Everything was fine except the bedding looked like it had been washed from the last people. And cigarette burn holes all over both blankets on both beds.

If you're on a budget and the point of your travel is to do things away from the hotel, then it's fine. The $60 cash deposit came as a surprise.

Person arrived from wherever they were. Room smelled like smoke even though it’s nonsmoking.

Close to the theme park, the Hispanic man at the front desk was very very nice and very helpful I would go here again because of the customer service. The ac was not working well and was very noisy I couldn't sleep with it on. The room I had smelled like cigarettes very bad the smell was lingering for the 3 days I rented. The beds and blankets had cigarettes burns on them.

I found two cockroaches in the room; we booked for four people, but they only provided three towels, claiming it was hotel policy. The blankets didn't look like they had been washed, and the guest in the room above was making noise constantly, including in the middle of the night.

Power went out the first night and received no discount and insurance denied the claim for partial discount. They knew of the outage in advanced and still accepted reservations without any notice to guests or offers for any type of compensation or accommodation. Do not recommend

The only complaint I had was we had a cracked toilet seat and every time you sat down it pinched you, but I never went to the front desk but they cleaned my room because I was there for three days and they never changed it but I didn’t ask so that’s the only bad thing

As we got into our room, we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall. We reserved a non-smoking room, but you can smell the cigarette in the room. My husband and I decided not to stay and immediately checked out.

Place is clean from outside. Good location from knotts berry farm. Room needs an upgrade walls were dirty. But beds were comfortable.

Fridge and microwave in the room, but no source of caffeine on the property, no coffee makers or station and no vending machines. I booked online and there was no mention of the cash deposit required at check-in. Location was good, close to a lot of restaurants and easy walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm entrance.

my room did had 1 tiny roach , im not a freaker so i just kill it and moved on with my life but obviously is something super important to consider for a stay And makes you wonder if thats why is so cheap cause its so dirtyy The bed was fine, no bed bugs only the roach on the restroom. So they dont have the bathtub for use, mine didnt had the “thing” to stop the water and also the floor on the bathtub wasn’t that clean… maybe they should use bleach to clean it so it looks more clean. The restroom Is kinda uncomfortable since its small. They dont have hair dryer. Also no pool towels. Theres no “do not disturb” sign for the room door. Pool area dirty !! No chairs to sit one except for 4 which were dirty. Pool was kinda dirtyy but for things they blow off with the wind. Parking lot dirty but most of them you could see it was the guest fault but it smelt bad and it had few trashcan to the top smelling bad. 2nd night They didn’t clean our room even tho i especially asked for it on recepction due the sign missing of “do not disturb” I found 5 more bugs !!! On the sink and restroom. I did research on this app for this place and it had good reviews but i think there were boots cause then I came here and all i saw was bad reviews, clearly disappointed on choosing this place oh well, one learns. Also no parking the place was absolutely full.

It was right across the street from Knoxberry Farm parking lot. It was extremely gross. My grandson did not want to touch the toilet to lift up the lid. The kids feet were black so I had to use the three towels they gave me for six people to mop the floor with. there is a couple hairs in the bed and stains on the sheets. One of the beds had no sheets on it so we went and bought our own with extra towels we had to purchase. There need for a painter and a cleaner the walls are extremely disgusting. You don’t wanna touch anything even the light switches. (Black Mold in that room)

Not worth it

Check in was pretty quick. We entered our room and were instantly hit with a smell of cigarette smoke. Right away we went to the office to ask for a smoke free room as we requested a family room. Was told all rooms were booked for the night to try again in the morning about 9am. We left early to knotts berry so we didn’t bother going back to the office to ask. We returned at night so another night with the smoke scent. Aside from that it was just a good enough stay.

I would stay away from this establishment at all costs! We stayed in 419 and the conditions were extreme. The mattress was caved in with stains all over the surface and a large burn hole in the lower corner. Chairs, curtains, bedding, and towels all seemed to be used with stains. On the toilet paper rolled there seemed to be some menstration blood that hadn't been cleaned. When I turned the lights on in the morning roaches went scurrying for safety. There's a loading dock of some kind near room 419 and you can hear trucks with their back up sounds going all night. We were going to stay 2 nights but checked out a day early since the conditions were ao bad. Management refused to refund my additional night, much to my dismay. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere else.

The facilities of this hotel were VERY DIRTY. The reviews saying otherwise aren’t true. You can tell the grounds haven’t been cleaned for a long time. There are people actually living in the hotel. There was a roach on my daughter’s purse and her purse was kept on the bed all night. There were six of us in the two-room family suite & they only gave us THREE towels. No washcloths or hand towels. Toilets were working but old & rickety. Even the curtains were hung haphazardly & the a/c blew out smelly air like the filters hadn’t been changed in ages. There was hair inside at the bottom of the mini fridge. When I went to get more towels from the office at 5:30am, no one answered the bell at the night counter (even though it’s supposed to be 24 hours). The ONLY good thing abt this hotel is that it’s directly across the street from Knotts Berry Farm. That fact does NOT make staying at this hotel worth it. Definitely 1 out of 5 stars.

Love this hotel in a really good location I come here every other weekend from San Bernardino to do Instacart I’m a Instacart shopper coming to the city is more lucrative for me they a priced reasonable which is why they are my go to for hotel bookings

We had a diffrent room this time it was 418 it was sssoooo dirty. It had roaches and when i let the front desk know in the morning he acted as if he was shocked. I stood in another room there and it was not like that before. Apparennrly all the 2 bedrooms were taken by the time we noticed.air condition didnt work either smelled very very bad.

Don't stay here. No wash cloth, no coffee pot. They advertise continental breakfast NOPE. The hot tub as they call it a small pool. Cockroaches, hard bed, soiled sheets.

We stayed overnight after a visit to Knott's. The hotel is pretty basic, and the furnitire showed some wear and tear. I doubt I would stay here again. The price was good though, and I am sure it would work for families.

Staff where nice enough, police turned up twice due to homeless people sleeping in hotel, obviously a lot of people who are living in hotel and organising there own breakfast buffet for other live ins, obvious drug deals and other seedy dealings going on. Car had an American flag representing police force removed from the back of his car (a sticker) due to the type of individuals living there. Needs a huge clean up and ice to go through it

Great price you have a McDonald’s down the street and Walgreens gas station literally next door Disneyland about 12 mins away super convenient internet was good checking in was easy experience they charge the first night the day before you arrive. The drawers where not super clean but I mean everything else was good

There is walkable to Knot Berry Farms, free entrance museums but they also have 1st free hour parking. You can also park at the Inn. Have swimming pool

The 2 bedroom was for 6 people. It had 2 beds in one room with 1 bed in the other which had no window or a/c so it was hot. We were only given 4 bath towels no hand towels or wash cloths. Office staff was not available when I went to ask forore towels. The location was good right across from Knott's Berry farm. I would not stay there again.

I'm not sure where to start, rather I would like to tell Travolocity that you are a big and reputable company, and we, the customers, rely on the information you provide us to book the trip. Please don't deceive your customers with flashy pictures. Do your own investigation and do not allow the business to advertise them on your wall if they don't fulfill the requirements, or we, your customers, will have to boycott Travelocity.

Parking was easy

Staff was friendly when we first arrived but then they did what everyone else said, just talked on the phone. Pool was kinda gross and hot tub was freezing. Cockroaches, missing wheels on desk chair and bottom missing from dresser drawer. Woke up the first morning and discovered gum stuck to the sheets. Woke up at midnight the next night to a sound and looked out the peephole to discover the trunk of my rental car wide open.

Friendly staff, great customer service from my experience. However, the room we were originally put in REAKED of cigarette smoke and accompanied with several cigarette burns in the blankets and night stand. As well as a nice spider web with a big ole spider along the top of the door and hinges. I immediately went to the front desk to switch rooms. They did so there on the spot(where the good customer service comes in). The 2nd and final room was better(in a way)- free of cigarette smoke and burns but the floors, walls, toilet and doors were dirty and stained like there was never an attempt to clean them. The corners of the floor had collections of dust and dirt. The first room very well may have been in this condition as well but didn't pay much attention as the smell immediately turned me away as previously stated. Luckily we literally only slept there since we spent all our time at Disneyland. Anyway, definitely will never even consider returning and urge anyone the same.

I had a good stay. This place needs a power wash. Front desk was nice to me, my room was spotless. Property is old and dated and the clientele are lower class. I feel for the owners.

Room smelled of smoke (non smoking room) and pot. Also found ash try (with ashes) in the room. Went to mention something to the office - no one there. Had to also leave a $50 cash deposit when checked in.

Clean room had a feet type of smell went to go by my own cleaning products. Pool was clean and cold what we needed on a hot day. Hot tub not plugged up so no relaxing for adults.. no face towels was in my room hand and body towels.. and a few lil creepy crawlers..

We purchased a $35 general park parking for Knotts Berry Farm, however the room is a 6 min walk from the theme park, we did not end up using it its closer to walk from the hotel. Walgreens and gas station walking distance like 3 minutes. The rooms were spacious with small microwave and small fridge.

The room was fine but lacked basic amenities. No clock / radio, no hook on the back of the bathroom door, one hanger, no bathmat, no hand towels. Very sparse.

It was roach infested and smelled so bad had to change rooms and that room was just as bad and the air conditioner didn't work it was so hot in there worse experience ever

The air conditioner was making noises. The maids dont want to give soap or shampoo or towel even bathroom tissue.

The pool was open which was a plus kids enjoyed made new friends hot tub was not working air conditioner worked perfectly fine after smell left from not being used.. also neef to make sure you have towels for pool

Very sparse, 1 office type chair for seating, hard bed mattress, no info on TV operation or available channels,2 towels, no washcloths, no blankets (just sheets and a bedspread. Very noisy at all hours of the night with people and kids shouting, calling for their cats and dogs, car alarms and engine noise. Definitely not recommended for anyone who wants to sleep much at all. Of course for those interested in Knotts, very close.

Room ok i guess no towels in room. Seems like ppl live in in the rooms. Room was non smoking but ppl smoked around and door had a gap thru the bottom smell came in. We had to but our own towlrs to block the weed smell from coming in outside it was dirty.

We stayed for 6 days and I keep requesting for housekeeping daily and new towels but they only did once and that’s the day before we checked out. No bathroom rug, no wash cloth, the room smelled so bad I had to buy an air freshener. No ice machine. Dryer was horrible. The place where washer and dryer were located is also terrible. Staff are not friendly and account. I’m sorry guys but you really need to improve. Your service sucks😩

Overall Impression: The stay at Colony Inn was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, and noise disturbances. Improvements in cleanliness, room facilities, and noise management are highly recommended.

This particular room was not in good condition. Ibhave stayed him many times over the last 3 years and this room didnt even have a safety bolt. I had to out my wagon and another chair in frint of the door to feel safe. The light in the bathroom did not work also.

The room was good, they accommodated me like I asked on the 1st floor due to a knee injury. Only issue was the heater auto function was not working properly so I had to leave it on high for the heat to come out. Other than that it was good, thats why we always stay here. The room was nice but they did not provide a blanket of any sort. The beds only had the bed sheets and a very thin cover over them.

There was no indication of a cash deposit for the room. The floors appeared dirty and small roaches appeared out of nowhere. We got stuck in the back corner of the establishment where it appears long term tenants were staying. The sink barely had any water pressure. The toilet kept jiggling as you as down and go up. There was a random heater in the room as well. The beds has mattress protectors that had holes in them, it’s a wonder they tried to cover it with a bed sheet instead of a fitted one. Pretty much you get what you paid for regardless of location. There was no wifi to connect to either.

When I checked in, they tried to charge me a cash deposit even though there is nothing about a deposit on the listing on the app. She tried to show me where it said there was a mandatory cash deposit and I showed her in the app where it said nothing of the sort. She got on the phone with a manager and didn’t charge me the deposit. We got to our room with three beds. They weren’t the best, but they worked. There were only four towels in the bathroom, no wash cloths and no bath mat. You would think they would have enough towels for six when that’s what’s on my reservation. Location is literally across the street from Knott’s. The stay was ok, not sure I’d stay again

We arrived around 10:30 a.m., because we were there for an industry trade show in Anaheim. We explained to the desk clerk that we understood we could not check into a room yet, but we just wanted to handle the paperwork so we could attend the conference without worry.

We loved the amount of space in the standard family suite. The room included a small microwave and mini fridge, anr two TVs. The three beds were a good size, queens, and were comfortable. Where this property slipped a bit is on cleanliness and upkeep. The floors weren't particularly clean, some of the walls were dingy, and the bathroom door was particularly bad and definitely needed to be wiped down. When we arrived there was urine on the toilet seat. Although there were holes for a towel shelf, there was no shelf. Also, there were no rods/spindles on which to hang the toilet paper rolls, and instead, there were two partially used rolls sat ON TOP of a stack of clean towels that were sitting on the back of the toilet. Gross. We were able to get clean towels and to be fair, housekeeping did clean the room each day, replacing our towels, and did not place them on the back of the toilet after that first day. Overall, we were actually pretty happy with the room, it's convenient location, and it's spaciousness, but think they should drop daily cleaning and spend the saved time on a thorough cleaning before checkin and room upkeep.

Staff is always great and friendly and helpful. The room condition was not. Floors were wet. Assuming they left windows open on a foggy day but that was nasty. Then they had a leak in the shower which is where I assume the terrible foul smell came from. Whole place smelled awful . Left windows open and put a car air freshener in the vents. Came back and it still smelled terrible. You get what you pay for though. So be warned. Prices are cheap and it’s close to Knotts but quality wise it’s very low.

Cold AC. Pretty quiet. They do ask for a $60-$100 cash deposit here on top of your Expedia booking, so bring cash at check in. One tiny roach ran past the desk so they may need a bug guy visit soon. But all in all a nice stay in a giant room across from Knotts!

Location is phenomenal if going to Knott's berry farms. Literally cross the street and your're in the parking lot. The actual quality of the hotel is 3 stars; the shower did work, but not well, relatively clean beds but very dirty carpet, and no USB ports in the electrical outlets so bring a wall charger if staying here. Staff was friendly enough and I got back my cash deposit upon checkout. I would stay here again.

Why is this hotel so gross.? I had my children with me. The fridge wasn’t working. My food got wet on the bottom. I took pics and showed the guy at the desk. He didn’t know what to say. No apology.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in the Curtin was broken so people could see in the window . no wash cloths no stopper for the bath tub no hand towels security lock on top of door was broken off so could not use it . Two dirty tooth brushes in the bath room and many more things will never stay there again or use Hotel.com again!!

The room was dirty. There was food or something splattered on the curtains and the wall. The beds were very uncomfortable. They only had three towels, no washcloth, no hand towels, no shower mat to step on when you get out. The room was so disgusting my daughter didn’t even want to take a shower. They also require a $100 cash only deposit for the room that was not stated when I reserved the room. It’s interesting they have ATM machine right outside the check-in window, I’m sure it’s so they can make money off the ATM by requiring the cash only deposit. You get what you pay for with this one. It would’ve been better and cheaper if I had just pitched a tent somewhere at a campground or slept in my car.

The property was clean, the location was excellent for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm as it’s across the street and priced affordably. Room was clean, spacious, but dated could use some updating. My wife daughter and I stayed here on short notice. Hotel is extremely convenient for those going to one of the parks next door. This is an Inn, not a hotel or motel, so understand what you are getting. Bad pillows, mediocre beds, no wash clothes, no hand towels, and only 3 towels for our 3 day stay. We requested towels each day and was given them each day but you need to give them the old ones and make the request (understandable but not convenient. There was a small fridge and microwave that worked well. Shower was good but hot water limited (never cold but not hot). Obviously the location is the attraction to this Inn. We will stay here again, but we will bring pillows and extra blankets.

The room was dirty, there were people smoking crack at the end of the parking lot, underwear hanging from the fence around the pool. There were DIRTY HAND PRINTS on the ceiling of the room! Stuff smeared all over the toilet. The shower looked like no one had cleaned it in months. Just horrible. We checked in then immediately checked out. We did not stay here.

Location is excellent for Knotts, staff was nice, room clean, no service but we were only there two nights. Ice maker was not working (got ice next door) Refigerator and Microwave were a must so very happy there. Did not like the $100 cash deposit especially sence I for got till we were well out of the area. Had a local cherity pick it up for me as a donation to them.

The heater did not heat but the AC to cool did…. One night stay only. There was a musty smell in the bathroom area so I left the bathroom fan on which also covered sounds as the walls are thin

Overall I understand because it's next to a theme park and you get a lot of people in and out of there a lot so the maintenance was pretty good we were there for 3 days and got room service once I got two rooms one of them had cockroaches in it and the other the curtains wouldn't close the TV was very poor very limited channels the second room the shower just barely trickled out no water pressure there was no hand towels only three towels for two beds and four people parking was very limited but overall it was outdated needs some Remodel and definite paint our bathroom door had been broken half and screwed together the flooring was buckled and hard to walk across without snagging on a crack in the floor anytime we left I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room

The rooms were OK. Adequate. Expected for the price. Location to Knotts is exceptional. Very inexpensive for the amazing location. Just dont expect it to be the 4 Seasons....One odd thing. The hotel required a $100 CASH deposit. Had to be cash. Strange.

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I was embarrassed as a father to have my family stay there. Knott’s Berry Farm should step in and ensure the hotels around the property are up to standard.

Staff has an attitude. The bed is very hard, and the pillows suck.The refrigerator doesn't work. No phone. The towels are very small. There are cigarette burns on the comforter.

No hair dryer nor iron available in room. Noises from other rooms heard across the walls.

And corners. No phone in the room. Only 2 towels no wash clothes. No trash cans. No plugs next to the bed

I couldn't pay $100 cash deposit upfront. I said I would go somewhere else. The manager said because it was just a 70 year old snd my 9 year, old, he said he felt we wouldn't trash the room. Then he gave us the worst room! it was the room that was shown on the ad. I was in so much pain and my ankles were sore and swollen. I had to get my feet evaluated to reduce the pain and swelling for my drive home in Arizona. I left before 8:00 am and requested a refund for the 2nd night. I was refunded.

The door had a 1 inch gap. You could see the outside easily. This small Room is great for Knotts Berry farm location But might be the lowest rated hotel of all around.

Things that were happening at night bringing in a crowd not for a family friendly environment. There was loud music in the middle of the night car alarms going off, there was one room in particular that drew the attention and people were there for whatever was occurring in that room. Not family friendly at all.

I got bit up by bed bugs really bad really really bad

We didn’t even stay in the rooms we booked. (2) the second we walked in it smelled of weed & cigarettes even tho i booked non smoking. There were multiple unsafe things like nails sticking out of walls & headboards not being secured properly (we took photos of all of these things & then some) My children’s socks turned black from how dirty the floors were. My friends found bed bugs in their rooms. We arrived at 6 & checked out by 9pm because we felt it was unsanitary & unsafe. We tried to get our money back & were told multiple times we couldn’t even though it says “fully refundable” in an email i received. The worst experience we’ve ever had & will never recommend or stay here again. I would feel confident in saying these rooms would not pass any sort of safety inspection period.

Not very clean

PLEASE READ: The room was extremely filthy, it smelled horrendous. The walls in the bathroom looked as if they were covered in urine. Most of the outlets were burnt out, didn’t work what so ever. One of the beds were broken, leaning onto one side, we reported and they didn’t do anything about the problem. The tv was also broken. Bathroom necessities were not provided enough for our stay, if anything they only dropped off two rolls of toilet paper and a couple of towels. It was also extremely noisy, the weekly residents were partying and at 3 in the morning a fight broke out, caused by domestic disputes, police showed up. This place could be modest or even decent, but the current management is absolutely disgusting, or they do not care about what happens at their establishment. This place is sadly right across the street from knotts berry farm and 15 mins away from Disneyland.

Staff charged me $20 cash on a room I’ve had 3 day already for an early check in? That charge is so cleaning staff can perform room serve from previous guest not existing guest. Any way cash not card, maybe the $20 was going in the pocket?

Please reconsider staying at this location. The staff—especially the man handling evening check-ins—were extremely rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. We requested room service three separate times and never received it. The room and sheets were dirty, and when we reported it, the front desk told us to change them ourselves instead of addressing the issue. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were denied and received no assistance from anyone. To make matters worse, we were awakened at 2 a.m. by guests next door yelling and arguing, and smoke from someone smoking nearby drifted into our room. Overall, it was an unpleasant and poorly managed experience.

Lobby staff went above and beyond. Fast checkout, knowledgeable, and held luggage before and after checkout so my family could visit the park. The rooms were great for the price. They could probably charge more per night if they maintained the rooms better. Our room was missing a toilet paper roll bar and the wiring would not allow the light and fan to turn off after a shower. The walls had residue on them. The beds were comfortable and we did receive clean towels and linens daily. Overall, incredible value and great lobby staff!

Lots of options, but this one looked and described as needed. Parking was scary since didn’t ask for car information. I’d only recommend this hotel because of its distance from Knott’s Berry Farm and it’s cheap compared to other hotels in the area. Other than that, it’s unclean, there’s hardly any amenities, and the worst part are the crackheads and prostitutes that live or hang around outside. They definitely need to revamp this hotel and make it family friendly especially because it’s so close to Knott’s Berry Farm.

It was very unpleasant day from the beginning they asked for cash for a deposit we had to go look for an ATM and it’s a very busy area. It’s a lot of traffic took almost an hour almost late for our event when we came back from our event to go into our room. There was so many disturbing situations everywhere. Also, there was somebody banging at the door at 3 AM. tried calling the office. Nobody answered, went to the office. There was a sign that said it was closed very unhappy and would love if you guys can compensate for that. and the restroom had a very strong stench of dog urine. There was a dog in there that ripped the wall.

Initial interaction with receptionist was very unpleasant. Morning vs night interaction was literally and figuratively night and day. Rooms could use some repainting but otherwise, a cost effective establishment.

There aren't enough parking spaces, so people are creating their own parking spaces by parking along the pool fence, parking along the fence by the check-in office, parking in spaces that say "no parking," etc. 4. The room flooring was hardwood laminate, and you could feel the dingy, dirty film on the floor. I cleaned the floor by wrapping a damp towel around my foot and the towel turned BLACK. 5. Dirty, crummy lampshades full of dust and dirt. 6. Old red bedspread, which was SUPER THIN and more of the thickness of a sheet, definitely would not call it a comforter. FLAT/THIN pillows. Mattress had weird STAINS and was UNCOMFORTABLE. 7. Dingy bathroom with a cigarette burn on the toilet lid. 8. Ironing board that was rusted old metal WITH NO IRON, and NO IRONING PAD. 9. Disgusting shelf with GREASY GRIME on it. 10. Microwave and refrigerator are located INSIDE THE BATHROOM area??? 11. Wifi was spotty and had WEAK signal. 12. To be comfortable here: bring your own cleaning supplies, bring own bedding, bring own pillows, bring own washcloths (none provided-only bath towels), bring own wifi hotspot, bring own ice (icemaker is broken).

100 dollar cash deposit is odd!

While the room was very quiet, the beds were hard as rocks, the floors were nasty and sticky, they don’t have extra pillows and the ones in the room are flat, the room was so hot that it took hours to cool down. We had to open the window and the door in addition to the AC (that barely blew cold air at all). The sink was broken and the toilet was loose. All of the cabinets and drawers were either broken or the handles were missing. They asked for a cash deposit but didn’t actually check anything to get it back. Definitely won’t be returning.

They came in my home and stole things from me and the manager didn’t care, the window do not lock, the pool and room is nice but staying there is unsafe people break into your room when you leave and steal your property and when I brought it to they attention they didn’t do anything or change my room and lie and said I was fighting to be honest I need a refund. I tried to give them a chance because my love the hotel and my son love the pool, I disliked how my property was stolen and not protected, I was there for 7 days and not one time they cleaned my room when I asked the house keeper she said my room was not on the list I ask why she doesn’t understand or speak English if you purchase a room from them don’t leave the hotel because someone will come in your room and steal your property after my son left I had to leave because I was scared to sleep there by myself because I’m a hard sleeper and didn’t trust being there by myself save your money and go to a different hotel if you don’t want your property stolen from you it’s not a save hotel for you and your property I’m warning you.

I liked the hotel until my room was broken into and things were stolen from my room every time I leave the room someone or somebody's kept going in my room stealing my stuff I didn’t realize the window didn’t lock until 7 days later every time I leave the room I leave the air conditioning on when I come back the air conditioning off they stole my chain, lotion, toothpaste, baby oil, incenses, my pain medicine, my cannabis, perfume my son t- shirts and shorts and food in my refrigerator, this hotel is not safe. the front desk staff are rude and they lie on me by saying I was fighting I was not fighting anyone I was upset and yelling because every time I leave my room the window screen be bent and the window open, my son did love the pool and the room are clean, I had to leave the room earlier due to the theft and disrespect I received from the front desk lying staff I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone that’s going to leave the hotel for a long period of time, it’s crazy how I spent my money without any protection save your money.

Although our stay, there was nice, we noticed that it looked like the walls in the room were patched up, possibly from people or someone punching holes in them, there were burn holes in the curtains as well.

From the arrival your greeted with people out on their balconies being loud and partying. The rooms were filthy and had a horrible smell. I was looking forward to taking a bath after a long day at work out of town and needed just a quick night stay. The water in the bathroom was barely lukewarm in the bathtub was disgusting there was hair in it and God knows what else. The TV did not work. The beds had the most thin sheet ever not a blanket. Shelves in the mini refrigerator in the room was broken. I woke up to bugs all over my socks that I left on the floor. The only good thing was the air-conditioning actually worked. I’ve stayed in some pretty bad places, but this has to be one of the worst.

Amazing price, and convenient location.

OVERALL: We would stay again. The location is amazing and convenient, lots of food and shopping close by, and it saved us not having to pay for parking when going to the theme park. Next time, we will take a matteress foam cover for the bed to make it more comfy.

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and I’m not picky I’ve stayed in my fiar share of bad places but this one was worse

Checked in around 11pm and the attendant was rude. Expedia says the hotel "may require a cash deposit," so I had a little cash. Upon arrival, I was informed they REQUIRE a cash deposit that was more than half my stay cost. I tried to show the gentleman what expedia has on their website, but he wouldn't look. He then tried to negotiate money with me, and stated they require the deposit because "some people don't pay for their rooms" despite having charged my card for the full cost of my stay, and the charge went through. Eventually, he took the cash I had on me and gave me my key. This hotel has a "no visitors" policy, which is unfortunate considering I was staying in the area intending to see friends; he said nobody was allowed to visit me. My room was disgusting. Thick layers of dust everywhere. Sheets were stained. There were what appeared to be food particles on the wall. Microwave had old food on the front. Fridge was completely frosted over. Shower pressure was so intense that both times I showered, water sprayed outside of the curtain and all over the floor. There was no soap or hand towels for the bathroom, only body towels for the shower, and those were very small, more like child sized. The floor had not been swept or mopped. I put socks on after my shower, and just from going from the bathroom back to the main room, my feet were covered in dirt, and there was a large spot in the bathroom that appeared to be blood. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my lifetime. I have travelled a lot and this was the worst experience I have ever stayed at. There was no one at the checkout desk and the door of the hotel check in was locked. Finally someone came and made me pay a $100 cash deposit for the night. It had to be cash and they had an ATM at the door. Then the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The room smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. We were on the second floor and the back window opened completely without a screen. The bathtub had dirt stains and the shower head leaked and sprayed outside the curtain. The sheets and blankets on the bed smelled of smoke and had cigarette holes. Worst of all we had guests next to us who stayed up yelling and slamming doors until 1:00am in the morning.

Everything is good

The two rooms we got had roaches and a strong smell. Possible bed bugs as well, as soon as we put our stuff down every body started itching. The restrooms also had leaks in the shower. We were a party of 9. We went to the front desk to get a refund so we could go elsewhere but they refused stating 15 minutes had passed since check in. We were all tired from our trip and just wanted to get some rest. The only thing they did was to offer us another two rooms for our stay. The other rooms did not have roaches but everybody was skeptical so they slept on top of the quilts. We did not get much rest :(

Nice for the price, Entertainment right across the street. Friendly staff, easy check in process, big beds, nice pool, beat other competitor's prices which worked out perfectly for a Mid July stay. Bad problem was tight parking spaces, at times noisy, loose door not too secure, interesting smell coming from the room. But overall not bad for the money:)

It started off good, the appearance of the motel was approachable and didnt seem horrible, but as I started to look closer at the details I realized how poorly kept the place really is. The design of the room was interesting, a separate room from the main area, but the remote was missing from the tv and there was a hole in my ceiling covered with a thin piece of what seemed to be plastic or wood or something. The bathroom contained multiple beetles running on the ground with a roach crawling up the wall. My socks would get dirty from walking from the sink to my bed. Overall, I would not stay here again and all I hope is that they learn to clean the crevices, at least once.

This property is cheap but the condition is very poor. I have seen cockroaches. I took off shoes in the unit and walked around briefly. My socks were black. The bathroom is cracked. The expectation of the property seems, you get what you pay for.

This place knew we had a hotel stay weeks ahead of time and noticed, and when we got there, I guess they didn’t have any rooms and they were aware of that and put us in a Brokedown hotel room full of cockroaches, insects, cobwebs stuff dripping from the ceiling, loud air conditioning and a drippy faucet all night they would not even refund us at all. The manager never even contacted us. I had to file a court claim in small claims court, and it doesn’t cost that much to do it if anybody has experienced this situation it is awful and I do not wish this upon anyone. Please do not stay here just because of the price and do not let the hotel pictures pull you because they’re full of deceit and dishonesty

The best and sole good part was being across from Knot Berry. The drive to the beach wasn’t bad. The long time residents made the over nights noisy.

We told them our room had bugs in it and cobwebs, and our room was very dirty. There wasn’t even any hand towels, barely any soap. We had to hear a loud noisy air conditioner, and the faucet dripped all night. We got no rest. The hotel was aware of this the night we got here and did nothing because there was no room. This room is not up to health code regulations and they refuse to give us a discount or our money back for the night that we just stayed and had to suffer I don’t think this should be on hotels.com at all. Where to start, maybe the sketchy atm that has a garbage bag flapping from the top of it, or the nightlife of the people at the hotel. Bugs in the hotel rooms. Dirty walls and dirty stained with things i don't want to know curtains. Only good thing is it is a very short walk to knotts.

We will never rent from this motel again when we first got into the room we looked in the refrigerator and there was moldy bread and food in it and when we left in the microwave it was literally covered in food. They came and cleaned it and in the middle of the night when we woke up there was roaches everywhere I do not recommend. And there was just a bed cover and a sheet for a blanket

This place was horrible. There was no parking to accommodate all the guest. The night window was never available for guest. The lobby closed at 6pm every night. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms were dirty, floors needed to be mopped walls dirty from floor half way up. Beds ok, clean linen every day but overall condition was dirty and unkept. My friend's room had roach's. And her 2 year old twins feet and knees were black from crawling on the floor in less then 5 minutes. So not very happy. I used to go there 25 years ago was always clean. Now management doesn't seem to care.

I just think this hotel could be okay with extra attention to cleaning and pest control. There were still crackers and crumbs on the floor when we checked in. When we got there. They didn't have our room that was requested. I have a bad knee and hard to walk up stairs. Every day we were killing 2 to 3 roaches a day. Not a good stay. Will not stay there no more.

Visiting friends

Horrible! Provided only 3 stained bath towels. No bath mat, hand towels or wash cloths. No ice bucket. One inch gap under the door ensured we heard every step taken down the walkway. Beds were lopsided, broken down and the room smelled horrible. Worst of all they demanded a cash deposit of $100 that was not shown on the site. It did mention it in the confirmation email but I had already prepaid - on the last day it was possible to be refunded - and I didn't catch it. Walked away knowing I'd lose the fee for the second night. Was given my deposit back and the desk clerk seemed surprised I would not stay and preferred to lose the payment for the 2nd night. Lesson learned.

The person working the front entrance are rude. Literally at my door at checkout at 11:01 and he could clearly see we were packed & heading out of the hotel, we were actually trying to clean the room (and leave it nicely clean bc the cleaning ladies were so sweet and kind during our stay) and as my partner was explaining we’ll be out in 10 mins, the guy that works the front desk literally got hostile and said we needed to pack our stuff and leave, like ???? Sorry we were trying to be nice guest. And then tried to keep our cash deposit .

They had no soap. We asked for more towels and pillows and they took us to the laundry area where everything was in bags not knowing if it was clean or dirty and pulled items out of those bags. They struggled to find extra pillows.

The location is the main reason to stay there and there dog friendly.
