I liked clean room & daily fresh towels. Parking is good although sometimes guests park in front of my room & i have to then haul my suitcases to only spot I could get against the fence. Not usual occurance but frequent enough to be annoying. Refrigerator is good but it nearly freezes everything on the lowest setting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

When checking-in we heard that the cops were being called for some guests who were partying and fighting. We asked to be situated in a quiet part of the property, and that was accommodated. Ken, the front desk assistant, was kind and professional. He reassured us that the property was safe, based on this 15 years there. He even gave us two bottles of water from his own stash because we checked-in quite late. Thanks so much, Ken!

Not clean. Couldn't sleep. Checked out at around 3amish and slept in my truck at a rest stop. Would not recommend.

The toilet paper was the only good part. The room was absolutely dirty and that's the ones with Jacuzzi and smoking. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and left after the first night. The beds are hard as rocks. They only give you 3 pillows. The coffee pot was broken and the smoke alarm contained to beep all night as the battery was dead. I didn't call for service as I didnt want to stay in that room even one night. Absolutely trashy place.

Red Roof do better! This is right across from the new Bills stadium. Your building is run down, the beds need to be replaced and the rooms updated!

The ice machine was out of order when we were there. Our heater broke but then they brought us a heater very fast. The spas needs a little TLC but other then that it's what you pay. It's a nice little cheap hotel it was our second time there. We will more and likey be back.

Lock broke, room was dirty, there was no chair or table or desk, the heater was annoyingly loud.

The room has smoke smell and it caused head aches to me and my sister. We travelled 8 hrs to reach the destination and the night was so frustrating. The staff did not give a new room to us. I do not understand how can the staff did not apply any freshener to remove the smoke smell. All the blankets have the smoke smell.

Facilities and overall property was in very poor condition. Not fair at all for the price.

Staff was good with check in but not check out. Room was nasty, bathroom door could not close, there was a small space heater in room cause heat did not work in room. There was poop on toilet, and burn holes in blanket.

My son and I went to the Bills game, so this place is within walking distance BUT they jacked the price over $300 for the one night. Crazy for a motel worth $90/night honesty.

Only good thing about this place was the convenience to the stadium. If we had the option, we would have found somewhere else to stay. Next time I would rather pay more and stay further than this place. We will be showing and washing or throwing away EVERYTHING we brought with us.

The room was dirty, shower had hair in it. There was bugs in the bathroom. Hotel is definitely run down. They charge an astronomical amount for you to stay close to the stadium but don’t keep up with their rooms. They charge tailgating so they are making plenty of money, I’d really think about it.

A friend and I stayed at the Red Carpet Inn for the recent Bills vs. Patriots footbal game. We arrived during tailgating in the parking lot and found the crowd friendly and the staff very organized. We parked easily among the partiers, settled into our room, and then joined the party. Great facility, clean room, nice stay.

The only upside of this hotel is the proximity of the stadium and restaurants and shops near by.

Aside from the hair in the towel, lack of hot water in the sink the room, and the mysterious purple stain in the shower, the room was exceptional! The carpet was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and warm. Would and will stay here again

My room was absolutely filthy!! After a long day of work I got to this hotel late and checked in. Walked up the stairs to the room, which the structural intergrity of the floor leading to the room has some real issues. Entered the room instantly sent me into a coughing fit. Than I turned and looked at the molding around the entrance door and noticed it had been kicked in, broken piece nailed back into the wall. Hardware stores carry the molding for like $20.00. I slept in my car in hotel parking lot. This hotel doesn't issue refunds for a reason. The owner nice but, hotel is absolutely disgusting. Ash tray right in the room for the smokers!

Rundown and not clean, desk person incompetent and in helpfull.

The owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL games

I believe the bathroom could be cleaner and better condition, but it was not horrible! I would say, the place is what you pay for! Well, for me wasn’t that much because I reserved a while ago! Someone who booked last minute, I know they paid $300 minimum! Hotel is right across the street of the Bills’ stadium! Can’t beat that!

Room we rented was small with a very uncomfortable king size bed. It felt like we were sleeping on concrete. The floor looked clean but after we would shower our feet were pretty dirty just walking around the room.

We didn’t have high expectations of the property and booked it for the proximity to the stadium. However, we had to ask to be notified when our room was ready (which never happened). When we got back to the property after being at the game, no one was in the office and our calls went unanswered. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside and they have no lobby to wait in. We went back into the office and let the phone ring until a man finally came to the window. We finally got to our room and the stench of smoke hit us as soon as the door opened! I would NEVER book a smoking room! I cannot tolerate the smell and we do not smoke! I couldn’t tell you anything else about the room because we exited the second after we stepped in. My husband went immediately to the office where the gentleman yelled at him and told him there were no other rooms and no refund. There were some language barriers. We were hot and exhausted after making the almost 6 hour drive to see the game and sit in the heat for hours. We immediately left the property to find some place with air conditioning. It was not worth the convenience of its proximity to the stadium.

The room was dirty, had to wash the floor with towels and they all got muddy it was disgusting. Tub had not been cleaned, hair in the bedding between the sheets.

I looked at the room I booked- which was nothing as pictured- and walked right out. Took the loss on the money. This place should be shut down.

Oir room smelled like smoke. The bed was like sleeping on a king sized box spring with no mattress. The jacuzzi worked but the front panel was on weird and there are cigarette burns along the edges. The bathroon door wouldn't close. Definitely not worth the 230.00 that was charged for the room.

The staff was quite welcoming and gave us water and a few snacks. Having a fridge in the room, however, I was curious why they couldn't have been stored in there so they would be cold. The carpet and exterior could be updated but we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Be prepared that the only thing open around here is the bar at the end of the street, but they had a yummy late night menu!

When got my room it was hot i immediately turned a/c on after 2 hours of the a/c on room was hotter than outside the jacuzzi in the room did not work. I went to office to complain about both i could barely understand the work he comes to look at a/c says hot i said i know he said be back he came back with a fan

Really the only problem we had was the bed was extreamly hard and uncomfortable. I had a terrible 2 nights sleep. But the location was easy to get to and close to many areas we wanted to visit.

Room smelled of urine, pubic hair all over the toilet. POOP in the bathtub. I nooked the room but did not stay for these reasons. Next hotel i went to say that u can rent the room by the hour. This is a truck stop style motel! Do not recommend for a family!

That being said, the I could literally see the outline of the mattress springs through the sheets. The room was dirty and dingy (yes, it was a smoking room, I get that). Peeling paint never impresses anyone. The coffee pot was dirty. The picture in the advertisement does not represent the room I stayed in.

Place is a dump, floors sagging, a real third-world experience. I didn't even bring my bag into the room - left and went to a proper hotel. Will never use Hotels.com again, nor will I stay at a Red Carpet property.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life! The room was dirty, had dirty sheets with someone’s body hairs and blood stained pillows. There was also no hot water, a leaking toilet and shower. Also believe that the owner was in our room when we left after telling him we did not need any housekeeping. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD!!

Nice place, newly remodeled. Stayed for a Bills game so it was a little rowdy into the night, but that’s to be expected. Only complaint was the bed, very firm and lumpy. Convenient location.

The door was broken and required being forced to shut. It was generally gross. Not exactly a problem with the hotel but no plowing had occurred.

Rooms are clean and they have parking right by ur room. Easy to unpack and pack up the car.

I got the impression that the room was not cleaned, or cleaned properly. A couple of the pillow cases had visible staining on them. The top corner of the chair hadt football jersey stickers stuck on it, one of the "clean" was cloths was folded up and had a visible brown make up stain on it. The facility needs updating. There is no lobby, just a window with a hole in it..to pass info through. I would not stay here again.

Bed was really hard and the shower was extremely tiny. We reserved this hotel because of the easy access to Orchard Park. You pay the hotel $50 on gameday and you can leave your vehicle there and walk. If it wasn't for that, I never would've stayed here.

When I got to the property I realized the property was not following simple ADA accommodations required by private establishments who provide lodging for the public. When I approached the front desk about it and just asked them if I could please just get a simple fix for the problem, they got aggressive and told me there was nothing they could do, then pretended they did not speak English in order to shut me up.

The 9 am requirement to be out was too early. I understand it’s because of the Bills game.

I reserved 2 king size rooms and when I got there they said they only had one. So I had to find another hotel for me and my wife to stay at.

The location is great for attending buffalo bills game and all the tailgating too. The bed could be more comfortable and there was a stale cigarette smell

Our stay was very comfortable.

The room was bad with heavy smoke, last room available but the sheets had burned holes and marks in them, the single bed was uncomfortable.the concierge’s didn’t even want to replace the holy stained sheets.The only good thing that this hotel has is it is close to the stadium”Go Bills”, so bad I couldn’t get a good rest, 1am made a reservation for la’Quinta which had great rooms and service.

There was apparent water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom with black mold and a very strong odor that was noxious. The floors in the main room are warped, this property needs serious attention. On a side note the pillows are awful and the cabinet for the fridge and micro is falling apart.

There is more than enough parking for guests, and the inn is well-mainted. This chain of hotels unfortunately gets a bad rep from owners who don't care for their establishments. This particular location has been the best within many of the locations within the chain that I've visited. Please remember, this is a budget inn. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but DO expect to feel safe, meet friendly staff, and rest peacefully with minimal-to-zero noise and disruption. And, if you're wondering.. No, there are no roaches or bed bugs here haha. Will definitely visit again!

The room was dirty, even the walls...thick white stains on the carpet.. the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bed sounded like bones cracking evertime you moved . We slept with our clothes on. I had to clean the bathroom and squared to use it still. It was noisy ...all of that for $135.00....I paid less for wayyy better nights.
