Was waiting to change rooms and they never did I should have received a discount for the room I had

Breakfast was some muffins and coffee. The room was very clean, but you could hear everything from the floor above. Over all I would not stay here again.

The room was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and there was safe parking. We didn't go to any of the breakfast offerings, but overall we would stay here again.

We had advanced reservations and only stayed overnight but the room was clean and the check in and out process was easy. Would def stay again

Great service and clean rooms. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but clean interior and comfy beds! You can beat it for the price.

Decent updated closet, but for the love of all, tile the floors and get rid of the carpeting! Over all, decent. Very friendly staff. I would stay again for quick over night rest, but please get rid of the old carpets!

Would not recommend staying here. Had to switch to three different rooms. First room was filthy, second room smelled of smoke and we paid for non smoking and the third room T.V did not work.

Did not stock room well. Had to go to office twice for towels Microwave in the room cought on fire when using. Staff did get a new Microwave quickly for us to use.

I would rather commute to sporting facility than to be close and stay somewhere like ever again. Room was clean, we did have to kill a bug the last night. Towels were not clean and appeared people lived there. Grounds were filled with trash. Never ever again

This hotel was an excellent choice for the area. They had breakfast, the rooms were clean and the beds were soft. I highly recommend this location for a short stay or long stay.

old and outdated

Really good location .. good if ur on a budget. Staff was very accommodating with my late check out and the little old cleaning lady was always smiling and asking if we needed towels. Bad thing is a little older, stains on the sofa that were unappealing but hey, I wasn’t there for luxury. Overall it’s not bad if you are trying to save a buck !!

It was not very clean, they were in the middle of patching and painting the room. There was no breakfast, a couple of muffin packages, the juice machine had water coming out, no juice. . It was cheap and not very clean

Nasty attitude,very not interested

The people were super nice, but the hotel room wasn't that clean. The ceiling had water stains, the microwave looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom had other guests hair still in the bathtub.

A little run down, but clean and inexpensive

Dear sir, my intention is not to be cruel or unkind. I would like to just basically say that, the cleanliness of our room was never taken care of. Never change the sheets, never change the towels, never change the trash liners, didn’t put up the ironing board, didn’t iron or vacuum. I had asked three times for this to be done and it wasn’t. we will not stay there again. Thank you kindly.

Out let's in room 204 didn't work door hardy locked, hair on shower walls. Breakfast was a joke. One pillow on the beds per person. Cooling for room hardly worked, coffee was cold tasted like water. Will not be back.

All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. The location is perfect and is close to all major hot spots. Will definitely return again.

Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable; no complaints on our one night stay. The guy at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The pool was fine, too. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, but that's ok. would stay here again if in the area. Nice place for budget conscious lodging.

Our room was exactly what we expected. It was very clean but it is a motel and it is just old and worn. The beds were very comfortable and for the price I cannot complain. We were in town for baseball and I felt safe and there were plenty of places around to eat. Very close to the fields. The guy that checked me in was super nice.

It was by far one of the nastiest places we have ever stayed. Trash everywhere, beer cans laying all over parking lot and grounds boxes of beer bottles sitting on sidewalk by stairs !!! Very loud people yelling at each other all night in front of room

Convenient location. Property under renovations so some upheaval but they worked with us.

Our check in was at 3, we arrived and there was a lady at the front who responded with "what are you doing here? What do you need?" Then proceeded to tell us that they didn't have any rooms cleaned until 4. We came back, we were greeted with a whole other worker, he was fine. We had booked a non smoking room, but since we paid in cash they gave us a smoking room and now our stuff smells horribly like cigarette smoke. The shower didn't have a handle, so it's not like we could have used it anyway. There was one singular TINY trash can by the door, the Air conditioner didn't work. And the tv was so dim you couldn't see it and I even tried fixing the brightness and it was still dim. The remotes were caked in some nasty goop. There was little to no breakfast the next morning, not that I would really wanna try it from a place like that. It was the nicest rating hotel in that area that we could find close to where we needed it and the other hotels around it looked way better than the super 8. There were some sketchy people outside our hotel, they were playing soccer around my fiancés car (that he has built and put a lot of money and effort into) and they almost hit his car on multiple occasions. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE, especially don't bring your pets or children to this hotel, it's not safe for them. The parking lot was disgusting and have needles and trash all over the place.

Our room was Superior¿ all new updates! A professional was certainly involved! Colors were well coordinated¿ carpet, bedding, furniture,(lounger -a plus). Actually one of the cleanest, most updated rooms we¿ve stayed in!!! Highly recommend!!!

Had to ask staff to clean the tub, there is a couple of very bright lights in the parking lot and one of them was blinking like a strobe light all night. Even with the blackout curtains, the room stayed well lit all night, very bright around the curtain and the door.

They have construction workers staying there and they cook outside they leave trash and grills out side and hang around. If you are taking a pet make sure they have a pet room available. They turned us away because they didn't have a pet room available. They don't have an elevator.

They need a better breakfast selection.

We did arrive prior to checking time hoping room would be available. Room was not cleaned and it was not a handicapped room as booked. It was ground level but with no safety bars in bathroom. They do not have handicapped rooms. No working ice machines.

I was disappointed about the breakfast ..expecting to have a waffle maker , nope ,they did not , only danishes in a wrapper ! But the rooms were very clean & comfy for the one night traveling home !

Very Cheap management, smelly & very Dirty. No Breakfast, Couple of Muffins & Cereal Bars from Sam's Club isn't a breakfast. Soap dispenser in the eating area is dry and hasn't been filled for a while but there sign says employees must wash hands.Bathroom half painted dirt everywhere, it was a lousy Hotel. Never again, Front Desk blamed the Wyndham management Company for their regulations, not sure why, I wouldn't use any Wyndham Hotels Brands again.

Cleanliness

Was on our way through and needed a break. Checked in pretty quick, and went to our room. Watching TV, and a cockroach crawled out behind the tv. Straight to office and they gave us another room pretty quick. Apologized several times. Got up next morning to check out and stood at the front desk for several minutes. Then a woman got up from watching tv at a table in the dining area and came over there to check us out. I would never stay at this place again.

There was some trash on the floor when we arrived and the room was musty and carpet damp from humidity. No one at front desk at check out or a couple days to check breakfast. Breakfast was free but juice machine broken but had some larger containers in the fridge. No milk. Only had frozen sausage biscuits and muffins and breakfast bars for breakfast. Had a sign up that said improved breakfast menu. I’d hate to see what they had before. The price was cheaper than surrounding hotels. You get what you pay for.

Our stay was fair.. If I had to stay there more than one night, I would have switched hotels. We walked in and it smelled funny. I sprayed the room with spray, turn the air on, sat our bags down and left. When we returned that night, we saw the the tub and towels were dirty and our wi-fi did not work. It was late when we got in so we went to sleep and left early the next morning.

It was a great stay. Courteous staff, very customer service focused. Always cleaning and grooming around the property. The room service was super too. Great stay! Will come back when back in the area.

The front desk man was very help and nice. The food truck park he recommended was delicious. Our tv would not come on and within seconds after being called, he was there. The room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The overall stay was amazing. We will stay again on our next ATA tournament at Emerson Lake Point Sports Complex.

The person that check us in was great. The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner made a noise all night but we still had a good night.

The only thing we didn't like was the check in..According to the website check in time is at 3:00 pm.. we were not able to check in until almost 4:30 pm.. We had to go to places so we didn't have to wait in the heat..We were on our 13th year anniversary.. My wife was feeling well due ti a migraine .. other than the check in the room was really clean and smelt clean.. The bathroom was excellent.. I believe if your front desk is telling people to check back at after 4 than time for check in needs to be changed.. We got at the hotel after 1pm then was told to check after 4 to see if room is ready.. we had to wait for 3 and half hrs to get our room when on website and receipt stated check in was at 3..

The check-in was nice , the guy at the desk was very friendly . The room was very nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We loved having a sofa to sit on to watch tv.We really liked that they had HBO to watch a movie before going to bed. The microwave was nice to pop our bag of popcorn. The refrigerator was a nice size also. We will go back when we are through the area again.

They have a lot of things on the website that they DO NOT HAVE. The place on line breakfast included but the breakfast is a granola bar and a apple juice REALLY. They put sleep five and its a room with 2 doble bed 😳 maybe five babies . But I think you get what you pay for . NEVER AGAIN GONNA STAY AT A SUPPER 8 it does not have nothing súper only SUPER LIES

Great bed, clean/new linens and sheets, well kept and in a nice area. Only sketchy part was having to speak to the staff through a small opening in a window (like prion visits look in the movies) from a small vesibule.

The beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean too. Front desk very friendly. This property is older and could use some update but it was worth the money and clean. Two restaurants close by as well. We would stay here again

After leaving another with no hot water, this was enjoyable. Hot showers with pulsating shower head. Ourut king bed was comfortable and room spacious. Had only in room amenities, which with covid was fine. Close to I75.but quiet and convenient. Customer service was good. Would stay here again

Front desk staff unorganized and rude. Asked to comeback in 30 min and then 2 hours! Toothless clerk agonized for15 min over computer screen then finally had me initial a half printed receipt.

The condition of my room was fairly poor. The bathroom floor was sticky, the mini fridge was disgusting, along with the shower having a messed up shower head. What made our experience worse was that there were bugs crawling all over the place. You can see on the right side wall of the toilet we had to kill two and it left a stain. There was no breakfast as it was advertised so I’m not sure it’s even on the site. Our room key had stopped working and we had to go right back up to the office just to reactivate it. This is unacceptable.

Check in problems due Expidia screw up

The beds were good. Hotel needs updates. Nightstand between beds was missing drawer, light fixture in bathroom was missing cover. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give this room a negative 3.

The room was basically clean, but very dirty in the corners of bathroom and the door had large areas if peeling paint.

Was in town for a basketball tournament. It was ok. Room was clean upon arrival but wasnt cleaned any of the other 4 nights we were there. It worked though.

this hotel needs to be torn down it was very old and has not been remodel since it was built at least that is what it looked like. the room we had was a smoking room at one time burns all over from cigerattes

We confirmed our booking at 5:00pm, we tried to check in at 7:30pm. The employee would not check us in due to Expedia not providing payment, it cleared my account but Expedia failed to pay the hotel. The hotel employee told us we could pay for another room but he couldn’t let us check in without receiving Expedia’s payment first. We tried to contact Expedia and were put on a 3 hour hold, our bank couldn’t cancel the transaction until it actually posted and supposedly the hotel refuses refunds. Finally around almost 9:00pm the hotel employee called and said the transaction went through and we can now check in, this was a nightmare being we had driven over 5 hours to get there and my wife was on her 28th hour of being awake.

My room was nasty! Our toilet was clogged up and running over...and the lady at the front desk was so rude

This is a drug motel. It is nothing like the pictures. We were ate up by mosquitos while we slept. There were roaches crawling on the counters condoms in the parking lot. Meth heads partying all night. They charged me twice so I couldn¿t go elsewhere.

The lobby was not open due to COVID... understandable. However, the temporary greeting window was full of goo from old stickers and heavily scratched. The lobby, visible at this window, was disorderly; half opened mail at one table, boxes of soda hanging around etc.... The guest rooms were clean but not well appointed. There were no hand towels or washcloths. One had to go back to the desk to obtain them. Although advertised as having a free breakfast, there wasn't one "due to COVID". Honestly, there are many ways to provide a breakfast - a small brown bag with an apple and granola bar etc.... Don't advertise a free breakfast if you don't provide it. Honestly, I won't stay here again. There are other hotels across the parking lot that are much nicer and similar price.

It was aweful. First of all a non smoking room smelled like an ashtrey. But I calmed myself down and did not make a big deal out of it. It was only for one night. Then we saw Cockroaches walking on the walls. That was unacceptable. I know it is a Super 8 and I did not have high expectations, but cockroaches??? Especially during pandemic? That means they don’t do any cleaning at all. If you can, stay away from this place. We spent less than 30 min in a room. What a waste of money.

The motel was ok - I understand no continental breakfast d/t Covid - but don’t charge full price!

We booked here because the site said free breakfast. It also said due to covid it may be limited. Well, it was NOTHING! No apologies, no price adjustment, no refunds. Staff lady was rude. The inside lobby area, though not opened was visible and a terrible mess. That clued us in, on the lack of breakfast. The room was very much in need of a make over. Old and dirty and not taken care of. We had 2 towels and 2 washcloths and I had dig to find a roll of toilet paper because the holder was completely empty...except for the waded up wrapper from the last one. Ugh keep looking.

The gentleman who checked us in was super nice. The room was not what was shown in the picture when I booked it. I have a big family and the picture showed 2 queen beds and a sofa, there was no sofa so my son had to sleep on a chair. The floors felt gross and it all around just did not seem very clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I was there 3 nights. The 1st. Night the room was clean. The next night they threw towels on my bed, nothing else. The third night there were no soap, shampoo, coffee, dirty towels were still in the floor. I had to go to the front desk for supplies.
