was not them as they said they refused the refund. Called the cops there and cops stated this is an ongoing issue and that we placed 3 adults as it asked nothing for placing children on there. Cops told us to contact corporate and apologized for the situation and agreed it was ridiculous. We went to different hotel and all those that were coming to stay there cancelled theirs and rebooked elsewhere! Absolutely don’t stay here or give them your money it is a scam!!
- 0.5/5
I felt like we were staying in someones house. I guess the people live there. Their kids were running up and down the halls. The front desk lady/owner I guess - said she had to walk through our room each day - felt no privacy!
- 4/5
Location was very good for my purposes. Easy access to the elevator, property was clean, breakfast offerings were slim but adequate. Would have preferred to have a desk/table for computer useage.
- 5/5
It was easy to get to and close to several eating places and Wal-Mart. Only one ice machine and it was located on the 1st floor.
- 2.5/5
Location Language barrier
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
They were awesome! So friendly and helpful!!
- 4/5
Visit ok
- 3/5
Property stated they would match the price of Expedia since i didn't have a credit caed for incidentals. The price charged was double that of expedia by the hotel itself. Customers never get treated with transparency, there is always it seems a hidden agenda to take more.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 1/5
For starters i was charged a $250 deposit for a $59 which should be a homeless shelter. A/C didn't work, fridge didn't work, toilet didn't work and when i opened the door it was an iron mark on the floor. I even asked hotel.com to relocate me but i got no results. You would think the hotel would have been nice to the ONE customer who stayed there. Even the lights in the lobby were out.. I have pictures
- 2.5/5
Needed place Found popcorn on carpet, AC was hard to be comfortable. Noisy over head .
- 5/5
Hotel was fine for an overnight stay.
- 5/5
Very neat and clean - exceptional Nothing
- 5/5
Clean room at a low price and excellent service.
- 1/5
Nice and clean but upon checking in we had pre-paid on an app, they said they can see we were pre-paid then continued to charge me for the room again and they put a hold on my credit card for incidentals. It took me almost 30 minutes to make them credit my card back for double charging me.
- 3/5
Nice, clean room. However, the staff was overly concerned about me parking my uhaul truck on the property. I was in the process of moving long distance from Pennsylvania. There were only a few others staying in the hotel that night, so my truck did not inconvenience anyone. They wanted me to park the truck with valuables on the Walmart lot down the road. I am quite sure they would not have cared if the truck was vandalized and my things stolen. I suppose that no one has ever stayed at their hotel who was moving long distance?
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff was great very helpful.
- 5/5
nice, neat and clean. comfortable. Friendly and helpful receptionist nothing
- 5/5
Liked everything
- 1/5
We would come to you if we had a problem. We were all dressed up also and adults but made to feel like we were delinquents and not welcome . Toilet was dirty and stained . I had enough and Asked for refund after it kept happening and was told they can do nothing about it . Checked out early that night .
- 5/5
Staff was extremely nice and helpful!
- 3/5
This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay. It is ok for just a stop over for night but definitely not good for long stay
- 2/5
Poor conditions - windows dirty, curtains all torn and ragged
- 2/5
We had stayed there a few times in the past. There was a hole in the blanket They said breakfast stared at 6:30. They were just starting putting things out. Only powdered milk for coffee. We were very disappointed
- 1/5
The room was clean. The desk clerk was at our door at 11:00 as we were leaving not to help my wife who is handicapped but tell us we were about to overstay. His concern was not for the customer but to see we left! The breakfast was “the poorest “ excuse for one He had two slices of bread and yogurt the clerk said due to the “pandemic “ which was a lie! Terrible !
- 4/5
Check in was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was not on, so it was hot but it cooled off quickly.
- 1/5
The Tobin our room wasn’t working properly, when we asked to be moved to another room, the manager refused per staff. We were the only patrons in the whole place, so there was no obvious reason that we could not be moved. We asked to speak to the Manager and were told that he would not speak with us and they refused to give us his name. We were told we had to deal with the staff, who lied to us to cover for the manager. Staff assured us the tv would be fixed while we were out during the day. Upon return that evening, it was not done. The cable company did not arrive until close to 9:30 pm and the cable employee told us they had just called. When confronted privately, the young man on staff admitted he had lied to us on behave of the manager. Terrible experience! When we checked out, the girl at the desk, went upstairs to check our room for damage! We were the paying, honest customer but was treated as if we were trying to get something for free. Never again!!
- 2/5
They don’t actually have a pool. They share with the motel next door. No extra roll of toilet paper so now I’m fixing to run out and have to go downstairs to get a roll
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here a few times. I was somewhat disappointed this time. They used to have a nice breakfast, but I ended up going to a restaurant both mornings I was there. It was very obvious the young woman couldn’t care less about what was put out. It was hot in the dining area, so to be able to sit where it was cooler I had to clean off a table myself. She could see me doing it and made no attempt to help. There was also no coffee made and very little food.
- 5/5
It was great for the price.
- 4/5
The young woman who checked me in was very helpful. Good room. Nice convenient overnight stop with some food options and a Walmart close by.
- 1/5
Service was so disappointing! Practically, nothing works at the breakfast place - not sure why they mention buffet style breakfast!! Did not even gave a receipt at the time of the check-out. I even provided my email, still didn't send anything. There were only 2 room towels, but told there were 3. I repeatedly had to say that there were only 2. Stay away!!!!
- 4/5

- 4/5
Towels very thin and not soft, sheets to window ripped. Place is clean and otherwise in good repair
- 3/5
Painful check inn. Took way too long. Almost an interagation pets? Smoking? Kids . Paid on expedia and they still ran a card for incidentals? I asked what side my room was on to park on that sjde. He got it wrong. Breakfast was very skimpy. Good price, good accommodations but just not a welcoming experience.
- 2/5
No ice available. No coffee available in the morning. Waffle batter empty and no syrup.
- 2/5
The cleanliness of the interior rugs& rooms left a lot to be desired.
- 3/5
Fairly clean, curtains ripped, ice machine broke no ice. If stay again will ask about it.
- 5/5
Nothing

I did not have a good feeling upon entering the hotel. It was too dark in the lobby. People were waiting to be waited on and the attendant was not there behind the desk. Room was definitely not clean as it should have been.carpets very worn and not clean. I felt very uneasy!
