We have stayed on this property several times while our daughter was at NC State, which is very close. The hotel is always very clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast is great!

Room was absolutely pristine and spacious! The shower was great, beds very comfortable. The breakfast was the absolute best we’ve had while on vacation. We enjoyed it very much! Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! I accidentally booked a handicapped suite but it actually worked out for the best for my family of 6! Everyone was comfortable we had lots of space. Even the pull out trundle bed was comfortable! Evan at the front desk made our stay amazing. He was responsive, polite and one of my twins found immediate joy interacting with him every time he saw him. Matt at the bar was exceptional and professional as well. I would recommend this property a million times if I could!

The rooms looked lovely and clean. But my granddaughter was alarmed when a bug was crawling on her pillow towards her face. It was a bedbug. We informed the front desk at midnight and changed rooms. Upsetting

Everything was great except for a wake up call at 5:58 in the morning that we didn't arrange. Mistakes happen though, other than that it was a wonderful stay! My son loved the splash pad feature in the pool.

The room was great and had lots of space. The location was very convenient. They were out of all dairy items including milk which made breakfast not that convenient.

Overall a great experience, super friendly and helpful staff. The only downside to this property is parking is a little difficult to find the later you arrive.

Clean room, staff super nice, great service when asking questions, the bar tender not very friendly at all and was on his phone the whole time not great customer service in his part. Overall no other problems and was clean.

I loved the lounge area and tvs in the lobby. Also, the breakfast was so well done and the area was kept so clean.

We were dropping our daughter off for her semester at NCSU. This hotel is in the ideal location with easy highway access. It’s also clean, modern and has a nice breakfast. We definitely plan to return here again whenever we visit her.

It was convenient to my final destination. Breakfast was good and liked the evening bar option.

Experience was horrible, it’s NOT a smoke free hotel. 3 out 5 nights, cigarette smell travel via the central vent as if someone was smoking inside the room. The electrical outlets and carpet are old, water leak at the shower door, no room service even when asked, only one staff at the front desk to handle all the guests’ requests.

On the other hand, it was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The check-in was easy, the staff was amazing, polite, and very helpful. It was quiet and in close proximity, to everything we wanted to do.

Loved our stay here. The staff was very polite, breakfast was great, pool was small but kids still had fun, fitness facility very basic but I still got a great workout in.

Excellent facility, gorgeous room, helpful, friendly staff. The room was as clean as it could be, the bathroom, too. Nice, hot breakfast with lots of choices. A quiet and peaceful stay. Will stay there again if the need/opportunity arises. Wish my shower head at home had that kind of water pressure…

Reduce the price at the bar, Vodka cran should not be the same price as the whole bottle of vodka. you got us staying there make it reasonable to enjoy a drink as just walk upstairs.

The hotel sits by the highway. This allowed to get to Fayetteville, Durham and Raliegh quick. The area has stores and restaurants as well. I was able to run across the streat and get an item that I needed.

The property is very well kept. The cleaning staff do a great job. My only issue was the air conditioner not working properly.

I liked how clean it was and the staff was great. Unfortunately there was a leak that you had to watch out for in the entry way by they continued to keep the area as dry as possible.

Only 2 items for improvement. Sofa was not comfortable for sitting. And &10.00 plus seemed extreme for one Hershey bar and a snack sized bag of chips from your snack shop.

It was a nice hotel, staff was helpful and pleasant.

We arrived very late (or early if you are a morning person), and very tired...and the man behind the counter was so very nice and helpful (his name was Jason)...really made the whole experience so pleasant!

It was requested to freshen up and extra towels and it was never done.

The front office staff was helpful with an easy check in and out process. The Event services department helped with all of my requests even those last minute tweaks.

The breakfast was not great, and the lack of parking spots at this hotel and the one beside it at night was an issue.

During this spring break, our family stayed at four different hotels, and this one was by far the best. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was firm with pillows at a comfortable height, which helped us sleep well. Even the sofa bed was great. The next morning, the breakfast dining area had clean tables and chairs, and while the food selection was similar to other hotels—fairly standard—it seemed to be managed hygienically. The only downside was the bananas, which were overripe and half of them were inedible. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. The guests were respectful, and many seemed to be families like ours.

Spacious yet cozy suite! Nice and quiet location. Friendly staff and courteous housekeeping. Very clean. The laundry facility on the 3rd floor with us was such an added bonus.

Overall not very clean, my family skipped the breakfast due to cleanliness concerns. Not worth the price.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The only negative was the one day the pool was unavailable due to other guests dumping something into the pool. We thought about moving to another property but luckily it was cleaned and open again by the next evening.

Nice Stay

We have been staying in your hotels a lot recently, however this time a maid didn’t come in to bring towels or make the beds. I totally took a shower with no towel to use. The dirty ones were in the floor got the maid to replace.

The room was clean and we loved the unique layout. The breakfast was great. The only downside was the pool. It was very unclean, and extremely chlorinated, making it unsafe to use.

Amazing hotel ! The customer service was great . The bed were comfy and nice . Breakfast was also amazing, but the best thing this hotel has to offer was a heated indoor pool . The pool even has a small ankle deep area for toddlers . We truly enjoyed our stay .

The hotel was great except for the heating. It was very cold during our stay and the heat only worked at 80degrees.

Our stay was great during christmas week. We are a family of five. That includes three kids under the age of nine. We had enough room and never felt there was not enough space. The breakfast was good the kids really enjoyed it.

Great service from check-in to check-out. Staff was very welcoming. Plenty of food options for breakfast and nice gym with 3 treadmills, weights, and a couple of cross trainers. The pool was heavily used (in a good way). The room was spacious and more than enough for 2 people. The small sitting area and desk were nice and the bathroom was quiet. Easy highway access and plenty of amenities within a 2 mile radius. Centrally located in Cary and easy to get to other parts of the Raleigh-Durham areas. Would recommend a stay.

Great for a quick overnight visit or long term we went to a hockey game at PNC arena its a quick 8 minute drive lots of restaurants to eat at just a reallu nice hotel with breakfast and a small bar w/ reception area great value

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and the ladies serving it were super helpful, pleasant and kind.

No chaperones were watching the baseball team in the pool.They were extremely loud and rowdy.

Parking was difficult after 10PM.
