Inaccurate pictures. Lobby is a detached building a block away from the room building. Bad neighborhood. PIctures only showed the front of the lobby and some room pics. Wooden stairway to the second floor is all hacked up and dangerous to use.

Was a great stay to watch March Madness. 10 min Uber to KeyBank. Staff were very friendly

Amazing as always. This is always my choice when in town for a Bills game.

Room snelled of cleaning supplies and moldy air. The thermostat appeared to not work when trying to adjust temperature to anything under 80. Couldn't sleep due to loud thuds all night from upstairs room as if someone running. Front desk called and said they would work on it. Some milks improvement for a short time but then started again. This was from midnight until 2am and still heard this sound at 730am upon waking. Uncomfortable temperature in room made it hard to sleep.

Room was clean, had everything we needed. Was close to highmark stadium which was perfect for the Bills game. The rooms are simple, but very reasonably priced. We would stay here again!

I flew into Buffalo and wanted to just sleep and continue home Sunday. The motel was located right where I needed it to be. I was alarmed at first for my safety, being alone. The young male clerk was kind and helpful, putting me on a second floor end room for quiet. But there was no blanket and it was unseasonably cold. A hot shower helped and the woman who checked me out was also kind. Nice to-go snack and I was on my way. Steps to my room. That kept me from getting a blanket.

Clean and close to event

Room was a bit dated and had issues the 1st night with loud unruly neighbors, went to management and they quickly switched my room for me. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Came in for a Bills game, its close to the stadium and would definitely stay again.

I booked that place for my husband and son. When they sent me pics of the place I felt bad that I booked something so dirty and run down.

Moderate to strong cigarette smoke smell in the room. Sheets were clean, mattress was comfortable. About what I would expect from an EconoLodge. Would recommend except for the cigarette odor.

Misleading advertising of availability of a restaurant and lounge; not available for months. Tv didn't function Had to change rooms because tv didn't work. Had to make 3 trips to the office 50 yards away. They (2 18-20 year old office employees on duty didn't help with the tv. Room was dirty, Bathroom fan made loud noises. Vehicle or Cab required to find meals, etc.

We booked a room with 2 double beds and our room only had 1 double bed. The condition of the room was horrible with cracked tiles, dirty walls, mold around baseboards and shower. There was visible dirt on the floor especially around the bed. The duvet in between the sheets was filthy and stained. For the price of the room I would have expected better condition.

Decent parking. Good enough room. So-so mattress. Cable TV was okay. Cheap on the toilet paper, and if you v request more, you're not gonna get any. Improvise or put your butt in the tub and wash.

The first room was dirty and when we pulled back the bedsheets there was a note tucked between the sheets. When i asked for a different room I was upgraded free but the 2 men at reception went utterly silent throughout the transaction. Satisfied, but weird. The new room was dusty with cobwebs but nothing was in the bed so i just stayed there. Dead moths on the window sill in the bathroom. A dead bug beside the safe. My room key de-magnatised 3 times in 3 nights. We were able to take public transit to the football game so my partner was happy. Everyone other than the 2 men working the first night was very friendly.

The location was ideal for a game at Highmark Stadium. It seemed “clean” until I found poop on the drain in The shower. That was so disgusting.

The main office is not connected to the actual rooms, not a problem but just fyi. The staff was very nice and apologetic towards our stay but unfortunately that did not help. We arrived late at night around 1230. Got checked in and walked to our room. The outside is very weathered and is NOT as kept up as the pictures show. We enter the room and the light is on, the smoke detector is beeping because the battery had been removed, the room itself was very weathered and needs a remodel. The toilet had been used and not flushed (#2). I called up the front desk and got a new room. The new room was “cleaner” there was some brown stuff in the sink but we just dealt with it. We originally had two nights booked but checked out the next day. If you don’t care about cleanliness or safety standards, this hotel will work for you.

Nice, inexpensive hotel. Check in was easy and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Floor was kind of dirty making your feet dirty. Overall was worth the price.

We had a plumbing issue in our room and they couldn't put us in another room

Luckily we were only there for a quick stop overnight for the bills game. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone sensitive to scents.

Came to see the game. Hotel was basic and having to climb a flight of stairs was not ideal. Location is the main redeeming feature.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, however; the bathroom wasn't as clean as it needed to be considered acceptable. The toilet had fecal residue in the bowl and on the underside of the seat. The Tub/Shower and showerhead were old and faded but clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and it was too long to be mine since I'm bald.

I like that it was quiet and off the road, some maintenance needed plumbing in the shower and the toilet leaking told staff

In town for a Bills game needed an affordable place to sleep for one night. Staff at check in/ check out were pleasant . Room included fridge, microwave and coffee which was a surprise . The bed was so so small. Very uncomfortable for 2. Only 2 very limp pillows. The end table draw was filled with crumbs. Checked mattress for bedbugs. Appeared to be bed bug free, there was a lot of dust and hair on the boxspring and floor beneath the bed however. The shower and bathroom in general was small but clean. The toilet was EXCEPTIONALLY low to the ground. The worst part was the used bandaid on the floor on the side of/behind the toilet. Gross!!!! AC worked well although loud. The best part, the only part that makes this motel valuable, is its close proximity to the football stadium. It also has plenty of restaurants and stores near by. When exiting the parking lot be sure to travel to the left for shopping and dining. If you go to the right you will be entering into the poorer side of town. We ventured out there to go to Dairy Queen and it did not give off safe vibes! But to the left, we went to the pancake house for breakfast the next morning and that area was comfortable.

After checking in to friendly staff, I drove back to the motel units and quickly realized that many of the rooms were long term rentals by the lawn furniture and grills out in front of them. The residents above my room spent most of their time sitting outside smoking weed and socializing with their neighbors. There is also what appeared to be a lot on the property where semi-truck drivers can park and sleep in their rigs. One of the drivers spent over an hour drinking at a picnic table while arguing loudly with someone on his phone. He then proceeded to pass out on the picnic table. I can easily see how elderly or other travelers would feel unsafe here.

The property was more or less as described, its just OK. The breakfast was not at all as described its just a few prepackaged sugary hostess cakes.

My first room given wasn't ready. The bed wasn't made and the lights were on like someone just left. The second room was a free ungrade but the floors were filthy as if they were not mopped for awhile.

When you pull up, you will wonder what you’ve gotten yourself into. The office looks like an old rental car lot. And it looks like you’re about to check-in to a seedy trucker motel. BUT…lo and behold, the rooms are clean, the bed was comfy, the TV was good, the shower was just fine and the bathrooms were clean. Front desk woman was as pleasant as could be. The place is a little beat up—not for a romantic weekend—but for one night it was pretty good for the money.

Everything was OK except the heater was very loud and whenever it ran it was extremely loud. He had to turn the TV way up and I don't know it's just I can't believe it supposed to be like that but everything else looks great.

If you’re expecting the Ritz Carlton, this won’t be for you. It’s old, outdated, but the location is great and it’s clean. The beds were about 30 years old and the chairs were from the 1970s but it did the job. I would stay there again

The toilet did not flush, and ended backong up. I called the front desk the moment we saw it was not flushing and they never got back with us, the charges also exceeded what we reserved. Our checkin person was amazing, but the checkout process was horrible. There was no concern over the toilet overdlow and their lack of response to the report. Utterly disappointed

Great place to come with the boys for football weekend we come every year. Close to the stadium lots of places to eat nearby. We like the open concept to socialize with other travellers. See you next time

I enjoyed my stay except for noise from the Other Warehouse motorcycle night with a loud radio dj. However they quieting down around 11 pm so that was good

I booked based on positive reviews. I have to say either the reviews are fake or most people have a different view of what a decent hotel room is. Room was adequate but floor was bubbling up. The paint colors for the room and bathroom were horrid. The bed was comfortable but the outside of this hotel is tired. A guy with a broom could make a difference by cleaning up the sidewalk in front of the rooms. Won't stay here again. Way overpriced for the quality.

The property could definitely use an update, but the room was clean and quiet which was all we were looking for. It was an affordable, decent place to stay.

It was first off respectful when staff had any form if interaction with you. It was clean and had nice towels and clean sheets and pillows. It had a fridge toaster oven microwave coffee maker and great choice of coffee both in room and at the office. Great place and people here.

Our room was small but clean and freshly painted. It’s right in front of the highway so a little noisy. Lots of dining options 2 minutes away. Free coffee or chocolate in the morning. Ok for a night.

It is a bit far away from front desk to the room. when the weather is good it's ok but it's rainy day, walking is not a good choice.

The room was what we expected just wanted it to be clean. Looked like blood spots on the wall dried- threshold to the bathroom was loose, holes in the wall. just needed some deep cleaning. Staff was really nice!

Easy access to NYS Thruway and major local roads. Many shopping areas and restaurants nearby. Electronic latch on my room door did not work. Reported to staff on check-out. Bed was comfortable, TV and fridge worked great.

We will definitely go back again however, I feel the bathroom shower could’ve been a little cleaner and the floors could’ve used a swiffer. It wasn’t by any means filthy, but just going forward you might want to pay a little more attention to that.

Didn't like the dirty floor.

It was way over-priced for what you got. The room was disgusting. Luckily, I brought my own cleaning supplies - which I do no matter where I stay. I checked the bathroom as soon as entering and there were black smudges all over the place that were easily removed with regular wipes. That made me mistrust the rest of the cleaning, so I thoroughly cleaned and sprayed the room and bath with Lysol and Microban - including taking the bed apart - before settling in for the night. Also, I had to plug in and unplug the table lamp to get it to work, as the switch on the lamp did not work. The coffee was terrible tasting, even with extra cream & sugar and "breakfast" was a joke. I wouldn't stay there again, it's worth an extra 25/30 bucks to get a decent room with a pool & breakfast.
