The tub was clogged and the water didn't drain. The refrigerator was too cold. It was more like a freezer and it freezed its contents.

The bed had bedbugs I believe. I normally stay there when I come down for visit. This time I will no longer stay there

Very small parking lot. There was an elevator, which was nice, but it's very old. The beds and pillows were very firm. I prefer softer. The sign out front said new rooms, but ours could have had a lot more renewed or maintenance done.

The room had a funky smell the moment we walked in. We had to walk across the street to Walgreens to buy some air freshener and spray. The carpet was filthy as well. We also found several hairs in the kitchen area that we refused to use. Blow dryer didn't work and there was no ironing board. The location to knotts berry farm was the only good thing. We wouldn't stay again.

This was are second time staying. It's a nice clean place to stay. Very short walk to Knotts Berry Farms. With a Walgreens right across the street, which is very helpful if you forgot something.

On site laundry, etc., etc., etc. I only wish I could have stayed longer. A breath of fresh air compared to the "uppity" lackluster O.C. competitors. At B.I.&S, Customer service is never in short supply.

Lovely trip! We stayed in a 2 queen room with our two children while we visited Knottsberry Farm and Soak City. It’s super close! Room was clean, pretty well maintained and a great deal! It is not a high class hotel but definitely a steal for the price. Pool was heated and my kids loved being able to swim til 10pm! No breakfast but our room had a small fridge a microwave which proved useful! Will definitely stay again!

we got in and got our room early so that was a plus. what made it terrible is other guests were out side in the courtyard getting loud and swearing until well after 2am. we got no sleep and left early. we have stayed here many times but this will be our last.

The cleanliness of the hotel was poor, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property. During checkout, a staff member entered my room and inspected everything before I left. He noticed a small red stain on the bedsheet, which was caused by red-colored Cheetos that my children had eaten. The staff informed me that I would be charged for the bedsheet, and later I found that an additional $65 had been charged to my account. I feel that this charge was excessive, especially considering the overall condition of the hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. Please be cautious and carefully review any additional charges before checking out.

We arrives very late and the gentleman greeted us with professionalism. Clean and nice place but I wish they served continental breakfast. That what of been a BIG plus.

It was clean. AC works well but the plastic button to push ON was missing. I had to put my finger in the open hole and hope for the best. Unfortunately there was also no shampoo in the bathroom. There were 2 bottles of body wash, 3 bottles of body cream, 2 conditioners but no shampoo. I found this out at 4am when I had to wash my hair before I go to the airport. Other than that, the price was good and the room is spacious.

My husband stayed at this hotel over the weekend and when he went into the room, he felt that it was kind of disgusting the chair that was at the table. He had to put towels on because it had so many stains and rips that he didn’t know if he should sit on it or not. He just didn’t feel like it was a very clean room. It definitely wasn’t an 8.2 rating. I don’t know who rates these rooms but he was very dissatisfied. He tried to call somebody to do a wake up call for him. Nobody answered the phone at the office. He went to check out nobody in the office for him to check out. He definitely said that we would never ever stay at that hotel ever again. He said it was a dump.

La huvicacion muy buena ya que está muy cerca de knotts solo que el edificio está en arreglos. El elevador en una ocacion no quiso cerrar la puerta y me dio miedo asi que preferí usar la escalera. La habitación ya dentro había mucho ruido alrededor y si le falta trabajo a los cuartos. Si tiene agua caliente, a/c tarda en enfriar pero si funciona. Las camas si estaban bien tendidas y limpias. La Pool se pudo usar la temperatura pues aceptable. Dentro de todo pues fue bien para el propósito.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to be close to Knotts Berry Farm. It was a 1/2 mile walk, which saved us from paying the $40 parking fee at Knotts!! The hotel was just fine. The room was a little bit older, mismatched tile in the bathroom, peeling paint, but everything worked just fine. The bed was comfortable. It fit our needs and we were pleased with our stay. 😊

Property right across the street from Knott's Berry Farms....... many areas in need of maintenance at this property... paint, elevator, lighting..... bathroom is NOT ADA compliant. No grab bars. Would not bring someone needing this to this hotel.

Stayed here again for our trip to Knott’s Berry Farm and had another great experience. This is actually the second time we stay here after visiting Knott’s, and it’s definitely become one of our go-to spots. The hotel is super close to the park which makes everything so convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, the rooms were clean, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet so we were able to relax after a long day. I also loved that the room had a mini fridge and microwave — definitely came in handy for snacks and leftovers. Would definitely stay here again!

My shoes stuck to the carpet. I couldn't get a blanket and I couldn't find parking on the premises when I returned at 11:00 in the evening. I'm a 69 year old woman and this was not safe for me. The showerhead was corroded and the bathtub stained. NEVER AGAIN!!

We liked the hot tub, but the floors were a little dirty, and a towel had hair in it. The maids were really kind and attentive. (Though they did not have do not disturb signs) The front staff was hard to understand but they were nice.

Kids loved the pool and the maid freshened up our room everyday while we were gone!

We stayed here coz it is really close to Knott’s Berry Farm but, we couldn’t sleep because of commotion outside which didn’t stop until 3:00 AM. I had to call the staff which I heard he did respond to my request to check what’s going on coz someone kept shouting and banging the walls and door on the other side of our room. All in all, the stay was not that bad. They were still great deal for the location and price

The rooms are clean and spacious. Knots berry farm is across the street. You think it would be busy and dirty. It’s not. It’s just street. And there’s a 711 around the corner, Walgreens across the street. It was very close to the event I was at and it worked out well.

Overall, decent stay. Room could use some tlc but it served its purpose.

The best thing about this hotel is its convenient proximity to Knotts Berry Farm and Medieval Times (walking distance), however, the lack of facility updates and upkeep leaves much to be desired in the lodging experience (e.g. some of the rugs are very dirty and dated bedding and towels). Should we make a decision, this hotel may be an option again.

At first they gave me a room with three steps into it even though I had let them know I was a evc user. They did correct it immediately and gave us the room I expected. It is a little small for 4 adults but for the price it was worth it.

It was a decent room for the price. The location was awesome. It was in the area of Knoxberry Farm medieval times and the Pirates however, the room were in it was a little loud. It was right next to the elevator and the ice machine. They only have one it was by the office and you have to ask the employee to get it for you.

Everything went very smoothly for our check in and the room was very clean when we arrived. Only issue was the smell from the AC but other than that— pool, free parking, and the room was extremely good! Would recommend for anyone especially if they are visiting the amusement parks around here.

Easy check in/out and clean rooms. A little noisy from being off of main streets but overall a great value if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

My family loved the room and best of all it was on the 1st floor, it helped with my mother’s medical condition, it had never been offered before until staying here with you. The room was so clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The area was quiet which is always a plus when winding down from an exciting activity filled day. We are so grateful for an easy and wonderful stay!

The hotel itself was in decent shape overall. The grounds could use a bit more landscaping, but everything felt maintained and functional. The pool area looked clean and inviting. The room was simple and clean, though it didn’t fully match the “new rooms” signage. Some details, like the mirror frame needing paint, stood out. Storage and amenities were a bit limited, with only one hanger provided, and while there was an iron, there was no ironing board. Overall, this is a solid, convenient option for a stay near Knott’s or Disneyland, with a few minor upkeep and amenity details that could be improved.

Booked here because my family stayed here about 8 years ago and it was a great experience. It has definitely gone downhill since then. Carpet in our room was torn where it looked like a dog tried to dig out from the bunk room. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Cheap fluorescent wall sconces in the bunk room were missing their covers. Furniture and doors were all dinged up. The bottom side of the top bunk was covered in writing and drawings from previous guests. Any updates that have been done were done with poor workmanship. Oh, one of the things we loved about our first time staying was the included breakfast. Thats gone too. Entire place needs a face lift.

Always a great stay

Got this room kind of last minute before a trip to Knott’s. The staff seemed friendly enough, but had very limited interactions. We got a room on the first floor on the far end of the hotel. In one of the neighborhoods nearby, they were playing music quite loudly and we could hear it in the room. You can pretty much hear everything outside around you, so our white noise machine and earplugs were pretty necessary. The room itself was a decent size, but it had an overpowering scent of cleaner. Despite that, the floors felt very dirty and slippery, which was probably my biggest complaint. Also, the bathtub didn’t plug. Basic amenities. Decent price. Ok location, but good for the park. Overall, I might stay here again, but I’d definitely entertain other options first.

The housekeeper mentioned it would be finished in about 10 minutes. Once completed, the room had a very strong cleaning product smell—understandable to an extent, but it was quite overpowering. Additionally, there were still areas of the floor that appeared unswept or slightly sticky. The combination of the heavy chemical odor and the condition of the floors made the overall stay less than ideal. Clear communication between front desk and housekeeping, along with a final room check before assigning keys, would greatly improve the guest experience.

Except for the checking, which took 3 hrs because I lost my ID at the airport and they would not accept any other form of ID I had, everything was great. I must commend the night manager who, initially refused to check me in but came out to the carport to tell help me FINALLY get checked in at 3am!

Extremely pleased and presently surprised how nice this hotel was for the price! Super close to so many stores and activities. We stayed here for a trip to Disney about 15min away (Knott's Berry Farm was literally across the street from hotel). Microwave & good size fridge. Many shampoo, lotion, shower gels and towels. Wouldn't think twice booking in the future.

As soon as we walked in, the issues were obvious. The hallway and stair areas smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which is completely unacceptable, especially since we were traveling with children. The room itself felt humid and uncomfortable, and even after turning on the AC, it just blew out dusty air and didn’t improve anything. The condition of the room was also very concerning. The couch was visibly stained, and the sheets looked old and yellowed, making it feel unclean and not properly maintained. The microwave didn’t work either, which just added to the frustration. On top of that, the surrounding area felt unsafe. There was a lot of suspicious activity outside, and it did not feel like a place suitable for families at all—especially considering how close it is to Knott’s Berry Farm. We expected a much better environment. When we went to the front desk to explain everything, the staff member showed no concern. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and no offer of a refund. Because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt, we chose to leave immediately and book another hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and better customer service. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families.

Rooms smelled stale. Check in waiting area was not inviting. Pool was dirty and the entire pool area was trashy, rusted out legs on the furniture, nothing was arranged, chairs and loungers were strewn about in no organized fasion, no hot tub as listed. Workout room and was trashed and used for storage, no guest access. Entire property felt neglected. Pictures and descripions were not accurate. Seems like the hotel reviews are filtered in some way as many score it 10 out of 10. Will never stay at this hotel again. I can mention so much more.

Most of my stays have been great with no issues, I usually know what to expect. This time around I was dissatisfied and disappointed with the office, as I booked a family suite with a separate kids room, after checking in, I found that in the children’s room under the sink my toddler had opened the cabinet there were boxes of beer cans some of which still had beer in them and my toddler had knocked it over spilling over and on my toddlers stuffed animals. I caught my toddler just in time before anything worst had happened. I did NOT expect to be opened beer cans in a room that was suppose to be cleaned for our arrival. Of course we told the office but nothing was done about the situation. After checking out, once again we let them know about our disappointment. Always bring your own shampoos and hygiene products. Always wear shoes on the carpets. The towels are a bit small so ask for extras. Two towels per adult, you will need them. Perfect size for a child.

There were no hangers in the closet zero hangers. There was no shampoo, three conditioners, three body washes and six little tubes of lotion no shampoo.. the door between the bathroom and the bedroom was a sliding door. It was rusted and old and really you had to push it to get it only halfway open. The front door mechanism and plate was loose looked like somebody had tried to kick it in.. very disappointed

I found two maggots in the sheets, which made the entire stay feel very uncomfortable and unsettling. Because of that, it was hard to fully relax and enjoy the visit. Aside from this issue, everything else was decent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The sheets had stains on them weren’t washed good you can smell them the bathroom was the worse thing in the room very poor condition! The housekeepers don’t even ask if you’re in your room they just try coming in very unprofessional! And overall my car was hit in the parking lot and manager never got back to me!

The amenities were minimal they didnt give me the wifi password needed usb ports to charge electronics room only had 1 charging port.

When we checked in I was given a room on the bottom floor. I asked if this could be changed and without hesitation they looked for another room and gave me a room where I liked.

Rooms were old but clean, staff was all so sweet. We woke up on Easter with eggs around the hotels for kids to pick up. Only complaint I have was the water was either HOT or Cold no in between and the tv service was horrible. But boy were only used at night when we settled down and not a huge issue. Will definitely be staying again.

The rooms or ok for a quick stay but not very appealing. Definitely can use a remodel. Seeing the wear and tear of the room makes it had to feel comfortable. Parking was hard to find after a certain time..

We're surprised to see the bedroom was nice, clean, but the bedroom door was not seal and you can hear the road noise from the street. The microwave was rusted and corroded, but the manager gave us the new one after I complaint. The heater sometimes had a very loud noise when it starts/stops. The hallway wall and the elevator were dirty, icky...we tried not to use the elevator. The office was not feeling invited, dirty and not appealing. We won't be back.

Walking distance to knotts!

Staff was courteous and check-in was easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which is what I really wanted. The bathroom needed some repairs, though.

My family and I enjoyed the suite! It was perfect. Carpet needed to be vacuumed better and the dining table is beat up but the beds were comfortable, the “living room” space was cute and cozy and we enjoyed it.

Facilities are old. There aren't a lot of amenities that you can take advantage of to make up for the lack of modernization, but price is cheap, it's walking distance to Knot's Berry Farm, very close to Disneyland when driving, walls are thick enough not to hear your neighbors nor be heard, and rooms are clean. Housekeeping happens every day, which is a plus, but I think you should be very mindful of the fact that housekeeping would knock one time to announce itself and then proceed to try to unlock your door, not waiting for an answer. That's a very reproachable attitude since what if you're on the shower or naked about to get in (like I was). So be mindful of that and try to lock your door with something. Overall it's a quiet area, free parking, centric location and cheap. Good & safe option if you're on a tight budget, if you want to prioritize comfort and more up-to-date amenities over cheapest, consider other options.

The staff was super friendly! We were able to park there while going to the park then our room was ready for us. The pool was a good temp and we spent a few hours out there. The only complaint was there was a decent amount of rust in the room but otherwise it was clean.

Our room was absolutely spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt comfortable the entire time and can’t wait to return. Hands down, one of the best inn and suites we’ve stayed at!

We left after we checked in. We must of found 25 hairs all over the beds, sheets and pillow cases. The staff was very nice about it and apologized but never a call back or a refund was made.

So, when they mopped they used a dirty mop. The room had ants and the walls were obviously marked up from previous people's stays. Proximity to the destination and the jet tub were nice. Overall would book again at a lower price or perhaps just a different room.

The hotel is very old and not kept in good condition. Our room phone had no cord, the shower had mold, the toilet handle fell off, and the walls are paper thin (you hear everything). However, it has great proximity to the park and does have a fridge and microwave.

I stay here twice a year when attending a conference. I am not present much during the day, but it has always met my needs. It is clearly well run. I have had no problems with noise at night or noticed anything shady going on. Mainly there are families visiting Knott's Berry farm.

The stay overall was good. Was able to check in close to midnight with no problem minus the parking situation. It was very cramped and full. The room was clean but could use updating. The bed mattresses were inconsistent. One was very springy (like you could literally feel them) and sunken in the middle whereas the other was pretty nice and thick. I got a standard 2 Queen room. The bedding smelled like it wasn’t dried enough (yu know that weird wet dog smell). It was a bit noisy above us one of our nights but that’s not the hotel’s fault. To be clear, there is no breakfast provided so keep that in mind. IHOP was walkable so we did that. For the price and location, I can’t complain too much. Would stay again.

The hotel and rooms is old, it was advertised with new rooms, feels unsafe. I could not get hot water and no drinking water. I tried to make coffee and no way to make coffee, not a single bottle of drinking water. Will not come back here.

We visited Knott’s Berry Farm and this hotel sits across the street from the front of the park and preferred parking. There are a ton of restaurants and shopping near by. We walked to the park every day. The house keeping staff do a great job! We had a small kitchen to wash out our reusable cups, plate ware refrigerator microwave soap and sponge. We will for sure be back this summer!

Room was ok, had kind of rusty smell. Bathroom tub is kind of old, peeled up in the corner of the tub and all of the faucets were really old, hard to turn and it takes forever for the hot water to come out. Beside that, staffs are really friendly.

The area is a good area but the motel belongs in a different area that is suitable . The room stinks, the refrigerator stinks, the bathtub and toilet stopped up on us on our last night their. The room itself was average, no complaints there, our main and major complaints about our stay is the no hot water to shower. I called 3times and ask if they can fix the hot water issue and he kept telling me to run the water for another 5-10 minutes, and we did but the hot water never was warm enough to shower. So we had to take cold shower after 45minutes of going back and forth and we were in a hurry to get to Knotts.

When we arrived there was NO parking, had to double park and also in areas that normally would get you towed. Had 5 rooms with two beds each. In 3 of the rooms at least 1 bed had, hair, blood stains, shoe prints and dirty sheets. In at least 3 bathrooms there was black mold on the tile. We did not eat breakfast, no do I know if they even served any. They did have vending machines. The attendants at the front desk were polite. The cleaning lady would not give us extra towles and tried to insist on cleaning our rooms, she said she does not get paid if she does not enter. Very noisy and lots of light coming through the door as there was a large gap all the way around it.

Rooms are old fashioned and need a lot of fixing , alot of rust around the faucets and damaged walls , light fixtures where not working

I rented 5 rooms, 2 QB in each room. 2 of the rooms the beds were decent as long as you slept on top of blankets. Other three rooms, in on one room, on of the beds had shoe prints dirty blankets and hair, another two rooms had hair and blood stains. 2 bathrooms had mold in them, all shower heads were filthy. NOT quiet at all, light shined through doors you could hear the screams from Knotts Berry Frams to sirens and people outside. Parking lot was overcrowded, had double parking a few parked in places where you walk. In order to get new towels they insisted on entering the rooms which were did not feel comforable with but were told by workers they would not get paid if they did not enter. Didn't let them in and got towels off the cart when they were cleaning guests rooms. When we arrived lyft was dropping off a female escort.and was asking to for help to find the room. We did not do breakfast. The office staff was very nice and did their best to assist us. I think that was the best part of the whole experience. Luckily we it was a short and quick trip.

The hotel was conveniently located to where we were doing things. The hotel is older though and very run down. The staff was friendly and helpful though. The price matches what you get.

We stay here whenever we drive up to go to Knotts. Very close to the park and there's places to eat everywhere. The man at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Some rooms here are better and cleaner than others but you can't beat this price so the gamble is worth it to me. Comparing with other hotels around, I feel like you would get the same concerns for a higher price.

The room has an ensuite bathroom, that contains a toilet, shower and small sink and is well stocked with Shampoo, soap and skin moisturiser. The room itself contained a large double bed, Tv, Fridge and microwave. There a nice sized swimming pool, thats heated, the area around it is reasonably spacious, my only criticism is that there was only 2 sun loungers. The hotel is opposite Knotts Berry Farm, but is still a quiet area. Overall the hotel suited my needs as I was there 11 nights and was in the mid price range for the area. Will definitely book again.

Beds were not the most comfortable. To get ice you have to find personnel by the office to push a button from the inside to dispense the ice. That having been said, it was easy to find someone when we went to get ice. Just a slight bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Second year in a row we have stayed here and I would definitely stay there again if we were to going to Knott's Berry Farm again.

My favorite place to stay when I come to Disneyland. You get what you pay for it. It’s not the best updated but it works especially if you’re gonna be out of the hotel majority of the time. It’s clean there’s no bugs. It does the job I stay here every time I go to Disneyland. If you have people who are staying around you with kids, you will hear them so be cautious of that and bring headphones, but for the most part of the price is worth it.

Picked this motel because of it's proximity to Knotts Scary farm. The room was comfortable and clean. This was perfect to avoid driving home in the might of the night. I did have to wait when checking out the get the $100 cash deposit back. I guess they want and checked the room.

Very close to the Knotts parks so it’s convenient and priced well. However, the area is very noisy at night. Our room had bright light shining around the blackout curtain all night, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were rough and stuck to our skin. At one point, the television lost satellite and would only come on in French.

Outside parking wa dirty, cigarette buds all over the floor, smelled like urine. Rooms were dirty, blankets had stains, towels were dirty. Even got someone's fake eyelashes stuck in my foot. Came late to rest, smoke alarm was beeping, staff asked for us to remove it. I book based on rating but it wa dirty, also the bunk bed mattress so hard, every time you toss around made so much noise. Been in Motels much better quality than this hotel. Definitely do not recommend, specially if you have kids, which we did.

You're getting what you pay for the price is low because the property is aged and while we stayed the hotel was under construction. Its convenient especially for knotts berry and Huntington Beach. The staff were friendly and we had no issues with service.

Bathroom needs major reno so it looks super dirty. Couldnt sleep u can hear everyone, the people staying upstairs, people next to ur room and the people walking outside. We checked out early because we just couldnt take the noise anymore.

Walking distance to the park and Walgreens is right there also. Easy to get in and out of the parking. Staff are friendly. AC works good. Beds could use some updating I recommend bringing your own pillow. Theirs are hard and old.

We were lucky being able to book this hotel on Friday night after having to leave our original hotel after four hours of checking in. The staff at this place were the nicest and friendliest people. Even though the hotel is an older hotel, maintenance employees were mopping the walkways every night with bleach to keep outside clean!

If you just want a cheap hotel for no other reason than to have a bed to sleep in, this hotel does that. But don’t expect much else. Upon check-in, there was no one in the office and I waited a good ten minutes before someone showed up. Booked the “superior” room with 2 queen beds. Nothing superior about it. And they were the most uncomfortable FULL size beds, not queens. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean, just very old. Only stayed one night so it did the job, but will I stay again? Probably not.
