The fact that your property couldn’t take my Mastercard was set over $7000 on it as deposit. Yet you could take the money I paid for renting their own 10 minutes earlier I’m Booking.com and not refund it. It was dirty. It felt gross. I just needed a room to sleep, which I paid for through Booking.com. It wasn’t made clear that the there was a deposit required that you couldn’t take my virtual credit card from my Apple wallet and use after I paid for the room with it. You could keep the money from it that I paid for the room, but you just couldn’t take it for the deposit you ripped me off with a technicality and I hope your motel which I’ll never stay at again burns to the ground.

Just needed somewhere to lay my head when a friend was hospitalized. For the price, it was fine. Basic but the bed and linens were comfortable.

The room had updated flooring and a nice walk in shower. There was NO toilet paper at all. The ironing board was broken. And the plug at the sink, the one that the hair dryer was plugged in, did not work.

Pool was signed closed but appears this is to stop parties. Pool contained the same plastic bags when we arrived to when we left.

Terrible customer service. I stayed here 3 nights. 1st night they were unwilling to give me a downstairs room without a big up charge even after explaining I have a disability and have a bad time with stairs then I decided to book the 2nd and left early in the morning for business, then I rebooked the room before check out time. I even called to make sure I could keep the same room and was told by the man on the phone no problem. When I arrived to reset my card key at 11:04 am I was told by the female at the counter that because I booked online I was not able to go in my room till after 2pm. The same girl that refused my disability is the same one refusing to let me in the room till 2. Her condencending attitude and rude nature is probably some of the worst I have encountered in a very long time and I recommend staying anywhere else but at this place

The first thing was the rusty shop equipment left in my shower. It had been there long enough to create a stain. I overlooked that, but my tables hadn't been cleaned. staff was nice

Location was good wasn't offered any breakfast I reserved a king room and got a double Queen and was told I couldn't get a king room and woke up to roaches in the restroom the toilet backed up and the pillows were dirty

The staff was very friendly and made checking in very simple. The building itself seems to be in relatively good condition, while there are definitely upgrades going on, other rooms definitely a little bit of a hand, but it is getting better. Overall, I got exactly what I expected, and while we had a couple of small issues, it was nothing that I would classify as a big problem, as we weren’t using the room or hotel as a resort. We were using it as a laydown and jump off point.

It's very close to the interstate, so traffic can be loud at times. The entrance was also a little difficult to find.

Traveled with elderly mother and sister. Tub filler could not be moved into shower position and no tub stopper to bathe. Towels were dirty. Cramped bathrooms. Poorly caulked tub. Lumpy beds. Worst of all, we checked out after the first night and they charged us for both nights!

Easy access to the property- plenty of parking- clise to mcdonalds and walmart- has a small outdoor pool- individual room ac's- the only issue we had was our room key being shut off after being out of the room for 10 hours, even though we had a three day reservation. we had to go back to the office to have it reactivated to get back in our room.

No breakfast was provided and the pool was not available not sure why but sure would of been nice The beds were not secured kept moving all over the place restrooms are to small but overall I guess for quick stay it’s ok

Also, our original reservation was on an upper floor with no elevator, and the clerk, noticing that we were older, immediately offered to switch us to a better accommodation on the ground floor for the same price! Awesome!

If your looking for cheap and cheerful for a night then this is ideal, a litfle bates motel-esque, but beds are bloody huge, its clean and worth the money a little dated but again you get what u pay for !!! Quite close to the local fast food places, and near a massive walmart!!

We feel like we lucked out, as there was a carnival in walking distance of motel.

Not much of a breakfast selection. That their towels were limited. They had no coffee pot to make coffee. Shower/restroom was small.

Most horrible place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend to even my worst enemy. The couple that runs this establishment are just awful and will do anything to keep your deposit.

The room was spacious and only issue was above the bathroom door it look like somebody threw something up there like throw up or poops pee or something and it was disgusting looking. Continental breakfast was it what you would expect it was some mini muffins juice and coffee and glazed rolls and I was running like some cereal or something they didn't have none of that.

I stay here every time I pass through. Can't say enough about the ownership and staff. They are always great.

They didn’t slow me to stay. I booked the hotel the same day and they have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Therefore he wouldn’t return the money after refusing me a room because I didn’t have the $50 deposit for said room. Dude is rude as hell. I would recommend staying anywhere but here

Check in process was easy very friendly staff and thr room was very clean.

Good location and good price. Had shampoo, body wash and hand soap dispensers. Full ironing board, blow dryer, iron, full set of towels and tissue paper. Enough toilet paper. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Actually,we booked for 50$ before 3days when we are almost reached to hotel they called us they are cancelling the booking why because we got for low price and we booked in third party like Expedia this is not fair

The property was well situated with being accessable to the locations I needed to get to. Staff were friendly and cooperating. Pricing was reasonable!

The room was exactly what we needed for an unexpected stay. The office was exceptionally nice and helped us get checked in quickly. The room was clean and the bed was extra comfy. No loud noises, being close to the highway it was pretty quiet. We had a great stay.

Hotel was pretty good! It was cheap however wasnt expecting the extra $50 for the liability fee but it gets refunded after your stay. Rooms were super clean and it has cameras in the parking lots too which was a bonus. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was horrible. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my son. The first room my son went into, the bedspread was covered in semen. Then they moved him to another room and the same issue occurred. I would have left but they already processed my debit card. My son went to stay with his brother. I stayed and was wildly disappointed. While working at my computer, a cockroach walked across the desk. I killed it and informe the front desk. I thought they would have cleaned it as I told them I left it on the desk so they could see it but they didn't and when I returned, there it laid. The next day, another cockroach walked on by. Needless to say, when I left, I had to make sure I checked every piece of clothing as well as my luggage. What amazed me most is that there was a billboard next to the parking lot about killing pests. Maybe they should call them. I have never had a worse experience in my life.

50 dollar cleaning fee nothing was clean. 200 fee for a pet that visited me for less than one hour is ridiculous.

Can tell they have been doing nice upgrades. The one main concern is the bathroom could use more of a cleaning.

Terrible upkeep. Bathroom not very clean. My wife fell in bathtub. Very slippery nothing to hold on to. Not enough towels, Had to call office for more.

The front desk was great checking in but when tv would not work there was a communication problem ….. not being able to speak English is an issue at front desk … they did not understand & we only speak English …. The room was older but clean

Between the mask and plexiglass, it was very difficult to hear/understand the desk agent. Floor not 100% clean. Beds fairly hard. Tiny bathroom. No table and no chair.

i did not like the location. the tv didnt work and when i called them they wouldnt do anything about it they blew me off. the bed was old and uncomfortable.

I’m going to request a refund. I found blood in one of my pillows. That’s unacceptable.

Very bad odor in the room, no coffee pot, barely enough towels, just a little disappointing compared to a recent stay at the America’s Best Value Inn in Livingston, TX. We were able to get a good night’s sleep, though, and that was a plus. Just unpleasant waking up to the same unpleasant odor as when we went to sleep.

Property under construction very loud eveey day .staff couldnt communicate in english .beds were horrible would have been softer to sleep on floor.gad to check out early cause job finished early and had to check out thru expedia and they charged me for 5 nights i didnt stay will never stay there or use expedia again.

This was one of the most disappointing motel experiences I've ever had . Clerk did not ask how I wanted to pay . Door key would not work 2nd night . No facial tissue in room . House keeping not the best , items left in refrigerator by previous guest . I will never use this property again even though I'm in that area frequently . Tub was too slippery to shower in .

i stayed for 4 nights and only had the room straightened up once and I had to ask for that. Not what i would have expected.

The only thing i have to say about the stay was there water heater was broke so my sons and I took cold showers and on the final day the water was completely off 🤔they only reimbursed me $20 , my total was $248 and some change ,they should have reimbursed me $50 in all actuality

April 23 was a bad room with roaches or beetles, was suppose to get refunded, upto now 124.86 was never refunded. Was charged before hand 50.00 dlrs per room for incident fees, which made the night worst. First time in 10 yrs of renting out rooms that I get a charge like this.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was trash from a previous guest under one of the beds. I was disappointed that there was no in-room coffee.

The room was a super clean, very comfortable bed, and great service.

Best value for a hotel I’ve ever seen

Well all I got to say is...... you get what you pay for! The bathroom was gross, the toilet paper holder was broke. The beds were uncomfortable, floors were dirty. Right next to the highway so you hear the noise. Like I said... we could only afford a cheaper motel, thank God we had a lot to do to in Austin because I only wanted to sleep there. So, if you need something really cheap, that is a D+ at best, then here you go. I recommend they demolish that crappy hotel and build a better one.

Not a great overall experience. The people at the front desk didn't listen to anything i said. They kinda gave me what they wanted rather then what i I booked and was requesting. The place at night was terrible if you had to go to smoking are. There was 2 random guys walking around. One was hiding by the stairs and another was on 2nd level walking back and forth for like 20 minutes. The beds sucked. The restroom was especially tiny.

Nothing particular, just an average hotel. Front desk was rude and accused me of having a pet in my room, when I did not have a pet, so he charged my card with a pet fee. That’s ok, I reported fraud and called the BBB.

The noise keeping doing the same noise and we have to turn off later on and the room was too cold . Very disappointed, first time staying in this hotel and definitively we don’t recommend it . We need to rest to be able to return back home today but we couldn’t sleep so we hope we can make back home .

Made a reservation 9 months out for a non smoking room but only a smoking room was available. Good thing it was only 2 nights. I was charged an early check-in fee of $10 ...I was only 2 hours early and the room was already available.

Property appears to have been upgraded since last time I stayed, but the so-called breakfast can use much improvement.

I like everything but the smell in the room. I saw a non smoking sign but the room had a cigarette smell. Everything else was perfect. Thank you.

When we arrived the room smelled like cigarettes & the AC unit was not on. (it was 92 degrees & more humid than your butt crack in a sauna outside) We let the day time desk lady know it smelled like cigarettes & that there was a cigarette burn on the "comforter". She was super sweet, let us know it was a smoking room, & thanked us for letting her know about the cigarette burn on the "comforter". NBD, we aren't smokers. The early smell was bareable.. @ 3 am the cig smell woke us out of a DEAD sleep. So much so it made my husband sick. Went down stairs..was offered nothing until I asked for a manager. Who was "asleep" at first. (after he went and spoke to whom ever about the issue) After I pressed the issue, I was offered a different SMOKING room (which was the issue in the first place!) or a refund. The crowd whom choose to inhabit this establishment are less than family friendly. We chose the refund. Luckily, we were in Buda for a staycation and live in Austin about 20 min away. We went home. DO NOT RECCOMEND. All of the things we traveled with smell like smoke. Made sure to get a bill to show our refund and that we would not be charged.(See attached image) Lesson learned. Pay the extra $20 a night to stay at the La Quinta, the Micro hotel, Comfort Suites, or any where else. This is the perfect example of.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

The property is old and outdated. The towels were supposed to be white, but they were old and dirty looking. Carpet old and dirty.

I did not like one thing about this property. The room had stains everywhere including comforter, shower, carpet and walls. This place is a $40 a night motel at best. Room took an hour to cool down because newsflash it’s hot in Texas so maybe close the curtain to the room!

The customer service was not professional. While waiting for my room, I asked to use the restroom, her response "if you can keep it clean." Then after receiving my key, she felt the need to say "since you asked for a handicap accessible room, there are grab bars in the tub, if you really need them." I will not be returning nor recommending while she is employed.

The management is rude and disrespectful I couldn’t park by my room because they were fixing the drive Yet the next morning he let others park on that side Actually that same night I asked for extra pillows sent my grandchildren and they were interrogating them about how many people did I have in my room and how old were they and so on That’s the worst I’ve ever been treated Then I had to pay extra for getting in the room early even though they didn’t have anyone in it I would go on but I’m exhausted

I'm very upset about the time they did wait to start the room was not ready and the manager had a very unpleasant attitude told me to wait and I had to talk and did not do it I returned later the room that I got very dirty and a unbearable smell is the last time I rent in this place hopefully put more attention for the next thank you
