There was no breakfast and if there was, I was not told to stop by for a complimentary breakfast. It was an inconvenience that I had to be switched out of my Room due to the rain (the window was left open). Though they were kind to provide me with a new room.The Room i was then switched to had a filthy Comforter sheet. I was kindly given new sheets. They would not refund my stay. I was there 3 nights and my Room was never cleaned. When requesting Room Service, the Lady was rude. She stated for me go and get the towels because she was alone. I called back again and we were disconnected. I called back again for towels. She stated I had to bring her the pile of towels and she will give me new towels. That is not great Hospitality.

When we arrived, the person at the desk treated us poorly, so we appealed to them in the same way. Breakfast wasn't included as stated in the descriptions, and the air conditioning was blocked by the TV stand, which didn't provide air conditioning. I would never return to that place.

Nothing. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. We made a reservation and called ahead to inform them of our arrival time, which was 12:30 am. Upon our arrival, the manager completed the paperwork, charged us, and then retreated to the back room to discuss something with someone. He returned and informed us that he would clean our room, but we had to wait. We were astounded to discover that the same individual who attended the front desk was the same person who would be cleaning our room. While he was away cleaning, more guests arrived and engaged in an unusual conversation with the other woman at the front desk. My husband and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in that place, so we requested that the manager cancel our reservation. However, he refused and was extremely rude in his response. Despite our request, we left the establishment, and the charge on my credit card remained. This experience was truly appalling and left us with a lasting negative impression.

The room was very neglected. The bathroom had no towels for showers or even hand washing. The toilet had a screw driver bit wedged under the edge to prevent the toilet from wobbling ( which did not work). The bathroom door was broken, the bathroom counter top sink was broken away from the wall, the cabinet door was broken, the toilet tank was cracked. The room was very cold when I checked in, so I turned the heat on. I set the heat at 72°. The room quickly became too warm, so I turned the heat down to 66°. The heat ran too hot all night making it uncomfortable to be able to sleep. On the second day I was gone for 9 hours. When I returned to the room after 6:00pm I asked if towels were stocked in my room when maid service was done. I was informed that no one had done my room however I would receive towels. When the towels were brought one of them was torn pretty bad. The side walks weren't cleared of snow. Overall I would say that this was probably the worst experience ever with a motel or hotel. I would rather park on the side of the road and sleep in my pickup truck for the night then to ever consider staying at the Stadium View Inn again.

The staff was very courteous.

The room had no control over the heat and was very hot at about 80 degrees. Several times when we touched light switches we were given an electrical shock. There was no mirror anywhere, no hooks for hanging towels or coats, the place was generally pretty run down. One positive is the bed was decently comfortable. Would recommend bringing shower shoes as well. Toilet was clean and shower had hot water.

When I finally got into the room, I was disgusted. The bedding was stained, the furniture was broken, and the AC didn’t even work. The walls were so thin I could hear every word (and every song) from the people next door who partied until 4:30 in the morning. I barely slept. I’ve stayed in cheap motels before — this isn’t that. This is a $350 Canadian disaster that should honestly be shut down. I actually considered sleeping in my car because it felt cleaner and safer. Do yourself a favour: stay literally anywhere else. This place is filthy, noisy, and completely mismanaged. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.

Had to go back to the office to get linens that were missing from the room. Cleaning staff was there but "busy" doing something personal and would not stop to simply hand me the linens that were right there. I had to wait to about 20 minutes for the linens to be delivered and then there was no washcloth or small towel, just two large towels and the mat for the bathroom floor. Did not bother to try and get the other linen. Just made do. This facility is only good for someone who just needs a place to sleep overnight. It is obviously a hotel that the county uses to house those who are on some sort of government assistance and needs a place to stay. But, safety was never an issue. Those who were staying there, were quiet and never approached or bothered me. This is the second year I have stayed and because it does meet my minimum needs for the weekend and is very inexpensive, I would stay again a year from now.

It was terrible room. I did not stay there after I saw the room after I checked in. I just stayed in another hotel and next morinng I returned the room key. I want my money back.

I booked a nonsmoking room and got to the room which reeked of cigarettes. I literally gagged. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty. Paint was peeling off the walls. The tiles on the floor were cracked. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and used. I was told they could get me a new room around 7o 8 pm which was too late as I was attending the Bills game. This looks like what I marine a halfway house to look like.

The check in lady was fantastic, after dealing with an angry client just before me. Got me checked in, then checked to see if I needed anything. The room was a bit unfinished, in terms of wallpaper/paint, the baseboard was broken, but none of that really impacted my stay.

I dont know where to start. Blood on the ceiling hair in/on the sheets and all arou d the bathroom. Sticky spots around the bathroom. Computer desk chair with 1.5 arms broken off. No hot water in shower. However the young gentleman they had to bring i. From LaQuinta to help support was fantastic

The guy in charge BOBBIT was an absolute dush he treated his employee horrible and gave me a room with no clean sheets, one bed when i booked for 2 beds, there was roaches all over the place and the room didnt even had an ac in it. Never made it past the check in counter. A drunk guy walked in before me and started a fight over HIS car alarm going off. I left before checking in and reported it to mgr, etc just so I didn’t get charged. 45 min texting customer service, another 46 min on the phone. I got an email from the hotel stating I was bein charged because I was a no show reservation. Still not resolved. The on sight mgr wa ms very rude to hotel.com customer service people and to me. Disgraceful.

When we entered the office to check in it was scary , the furniture in the office looked like it was chewed up by animals, they would be better off furnishing from Good Will. The manager showed us our room and we said that we can't stay there ,it smelled terrible and the bed covers had nasty stains on them. We were also concerned about a person laying on the sidewalk with a backpack sleeping. I wish that we took pictures but we just wanted to get out of there and decided to just drive home after the concert.

Very poor quality motel. There is about 1 foot space on both side sides of the bed between the wall and the bed. Part of the electric did not work in room. so when I charge my phone up. It did not charge because of not having electric. the owner’s wife came over to drop something off at the room. I asked her about the fighting next-door. She said it was my responsibility to call 911.

The paint was chipping off the walls, the carpet was old, the room was tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom, while looking newer, was extremely tiny and the towels had greyish streaks on them. The hotel did not offer breakfast either. The only reason we booked this place was because we needed an emergency place to sleep at 11pm, but be careful what you pay for! Would not stay again.

Burn holes in the bedding. The flooring tore up throughout the rooms. We were shown 2 double bed rooms. Bugs scattered when the doors opened. The owner would not hear about a refund when i told him of the bugs just showed me another room! The smell of bleach was extremely strong as soon as you opened the door in the office area..The Department of Health needs to make an appearance to this hotel. There us NO way that it us ok for you to charge over $224 for a room with holes in the linens, the flooring a tripping hazard with bugs!

We didn't even stay. I never should have even signed the paper so accept a room. The main desk worker handed a guy in a lobby a room key and told him to bring it back in 10 mins. That was odd. Then we go to our room and people were popping out of their doors asking to buy cigarettes off of us. when we got into the room it smelled of weed and cigarettes, there was 1 towel and no mirror in the bathroom. We booked a different room within 10 mins in the middle of a lake effect snowstorm and left. It doesn't matter how close you are to the Bills Stadium when you feel unsafe and in danger,

TV and toilet seat were broken

Showed up and they didn’t have my room that I had booked a month a a half earlier. They also did not have any other rooms to offer and when asked why I didn’t receive any call or even an email prior to check in, their response was “I don’t know what to tell you.” Needless to say, trust the reviews on this place. I’m glad I didn’t end up staying there after simply walking into the office.

This property is extremely run down. Our toilet didn’t work. There was 1” gap under the entrance door where snow and insects could come in. The bathroom light didn’t work. The toilet paper was wet when we first went in. The toilet paper holder was broke and so was the door handle to the bathroom. The fridge was disgusting and didn’t work. Curtains were dirty and had to be put back up. Window barely locked. Exposed, and bare wiring from the ceiling between the bed. Refrigerator is atleast 30 years old and interior is filthy. Bathroom is filthy. Have photos.

Stain on the bed sheet and room had a weird smell

After I checked in the man working made me several keys and none of them worked because of the mechanism in the actual door so he had to physically let me in the room with the master key when I left and came back. When the gentleman called the owner, he would not come to help the worker with all of the things that were going wrong. The microwave plate was broken inside the microwave. After taking a shower the water took over 6 hours to drain. The toilet was not secure to the bathroom floor. The towels that we used, while clean, had stains all over them as well as stains all over the bedding. I could not sleep at all that night because the noises in the room coming from the ceiling, as if there was a second story to the inn and someone was walking around in the space. Not sure if the particular room is haunted or what but definitely not normal the noises, I got video of the consistent noses. This was an absolute horrible experience. WOULD NEVER recommend this inn to anyone!

This property should not be offered by Expedia. Nothing was right about my stay. Ripped blanket, no toilet paper, broken furniture, hair in tub, ice machine not working, no internet reception, I nearly left except I was too tired to go. Absolute horror show!

I couldn't connect to the wifi in my room i talked to them 2x about it and they didnt fix it for the week I was there. None of the wall pligs were close to the bed. One wall plug stopped working after you shut off the light.

The room had a recent renovation. New tub surround, sink, toilet, walls painted, floor tiled. But still under renovation?? No mirror in the bathroom. Room configuration too small for a closet, but no hooks or clothes rack or hangers. Had to use shower curtain rod to hang some clothes to relax wrinkles. Nice TV with Amazon Fire but had to plug the TV in to operate only to find that the none of controller buttons worked. TV on mute, so no sound and no way to change channels. Reported problem to office. Was told they would stop in but no one showed up. Pretty poor customer service and almost all of the rooms were empty, so they could have simply moved me to a room where the controller worked!

I was given a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Not happy about that at all.

While the sheets and towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable, there was not much else to like about the place. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room - there wasn't. There also was no remote for the tv, so I had to stand and reach uncomfortably to turn the tv on, and to change the channels. There is also poor lighting in the room - one bed side lamp, and a ceiling light. There was no light for the desk. The cold water faucet in the bathroom did not work. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

As a customer I expect service, great customer service is to much to ask for from this place. You dont yell and scream at your customers when they are trying to figure out whats going on with the reservations, and than you decide to walk out and continue to cuzz. Unacceptable no matter the issue!!

The WIFI did NOT work. Complained to owner to no resolution. The WIFI worked fine in the office only. In the morning I discovered several crawling bugs in various places on the floor and mattress. I have a video. I left as soon as I could. The inn location suited my needs but I would not stay there again. I sincerely hope I didn't bring any bugs home with me.

Waited in lobby for 5 mins before someone came from the back office door to “help” us. Had an air pod speaker in one ear trying to a customer before us with a “not so pleased to help us attitude” as she then shared to mention the ice machine didn’t work and the cleaning lady never showed up so I couldn’t imagine what was ever cleaned. The guy before us told us “good luck” as else walked out the door seeming very unpleased. Pulling up to the hotel the place looked very run down. Not a place to stay in with younger children or a nice car as it didn’t look safe.

My experience was horrible from the start. We had a rude reception and we did not decide to stay due to faulty doors in the room and dirty and foul smelling rooms.

We made reservations for a room that we PAID for, they sold our room to someone else, leaving us in NY without a place to stay, I had to sleep in my car with 3 of my sons in a alleyway, fearing the worst i couldn't sleep because I was constantly checking my surroundings for the safety of me and my family. I was never issued a refund for my room that I paid for.

Although you sent me a confirmation email, they did not honor my reservation…. Therefore we had to travel many hours before finding a new hotel. Never again Expedia!

Very limited room. Extremely squeaky bed, banged up furniture. Missing radiator covers and pieces of wall trimmings. No mirror in the bathroom, which I’ve never seen in my life. The entire room felt like a prison cell. Had a musty smell the entire time. Very friendly check in staff, but you can tell this place has been run into the ground. You get what you pay for.

For starters, don't fly into the parking lot because the potholes could swallow a Volkswagen. We had to wait for the desk clerk to call someone to check us in, because he was not qualified to get us settled into our room. The person who came was terse (at best). Once we received our keys, we walked into a filthy room where the deadbolt would not work and there was not a microwave or refrigerator as advertised. My elderly mother and I returned to the office to see if we could get a refund, but the desk clerk was (again) unable to do anything without calling for help. They ended up putting us in a different room. This room was less filthy but we subsequently found that not only was the refrigerator full of MOLD, but it was also inoperable (loose wires hanging inside). We found holes in the wall (one 1" round, one 1" by 4") where the TP roll was ripped from the wall and there was a missing baseboard in the bathroom that exposed drywall that looked to be chewed. The scratches at the bottom of the bathroom door frame reinforced my suspicion that we weren't the only living things there. There was no top sheet on the bed and the spread was soiled and smelly. The ONE towel in the room was yellowed, threadbare, and stinky. No matter what event is happening in Buffalo or how high the hotel rates get, I wouldn't EVER recommend someone risking their health or safety staying in that dump.

This was the worst experience ever. Do not book. These pictures provided were an absolute JOKE. The rooms were dirty, the driveway was torn to dirt - really was like having an off roading journey. The staff member took a very long time to get to even check us in. One look at the room and we decided we could not safely stay here! The front desk girl who refused to give her name was very disrespectful. I tried to handle this civilly,, however im gping to get BBB and my credit card company involed in order to get my refund. Wouldnt even provide us with the managers name "mr bob" WORST experience ever.

no heat on a 40 degree night (Probably could of got it turned on if I would have asked), and remote not working for tv. Considering other hotels were asking $500 for an event in the area this was a great deal at just over $200 for the night.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. After checking in early then returning back to the motel later. We found out we had no towels, 1/2 the sheets missing, electric sockets only work with the one light on. It did have a working tv, and hot water but the sinks hot water facet was missing. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1.

The place was horrible, the towels were stained and full of fresh dirt. The sheets were smelly. We had to sleep fully clothed to prevent getting a deceased. For 300 a night the least we expected is for it to be clean. Staff is ok but couldn’t care less. Overall horrible place.

The floor in the room had duct tape over gaps, wall plaster was coming off, baseboard covers were broken and radiators were filthy, the comforter had holes and hair and there was no top sheet. When we asked for a sheet, the owner first refused to admit that the comforter wasn’t clean, then yelled suggesting that this is what one should expect for the price! The worst hotel and the most unprofessional owner/manager I have ever encountered.

I booked this room for one of my employees with her name on the reservation and i still had to drive 20 mins to the motel and get her registered what's the point in doing it on line if i still had to go there. also there where no towels or pillow cases in the room totally dissatisfied and will not be using there services again

Place looked like they ran out of money in the middle of a remodel: random wires taped to the bed, outdated/beat up furniture that any decent thrift store wouldn’t accept, bare bones operation at best. Nice flooring though.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The parking lot entry was full of terrible potholes. We arrived in the office greeted by a sign saying please wait and somebody will be with you shortly. I waited about 7 minutes and called them to let them know we were in the front lobby. After confirming and paying $245 for my one night reservation, we still had to wait another 10 mins to get out room because it was still being cleaned. The cleaning guy was the nicest person in our interaction and there is obviously a lot on his shoulders! Anyway, we walk into our freezing room, unable to figure out how to turn the heat on! We had to wait for the owner to get there to check it out. He was rude. I realize that he has more than one thing to worry about but I think a paying customer would be more important than his workers unloading his vehicle to work on another unoccupied room. When I asked him about the heat, he told me to wait and he'd be with me in a few minutes. Not sure if they control the heat from the office but somehow it came on while we were waiting. They had 2 cheap towels and 0 washcloths in the bathroom. I asked for a washcloth and was brushed off. I should have taken pictures but unfortunately,i didn't. The king size bed sat on a bedframe made with 2x4's and had metals hooks sticking out of the side, not really sure why. I was so nervous about catching my foot on it getting out of bed! I had the worst night of sleep on the most uncomfortable bed! Waste of $$

Absolutely terrible! Upon getting there we immediately wanted to cancel the second night it was so disgusting. The lady at the office refused and kept telling us we’d still be charged for both nights. We tried to get them to waive the fee the next day, but true to her word the MOTEL refused. It’s a rundown motel and everything about it is disgusting. Please avoid at all cost.

The checkin on the site is incorrect hotels.com has it for 1pm correct time is 3pm. The room we did have didn't have towels in shower, bedding had stains( thankfully any trip we bring a extra sheet and pillow cases), the door to bathroom frame was borken, the bed also had a metal piece on it as well as celing looked like there was a leak thankfully it wasnt since it wa directly over bed and chair arm rest was broken not important but wanted it to be noted wouldn't want to be blamed.

This property is most nasty and hazardous place one can ever see in life, broken door, broken fire sensor, spider web, open electricity wire, stained walls. It is gonna be a serious agony for you and your family... stay far far away from this property

It was dimly lit, the toilet rocked in place, the show facet completely fell off, no water pressure any ways, drain in tub was full of crap … bed spread had cigarette holes in it, the mini fridge barley got cold, freezer part had so much build up of ice in it… lock on door.. was so not safe! Floor was disgusting & dirty!!! I should of slept in my car for that price!!!

This is not really a hotel, it’s a low income housing site. Our room was dirty, old pillows and no towels. When we asked for some, we got thin, stained towels that looked more like paint rags.

The women at front desk even tho it wasn’t her fault didn’t know what the heck she was doing. So she called her boss which took time. Then we finally got a room key. When we got back to place for the night only 2 very lumpy pillows, bed was hard as a rock only one towel dust everywhere gum stuck to one of the end tables, outside door didn’t seal all the way had to lift up on door to close and lock dead bolt,Tv wasn’t working. Would Not Recommend!!!!

it took a half of a hour to check in. Clerk / owner kept running away to do something else. The room was not clean. Towels in bathroom, only two, were loaded with stains.Had to run to Walmart to buy towels and Lysol. Toilet was loose . Bathroom recep. was not gfci protected and almost in the shower.Should be shut down for violations.

No internet, Over priced, unsafe toilet, chair for desk had no padding. Non empathetic staff and owner!

I was suppose to stay here for the Bills playoff game. I chose this place because it was close. My son tested positive for COVID the morning of the day we were supposed to be staying there. I called right away to cancel. I was denied any kind of partial reimbursement. I understand they need to make money, but they were already price gouging me to the tune of $230.00 for this place. Staff on phone was very cold and unsympathetic. My bad, should have listened to the reviews. Also, I should have just booked with a reputable place a little farther away like I usually do when I go out of town.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in, to the point where I am amazed that Expedia still has it on its site. Cigarette burns in the blankets, hair on the pillows, cigarette ash in the drawer of the bedside table, dirt in the bed, it was disgusting.

This place was horrible. It was dirty, there was no hot water, the toilet seat moved around, the furniture was broken, the mattress was lumpy, the bedding was disheveled, the pillows were tousled, it was drafty, and way way overpriced.

I placed to reservation online and received a message that I had to check in by 8. got to the hotel and only 2 cleaning people were there. No one knew how to check me in. They called the owner and he walked them through everything on the phone. Got my key card for my room only to find out the ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED and they were in the shower! Went back got another room. They had to bring me towels. Comforter was stained with ink and some other unknown substances. Towels smelled like motor oil and were badly stained. Bed was the most uncomfortable ever. All throughout the night I heard yelling and people banging on my doors asking if I was looking for quarters. Not happy at all!!!

Old, barely functioning, but if you just need to sleep and take a bath it's fine.

To start when we arrived the gentleman (manager)didnt greet us and gave us a hard time about payment choices.we tuen drove 1 mile.upmthe road to use atm since he didn't except my.credit card because it was alittle faded as if typing would be a problem.when we got into the room it smelled like a strong cigarette, there were burn wholes in the comferter set and the sheets were absolutely disgusting being that we drove hours prior we needed to just crash i slept fully clothed.the towels were stained and stiff.i have been to some crappy places but this one was the most griddy i had ever had to stay a night in.when we chexked out early rhe next am the same guy comes out barefoot n says ok u all set. It was akward and he jist came.off rude never again.

We didn't even stay. There was a pool of water around the toilet, the sink was hanging off the wall, the bedspread and sheets were filthy and it smelled terrible. When we left for the stadium, we took all of our things and never returned. The price was outrageous for the filth. Never stay here.

I did not like nothing about the site. we had a leaking toilet and 1 of our only 2 bath towels were used to stay around the leaky toilet on the floor and the next morning the towels stayed on the floor from the maid and only 1 towel was available again for 2 of us. remote control back was missing. no chairs or tables to sit at. no wi-fi to use for my business computer. no coffee pot nor no breakfast was offered.
