Constantly leaking of faucet. Used bar soap in the bathroom. Poorly patched walls. Poorly caulked bathrooms. Fan speed on the AC unit didn't work. Water filter for the ice maker 2 years 3 months since the last change. Not worth the price charged.

How convenient this location is to restaurants and highway. Indoor pool which I didn't have time to experience. Breakfast bar was a plus and convenient. fridge in the room was just a little too small for my liking.

The best part of the stay was a good staff, and good breakfast. When I first walked in I noticed a musty smell in the lobby and in my room. The bathkroom sink had been cracked and some one had tried to putty it . The claulking job aroiund the tub looked like it was done by a 7th grader. Carpets throughout need replacing. Guide on the TV didn't work.

The property was great and in a good location. The rooms were nice. I wish the complimentary breakfast had opened earlier. It didn’t open until 7am but we had to be up and out earlier than that each day as well as many baseball tournament families.

Hotel rooms have a lingering smell coming from the carpet and walls. Standard breakfast every morning was only upside. Would not recommend.

Room was clean and check in smooth. Breakfast left alot to be desired. We came down at 9am and food was fully cold or picked over. No one in the area to help, plates and silverware were missing or limited

Beware that their keycards are very susceptible to being wiped out by any electronics. My husband put his keycard next to his phone and it was useless. The staff was very good about fixing the problem, but it was most inconvenient when we were tired and had to go back to the front desk for a new keycard.

The staff was awesome! But, the rooms really need to be renovated. Stains on walls, cracked tile on floor in bathroom, what looked like black mold in the space where a piece of the baseboard was missing in the bathroom, chips in bathtub, and rust on shower curtain rod…

We spent one night at those hotel. The pet area was nice. We brought our small dog with us. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The only issue we had was with the noise. The wall seemed paper thin. We could easily hear the occupants of the room next to us.

We have stayed there several times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is ver friendly, and we can take our dog.

The property was conveniently located to 575, shopping and good choices for dining. Check-in/out staff were pleasant. The heated indoor pool was a nice feature and was clean. The room we stayed in could use painting (walks scraped and not clean looking. It could also use updating. Everything seemed old and well used from carpet to sink tub and furnishings.

Hotel needs to be updated

I had seen other reviews about sticky carpet. I stayed in room 202 and they are right. You can feel the stickiness even with shoes on. I had to wear socks the entire time I was in the room.

Layout of property was good, room carpet was disgusting though. Needs to be replaced, not just cleaned. Left bare feet black with dirt (like muddy feet when stepping into shower).

The air conditioner was noisy and kept the room very damp. The room smelled of smoke and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the towels smelled good and clean. They only give you towels every 3rd day. We stayed a week. We kept having to ask for towels. No trash pickup or straightening up the room. Breakfast was hot and a good selection. Coffee was good too.

We were in town for a wedding. We stayed at the hotel three nights and every single morning we were woken with barking dogs. Upon our arrival, we were putting in a room that had a very strong smell of dogs. Very disgusting. I would not recommend anyone stay there that has allergies. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Horrible stay from the get go! Got there 15 minutes early for check in 2:45 ,”sorry your room is one of two rooms not ready yet”. Baloney. Could have easily got us another room as no one else had checked in yet. So we had to wait for 45 minutes! Room smelled. WiFi Internet was garbage, was very spotty and frustrating. Had to relog in over and over again. Worst of all..THEIR KEY CARDS DONT WORK! WE HAD TO GET A NEW CARD EVERY TIME WE LEFT AND CAME BACK. The whole hotel was like this. Seen many customers doing the same thing. They would tell us that” if you put anything metal by the card it won’t work “ . Making it seem like our fault. We had to have 15 keys stacked up by the time we left. Hotel is located on the wrong side of the road if you are trying to go to Atlanta . You will have to traverse 4 lanes in about 300ft and do a U-turn every day at a busy intersection. Very bad stay. No place to eat near by. Worst stay I’ve had in years anywhere. This place is very technically challenged. Good side. The beds were comfortable .

This is a very nice hotel in an area of town with lots of restaurants around. This hotel has a Cracker Barrel right next door. The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff was very welcoming and kind.

My stay was excellent The staff was well mannered hotel keep clean whenever I’m in that area. I will recommend that I stay there again.

I hit that date by accident and thought I had not completed the task. I went the following week for two days. I got charged the week before so I just counted it as a costly mistake.

Was an average stay but not too impressed with quality of room. Dirty walls, faint damp musty smell, noisy AC unit, and dirty feeling carpet. Not saying I wouldn’t stay there again but wouldn’t be my 1st choice

They allow pets but aren’t pet friendly. Pet walking areas are small and on the opposite end of the hotel from the pet rooms. The room smelled of pet urine and was in poor condition.

Room was great, we were traveling withnour dog and I was concerned we would be given a smelly "pet room". It did not smell and was perfect! Hotel is in walking distance from Cracker Barrel for a quick bite if needed. Isiaid was great at the front desk!

We had a very clean and comfortable room. The keys kept deactivating but the staff were really nice about it and exchanged our keys multiple times. Breakfast was nice to have each day. Overall the hotel was quiet and clean.

Too many issues with this property, not clean, elevator always out of order. Definitely would not recommend.

I will definitely not be staying here again. May I note that this was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The first stay was satisfactory. On the second visit the elevators were out the entire stay making us haul all of our things up the stairs. The air conditioner in the room rattled so loud we requested to move to another room only to listen to the same loud air conditioner in that room. The room was at the end of the hall and the air conditioner in the hallway was even louder. On the third visit (this one) we were told the elevators were out again and they were waiting on a part! Because we had already paid for our room via Expedia, we were told we could not get a refund so we could go to another hotel where the elevator was working. Because of this we were forced to stay there again. Again, we had to lug everything up the stairs and again the air conditioner in the room rattled so loud that we left it off for the entire visit. The carpet in the rooms need to be cleaned and/or replaced. Overall, the hotel is not being maintained in a manner that is acceptable. The outside grounds have cigarette butts flicked everywhere. Needless to say, were were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel inside and out and would not recommend it to anyone. Mrs. Wade

Unlike some other reviews. I thought the place was very clean and bug free. I on only two occasions I smelled smoke only a couple times in the hallway on the first floor. Breakfast was pretty nice as well. Overall very pleased.

Property was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay, but hard for staff to keep the hot food stocked. Room was clean, but bathroom walls needed updating.

My wife & I are 80 years old & I just had knee replacement. The elavator was out of order. We was put on the 2nd floor. We was not told about this until after check in. We asked about a room on 1st floor an was told the 1st floor was full. The manager was very nice & helpful.

Elevator was out of order and my room was booked on the 3rd floor!! The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was not even a blanket or comforter on the bed - only sheets and some very thin, flimsy mattress pad type thing in between 2 sheets. It was extremely hot in the hallways and stairway of the hotel but not cold enough outside for the heat to be set that high!

Property had roaches, elevators didn't work & smelled terrible throughout the building.

The service was great. We arrived a day early and got on upgrade so we would not have to move the next day. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Only wish the windows would open to air out the room. We ordered apizza and the smell stayed in the room for 3 days.

I was very disappointed that at the time of checkout I had made one more last round back into our room to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind and the housekeepers were having a discussion in Spanish how they don’t change the sheets unless there is urine or blood, which would probably explain why I was itching For my three day stay there it was probably bedbugs. Needless to say when I got back home, I shaved my complete body and wiped myself down with vinegar never again while I stay at that hotel.

We were so pleased with the staff at Countryside inn, The breakfast was so good. The people were so friendly. The rooms smelled so good when we arrived. Anything we needed they said no hesitation. Please just ask they were just so kind we felt at home there. We will definitely be going back and they were a good group of people working together

The room was very adequate with a small fridge (no freezer), a microwave and a decent sized TV. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The commode was about 6 inches high, at least it felt that way, which made it somewhat challenging to sit down and get up.

Barely any water pressure in shower with curtain had been cut off along the bottom, so short it doesn't stay inside tub. Also the shower curtain was dry-rotted (or sliced) in between each plastic ring holding it on the rod... why not replace with a new curtain? No drain plug to allow for a bath. :-/ Bathroom sink sprays water all over when turned on: needs a new regulator. Frustrating.

We were charged $5 for what should have been a cheap courtesy toothbrush.

The area was clean and well maintained. The pet area was neatly kept we did not have to be concerned with fleas ticks and other infectious insects.

Pleasantly surprised at friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and cleanliness of room.

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast buffet included, safe, easy walk to nearby restaurants like Chick-fil-A, Rock and Roll Sushi, and Applebee's among others. Only bad thing was the swimming pool was very cloudy with strong chlorine smell.

From check in to check out the staff was super friendly and courteous. The room was bigger than I thought it would be and incredibly comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Worst hotel in my opinion. The rooms smelled terrible, the staff wasn’t nice, everyone in our baseball group had problems with the key cards. Had to go and have it fixed several times. I won’t be staying in this hotel again.

The breakfast did not look worthwhile...After looking at it we went across the street to Crackle Barrell....

Need new beds and different pillows

Negative: Rooms always felt humid even with the AC on. There’s an indoor pool which I don’t like but that’s on me for not looking first. We walked in and it was so hot and smelled of strong chlorine we had to walk right out.

It’s a very basic hotel. The staff is nice, but there’s nothing special. Breakfast was horrible.

My AC broke at my apartment. I came in spur of the moment at midnight. The staff was sooooooo amazing. So kind!!!! After a rough day and night, that kindness went a very long way! This morning the next staff member was just as kind. Will highly recommend to everyone!!!

How to use washcloth to keep shower doors closed. Caulking come off showers. An probably the worst water pressure. Squirrel pees harder. But it looks nice and has a good breakfast at least.

Front desk staff was great. Room was clean well i thought it was clean. I got woken up around 3am to my leg itching and when i turned the light on i had a huge welt from some kind of bite on my leg near my ankle. So i wasnt sure what it was but i packed my stuff and left immediately at around 3:15am

Rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Found trash under bed and dried apple peel. The night clerk was excellent and very accommodating.

The front area was clean but when we got to our room it wasn't cleaned well. There were womens facial cleaning items left in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and breakfast selections were nice.
