I believe there were stains on the bed spread and bugs in the room. I would make a hard pass on this one

I had an emergency. I went to cancel the reservation, but they said no; I asked for a transfer, and they said no; I asked for my money back, and they said no.

I stay here every time. No disappointment

The location was good with plenty of restaurant options nearby. The front desk clerk was unpleasant. There is a pullout sofa in the king bed room that is broken. We were not informed that it was broken and unable to be used. The front desk clerk told us that, if we did not get the bed back in the sofa, we will would be charged for it. He was fully aware that the pullout sofa was broken beforehand. We got the bed back in the sofa after a lot of struggling and having to turn the sofa upside down to fix it. Upon returning to let the front desk clerk know that we had fixed the sofa, he was sleeping in the lobby and would not wake up. We will not be staying here again.

I booked this hotel because of its location at the exit on I-75. Unfortunately, it sits right on the exit road highway….not positioned far enough back on the property. I did not feel safe here. Asking in advance for a quiet room, the choice was next door to the office or under the stairwell. Maintenance in room was needed. Skip the breakfast.

It’s a very seedy motel and I would not recommend it to anyone. We forfeited our money and chose to stay in a different hotel.

The King Bed room was well appointed, with a convertible sofa, mini‑fridge, and microwave, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and a free basic breakfast buffet was available each morning. The location is a bit removed from the main stores and restaurants, though the nearby Big Peach Antiques Mall offered a nice selection. I requested a room in the back to avoid traffic noise, but the view was limited to the long wall of the adjacent building across a narrow parking area, so a front‑facing room might have been a better choice. There were no unexpected issues during my stay, and overall I felt it was well worth the cost.

The room was spotless… very comfortable bed!! Front desk staff very friendly! I don’t usually eat breakfast but there was lots to choose from, unlike other “breakfast included” hotels!!

They think they are some 5 star hotel, and they are not. Every other hotel i have been to will tell you in the site if there is a deposit needed at the time of check in. They do not do that they pick and choose who will pay that 100$ deposit by the way you dress or by the way you look. Ladies of your dress is too tight your selling yourself and if you're white and your partner is black you might as well turn around and find somewhere else to stay. They are rude and will judge you as soon as they let eyes on you. Be careful!!!

Traveling North towards Tennessee found Super 8 hotels along the way and was very pleased with every visit, staff very friendly, rooms very clean and updated modern look. Conveniently located off I75. Traveled with Service dog , she too was welcomed.

There was one other issue, but I’m waiting to see the results before I post anything.

Room was in ok condition a bit outdated. Bathroom was big for the handicap room but wasn't cleaned very good.

Absolute Nothing! Weed smoking near the rooms and cleaning people constantly disturbing my sleep when I have a do not disturb sign. Very uncomfortable stay. Same breakfast ever which wasn’t fresh at all. Expire food.

Mattress worn out, thin walls, seating worn out

Just stayed the night. In town for a concert. The furniture was old and worn out. We didn’t trust the floor or the bed coverings. We showered wore our shoes to the bed and climbed in. Large gap so much light was coming through the door. The room smelt stale. The sheets were wrinkled. The microwave had outlets attached to it to plug even more things into it. Once the lights went out, a few roach bugs came to check us out. They were about an inch long. It was after close to midnight once we got to bed and too late to try to move rooms or leave altogether. I told the front desk person and he was apologetic. But recommended us to enjoy breakfast, we declined. I did suggest that they remove the microwaves as they will and do attract bugs like that. I will not stay there nor will I recommend anyone staying there. It’s no wonder why they are cheaper than all the ones next door. I should have spent the extra money and stayed elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean and nice. WiFi was spotty. Didn’t get a receipt and when I went to check out I asked for one. he said he couldn’t print one that I would have to ask the night clerk for it.

The location of the hotel is in a sketchy area. We checked in got our room key went to go to our room and the smell of weed was overwhelming. The hotel room was dated. Multiple times during the night you could hear gunshots from a semiautomatic. To top it all off under our room some one passed out in their car with it running so our room smelled like exhaust and I woke up with a sore throat and headache. Mentioned the problems to the attendant when we checked out and his response was he would take care of it. So much for walking the parking lot through out the night to ensure the safety of your guest.

Property is just right on the highway, so easy to locate. Very well managed and worth for money spent.

One night stay on our way to florida. The place was clean, more spaciouse than expected, and comfortable. Had a microwave, fridge and breakfast that we got up too late to try. The tv was bigger than normal but it takes so long to scroll channels you really cant find something to watch. That and noise of people outside leaving in the moring are our only negatives, but will definitely stay here again.

Carpet was dirty, moist and smelled like mildew. Door handle was broken on bathroom. Food on the floor. dirty laundry on the floor from the previous guest. Sheets were stained. Toilet lid was broken. Shower tile was dirty appeared to be moldy.

I was late, they were ready with my room in minutes, it made a long cold ride a lot better. I appreciated the service, and the room was excellent, the housekeeping staff was kind enough to wait until I checked out, I will stay here again when I’m the area!

Excellent stay. The room was clean and accommodating. The shower water pressure was excellent, which is always a plus. At check-in, the representative was able to switch our room to accommodate mobility challenges that I had actually forgotten to mention when placing the reservation. Very thankful that he offered and was able to change rooms for accommodation. Would definitely stay at this Super 8 again.

Bathroom door had a hole punched in it and the front door had a gap in it that let frigid air through all night. The front door also had gaps in the bottom weatherstripping that bugs or small outdoor mice/snakes could come through! Very disappointing.

Only 1 bedtable, no instructions for tv, noisy, had to have my door card redone 3 times. Free breakfast was a joke! WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!

Front desk struggled with the English language, but once in the room, I slept well.

I am not really sure how this place got 8.8 stars on Hotels.com. It was not nice. Definitely sketchy motel vibes. There was a hole in the bathroom door and our hotel room door didn’t seal all the way. We ended up sleeping with a table pushed against the door because we didn’t feel safe. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but would not stay here voluntarily again.

I booked this hotel because the reviews seemed ok but I wouldn’t rate it as ok. The bathroom mirror was so dirty with water and what I believe to be tooth paste splatter. The counter top was super dirty too. The bathroom floor had pubic hairs in the corner behind the bathroom door and around the edges of the tub. I pulled the sheets back and there were black marks in them. I had to ask for a set of new sheets to change myself. I kept my suv parked out front. The back of the hotel just seemed sketchy and dark and I didn’t feel safe with my SUV sitting out back.

With my room located on the first floor, parking was very easy to do. I found my room was clean and comfortable. Being close to the main highway there was very little traffic noise that I could hear during the night.

I was supposed to stay here one week, which turns into three weeks. Traveling with my family from NY. The staff weee friendly, accommodating , and excellent customer service. I would recommend this property. There is also everything close by.

For a quick stay the price was right, clean and comfy beds.

We would stay here again. It was nothing fancy but was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The sign in staff member Jennifer went above and beyond to get my husband and I a first floor room. My husband has severe COPD and even going up one set of steps takes him a lot to recover. I was elated with her extra effort and wanted you to know Jennifer was an Angel for us!

For a cheap place to sleep you could do much worse. Pretty decent shape for the price I’ve stayed much worse. Area seamed safe and quiet. Pet friendly means they are allowed but be prepared to fork over an extra $20

The place is old but well kept and clean. We did every test trying make sure no bugs and could not find one. This is not luxury but we just needed a place to sleep and we felt refreshed and ready to keep driving in the am.

It could've been better, but I needed a pace to see my friends When I got to my room, the room smelled musty it was warm & the toilet wouldn't flush the way There were several of amenities if you want extra, they will charge you There are times when I try to enter my room with the key it takes a while to open. I'm happy I got a room with 2 beds & it's a non-smoking hotel! The hotel needs remodeling & once they do that the hotel will be amazing.
