I ordered the room after a night of drinking to keep from driving or sleeping in my car only to find out I wasn’t allowed to check in til 3pm Sunday. It was about midnight when I purchased the room and the front desk lady was not very nice to us. The front desk lady

Great room with cold A/C! Beds are very comfy. Cynthia and Anthony at the front desk are very helpful and got us everything we needed and helped with dinner suggestions. The daily breakfast was hot and yummy and had options for everyone.

The room was dirty, toilet was clogged and i woke up with bug bites on my legs. When i went to the bathroom in the morning cockroaches scattered when o turned in the light. The worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The entire hotel smelled like chemicals.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very good in all aspects, including the cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Free parking was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again.

First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs.

We like Hampton inns generally because the rooms are nice and the breakfasts are great however at the Austin Hampton Inn, our room smelled musty, like dirty socks, and the rug felt damp when walking on it barefoot. The beds were comfortable enough though. This Hampton looks like it needs a serious update. The staff was very nice

The floor in the bathroom was broken tile in front of the toilet shifted back-and-forth. The tub Spicket spout was completely broken and loose in the wall. There were many unpainted scratched holes in the wall at the headboard. The lighting in the room was almost nonexistent. And the Texas flag was upside down the entire time we stayed there. We actually asked permission to put the flag in the right position.

When we told the office again about fear of bugs climbing into our bags and not having another option , they offered garbage bags to keep baggage free of bugs . I would never recommend this hotel .

This hotel was close to a wedding venue and made my stay an easy one! Nice front desk staff. If you’re looking for a clean and quiet hotel for a basic stay, this hotel will do. Especially for the price. The hotel is in need of an interior facelift to be fair. But other than that, I was pleased with my stay.

The breakfast had a nice variety to eat and even offered almond milk. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the sink, Mini fridge and microwave. Apples were placed in several locations inside, to add to a quick healthy snack. We will definitely return next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice employees, unfortunately my room didn’t have hair dryer but they got one for the next day. There were fresh flowers in vases but water had not been changed in days thus murky bad impression! I did speak to employee and desk and it was immediately taken care! Sometimes it is the little things. I normally done voice but if it my hotel I wouldn’t to know especially since it’s a simple fix at no cost!!

Everything was good from the room to the breakfast however when we came to check in for the check-in time of 3 pm the concierge person said our king room was not ready because they were very busy the night before. This is a hotel business that should have the staff to have the rooms ready by the check-in time for the next customers. We should not have to wait to check in. She ended up finding a room later but the unpleasantness if check-in was not what we were expecting.

Room and hotel was nice and clean everyday. Only down fall was fridge didn't work so all left overs had be thrown away. Was offered a different room last night which was nice but someone was post look at it in the morning of first day and no one got back with us to say if could fix or accommodate us for it. Besides that this is great place to stay with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance

We notice that our room had an odor. My hubby opened the closet door and an even stronger odor cane at im if a mold or mildew. Over all our atay was awesome and the services provided by Diane and the evening gentleman was above 💯. No picures were taken.

When we arrived, there was a fan blowing in our room and the mold smell was so strong, we had to be moved to another room! We had requested a handicapped room which our original room was not but they did move us to a handicapped room which was clean but had multiple holes in the carpet and tile and caulking falling apart in the bathroom……the room also only had one small trash can….none in the coffee area of the studio/suite sized room, nor any bath mat in the slippery tub! I asked two different people on the maid staff for a trash can and bath mat and neither one of them spoke a word of English! When we went down for breakfast(6-10am), there was no breakfast to be had other than dry cereal and bagels/toast. It was 7:30am before any breakfast was provided and it was only limited! The 2nd morning was ok…..full breakfast! Although comfortable and clean, this hotel is in dire need of upgrading and staff that knows what they’re doing! Completely Unacceptable for the price of the Rooms!

I think more should be put into the property maintenance. The refrigerator was leaking and the carpet area in front of it was wet. We found out by walking across in socked feet. Other than that, the staff was excellent & eager to accommodate. They are the stars in this property.

This property needs updated in a serious way. From the cheap air freshener placed in the room, the room door needed replaced (chunks missing around the edges, outdated key entry, and lesser quality bedding. The hotel staff wasn’t impressive either.

Everything at the hotel was great. The only complaint I have is that hotels.com lists this hotel as having a hot tub. It does not. They do not list a hot tub on Hampton's website. Hotels.com needs to correct this. I paid a premium price to stay there expecting a hot tub.

The only thing that was unfavorable about our stay was that there was a large group of high school students staying at the hotel. They didn't quite have the proper hotel etiquette when leaving very early in the morning. Was continuously woken up by doors slamming shut as they were departing in the early am. Just wish we could have stayed on a different floor from them. Otherwise, the hotel was what we expect when looking for a room.

I really enjoy the accommodations and your great breakfast options. The front desk associate Cynthia was really helpful. She should be in management. I feel the cafeteria associate was rude and overbearing when it came to self service. My wife even felt uncomfortable serving herself with your staff watching over her shoulder.

We originally booked this property because Expedia listed the suites with jet tub jacuzzis. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the property had been renovated and no longer had the jacuzzis. The front desk clerk, Megan, did her absolute best to accommodate us. She truly went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated.

We live in Dallas, kids are in Kyle Tx. Wanted to celebrate, so the indoor pool was the deciding factor. Decorated the beautiful suite room and they loved it. It was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was excellent.

In the room, the carpet is dirty and torn from use. The furniture was stained, and I wouldn't dare sit on it. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was with clean linen. I got the most expensive suite and would have paid more for something better. The hotel needs to be refurbished. I would never go back. I never have left a review like this, but you should be aware not to waste your money.

Breakfast was good. Every morning. Need biscuits and gravy more than one day. Loose tiles in the bathroom. No bottled water in the room. For a hotel in the Hilton chain it was less than I expected. I paid way too much for the room. I was screwed by booking.com. I paid $500 dollars for 2 days. I will not be back for another screwing. I will not use Booking.com again.

I stayed one night when visiting the area for a wedding. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were warm and helpful and a delight to chat with. My room was very comfortable and breakfast the next morning was fine. I would definitely stay here were I to return to the area.

This hotel is positioned well next to the Circuit of the Americas. We stayed so we could get easy access to the Formula 1 event this past weekend. The hotel is a tad dated, but appointed well. The staff was very professional, courteous, and always at the front desk. Overall, the hotel was fantastic. My only wish list item would have been for the hotel to have a shuttle to the F1 event. That would have saved us a lot of time and would have been a nice feature for the hotel. Getting a lyft is what we ended up doing.

Oh! And the ELEVATOR Down from the 3RD FLOOR WAS OUT!!! Guess which floor we were on?!?!? As handicapped!! What were they thinking?!?!?! Had to call for them to send it up! Very POOR MANAGEMENT! This establishment is currently not suitable for public accommodation. The facilities are antiquated, poorly maintained, and in many cases, non-functional. The carpets throughout the premises are unclean, the showers operate inadequately, and the curtains are in a state of disrepair. Additionally, the exterior of the property lacks cleanliness, and there have been observed instances of substance misuse within the parking area. While the staff members exhibit a friendly demeanor, the overall condition of the hotel necessitates immediate closure until substantial improvements and regulations are implemented.

The room was good, and the pool air temperature was way too cold to make swimming enjoyable in the indoor pool since the water was also cold, and there was a too low a number of pool towels available when we tried to use the pool. There was an issue that required the hotel’s water to be turned off temporarily, but that was only for a short period and the staff did an excellent job to let us know and to compensate us for our inconvenience. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The mattress on the bed is very thin and too worn out. Needs to be replaced. The room was fine, and clean, but the bathroom smelled like mold. I was awake at 3 am listening to the goings-on next door, loud talking and laughing - I had to call the front desk to get them to deal with it. The carpets are worn. It's an old hotel. It needs to be remodeled. I probably won't stay there again.
