Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER

There was a direct entrance into the Key Bank Center which is why we chose this hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptional. A bit expensive, but worth it that we didn't have to travel anywhere after the concert.

First day at breakfast was extremely good but the next morning wasn't good because some of the staff didn't welcome us nice. She was rude to us

Very nice people who work there-but the whole 2 elevator thing is annoying. Very poor set up. Also not a lot of food choices-but the restaurant they do have is nice-but very limited menu.

Really nice hotel that is always immaculately clean. Great location right at Key Bank Center and Canal Side.

I think I found my new favorite Buffalo hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. I ordered in room dining for breakfast and it was excellent. Definitely will stay again.

This hotel is connected to the keybank area, parking garage, southern tier brewery, and tim Hortons. Can access this all without going outside. Walking distance from the casino and Buffalo river works(15-20 minutes depending how fast you walk. I have no complaints, place is clean and staff is friendly.

We ordered a room, and paid for a specific room. The hotel was apparently going through “random renovations.” However, no one communicated with us and informed us of any change in our stay. We understand the issue with using a third party site. Although we used a third party site, the hotel staff was not only rude when explaining the situation, but they were unwilling to compensate us in any way shape or form. Moreover, we did not receive any form of communication from the hotel about the change in our room. The front desk did not notify us when we checked in, and our experience was not up to par. We will try to avoid most Marriott’s as the experience was negative.

We have stayed multiple times at the Marriott at Lecom Harborcenter and our experience is always top notch. The staff is pleasant, the hotel is spotless and close to everywhere we want to be.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful I can’t really say anything negative at all. Maybe a little expensive but I knew that going ii, worth it though

Amazing location for business meetings and a Sabres epic hockey game…staff and room were first class. My highest recommendation-and the valet staff should be working on TV so funny just bananas - helped deliver a top to bottom 5 star experience Thank You

Stay was okay, but at 4pm checkin we were informed that the water would be shut off at 11pm until 4pm in the morning. Very annoying. No compensation was offered. Not even a bottle of water. Disappointing for the price we paid for a 2 night stay.

The staff at the check in counter was very nice. But our room (Suite) that we booked months in advance was not available to us until 7:00 PM. We were given another room to hold our things but we had set plans which included a dinner reservation and a 7:00 PM start to an NHL game. So not great.

Staff was very helpful. Outdoor rink was close enough to walk. Shopping close by. Few indoor steps to Keybank. Perfect spot if you are attending a Sabres game.

Was a wonderful stay with a gorgeous view. A shuttle service to the casino would be my only hope on the next visit.

Staff were courteous and helpful with directions regarding the Bandits game we went to attend. We utilized the valet parking and were able to walk into the game from the garage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer. We plan to stay again when we visit Buffalo

The entire place was beautiful, the nearness to our event was especially appreciated. The valet staff were amazing at helping with questions about the surrounding area. The staff were top notch all around. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

This was a really beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and attentive. It has a very large parking garage for onsite parking; so that's a plus as well. It's centrally located in downtown Buffalo; so a good choice for any events in the city you might be visiting. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Buffalo.

Although excellent and clean, it was expensive for one evening.

The Room was excellent. The view was awesome. Went to the bar and sat their for 20 minutes and no one came to service us. We never went back. Dis not try the food for fear we would get the same service that we did not get from the bar.

We were there for a concert at the Key Bank Center and the location was the most convenient of any place we ever stayed. Staff was friendly and having a bar on location allowed us to get a night cap after the concert.

This is always a very convenient place to stay when attending an event at Key Bank Center. Staff is always friendly and professional.

the prices. 20 mins go by and a different staff member shares there is in fact not even king room available not because house keeping is behind. We had to ask for any room to even change and get ready in order to not miss our event as hour went by. I just cannot understand for a hotel that is near by for an event is not prepared to serve customers that have reservations.

This hotel was confusing to find and then navigate. Their website didn't explain the complex. Once we were in we found that it was a convenient hotel to dine and walk out the weather to the hockey game we came to see. Everything was great, but more expensive than our other hotel stays.

Our stay was amazing. From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful, we were seriously impressed. The hotel was very clean, from the elevators to the lobby to our room to our room. Towels were changed and beds were made daily. We had dinner at the restaurant Panorama on Seven in the hotel and the food was delicious and the service was excellent!

Doesn’t get any better for Hockey fans, take the enclosed walking bridge to the Sabres game, grabbed some takeout from southern tier brewery after the game which is an elevator ride away. The next morning we took the elevator down to get some Tim Hortons for breakfast and ate while we watched some youth hockey in the beautiful harborcenter ice rink.

I loved the convenience of staying next to the Stadium. This was the first time I was able to enjoy the game without the added stress of driving, parking, and grid lock afterwards. I will be staying again!

This is where visiting hockey teams stay. It has a practice rink connected so you can see them practice. You can walk to the arena to see them play. Great hotel

Excellent handicapped shower and beds

The room appears to have not been dusted in months, the headrail above both beds was cakes in dust, as was the window, table for dining, and the light in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting and my “harbor view” I paid nearly $700 for overlooked the interstate on a low floor. Very disappointing, won’t be back.

Our stay was fantastic, our view of the water from our room was amazing. Staff asked if we were there for an event, told them a night away for our 26th anniversary. Shortly after getting settled into our room, a knock on the door, and a lovely dessert was delivered to us. Pleasant surprise. We will definitely be staying again. Great location and nice aesthetic overall. Only complaint is the television in our room randomly kept turning on throughout the night. We would turn it off, and within a short time it would turn back on, most bizarre- not sure why it kept happening!

The views from the hotel are superb. The restaurant was delicious. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the adjoining hockey rink were personable, kind, and friendly towards our whole family-the people of Buffalo made our stay memorable.

I had a lake view room and it was very nice and clean with nice, new furniture, etc. I"m not sure the lake view is worth the additional cost, though. Just FYI

Staff was friendly and helpful! No bed bugs, room was clean. The elevators connected to the parking garage were kinda dirty/the 1 smelled like pee but there’s not much they can do to prevent that. We will definitely stay here again when we venture back to Buffalo.

This was an incredible stay - very happy with the service from the check in, the cleaning staff, the hostess and server in the restaurant and the valets. Everyone was terrific and gave us extraordinary service. The room was fantastic. Great city views. We stayed for the Nate Bargatze show. Loved the show and the ease of getting to and from Key Bank Center. We are at Panorama on 7 after the show and it was delicious! Great place- will definitely return if we come for another show!

Great hotel, but I have to say, charging $12/day for wi-fi on top of a very expensive room, plus paying to park - leaves a bit of a bitter taste in your mouth. We did have a lovely dinner at Panorama - best scallops ever.

The drain in my room was broken, but other than that, my stay was as perfect as can be.

This is a very nice hotel and so convenient for Buffalo Sabres games. The price is steep but well worth it for the convenience of the location.

We had an amazing overnight trip! The hotel went above and beyond. We had a lake view room on the 19th floor that had a phenomenal view of the battleships. It couldn’t have been any better! We will definitely stay here again!
