This was a lovely surprise, a great value for the price! The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds, linens and towels were great. It was located right off the highway but I didn't hear any highway noise. It was also surrounded by many options for a quick meal. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a really good and reasonable place to stay whether traveling or for business. I stay here approximately 20+ nights a year because I have a satellite office nearby. This place is safe and secure. Alot of working class people stay here while traveling for work. Really decent breakfast every morning from 6-9 AM

My husband is in a wheelchair so we were in an accessible room. There was a tub with a small shower chair. People in wheelchairs need a bench with 2 legs in the tub and 2 legs outside the tub. There's no way they can get on a small chair like that in a tub. Also the bed was very high for someone in a wheelchair.

The front desk representative was very helpful but quite overwhelmed with no help and alot of people waiting in line. I also liked the convenience of this hotel to where I had to work. The cleaning was not good it felt dirty more specifically in the bathroom, there was used toilet paper in the bathroom, the coffee maker was on the bathroom counter (gross), men walking around with beer and hanging around outside drinking/smoking. It did not feel safe and also had issues with loud music blasting which I had to report to the front desk.

we had to ask for towels which 2 were promptly brought, but the next guests didn't have any. I asked for more for them as we left the pool and it seemed like an imposition for the desk person to take more to the pool. The room was nice and spacious. The property is close to the I75 but we didn't hear any road noise. Breakfast was nothing special. The juices seemed watered down.

The proximity is close to where my family lives and close to the venue for the funeral that I attended. The first day we saw one ladybug and by the fourth night, our ceiling was infested with them. They were flying around and my son spent the evening trying to kill them. We got no sleep that night.

We arrived at 11 pm. Stage staff member who checked us in was rude. The parking lot was full when we asked where to park we had an attitude and told us to park at a hotel next door that had signs saying not to park there.

This hotel was pristine! It was easy to find and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Easy access off interstate. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good for price of hotel. Bathroom in our room smelled like smoke even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Found someone else credit cards and drivers license on The floor in our room. We travel with our own Wellis air purifier thankfully! Hotel lobby smelled way too strong of fragrance that I’m sure was supposed to be inviting but was overpowering. Over all would probably stay here again, if needed.

Random stains on curtains, walls and bedding. Along the outside of the bathtub was soap scum, I hope. Towels had a funny smell.

It was great, the hotel is a bit dated, but the room was very Clean & Specious. The Best Experience was the Customer Service. Heather received us at check in and She was Just Incredible, going that extra mile, which sadly enough is not so common now a days.

The staff was great, very responsive. We can tell the hotel's main customers are crew workers ie construction and such. With that being said there are areas which need thorough cleaning or replacement. The curtains were stained, the toilet had a leak. The hotel could use a facelift. Also, if you come in after 8pm good luck in finding parking at the hotel. Our last night we had to park at the BW next to the hotel.

Just a half way decent place to lay your head during travel. Not the most spic and span. My suite was frosted with dust and I purposely observed stains in the elevator floor for over 24 hours.

I love the area I stayed in. But there was no parking space for us to park last night. When addressyit with the lady at front desk she just stated she didn’t know what to tell me except park at the other hotel next door. I thought that was not good why park some where I am not staying. They need more parking space and I am handicapped so this was not a good stay for me.

This is our go to hotel when we travel to Macon, GA for our once a year family reunion. All of us out of state family members always choose to stay here! Friendly staff, awesome service, clean and safe accommodations. We love staying here!

We reserved three rooms for out of town family to attend a family member’s funeral. Reservation said check in was at 1. None of our rooms were ready at one and we had to be at the funeral home by two.staff at check in was not friendly ir concerned.

This is a good place to catch some rest in a pretty quiet setting. There are plenty of decent food options as well, but this is essentially a typical exit ramp stop off site, but it is near the base & VERY CLOSE TO MY OFFICE IN Byron. :)

The front desk was horrible. Woman at front desk extremely rude and should not have been holding that job. She refused us service at approximately 1015pm WITH a reservation. We had to go to another hotel in town.

Divya, at the front desk, was very welcoming. The lobby was well maintained. The room was large. We like having a section with a couch and another with the bed. The breakfast was OK. It had waffles, eggs, and sausage, along along with other regular breakfast food. We wish they had some gluten free options (muffins or bagels).

The hotel was great for the value! Pool is open until 10, which is a little later than most so that was nice.

My stay was good. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The one issue I have was a the stained blanket, looked like oil stains but who knows. The bed was extremely comfortable; 2 hours of sleep felt like 8hrs. Breakfast was basic but fresh in a well maintained and clean space. I was smooth after the bedding was swapped out for unstained linen. Slept like a baby😁

BEWARE: Do not stay here! We woke up and discovered a BED BUG on our pillow. Staff was not helpful. Didn’t seem to have a process for containment, so good luck. Management called me back and said they would only refund my money if I didn’t write a review. This is not appropriate or safe for their customers. No refund was given. Don’t risk it… move on to the next hotel!

For a well reviewed hotel that was priced higher than others, this was very disappointing. The room was not very clean, water from the back of the toilet, stains on the glass median in the room, a needle in my carpet, various areas with random crumbs and other stains. Towels with stains, and obvious signs of poor effort into cleaning. Located right by the highway so noise is expected, but you can hear everything going on outside of your window and I was on the fourth floor. I had the complimentary breakfast and arrived around 8:30 so lack of food was expected as well. But there was one singular piece of toast, 3 hot breakfast items that didn’t look appetizing, a few off brand cereals, and a waffle maker or yogurt. I could have opted for gas station breakfast and been more satisfied. And didn’t go back the second day. Every single employee that works the front seat was on a personal phone call/FaceTime when I approached the counter for snack items or check in/check out. Chose this location for the hot tub and was splashed by children in the pool for the 30 minutes I went. Only two towels were at the pool for any guests. I rarely leave reviews, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well first of all the tub was not clean. I didn't like the location of the coffee machine which wqs in the bathroom. When me and my wife went to the pool area i went to sit down and the pool chair broke which caused me to hurt my wrist. The spa tud did not work, i want a compliment voucher

Our stay was wonderful, there was a nice indoor pool and a fully functioning HOT TUB! These were excellent necessities for our travel needs with children. The room was spacious and super clean, check in & out easy, a cart for moving our gang in and out easily available in the nice waiting area with a TV, there little extras available, like lemon water in the lobby, we did however miss breakfast due to the time change 😶, BUT eateries are easily accessible on foot or by car,, we will return to this establishment and recommend it to travelers. PS 1pm check in is a big plus!!

Great service having 24/7 check-in. We arrived very late and someone was there to check us in, fast and easy.

Upon entering the room, it smelled of food. My kids were fighting a stomach bug and the smell was overpowering. I went downstairs to tell the lady at the desk and asked for something to spray in the room. It definitely helped get rid of the smell. I wish she would’ve offered to have said switch rooms.

Stay was not great. Could only use one of the two queen beds. We had to sleep two to a bed because dried blood was on the fitted sheet. We stay in a lot of hotels. We have only stayed in a comfort inn twice. Both were really disappointing.

Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, clean. The breakfast was below average The area was not very walkable, with no nearby sidewalks. Plenty of nearby restaurant options within walking distance.

This was a fine stay. Nothing spectacular, but also nothing particularly off-putting. There were some areas of the hotel that needed updating (bathroom, a/c in the room), but nothing was bad. Breakfast was simple, with a nice breakfast hostess. Was a worthwhile one-night stay in a long road trip.

We stayed here overnight as it was a midpoint to our destination, but if I ever need to stay around the Byron area, I would happily stay here for multiple days. It was very clean and updated. The front desk employees were personable and helpful. I didn’t use the fitness room or pool, so I can’t review those, but the breakfast was very tasty!

The stay was great and had a complimentary breakfast. This hotel is always my favorite choice when I go home.

We were visiting family and needed a place to stay. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff were very nice. We will be back on our next extended stay visit with family.

I stay here regularly. The location is very convenient for me because my office is very close. The accommodations are reasonable, the breakfast is reasonable, and the amenities are reasonable. Everything here is predictable. I'll stay here next week too. I really like the pillows, and the rooms are pretty big, and the ACs always work good. You will probably have to reprogram your keys every day though. LOL

Staff at the front desk were awesome and I rated excellent based on them! We enjoyed the pool (but had to search for towels, even though we were the only ones in there). Room was clean and beds were comfy. Wish there was a TV in the couch area of the suites for the night owls who want to watch late into the night (it's right in front of beds). Breakfast was adequate, but there were signs that said it's for dine-in only and not to grab and go, odd. Cereals were individual generic brands, not name-brand. Two waffle makers and choice of waffle flavor-plain or banana nut-were awesome! Not a ton of parking in the front, but there is access to side doors and lots of parking available in back. Would stay again.
