Our room was very spacious and I liked that the fridge was an actual mini fridge that could hold actual leftovers/food and not just beverages like other, higher priced places I’ve stayed. The beds were clean, well made, and very comfortable. My mother even slept on the pull out sofa, which was clean and not neglected or unusable, again, like previous hotels I’ve stayed in. The room also included a clean blanket, fresh sheets, and an extra pillow for the pull out sofa mattress. The main and probably only critique I have is that the bathroom could have used a little more attention to cleaning detail. There were a few obvious grime spots in the tub/shower and on the back of the bathroom door. However the towels were nice and clean. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! The location is pretty accessible to local food and entertainment. This is a good option if you’re in town.

Our check in with Sandra was quick and easy. She was very friendly and happy to answer our questions. Location was convenient for us and parking was good. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have access to coffee and tea at all times. Having a fridge and microwave along with coffee maker in our rooms was a bonus. Be able to sit and visit with our local friends in the lobby made it more like visiting at home. Thank you to everyone for making our stay warm and welcoming.

However, breakfast isn’t available til 7:00 am, the A/C was loud (but effective) and the general area invites loud vehicles/ motorcycles that rev and race til after midnight. Better windows may have helped with that.

The staff was very hard-working and courteous. Has issues with the door lock and TV problems that were not resolved. Carpeting looked worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff worked hard to please everyone. The young lady who checked me in was very courteous and even got me a room close to the elevator when she saw my foot in a walking boot. Just needs some work done on the rooms.

The room was clean and reasonably well maintained. Smelled a bit musty but the AC soon freshened the room up. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper, Kleenex, towels, soap and shampoo. Shower/tub fixtures in our room (319) were in really poor condition and need replacing. Tub/shower needs re-caulking (mold) and the drain was very slow; we were ankle deep in water with each shower. Breakfast area was clean and looked well maintained. The food selection was ok and tasted quite good. Overall the hotel was good. We would stay there again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It appears to be an older property so the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. We had a room in which the faucet in the bathroom was about to come off the wall and our phone didn’t work for me to call the front desk. We had one. Ight where the wifi wouldn’t connect with our room credentials so just a few things made it difficult. Also walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors on every side of you.

The bed sheets had stains on them. The room was only marginally clean. The hotel is pet friendly, but cars were parked below our room with dogs in them overnight that barked continuously. Many big dogs all over hotel premises. Charged an extra $50 at exit for unknown reason. After several calls it was credited. Would not recommend.

I just stayed overnight and it was nighttime when I got there. I had to leave really early the next morning, but they run things very smoothly there.

Overall this is a pleasant enough hotel. The staff were nice and the breakfast was hot. There were just a couple quirks. When we arrived there was a phone number posted at the desk, not a bell or person. There was a coffee shortage at breakfast most days. I had to make it in my room one day because the attendant was outside. The room had gum on the floor and rusty objects in the bathroom. I had an accessible bathroom but the shower head was super heavy and the hose really short. If I couldn’t stand I wouldn’t have been able to use it. So it was accessible for people who didn’t have issues. The pool looked nice.

A beautiful well appointed clean house in gorgeous woods. What more could you ask for? On top of all that, a wonderful family with little kids enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend this as a place to stay

Felt safe. We needed handicapped room my husband is in wheelchair. Sarah at front desk was very nice to get things we needed. Hope Byess front desk manager was helpful in getting us what we needed in a room too! Larger bathroom was helpful with wheelchair room. Housekeeping was very kind to get us clean towels everyday too & freshen up room

Fine Out of many items

The breakfast at this hotel was the highlight of our stay! There was a huge variety of options. Everything was kept hot and replenished frequently. (Even during the busy morning rush they were very attentive.) Five stars all around! Everyone we met was so nice, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.

Front desk clerk was great and very helpful when we arrived at 2:30am to spend the night. Hotel looked new from outside and lobby was very nice. Bedding was very soft and comfy. Parking is pretty tight and would not be easy for larger trucks(dually). Bathroom ceiling was all bubbled and cracking. Bathtub faucet was coming off the wall. Definitely needed some remodeling/maintenance. Maybe George Pig got too wild during bath time. Walls are pretty thin and I could hear the person next door snoring as well as my husband. They were not snoring in sync, so I kind of felt like I was spending the night at Peppa the Pig’s place. Definitely not worth $160/night, actually for the 7 hours we were there. And housekeeping was outside the door at 10am which is checkout time. I told her we got there at like 3am, and would be out in a second. Then at 10:15 the front desk was calling asking if we needed checkout after 10:30 because we could pay a charge for that. I said we were carrying our bags out now. So I felt a little pushed for my 7 hour stay. But policy is policy I guess! Really disappointed I never got to meet Peppa!

I picked a hotel with a indoor pool on purpose so we could swim the pool was super cold I asked the very nice lady at the desk if it was a heated pool because it was very cold and she said it was it’s set to 74 degrees and she said a lot of people say it’s cold so that was a bit disappointing. The morning our toilet kept running and the whole room smelt like septic.

The Breakfast was unappealing and there was no water in the juice dispenser. I told a staff person who didn't offer to help or seem to care. I had to change rooms because the soap shelf fell off in the bathtub. It was freshly plastered, but not well. The bathtub bottom was peeling and wheen i asked for my trash to be emptied on the second day, no one came even though i made a request at the front desk. The pool heater was not working properly and the pool was cold. There were never any towels at the pool either, and they had to be asked for at the front desk. The front desk staff was friendly.

The room when I arrived was at 50° air-conditioning it was absolutely freezing. Woke up in the morning taking a shower with no shampoo in a bottle totally empty very disappointed.

The AC unit would not stay cool consistently and it was incredibly loud. The room was not as clean as it should be. I found several hairs in the beds and shower and bathroom counter. Just gross.

Decided to skip breakfast and go elsewhere.

I checked into my room and the associate at the front desk said there were 2 air machines in ny room and she would be up to remove them. I was in my room a few minutes and yes they were there and the room smelled. I changed went past the desk and said they were still there as I walked out the door. I came back late that night I looed to see if someone was at the front desk but no one was there. I went in to my room and they were still there. The room still smelled.

The building and rooms are showing their age but nothing was terrible. With two properties right beside this hotel, check them out first.

I've stayed in this hotel before and was very disappointed to see its current condition. Parking was very limited, the room itself smelled very strongly of mold, there were chunks of drywall that had fallen from the ceiling onto the floor and had not been vacuumed. I was staying in a handicapped equipped room and the sink had exposed splintered wood on the frame. There was large patches if visible black mold on the walls.

Absolutely disappointed. Was booking a room while on the road. Was looking for a hotel that night somehow the date change on my booking and I did not notice till after booking. Immediately tried changing the date thru the hotels.com and calling the hotel. The night clerk initially told me he would change it and then called back and told me policy did not allow it and it had to got thru hotels.com. Customer service called and was told only a manager could do that and had to wait almost 48 hrs to be told no change and no refund. Horrible customer service.

Property was not well maintained. First room we were given had a terrible moldy stench. But the desk clerk replaced with another similar room on a different floor that was cleaner.

Room was updated nicely but bathroom had cracked floor tiles, tub was clean but looked dingy. Faucet in tub wasn’t secured.

Nice bed. pillows too small- sink slow to drain. check in was slow but there was three sets in line and it was after 6 pm - still near 20 minutes.

The room had no do not disturb sign and when we were trying to sleeep the next day the room service banged on the door until we had to get up just to tell them to leave and the next day the room service came in picked up a couple of towels and then ate my sons cotton candy while in they bathroom had a sign saying that it was OPTIONAL every third day but they were there everyday no matter what

Ask 3x to correct.......eventually got it working but remote totally broken..... Need maintenance many places...... bathroom leaks

Ceiling is in bad shape in room 209. Screaming kids across the hall at 2AM on June 12,2025 INCLUDING THE MOTHER. I called the front desk. Took 30 minutes for the guy to come up. I watched him walk by the room (their door was even crakced open) peeled at it and kept walking. I was watching through the peep hole. I opened the door and aksed why he wasnt saying anything and he made up some lame story that he has to put away a spray bottle first. Like what??? I told him it was ridiculous and he better do something now. He knocked on their door reluctantly you can tell he was scare to address the issue. The next night there was a barking dog. The shower floor was greasy. Our phone did not work and they came to replace it. Anytime i needed to contact the front desk i had to use my cell phone to contact them. One of the worst places i have ever stayed especially for $140 per night.

The shower had some small issues. Caulking was moldy around tub the wall. The wall was bowing into the tub area. I did not contact the front desk for this. As a consideration the small maintenance issues should have not happened for a $180 a room night.

The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly upon our arrival. The hotel was very clean overall and our room was spotless. The only thing I would change are the pillows were not quite adequate. But the bed was made with beautiful linens and the mattress was quite comfy. We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn’t need a lot of extra services. Just a place that was clean and quiet. We did not get the breakfast so I can’t comment on it’s quality.

Easy access everywhere

Breakfast was not good and the ladies that worked the breakfast was really really rude and I even witnessed them being rude to other guest while trying to get breakfast and the breakfast wasn’t supposed to stop until 10 am and the ladies got really rude when guests ask for more bacon she said she wasn’t making anymore and it was only 9:30 and it wasn’t supposed to be over until 10 am. Will never be staying here again.

I made a reservation online for a double room. After my 2 hour drive I went to check in just to be told they gave my room away. It was me, my husband, and our 2 boys. We needed that room and was disappointed having to share a room the way we did. They didmt offer up any kind of service to make up for theor mistake. Highly disappointed.

Stay was good. Check in was not good. I had booked 3 rooms and held with debit card. We were planning on paying at hotel Lady at desk was supposed to charge two rooms to another c c. She only charged one room. Charged other room to debit card on file. Third room was to be paid to another person c c. It was not it was charged to debit card on file. So front desk screwed up.

The front desk receptionist and the lady working in the breakfast area were super friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but they were exceptional.

However, for me the real shining light at this hotel was the wonderful lady behind the check-in counter. I'm really sorry that I didn't get her name because she deserves some serious attention from the management. Her welcoming smile as I dragged my weary bones up to the desk and her soft, yet professional demeanor told me that regardless of anything else, I knew that my stay there would be a good one. Even when I came down and requested to move to another room (due to my boisterous neighbors), she understood and switched me with no judgment or anything to indicate that doing this was a problem. Long story short: an excellent stay at a great hotel.

The coffee was horrible both in the room and in the lobby. The staff was nice and made sure the breakfast was fresh (not too bad actually, bacon and eggs even!), rooms were freshened, and someone was always around to help. On day two I was stuck in the elevator. The doors were opened after a few minutes but still, what a nightmare. The owners could for sure invest a bit to make this place less seedy, I gave 3 stars because it was dirty but also just a very overall sketchy vibe.

The property and staff were sompolite, helpful, professional and made my stay feel like home!!!

This review is for Hotels.com, not the choice/comfort hotel. The Hotels.com app glitched while i was booking this room. Hotels.com charged me for (2) rooms, but i only ordered (1). I paid for the extra cancellation insurance, but that itself is another 3rd party app on top of hotels.com app which is one more loophole to jump through. Therefore, I called and used the chat app availble. The customer service reps barely understand English, and were sooo confused about my problem. Then, i called and the representative played dumb as well. I think Hotels.com is happy to use you, but nothing in return. If you are smart, you will never use a 3rd party to book your hotel, go to the hotels website. The rates are similar, and you dont get the shaft.

The room was stiflingly hot. The handle on the shower pulled off in my hand. The sink and bathtub did not drain. The TV did not work properly. The entire hotel needs a complete overhaul and refurbishing!!

Excellent location

When we arrived we noticed that the parking lot was virtually empty- when we went to check in, was disappointed that the hotel was going to charge us an additional $25 for an early check in. I realize we were early but when it’s clear you’re going to charge me $25 for a roll that’s available- that poor customer service. Then our elevate was stuck between floors and had to call the desk to get us out.

The room was adequate; no bugs to be found. It did have a stale odor but appeared clean. The towels were abundant which was good for the three of us. The room heater did not work; I reported it to the front desk and she was taking care of it immediately. I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not heated. Using the term “all season” pool, I assumed the water would not be freezing cold. I specifically booked this hotel so we could have something fun to do and be off cellphones on our way through. My children were shaking cold and disappointed. The staff is great!!

The smelled like mold and midew. Only had 1 elevator that made a horrible knocking sound. The bathtub and ceiling had black mold. The tile in bathroom was cracked and lifted and they had put some kind of clear coat sealant on it to prevent injuries. Also, stated no refunds at check in even though, i paid extra a booking for that option. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will not stay at COMFORT INN again. It's true, you get what you pay for.

Entry door lock on end of hall was broken and any one could enter. (Safety issue) They were kind to let me know I had left my glasses. Housekeeping reported it and the hotel called me to let me know. I appreciated that very much.

Found this place as I retreated from hurricane Milton. The staff were great and no concerns with the quality of service or the area. The room I stayed in had a very off smell, which I dealt with, and the carpet and condition of the apartment was quite aged. The breakfast was decent and the staff were great to talk to so you could definitely do worse.

For 3 days never come to clean or exchange towels, terrible service.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast with Linda was delicious. The public and private areas were clean and comfortable.

The property was fine. I did not like the very loud fan in the bathroom every time you turned the light on. And the walls were so thin I could hear conversations and the television in the next room

The front desk staff were amazing but the hotel was subpar for $150 a night. Fire alarms went off almost every single night during my stay— I don’t think I would stay again.

The facility was clean with no objectionable odors. Lights, appliances and plumbing all functioned as they should. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The TV remote actually worked and was not sticky or grungy.

The place was very nicely maintained and the all the staff that we met were very helpful. The price was excellent.

We will not stay here again. In order to check in we had to go to the third floor to locate the attendant to check us in. The key to the room did not work. We received 2 more keys. After finally getting into the room it smelled so bad we had to ask for a different room. The second room was fine.
