    Parking was great. The facility was very humid and poorly ventilated in the bathrooms. However, staff was helpful when we requested additional items. The breakfast staff were awesome and handled additional requests with no issue. The night manager was also very nice and accommodating during check-in.

    I arrived on a Thursday and checked out the following Monday. My room was very clean and spacious with a king bed, a sofa (with ottoman), a desk, TV and mini refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. There was ample supply of towels and wash cloths. The staff members I dealt with were very polite and helpful. They have Starbucks coffee and serve some food in the lobby bistro area but I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat there. The only thing I will do different next stay is to request a room farther down the hallway away from the door to the parking lot. My room was right next to it and there was considerable traffic, although the building is built well enough that it didn't keep me from sleeping

    I asked for a balcony room got a patio room first floor., when you pulled back curtain the outside screen was ripped bad as if a pet was trying to get in and cobwebs in corner..the furniture looked as if they had for 20+yrs

    I chose to stay at this location due to the location it's self as well as the outdoor pool. It was unusually hot during my 3 day stay, high 80's and low it's for two days. I decided to go to the pool and low and behold it was closed. I asked at the front desk why and was told corporate chose to open the pool very few days a year. It is very limited. So.... basically you can see a nice clean pool but not use it. This needs to be clearly stated on their web site. It is not. If you want a pool. Do not stay here.

    The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The room and common spaces were clean and well maintained, and the pool was lovely. The room was comfortable and quiet, with little to no sound from other rooms or the hallway seeping in. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was a nicely upkept building with a wonderful staff. It met my needs/expectations, so I have no complaints.

    Great property in a fantastic neighborhood. That area has free uber like services that you can take around the SouthPark area so there is no need to move your car if you are driving and if you are not driving you will not need to worry about getting around that area. The service runs from 9am to 9pm.

    Although we reserved a room handicap accessible, when we arrived at 5PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025. They no longer had an accessible room available. It took them 30 minutes with the help of the manager who finally stepped in to get me an accessible room at another Marriott. They told me that a Travelocity booking never guarantees a specific room. So you must call the particular hotel to guarantee an accessible room. I wish I had known that your reservation has no meaning. My wife must have an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I was furious and let them know. You need to tell your customers that your booking does not guarantee a specific room type.

    Wonderful! Friendly staff member at check-in. Room was spacious, very clean. Great shower and plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable along with pillows- great & not too soft.     The problem for us was the person that checked us in didn’t give us any info on the Wi-Fi, services offered on site or help with any other normal things you might need to stay in a hotel. We didn’t know when check out was or where anything was. We were sold two queen beds on hotels.com and they were full sized beds. When I asked the staff they said it’s because we were in the hearing impaired or accessible room? Not sure why we were in that room as it’s the only room that was available, regardless it shouldn’t say the wrong sized beds listed. I even told them I didn’t need to be in that room and I felt bad that someone would need it and they said it was fine. I think they were at full capacity. We could hear every time our neighbors used the bathroom or ran water or talked or anything. The staff came to our door late knocking to tell us that our TV was too loud. I didn’t answer because it was a man and I was alone with two young girls then they started calling the room to tell us to ‘keep it down’. There was a full on party across from us so I’m not sure we were the problem with the Tv on volume 25%. We loved the lay out of the hotel and the other staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful- specially the ones that were cleaning the rooms and the people that were helping with the bistro / market. The room was clean but the outside area needed work. It was messy and the pool was closed.

    WiFi didn’t work. I’m a Bonvoy Rewards member and wasn’t provide any future points or a refund since I booked through Expedia. Last minute hotel need that had me in A LOT of tears. Front desk was very kind but when what we need can’t be fixed and I spent over $200 for 1 night at a basic Marriott, it could not fix the wifi nor a hot room.

    This Courtyard is exceptional on every level. The property is simple but outstanding for its suburban location in the Southpark area. Interestingly, I stayed here decades ago as a teen. There have been recent renovations to update the rooms, hotel facade/exterior and lobby. They managed to still keep the 70's character of the property. Cleanliness and service are also outstanding. I was especially pleased with the fresh scents throughout the hotel and even asked--which the staff kindly obliged. A++

    I paid premium price and got below average service. The room was small, there wasn't a free breakfast. I went downstairs to get it cause I asked one of the employees what time breakfast was and they said 7-10 and al lacarte after. Got downstairs at 8am and asked the the little girl at the Starbucks where breakfast was and she said "right there" and pointed at the muffins so I asked is there no free breakfast and she said "nope" no pool, bad vibes and there was like 3/4 people out in the parking lot just loitering at all times.     It was very disappointing that they did not have shuttle service to the airport. It was extremely disappointing that a $15 bottle of wine was very overpriced at $50. Usually the upcharge for convenience is only double the price. We don't mind paying extra for convenience but we are not foolish with our finances. Plus, the hotel probably does not pay the per bottle retail price so the upcharge is even greater for this hotel.

    TV did not work. It was very difficult to select a channel and/or move around the guide. The remote was non-responsive.

    Didn’t like the set up of the king room with TV sitting next to bed instead of facing. Also, there was limited staff on site and difficult to get someone on the phone when we called the front desk. Our refrigerator was not working. There is a community microwave instead of in each room. Lastly, our shower was leaking tremendously onto the carpet in the next room.

    The registration clerk was unhelpful, hard to understand (even when I asked her to repeat things) and unfriendly. $219 + tax for a room that reeked of pot. No complimentary breakfast. Not ice on first floor. Signs for ice took me clear around the building. Machine did not work. Had to go to second floor. Hallways were dirty. I will never stay at Marriott or book through Hotels.com. RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Stay went well and without issue. Lighting layout was a bit off, it appears more lounge-like. Bed was comfortable, but the marshmallow pillows need to be trashed. Get some extra firm pillows and you'll please me. There was a small sitting couch that was surprisingly comfortable. Plentiful parking lot that is well lit. The hotel was located in a safe location.

    We picked this place close to where we were visiting our son. Place was clean and quite. Has neat courtyard and pool. We were super disappointed that you had to pay extra for WiFi and phones didn’t want to work. Also the pillows are bed were horrible.
