The beds were comfortable and the view from the room was cool. It was walking distance to the stadium. The staff had bad attitudes. They didn’t honor the breakfast package we had purchased. Their website says the roof top is open during the day for views and yoga. It doesn’t open until 4:30 according to the front desk who had it blocked off. It also closes at 11:15 pm so we checked in and went to our concert, came back to it closed. Got up the next morning to go show our teen the roof before checking out only to be told no.

Great location in Charlotte with a roof top bar and one of our favorite restaurants Angelines right down stairs. We loved the view, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel design and staff were great! The parking was a little limited. The elevator system took a minute to get the hang of ha. Merchant and Trade bar service was tough both when it was crowded and when it wasn't even. But really, the hotel was awesome.

Will definitely keep tis place in mind next time I am in the area. The experience exceeded expectations.

Fantastic view of baseball games, fireworks and city skyline from our room. There was a nice selection of snacks and alcohol in our room for an extra charge, and the free coffee was nice in the morning. They had these cookie/granola bar things out on Saturday and they were delicious! We enjoyed the spa tub in our room and the futuristic elevators. We did go to the rooftop bar but it was too peopley and had a similar view as our room so we left. It was lovely up there though!

Clean. Quiet. Comfy. Great location and view. Great staff. Amazing rooftop bar with skyline view over Truist park and field. The restaurant downstairs was one of the fastest services I’ve ever experienced, and food was delicious, the valet system is perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful and play. Baby roaches coming out of headboard and roaches inside bathroom. I haven’t heard anything from management.
- 4/5
I just had a problem with the romance package the rose pedals was not in the room when we got there. Everything else was a once the front desk was notified of the problem they handled it quick! Other than that everything was perfect !
- 4.5/5

- 5/5
Vert friendly staff.
- 5/5
Room and hotel great and dog friendly!
- 1.5/5
Disappointing experience. The biggest issue was not just the parking charges, but the lack of consistency and fairness. Guests are clearly not treated equally — policies seem to change depending on who you speak to, and reasonable concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of focusing on guest experience, the staff appeared more concerned with minimizing refunds than resolving the actual problem. Unfortunately, this left us feeling undervalued and unheard. I would not stay here again based on how issues were handled.
- 5/5

Beautiful and so clean. Central location to different eating options within walking distance.
- 0.5/5
Wasnt even given this opportunity Ridiculous and absurd that because didn't check in on the first day I had booked, that they gave my room away and didn't have a room available for me for the rest of my stay of which I paid in full and no refund. When they couldn't even provide.
- 4/5
The front desk staff is very attentive and displayed great customer service throughout my entire stay. I didn’t like that the location was right in the center of everything. It was far too noisy at night. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Just to clarify, the noise wasn’t coming from other guests, but from people outside walking up and down the street throughout the night. I also didn’t like the fact that the property doesn’t have a pool.
- 4.5/5
This property was close to a lot of places nearby which was nice so you don’t have to walk too far to eat or whatever else you want to do. N/A

Angeline's serves a great breakfast and dinner.
- 2/5
The parking was awful. We paid 60 dollars for 20 minutes then left and came back and had to pay another 60 dollars for 6 hours and 60 more dollars for 12 hours. We were at this hotel for 22 hours and paid 180 dollars for parking. Outrageous. Won't stay here again
- 5/5
First day was fantastic. The amenities, the location, the cleanliness, the helpful staff… From check in to check out, this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

- 5/5
The parking in Tryon 300 Tower was convenient given that valet parkign was jammed beyond capacity when we arrived at 2:15 pm on a Friday. But the exit parking gates were nearly impossible to use. We had to contact the attendant by intercom in order to pay with instructions that were not posted on the machine.

You can’t find this kind of service anywhere I loved everything
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everyone was very nice. Customer service was awesome and they made sure that you felt right at home! We went for the Seattle Seahawks versus the Carolina Panthers game and it was within walking distance of Bank of America Stadium, which was super nice and the Seahawks pulled out a win. Go Hawks!!
- 4/5
Comfortable, friendly staff. Food was okay.
- 5/5
Spacious and comfortable room, polite and accommodating staff. Rooftop bar was fantastic! Excellent location!
- 1/5
Was my booking supposed to come with a breakfast? They said no
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
We didn’t realize breakfast was included, but we enjoyed breakfast downstairs this morning and also visited two breakfast spots on Friday and Saturday. The room was very clean, and the body wash and lotion were so nice that I even looked them up to buy them. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations.
- 5/5
Perfect! Quiet hotel and staff (Jae) were super welcoming!!!
- 5/5
There was no free breakfast idk why this thing says free they don’t have free breakfast but I wish they did! Other than that I LOVED the place it was amazing!
- 4/5
Room was very clean. I lost my charger and noticed that the morning of checkout and the front desk person provided a spare. That was a lifesaver! I didn’t see the coffee station on Day 2 and thought there was nothing available for guests. I inquired at the counter on Day 3 and was directed to a sitting area behind me where the coffee was set up. I loved having both hot and iced coffee options. It would be helpful to get an overview of what’s available when checking in, even if you arrive late and no one is in the lobby. I received a key and directions to the elevator, that’s it. I called ahead and informed the hotel that it was my 50th birthday. I was told they would take excellent care of me however I received nothing, not a verbal acknowledgement or anything. I have no idea what the person on the phone meant, however, I felt a little let down. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the bartenders were very friendly.
- 5/5
Definitely go for the park view! We could see the baseball stadium as well and they have it turned in to an ice skating rink during the winter so we enjoyed watching people ice skating and even a hockey game in the morning!
- 2/5
Hotel is very nice. Terrific staff. But… the traffic noise was unbearable. Noise from cars blasting their sound systems kept us up until after 3:00 am, and then by 6:00 am the noise from delivery and other service trucks was overwhelming. None of this is the fault of the hotel. We had even asked during check-in to be moved to the quietest side of the hotel. Apparently even the “quiet” side is extraordinarily loud.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff at the check in desk. Very walkable location to all of uptown Charlotte!
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and accommodating for our late night arrival! Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with a great restaurant and rooftop bar. I would stay again, I believe when I booked the hotel one of their selling points were nice sheets. Whatever reason I was excited to try them, I think I've had better sheets in less as nice hotels. Still a 5 star stay for me because overall it was fantastic I just thought that was an odd selling point to be underwhelmed by.all the staff was very accommodating and nice to deal with as well.
- 5/5
Nice! But parking was confusing at times
- 5/5
Great customer service! We really enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
The hotel itself wasn’t terrible. The elevator situation was weird. So you can get on the elevator and go to the lobby but to continue down to the garage (conveniently directly under the hotel) you have to get off the elevator then select on a screen directly outside the elevator you want to go to the basement then get right back on the exact same elevator you just got off of to go down the basement… why can’t I just go from my room floor to the basement? The elevator literally goes to the basement but I have to get off at the lobby to tell it to go there?? Anyway besides that the hotel was clean and inside felt safe and nice. However at no fault of the hotel right outside the hotel is clearly struggling. There’s a lot of homeless people and we’re were pestered or yelled at by a random homeless guy almost every time we tried to walk anywhere around the hotel. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s unsafe - none of them ever appeared to want to cause harm but it’s something to keep in mind. Once on hotel property this was not a worry at all. And you can actually totally avoid this buy playing the elevator game and going down to the basement to get your car (I really loved the parking situation).

- 3/5
Hotel is nice but severely over priced for what it is. There is zero sound proofing. I could hear full on conversations from the hallway, Dora l
- 5/5
Great hotel, great location. Plenty of dining, and entertainment options nearby. Nice sports bar (Ink and Ivy) right s across the street. A ten minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Great downtown area and everything is walkable. Safe, clean and vibrant. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant downstairs in the hotel and a great rooftop bar area upstairs. Thoroughly enjoy my stay there. Will definitely stay there again if in Charlotte.
- 4/5
Front desk was very helpful, and accommodating. Room was nice. The noise from cars racing outside was over the top LOUD! Very difficult to relax, and sleep through the night.
- 5/5
Even though we arrived at the height of Panthers gameday traffic, we were greeted promptly and our car was immediately taken care of. We were allowed to go ahead and chek in to our room even though we did not request an early check in. Staff was very friendly and accomoadating.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 2/5
THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE HOTEL WAS FULL OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH VERY LOUD MOTOR CARS CIRCLING THE STREETS FOR HOURS, LATE NIGHT TO MID-MORNING. ALSO, THERE WERE THREE GUNSHOTS AND I WATCHED PEOPLE RUNNING AND SEVERAL POLICE LINE THE ROAD RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL. THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT I PAID. I DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP THE WHOLE WEEKEND.

- 5/5
Great staff very friendly. Good location.
- 5/5
Internet was perfect

- 5/5
Nice place for the money
- 4/5
My biggest complaint was the street noise at night. In particular the car "drag racing" that occurred at night especially on Friday night. I was on the 7th floor and it was very noisy. The hotel should really try to get the authorities to curtail that.
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean! Area surrounding wasn’t so nice, and lobby was really really tiny. Was nice to be able to self park.
- 4/5
The guys in the parking and who take car of bag check were AMAZING! They all were very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The entire place was very clean, and well kept. The team that works there was very nice, and helpful. We will be back!
- 3/5
All the faucets, handles, latches, etc were loose. The halls were unvacuumed and dirty, some staff were less than 4 star service. I expected better from a 4 star hotel that charged as much as they did
- 5/5
Great place to stay and it’s right in the center of everything.
- 4/5
Overall very nice hotel and location. We just stayed one night and multiple issues with key cards which was a hassle. Bathroom was nice but back of barn door to bathroom was dusty and light switch needed a good cleaning.

Bed was comfortable. Check out wasn’t until noon & cleaning staff started coming to our door before 11. They came 3 times before 11:30.
- 5/5
There are plenty of food options with in walking distance which was wonderful. Also parking was easy and affordable near the hotel.

- 4/5
The room was beautiful however there were stains on the carpet. The staff was wonderful and extremely kind. Parking was disappointing please not when you stay get the valet parking package. $48 and unlimited entry to the parking garage. If you self park you pay $30 every time you move your car out of the parking garage
- 5/5
New, clean, great staff. Nice room and comfortable bed. The view of the ballpark is amazing!
- 5/5
The place was nice and very clean. Staff was very professional and kind. I would come again.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with a nice rooftop bar. The hotel didn’t have a small convenient store but other than it was great.
- 5/5
The property is absolutely beautiful. So clean. Staff is excellent. We were there without knowing the Real Madrid team would be stopping in to stay. That put the staff under a lot of stress but they continued to be professional and kind. Definitely will be back
- 5/5
Easy check in convenient location and great amenities
- 4/5
Online it looked a lot more luxurious than it actually was
- 5/5
Spacious well designed clean rooms. Well situated.
- 4/5
Although I texted in advance, it took an unusually long time to get my car. Check out was easy! Thank you.
- 5/5
Perfect location, but if an event is going on better signs of parking at the hotel need to out. Especially if streets are blocked off or closed for the event.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service, clean and updated hotel close to everything in uptown Charlotte.
- 5/5
Great views overlooking the baseball stadium. Rooftop bar is very convenient, along with the first floor restaurant. All makes for an easy stay.
- 5/5
Kimpton away does a great job
- 2/5
The hotel n it self was not what I expected it to be. There are fairly priced hotels that offer you much im talking about much better service than this hotel.
- 5/5
Easy to walk deep into the city as well as the park.
- 4/5
The place was great but I miss a microwave. The balcony was a sliver but we enjoyed it. The bed slept great and the shower was nice too. The elevator confused us at first but a manger was kind enough to give us training. Perfect location for venturing in Charlotte.
- 5/5
The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, inviting and the staff were excellent. We were in town for a concert at the stadium and the location could not be better. There were plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options steps away. The park and green space so close was an unexpected benefit we enjoyed.
- 5/5
Very very sweet staff
- 3/5
Loved the location and the convenience of the on-site restaurant. Did not like that the guest had to share the rooftop lounge with non-guest.
- 5/5
All good.
- 3/5
We stayed at the Kipton several times however this time everything really looked run down. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again for the price!
- 5/5
Happy hour was great! Love the access to rooftop bar. Very lux!
- 5/5
Great experience overall!!!
- 5/5
Not much in immediate area.
- 5/5
Best location for dinning and going out. The rooftop bar is a must visit. We love this area of Charlotte for the ease of getting around to the nightlife. 5-10 min uber anywhere and a great time! The on site parking garage is awesome too although it’s a separate fee better than fighting for downtown street parking.
- 5/5
It was a great experience!
- 4/5
We always stay at this hotel it is very convenient and clean. I’m rating a 4 instead of 5 today because the Valet Parking was absolutely terrible. The text message system didn’t work and they had no order of how they were taking people. I watched 2 people that gave there cards after me get their cars fast. My key ended up being put to the side and I saw other groups keys get misplaced/ looked over. We waited 45 minutes downstairs for our car. They did handle it by crediting me for the valet so I do appreciate this but it should be much more organized at this nice of a hotel.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Love the Kimpton!
- 5/5
Kimpton always great.
- 5/5
Second time staying here and not only love the property and location, but the staff is awesome and so kind! It’s our go to hotel when in Charlotte! Our pup agrees!
- 5/5
Well appointed rooms. Banquet rooms and food very good.
- 5/5
all good
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Some of the best customer service I have experienced when it comes to hotels. Everyone from the valet workers, front desk, Markus and Angel ensured that everything was taking care of. We will definitely choose Kimpton for our next stay. Excellent Service!!

Nice property. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Great dining options.
- 5/5
Simply wonderful
- 5/5
Perfect central location in Charlotte.
- 4/5
Love Kimpton and they are dog friendly. Lots is arrests and even police chase in the park across the street. Guess that is the big city!
- 5/5
Great device and hospitality!
- 5/5
Me and my wife love staying here. It's in the center of Uptown and walking distance to many other several things in Charlotte.

Outstanding.

- 5/5
Great location. Angelines is a nice restaurant and rooftop terrace is fun!
- 5/5
Great hotel very clean and modern

Excellent staff, they have a social hour from 1700 to 1800 and served spiked apple cider free of charge until 2200. Restaurant on property was delicious and plenty of other food/bar options within walking distance. Room was fully stocked with a mini bar and had plenty of snacks available as well for a late night treat while netflix and chilling. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location! We had a beautiful room with a view of downtown 10/10 recommend. Multiple food options on property and amazing staff and valet.
- 5/5
Stayed here for the Chiefs and Panthers game. It was so easy to walk to the game from there. Also, they stored our luggage while we went to the game. Very friendly staff. The pillows and bed very comfy.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Friendly staff and very clean. The area around was nice with food and drink options. We were disappointed that no shops were open at the shopping mall though.
- 5/5
Excellent property. Perfect reception. Superb personnel. Stunning roof bar. Highest marks.
- 5/5
My only complaint was that when I got my bill, they had charged me $48 per day for valet parking. I thought this was excessive!!!!
- 2/5
This was a birthday present to my sisters, but they were not permitted to enter the room ahead of my arrival. There was no soap other than in the shower, there was no coffee in the room. There was no private room for business available on the property. There was a loud electrical humming noise in the room that was distracting. For this price none of this was great. There was free wifi which was a plus.
- 5/5
Stayed for the marathon. This was close to finish and start line, walkable to everything I needed and shopping/great restaurants. Very nice hotel and rooms. Staff were super helpful and responsive. Website didn’t make it clear, but freak out - there are no coffee makers in room unless you request one. They will bring it right up (:
- 4/5
This is a dog friendly hotel in the heart of the city located across the street from a park (great for dogs). Staff service levels were excellent, and food was very good. We encountered some difficulty with room service, but the hotel was kind enough to make an adjustment to compensate. The dog friendly room was clean and modern.
- 5/5
Convenient location; roof top bar; pleasant employees.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Centrally located to everything we wanted to check out. The early check in was one of my favorite things, usually hotels make you wait! The rooftop bar was so fun and Angelines downstairs was great for breakfast and for a drink, we never ate dinner there but I’m sure it would have been fine.
- 5/5
The staff was great.
- 5/5
Always a great stay and comfy beds!
- 5/5
No complaints, clean and excellent service
- 1/5
Made a reservation with Expedia as always. Arrived at the hotel after an 8 hour drive from Pittsburgh. Said my reservation was cancelled (not by me) and they had no rooms available and I had to make other arrangements. They were rude and not accommodating at all. Left stranded.
- 5/5
everything was right in walking istance
- 4/5
Hotel was great Staff was great Location was great my only complaint was the parking it’s either valet parking for a fee or city parking for a fee I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t offer free parking for overnight guests with the cost nightly rates parking should be free
- 5/5
Parkview was nice, was WAY too noisy, I’d suggest staying at the Bohemian down the street. Same price and much nicer.
- 4/5
Get a bit dated for a Kimpton. Staff (Brianna specifically) was excellent!!

Great place for a weekend staycation. The location is perfect and the rooftop bar is probably the best one in town. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back.
