As checking in, over all my experiences this my very first time I had the Manager of the facility walk me to my room, and carry a full conversation with me , making me feel very comfortable and if I could have I wanted to stay a full week there to Experience the life around the area. Parking was free and easily accessible and the staff were nice. But we won’t be staying here in the future. The room was misrepresented with the photos that were used on the site, the room had a moldy/musty smell, the “hot” water in the shower was luke warm, and either someone tried entering the room or the housekeeping staff tried to open the door without knocking or announcing themselves before doing so. We checked out early due to the conditions in the room and the environment at the establishment.

Everything the whole property was dirty , people in and out bad for family’s if you have kids , I didn’t get a clean room for my stay everything was dirty and nasty the beds were dirty with cigarette smoke and burns and everything was really dirty and broken and mode in bathtub I went to office at mid night to ask for clean bed sheets and stuff it was bad I have small Kids and wish coming back from knotts berry farm tired was better but it was bad the office people were nice.

Looks like there’s prostitution going around all the time of the day. I felt so bad for my kids to be around all that. Beds had cigarettes burns on all the sheets

Staff was pleasant - location was acceptable - the hotel needs some upgrades but for the price and the spacious room with 3 beds, it was nice.

The rooms feels dirty and outdated. It has a smell and when asking for towels they weren’t very pleasant about it. Towels are also small and old. Everything needs to get updated. Walls are old and dirty. Will not be staying there again. Pictures look deceiving

The hotel is just the basics. The A/C in the room kept cutting off and even after we told the front desk, we never really got it fixed. The pillows are flat and the towels were rough on the skin. Thankfully, we do not need to spend the day in the room

I stayed at this hotel for business for one night? The staff was amazing always trying to help me if I need anything out of the ordinary. The room was nice and clean and there was plenty of linen and plenty of towels.....

The check-in process was horrible, and it took an excessive amount of time The hotel room is in horrible shape, the door alone seemed like it could fall off any minute and it’s worn out. We felt extremely unsafe to the point that we only napped for a couple hours and left right after. Your safety is not worth the price, the pictures are super old and do not represent the horrible state. The hotel is currently in.

Basic room in a no frills property. Room was clean and comfy although furniture was worn and well used. Located near many great attractions while still far enough away to get a quiet nights sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was gross. The comforter had burned cigarette holes in it. The walls had a brown substance splattered over them and the blinds had dirty finger prints on them. The back of the bathroom door had stripped paint, the floor was dirty. The toilet bowl wasn’t throughly cleaned. The walls are written on. It’s dusty. The ceiling looks like it has water damage and was caving in at a certain spot. The front door didn’t close all the way, so there was no proper seal and the back of the door was dirty. There was a small roach crawling on the floor. The towels had long hair in it and the bed had hair in it. It was a long day and if I wasn’t exhausted, I would have left. The pictures on the site are misleading. I didn’t even get the room I had reserved, when I asked the front desk, they told me that a lot of the rooms get double booked and that’s why my room was “upgraded” to a double queen, instead of the king which I reserved. Very disappointing.

I only booked this hotel because the one we had reserved double booked and cancelled on us as we were en route to Anaheim. We were happy to have any place to stay that was in my daughter's price range. The bed was comfortable, and the bath tub was appreciated, but the room was not very clean nor well maintained. There was a cockroach in the room when we arrived, along with hair stuck to the shower wall and someone's fake eyelash on the counter. In the morning, white dust/plaster from the ceiling had fallen onto the bedspread on the bed below where it appeared some kind of rectangular patch had been placed. It did not appear that any cleaning was done on the second or third day of our stay; only the towels were replaced.

Facility wasn’t the best. It was hard to get a good nights rest because of how noisy the other rooms were. there was cockroaches on the sidewalk.

The check in staff was friendly. The first room I was given had water all over the floor from a leaking refrigerator. The front desk staff got me a new room. The walls and doors were dirty, the sheets were clean but old and worn. When I woke in the middle of the night to use the restroom I stepped in a bunch of water to find out the refrigerator in the second room I was given was also leaking. I will not stay here again. It did not feel like a safe area, especially for a solo female traveler.

The room was not what I expected I thought it was gonna be a lot better. The bed was very hard. I woke up the next day with my back hurting really bad because of the bed. The refrigerator was leaking so in the morning I had to tell them that there was water all over the place guarantee you I will not stay there again

I did not stay, because the the front desk rep. Was very very rude. He yelled at me and my child. He asked for a 100 dollar deposit and snatched it out of my hand. While I was trying to recover my refund and deposit, he stayed in the back for about 10 minutes and wouldn’t come the the front. He ignored the Expedia rep. Calls several times. Before all of that he came out to the parking area and watched us while he smoked a cigarette, that whole experience was very unpleasant, scary, creepy, rude, and makes me never ever want to go there ever again. His behavior was disgusting and very disrespectful and very very unacceptable. Also I forgot to mention he begin to eat his food at the ending of his bad behavior.

i was able to use the cooling air conditioner almost the whole night so i got about 8 hours of sleep no problem!

This is one of the best places to stay in this area, recently remodeled, so it's very clean. Quick and friendly check in. Great street tacos just across the street. One block to stores, gas, other food places. Two blocks from Knott's Berry farm. Stay here and save on parking at Knott's.

We find the beds comfortable.

I love that they had 3 beds in one room for our whole family but separated enough at the same time to give space. It was great.

The phone able to make a noise all night long

The overall stay was horrible. From the customer service to the cleanliness of the room. The room had cockroaches on the wall but they had no other rooms to transfer us to as it was Memorial Day weekend. They tried charging us for 2 room when only ome was booked and even though I shouted them the receipt from the Hotels.com app along with my bank statement showing what was paid they threatened to call the cops and locked us out of room unless another $100 deposit was paid. The explanation they gave was they have nothing to do with 3rd party purchases.

I couldn't sleep no rest any days ethe bed was infest of little bed bugs they were staking me all over my body I had to put all my cloth in a trash bag and cleaning before enter to my home I didn't spend the night I have to leave around 3 am cause the bed bugs

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!!! Everyone we came in contact with that worked at the Buena Park inn was so nice and super respectful. We had an issue with the outlets and the lady at the front desk took care of it right away. Will definitely be staying here again. The only bad part was the people in the room above us, they were super loud and seemed to be stomping their feet when they walked. Beside that though the overall stay was very good. Great water pressure unlimited hot water so the whole family had a hot shower after our long day at Knotts. Oh yea and it was only a 10 minute walk to the park entrance.

Front desk lady was annoyed with everything in her life it seemed. Given 1 room key and the room was a disaster and not ready. Given a 2nd room that was 2 queens when booked 1 king. It was Horrible from the moment we got there I noticed people outside their rooms just drinking being loud kids running around. When it was time to check in front desk clerk was not paying attention to what he was asking me because I got a room with 2 beds so that’s 4 people in the room I told him it’s my girlfriend and my friend. After that I went in the room and about 20 minutes later my friend was at my door along with the front desk guy and he didn’t want to let my friend in I guess he was discriminating on him because of how he looked and not only that he called my girlfriend a black girl so we had to leave because he insisted that we check out and I lost what I paid for the room $90

The room was perfect for a wheelchair, but it was pretty dirty. Wouldn't sit in chair and had to wipe down bathroom before use. Sheets and bedding were paper thin and well worn. But this was a good location and well worth the price for this area.

ROACH FILLED ROOM AND AGGRESSIVE MANAGER. I got to room at almost midnight to find over 10 roaches crawling on ceiling, bed, bathroom and a hole in the wall paper they were crawling in and out of. I immediately asked manager for cancelation. He denied saying roaches were okay, offered another room and was yelling over my talking. He was not listening or letting me speak at all. I was standing in the parking lot freezing at midnight while he continued to be aggressive about me trying a new room. I told him I was uncomfortable with the roaches and it was not sanitary. I have videos of roaches crawling everywhere. I had to pay double for new hotel for my family in the middle of the night. Manager did not approve refund for that night or second night I had booked. I do not recommend going. I used to love it and thought he was friendly every time. But he was straight disrespectful yelling over my talking and telling me there is no problem and he would not give any refund approval to expedia. I had to go back and forth with expedia for 3 days to get help on a room that was not sanitary to be in for 5 minutes, especially not sleep in. Do not go to this hotel. Do not bring kids. Do not expect manager to be kind if you ever need help like I did.

This isn’t a place you want to go if you’re a single female. Or looking for a romantic getaway. Definitely a place to stay in a pinch. Very run down dirty and old services . Won’t stay again

This hotel has the dirtiest rooms and are infested with cockroaches. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and it’s sad to say that it is very close to Knotts Berry Farm. Expedia should ban them from their platform because of their many negative reviews.

Great location 15 minutes from Disneyland and five minutes from Knotts Berry the room overall is a good size but a little dirty, but it is applicable considering for just staying the night.

As soon as we arrived we went to put our drinks in the fridge and there was leftovers and drinks, they looked super old. And when we were getting ready to leave we ran into cockroaches. Also the bed sheets were all Holly from probably cigarette burns.

Room was a little run down and smelled like someone spilled cologne in our room, but it was otherwise clean and the bed was comfy. Only real negative was the outlets were inconvenient and loose.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The MOST disgusting and filthiest hotel we’ve EVER stayed in!! Major stains on bedsheets, towels and chair! The smell is unbearable!! We checked into the room, it reeked of urine! And there was a puddle of water leading from the fridge! We immediately asked for another room! The 2nd room was even worse!! We returned to the office and asked for a refund explaining the condition of the rooms! The manager ‘Sam’ told us it’s up to Hotels.com since we booked through them. We called hotels.com and they put me on hold while they called the hotel manager, then they tell me he didn’t approve the refund!! Wow! We couldn’t believe it! NEVER again!!

I waited 30 min for the front desk to open the attendant was sleep or busy and wouldn’t answer doorbell or the phone…

Check-in process was great. We were allowed to get into a room a little early and it was great to be able to drop our bags and grocery shop. The quality of the room left much to be desired however, even for a motel. There were stains from squashed bugs on the wallpaper, the A/C unit was dusty and noisy, half of the outlets are old and warn out/didn't work, there was a spider web with a live spider in the closet, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Place was old , dirty , the microwave was gross , the restroom was decent , air conditioning was working properly . This was a last minute stay I was just glad we found it and it was inexpensive .

Friendly and accommodating staff! The service was good and the people working here were all polite.
