Location was excellent and GM, Bree, was amazing!! Remembered my name from out first encounter. Room wasn’t clean - strewn with styrofoam particles that were never swept up. Floor was also sticky. Back security door lock broken, so always open. Bed high and mattress slipped off the frame when we tried to get in the bed!

These people are some of the most arrogant bastards I ever met. They try to overcharge customers on a regular basis. They tried to overcharge me. I challenged it. They threw me out saying I was disrespectful. They need to get fired

I needed to make change for a five and the front desk didn’t have a register.

The room was clean the staff we came in contact with were very plesant, I guess we did not expect a bear bones room no coffee maker my wife was surprised no hair dryer just not what we expected
- 3/5
Was not the quality I expected for the price. Will probably avoid this company in future.

The room was bare-bones functional. The lobby and hallways had a peculiar odor. (My husband referred to it as the smell of desperation.) The room was clean but completely sterile. Only ceiling lights, no lamps for reading. No coffee anywhere; not even in the lobby. I guess to be fair I read that you had to bring your own stuff, but who brings a coffeepot for a two night visit to relatives? Whoever was staying in the room above stomped around all night, and I mean all night, or else they were bouncing a basketball. It woke up us both nights. Not sure how you pace in a room that size but it was totally annoying. So I won't be staying there again. If it had been a cheaper room, I might have understood, but it was more expensive than the Hampton Inn down the street and Hampton has a free breakfast.
- 2/5
This should not be classified as a hotel. It is more long term housing for the homeless - which is admirable. However, I would not recommend it for travelers. While the staff are friendly, especially Eric, who manned the desk for the whole weekend we were there, we did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel. There were several people who hung around and many seemed to be using something. They were polite and non-threatening, and it gave us a greater empathy for people with their lifestyle but the constant smell of cannabis in the halls was off-putting. It also permeated our room, and was not a pleasant smell for us. The military style metal beds were not terribly comfortable and the rooms only contained the bare essentials. It was not what we would expect for a hotel.
- 4/5
Good clean and safe

Had to wait around 20ish mins to have someone open
- 3/5
It was ok. The lobby is locked 24/7, and not always attended. We had neighbors upstairs who were noisy at all hours. The chair in our room was a little threadbare. There's a kitchenette, but if you don't have utensils, you have to rent them. No free coffee, you have to rent a coffee pot. No breakfast. It was a little on the pricey side due to the lack of amenities. There was only one nightstand, and one side of the bed was flush with the bathroom wall, which was inconvenient. I'd give it a pass, and maybe stay at the Holiday inn Express next time.
- 1/5
It smells so bad Probably drug smelling
- 1/5
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The whole hotel smelled damp and gross. When I got my room there was only a one “2 bed” left so I got. The manager lady called me the day before my trip saying they overbooked and if I wanted to downsize she would give me money back. I did downsize to a ONE bed. I never got one dollar back. Staff did not even acknowledge me when I left at checkout. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT STAY HERE
- 2/5
The room I was given was so dirty I couldn't stay in it. I was given a new room to stay in that was clean. I was told I would be refunded for one night and have not received a credit yet.
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Very accommodating.
- 1/5
4 cop cars were there when I pulled up, 4 loud women in the lobby when I showed up were trying to fight another woman outside and 1 of them worked and lived at the hotel. Guy checked me into a room someone was already staying at. There were people having a kick back party in the back parking lot, could smell weed in the hallways, very noisy, had a guy playing guitar at 10:30 pm in his room. Avoid this hotel at all costs
- 0.5/5
Nothing Lots of noise, people coming and going and I believe there were a lot of people who stayed long-term.
- 3/5
Have a lot of long term residents here.

The office is closed at 10. The “attendant” took her sweet time to get there & was very rude & dumb.

Too many homeless people living there with their dogs . I will not stay there in the future

Now back to my review: this staff from my very first business day here to what I’m certain will be great up until my settlement day ends…
- 2/5
All the floors were sticky, even when I tried changing the room (I opted for the first one because the second had no lamp). The toilet seat was broken, the mirror and counter were dirty, and the hallway smelled like tuna casserole permanently.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve seen in a long time. Manager was rude and the clientele was questionable. The outside looks beautiful but the rooms are runned down.
- 1.5/5
Dirty , cockroaches
- 1/5
I had to check out after being there for two hours because there were a couple roaches in the room. Attendant at desk didn’t seem to care or even apologize. I asked for a manager to call me and still nothing. I want my money back. I would never recommend this hotel to an enemy!! Absolutely terrible!!!!!!
- 3/5
Staff was great People not cleaning up behind their pets fire alarms went off several times I think it would help if hotel staff as a bit much re strict on people staying noise control
- 2/5
They stressed this is a non smoking hotel, but the smell of pot smoke was everywhere. Also they will charge you $50.00 if you dont take your own trash out.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for a short or long visit! Plus their team is extremely helpful!
- 1/5
Nasty
- 0.5/5
Nothing I will likely refund because I left and the front desk knows I left. I never stood for the night The first room I received was dirty, the hallways are dirty, and I received a second room that was not up to up expectations.

This property was within walking distance to stores. This hotel was very clean and neat on the outside. The first room I was given was nice and clean but the television did not work. The second room smelled bad and didn't look so clean. The young man Eric that checked me & my family in was very nice & helpful
- 1/5
Didn't like this hotel was a halfway house. Room wasn't cleaned at check in.
- 1/5
Room was dirty as well as a pillowcase. At 4am I was woken up by people yelling and fighting in the hallway.
- 1/5
This place was disgusting. First room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it is a non- smoking facility. Transferred to a different room that smelled like spoiled meat and body odor. Floors were sticky, dirty, and had hair on them. Toilets were dirty in both rooms. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.
- 3/5
The floor in my room was so dirty. Even after I took a shower my feet were dirty because I didn’t think to bring slippers to a hotel room when I expect this to be clean
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 2/5
Front desk clerk was very nice, but the room hadn't yet been set up Also, we didn't realize this place was an extended stay property with most guests actually living there. There was a lot of noise, children running uo and down the hallls. There were very strong cooking smells coming the rooms.
- 5/5

Enjoyed the 2days
- 3/5
The place was nothing special as we needed a place to stay as the main water line in our house froze. Don't expect anything fancy or service. There is no daily cleaning.
- 5/5
It is cozy and very clean
- 5/5
Was a nice place too stay
- 2/5
Skip this one. Seems more like an apartment building than a hotel. Terrible scent throughout, room not clean, remote control broken, worn furniture, staff didn't care one bit about guests, was talking on the phone instead. Wifi did not work. Lots of people smoking around entry/exits.
- 2/5
This is the 2nd time I stayed at this place & the service and the place itself is horrible. Never again!
- 5/5
Close to family
- 2/5
The people drinking around the building that the door open this danger
- 3/5
Seemed as though a lot of the clients were longer term guests and tended to be up late hours.
- 1/5
This hotel was disgusting there was a hole in the shower, dirty walls were filthy I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone
- 4/5
coffee in lobby and is a long term rental property too. didnt know that. room clean and sufficient for a one night stay.
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
The hotel looks great on the outside, but the inside not so much. It smells, lots of strange guests, the door to the bathroom had a punch hole in it. I didn't stay the night and left. Money wasted.
- 3/5
If all you need is a place to stay overnight and you don't care about amenities, this will serve you, but if you want a hair dryer or an ice machine or towels or extra pillows, stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
This is the worst place i have stayed in my life i had book 2 days but i stayed only 1 day of course they didn't give me a refund

TV noise started coming into my room from the second week I was there. It was the same person living in that room ever since I’d checked in as the manager said she knew that person. The TV was on loud until 3 am; I’d to literally wait to go to sleep. It improved for sometime but then again the sound was raised. I asked for another room but the manager said I could have this issue in another room too. I’ve stayed in hotels but I never had this issue with anyone watching TV loud late nights & early mornings and it started from the second week even though there was the same person. Moreover the sound would be raised everyday around 5:30 - 6 am for about 10 -20 minutes; it was like an alarm for me and I’d to struggle to go back to sleep. They weren’t believing me and thought I was just grouchy. The girls and a guy at the front desk even kept on telling me to check out in a threatening way. They and the manager spoke so rudely. I’d asked that I would come down in the evening to make a weekly payment and the guy was fine with it. But I received a call from the girl in the morning for the payment and they didn’t stick to their word that I could make weekly payment. Anyways, it was not worth paying any more. I even called the guest relations and they weren’t believing me either.
- 4/5
Very clean and neat and comfortable mattress. Just no frills, like coffee or TV guide, or continental breakfast of limited choices.
- 4/5
I liked the staff but there was some odd odors and a lot of people hanging out in the parking lots all the time.
- 2/5
I was not able to sleep during the night. People constantly running around in the above mine.
- 4/5
Motel was fine and convenient, The desk is open very short hours and no coffe in room. When you leave early this is an issue.
- 3/5
Not as impressed with this location as i was the first time i stayed 2 years ago. I think I'll try the nearby holiday inn next time.
- 5/5
The room was nice and comfortable the lobby was clean and quiet
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly. Hoyel was very clean
- 1/5
Difficult to enter, phone not easily visible and written instructions inside and not visible.Person checking us was unfriendly. Checkin took 15 minutes even with a confirmed reservation. Room smelled disgusting and our clothes smell awful 24 hours later. There was a ring from a glass on night stand and a piece of hard candy under the bed. No hand towels. Were not given the type of room we reserved. There were no clothes hangers in the room. All in all an horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was there 47 days and I went to the bank and they must have of thought I was going to work and I caught another off duty employee watching tge hallway while the cleaning person was stealing my back pain medication. I didn't realize this until I saw 1 pill under the desk. I counted my pills then and 2 more were missing and I ended up finding in the hallway on the 4th floor outside my room. I questioned staff and they became verbally abusive. I still haven't gotten my refund for this stay as I chrckrd out on the 17th. Expedia promised a refund would be issued as I bought Hotel Protection. I am disabled with a speech impediment and i have been verbally abused by call center staff at Expedia when I ask why I haven't received a refund in my bank account.

My stay was cancelled due to overbooking.
- 3/5
Customer service in front desk👎
- 3/5
Elevator was broken. Stayed on 2nd floor and had to make 3 trips to check in so my key would work to open door. Desk help was not apologetic. Just said he kept doing it wrong.
- 4/5
The system was down at check in and a couple of guys at the front desk stated we would be compensated for the time waiting to check in. We waited 2 hours till we got a room. It was a bad start but we finally got a room. We asked about the compensation the next day and the ladies at the front desk didn’t know what I was talking about so I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t stick to their word about the compensation. I would have accepted an extra day of stay not necessarily monetary compensation. Other than that, the heater in our room didn’t really get hot but everything else was fine. I did like the comp call about check out. The hotel was nice but the amenities were not there. I might give it another try just to see what it would be like in a normal day.
- 3/5
Keys often stopped working and no one present after hours to fix them.
- 3/5
Talks about being "fully equipped", but you have to pay $30 to get pots and pans to use and $15 to get plates and utensils. No blow dryer, coffee pot, or anything. Bed was SUPER hard and uncomfortable with old, lumpy pillow. They did a good job in the description and pictures making it look a lot better than what it is, but qas a rip off. Served it's purpose, but would never recommend.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 1/5
We checked in and found out they dont have room for us. No phone call or any kind of notification. So bad management and system of operation.how come they accepting booking if they dont have room.
- 1/5
we are cancelling your reservation because existing customer is extending they gave me a Choice: force my reservation to Addison OR call expedia and get a refund this happened 2 hours before check-in Addison was a nightmare - their rooms smell like smoke - changed room twice and then was told no other rooms available and fell sick due to uncleanliness of room and oily floor - they DONT clean Police showed up all 3 nights I was there due to issues with others staying there I felt unsafe the whole time.

- 5/5
Inexpensive accommodations that have amenities for a longer-term stay. We appreciated the very friendly & professional staff and the beautiful location, convenient to my sister's home in Roselle.
- 2/5
Felt like low income housing, not a hotel.
- 1/5
Requesting a refund. Only had 1 room available when we arrived. Sent us to a room that had a hole on the wall and bed wasn’t made towels on floor. It was awful. We changed hotels the 2nd night.

- 4/5
Upon check in, the woman at the front desk was very rude.
- 4/5
The place was convenient definitely given our needs. For I relatively new hotel though we were surprised regarding condition of the room, including a broken shade and shabby bathroom towels. The pillows were abysmal and I have a sore neck to prove it.
