Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I love that it's a secure building and the breakfast in the morning was nice

I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel where I could literally hear every conversation going on in the other rooms. The people who were staying above me, sounded like they were having a dance party all night long. Also, not the fault of the hotel, but the location is right off the highway and you will hear traffic noise all night long. I will give the housekeeping staff my compliments because the room was clean and I was kind of surprised how nice it looked compared to the rest of the property.

I booked the hotel room last minute for Nascar weekend. Upon arriving to the hotel, there was quite literally 8 homeless people hanging out on the side of the building. they were there constantly throughout the trip and shouting at night sometimes. The area did not really feel safe and gave a seedy vibe. The AC did work, but it was a big old window unit AC that was very loud. Ice machine did not work whatsoever. The walls are also incredibly thin, you can hear everything going on in the hallway and the room next door. The room above me had children running back and forth late into the night. I do give credit that the room was clean, linens were clean and provided plenty of towels. Issues are not really the staffs fault, but I will not be staying here again. And I suggest avoiding if you can.

I like the customer service and how polite the people were and how they were able to reassure me that my car would be safe in the bad area that it was There were a lot of crackheads and drug dealers in the parking lot all night very unsafe for people with children and traveling

Do not stay here!!!!!!! Homeless/ crackheads in parking lot and lobby of hotel… 5/23/26 8-10 cop cars for an incident in hotel. I was told to go somewhere else at 1130pm. Finally got into the hotel at 1. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Place would be better burnt to the ground. They argued with for a refund. Cheap, pathetic, unprofessional

Close to where I needed to be. Staff were friendly and beds were comfy The bathroom needs cleaning. Baseboards were filthy, splatter on walls. They definitely only focus on cleaning toilet and tub during changeover.
- 2/5
cleanliness of the rooms... bedding and curtains had cigarette holes in them. the shower had not soap holder at all. The breakfast was mediocre and the eating area was very small. Very strong smell of marijuana all over the building.
- 1/5
dated, old, hood, toilet plugged, tank overflowed. people were ok

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great! I wish the room did not smell like smoke.
- 3/5
Staff was courteous. Breakfast options weren't much at all. But doable for my need. Lamp by bed didnt work nor did 4 outlets to charge my phone after a 11.5 hour drive. And the icing on the cake was the first thing i saw upon entering the room was a bullet hole through the window. Yet there was another layer of glass that it didnt penentrate. Was unsettling 1st sight to see
- 1.5/5
Staff was great and very nice The shower was dirty, the rooms are not cleaned, the sink was dirty shower walls were dirty and the table had food on it that was not cleaned up!! People was outside doing drugs in their car…

Located close to blackbox I would give it zero stars if i could. We got there at 4:30pm and were given a key to room 239 in the end of the upstairs hallway. The entire hallway was wet and was actively being mopped and the entire second floor had a terrible smell that you couldn’t ignore. We finally get to our door after walking around the mop water only to find a dirty room. A dirty pile of stained towels were right in front of the door, the bed still unmade and a pile of takeout still on the dresser. We had to trek back down the stairs to the front desk.. we were given no sort of apology for sending us into a dirty room. We were then given a new room (104) right by the front desk. When we got in the room we checked everything to make sure it was okay. There were two grays hairs on the bed but other than that it seemed ok until we tried to put the lock on the door. The bolts were coming completely out of the wall leaving the lock completely useless.. felt very unsafe. We made it through the night and when i woke up i went to take a bath. After letting the water run for a minute it started to run brown leaving me extremely grossed out. We packed up and left promptly after that. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and will never come here again.

- 1.5/5
No smoking in any of the rooms There were panties hanging on the curtain rod from the previous guest, so I’m assuming it wasn’t cleaned very well.
- 0.5/5
Nothing at all!!! nasty, trashy, throw up in halls, homeless people propping back door open to come in and out. They screamed all night long that they had no clothes, no money, no place to stay, like this was a truck stop parking lot. I would never ever recommend this place to even my pets. They sleep better than this!!
- 0.5/5
location to my training The cleanliness of the room was very bad. The room was absolutely gross, I had to mop the floor after getting out the shower and my feet turned black. The air conditioner had black mold and the front that was taped on fell off. This place is misleading from photos.

- 1/5
Hallways were dirty, says non smoking but huge weed smell, not a safe location, would never go back
- 1/5
Will not stay there again
- 3/5
The hotel was very funky and dirty. There were sketchy people hanging out in the lobby and one customer brought an entire luggage trolly full of bags of an odd looking liquid. The room smelled of smoke and weed even though it's supposed to be a non smoking room. The bed was good. We were too nervous about the cleanliness to even try the free breakfast.

- 1/5
The hotel was not clean. Everything is really old . Many homeless people stay the night there. I can’t not sleep watching the car because many drunk persons in every corner. Room smells cigarette. Many fighters outside. I felt scared the whole night. I just stay one night we my family because we are travelling to Florida. Breakfast wasn’t good but this was not relevant for me. Safety is the more important specially when you travel with kids.
- 1/5
From the moment we walked into our room I was not thrilled. The room was still dirty, floors not swept or vacuumed. The whole trip the room had a musty smell. Our TV remote was covered in grease and didn’t work. When bringing it to the front desk, the staff says “oh no, someone spilt stuff all over it, it’s dirty” when it clearly was. The A/C unit was covered in dust like they never clean that. The one headboard was barely attached to the wall. The linens were stained and dirty and had other peoples hair in them and there were burn holes for a “non-smoking facility”. The bathroom had mold from the vent not working and there was a I can’t tell you how old bar of soap on the top ledge/molding of the shower. 2 out of our 3 nights our key did not work. The cleaning service did not empty our full garbage cans either when doing room service duties. There was sticky stuff all down the floor of the hallway. The breakfast area was a hotel room transformed into a breakfast area. And lastly, the pictures posted for advertisement of this hotel are NOTHING of what the facility/grounds looks like.

There were people smoking in the lobby when we arrived and no one was present at the desk for me to notify/complain to - even when we left.
- 4/5
The room itself was great. I did not feel comfortable about all the transient loitering around the property. Also, their was not elevator.
- 5/5
Stayed here during race week and had a really good experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and having laundry on-site made things super convenient. Parking was easy and right by the rooms, which was a big plus since I was in and out a lot for the Speedway. Overall, solid place to stay if you’re visiting the track or just passing through.
- 5/5
VERY RESPECTFUL, AND THEY REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE

- 5/5
ALWAYS A PLEASURE WHEN I VISIT HERE ! THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU LIKE FAMILY!! 💯 💪
- 3/5
Bugs crawling on bathroom floor and counter in breakfast room. Milk, butter, and cream cheese in refrigerator were frozen. Very few breakfast options, though flavored water was a nice choice. Loud garbage pickup outside at 2:30 in the morning.
- 2/5
Tv didn’t work, the room had stains on the wall, door had gaps and seemed like someone could easily break in, outside was trashy and didn’t seem they tried cleaning up any.
- 5/5
The room and bathroom were clean and properly maintained. Stayed in room 102, which is physically located next to the breakfast room and the front desk. I did not have any major issues with noise or disturbance. The bed was comfortable and the in-room microwave and mini-fridge worked as expected. Daily breakfast was fine but nothing special. Basically a continental breakfast with a crockpot of scrambled eggs and a waffle maker. Biggest issue experienced during the stay was having my credit card charged for 1-night of the stay, in addition to the 50 dollar incidental deposit, even though the stay was prepaid through my booking. I brought it to the attention to the front desk agent and the charge was reversed. For the price paid, I am satisfied with the stay. I received good value for the money and had no showstopper issues.

I don't know how this property rated a 6.4 on Orbitz. The attendant on duty hardly said a word, no greeting no nothing. The room itself we were met with a funny odor and very loud AC. At least the room had a fridge and microwave and a TV with a good amount of channels. We will what breakfast has to offer in the morning.
- 1/5
Walking bare foot in the room felt like walking on sand. I had to sweep it with the floor mat. The bathtub in the 2nd room was dirty, but set up as though it was clean. I had to wash the tub before using it. It had hair in different area of the tub from previous customer. There were roaches (dead and alive). The staff never provided their names. There was times when no one was at the front desk and no sign informing of their return. I was really disappointed to have paid $60 and change per night for that.

property and front desk were great and accommodating

I was very satisfied
- 3/5
It was ok just smelled like sewer
- 1/5
Where do I start, the property is a mess. The breakfast is not worth it. There were people arguing and fighting all night. There was bad plumbing. Brown water from the bathroom vent dripped down on my back as I was in the bathroom.
- 5/5
I am happy that I stay at 2 days, Recommend to stay others.
- 5/5
My stay was very pleasant, everything'was clean it was quiet the bed was very comfortable, very nice people
- 1/5
The pictures online are very misleading. The room looked nothing like what was advertised. The area around the hotel felt unsafe, with a lot of suspicious activity and people hanging around outside. When I got to the room, I noticed bugs, which was a deal-breaker. I went straight to the front desk to ask for a refund, but they refused to help. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save your money and stay somewhere safer and cleaner.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 4/5
Affordable & clean
- 1/5
Everything was very old and worn, and crumbling. Bed was clean, and ok. However, hotel is not in a safe area, and it was extremely noisy, hearing other guest yelling all night. We opted to not stay for a 2nd night, clerk was reasonable and refunded our 2nd night's price. That was the only positive about the stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Is good
- 3/5
Great for what the price was , but the smoke detector battery was going off the whole stay and the ac smelled like it was blowing a musty armpit straight into the room . Other than that great place , has a laundry room too .

In need of a desperate upgrade and in the heart of a lot of transients
- 4/5
The stay was good the room was clean some things need updated but over all it worked for us fine.

The area isn’t the greatest, so outside of the hotel felt scary. There was lots of weed smells. Once inside the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by everything else! Nice stay INSIDE the hotel.
- 5/5
For the price, it was clean and the staff were very nice. It is in a lower income area, but we had a pleasant stay and everyone around was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect the breakfast was A1
- 3/5
Bed was too soft. Bed frame stuck out on sides, dangerous to ankles. TV remote was terrible. Mold in tub.
- 1/5
it is not a good place to get! It was in a horrible area and had really sketchy people around to the point I had to leave for my safety. It had a sign that said they wouldn’t be liable if your car went missing.

This was a clean, economical room with everything one would expect. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient and the continental breakfast did include scrambled eggs. They were served in slow cooker that appeared to be on but the eggs themselves were stone cold. I have no other complaints though, and recommend this hotel for an an economy stay

- 2/5
The floor in our room was dirty and the sink faucet leaked around the base and water ran all over the top of the sink. The front desk person was not at all personable. There was trash blown up all around the entrance. We were told by a local that the area wasn’t safe and not to go out after dark. The breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
Floor of the room is very dirty, AC produces black dirt once you start it. Sheets in clean. We paid $65, it is not worth a dime!
- 2/5
Got at the location, first room was in shambles including a door which did not lock. Next room was falling apart but we were tired so we braved the night. It was loud, and homeless people were abound. Outside the parking lot and all around the neighborhood. Dont go out at night.. next morning we went to see about checking out early, doing 1 night instead of 2.. they said that it was not a problem and it would get taken off the credit card.. later on that day I got an email from Hotels.com saying that they would not take it off…
- 1/5
Room smelled of cigarettes I have asthma and I couldn’t sleep my bathroom had hair everywhere and the ice machine didn’t work and the hotel sat in the parking lot of a bar that had lots of people hanging around outside of it

@2 locks on my door were broken they never fixed them nor gave me another room after several requests. dirt and crumbs underneath bed. Have the time the keys did not work.( May have something to do with broken locks. Will never stay there agan
- 1/5
They put us in a room that completely smelled like a dead body. You could smell it from the hallways. I asked staff several times could we be moved or if they could find the source. All the staff did was spray the hallway. The smell stayed. The covers had so many burn holes in them it was ridiculous.
- 2/5
Hotel is outdated. Ok for 1 night stay maybe. Bed sheets were stained and not thoroughly cleaned. Big hole in the wall behind toilet paper holder. Room window was not secure(easy to slide open) Did not lock! Breakfast was decent.
- 2/5
Smelled and lots of light coming through windows

The shower didnt work at all. I had to take a bath by stuffing a washcloth in the drain to hold water in the tub. Definitely budget friendly for a reason.
- 4/5
Clean with comfortable bed. Noisy fridge
- 1/5
The pictures on the expedia.com website must be when the hotel was redone many years ago. The hallways smelled foul, in the room there was a shaving razor in the light, hair strings in the hair dryer, hair on the walls in the tub. The air vent in the bathroom was slightly disconnected from the ceiling and had tissue paper jammed in it. The cleaning people came in and cleaned the room and mopped the floor but everything i mentioned before remained. In the bathroom there was a loose penny behind the door that never moved when the cleaning people came in to clean. I wasnt able to walk to the store or gas station at night because i didnt feel to safe in the area. Would not recommend. I have pictures to back everything up.
- 1/5
Was a dump
- 1/5
There was a bullet hole in the window. I could hear the Cook Out drove thru clerk speak through the loud speaker all night. There was a large man who tried to approach me in the Parking lot. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. The desk chair looks like it was left outside in the middle of a bird poop storm.I thought my foot rubbed against a zipper under the fitted sheet, no, it was a tag that was so crusted it was hard as a rock. The knob to turn on the water so I could shower wouldn't turn so I wasn't able to shower. And there wasn't a phone in the room to call the front desk. Hands down the worst stay I've had in a hotel, anywhere

Room smells like cigarettes. There was a hole in the wall. The joker was my neighbor. There was a crack head Deadpool in our hallway.
- 3/5
It was ok. Not my favorite place.
- 1/5
I would not stay there again if they paid me to spend the night. Was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. There was not a window leading to the outside in any door that was not broken. The room did not have a smoke detector, and the air vent was falling off the ceiling. The floor was dingy and they were stains everywhere. The smell of marijuana wafted through the entire establishment. There was no elevator leading to the second story. They were homeless people all around the parking lot, and those staying in the motel were wandering around at all hours of the night as well. We did not feel safe at all. The pictures on the Internet do not tell the whole story. Additionally, they wanted to charge me $50 a night for incidentals in case something got broken in the room. When I showed the downstairs manager that the toilet seat was broken and falling off the toilet, he commented that he would ‘take note of that.’ Never offered to fix it. Never offered another room. This place is disgusting. It’s an absolute dump. A blight on the hotel industry. Everything they post on the Internet is a lie.
- 4/5
Couples trip for a concert! It was great for a one night stay. Convenient location - 13 minutes from Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater and directly beside Cookout. We had a room with a king bed. The bed was SO comfortable with very clean linens. A/C worked great. The room and common areas were fairly clean - could’ve been better. I think you kind of get what you pay for but I had no complaints. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy or special, though. Two different cereals, bagels, eggs, muffins, or make your own waffle. One downside is that you can easily hear your neighbors talking/walking. I would stay here again for a night if I had an event to attend.
- 2/5
Scary surroundings
- 1/5
The staff is very friendly but the atmosphere is very ugly the police came twice for the sale of drugs on the outskirts then riots and the last night I was bitten by an insect on the bed and I got hives (they kindly offered me to change rooms) but it's a shame because the place could change if it weren't for how ugly the people who live there
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
It's not that it was dirty or anything. But it did have bedbugs and when i went to tell the front desk it seem loke they had a attitude with me. And insult to injury wasn't professional and i didn't receive a different room either.

It was so comfortable and peaceful. I slept really good. The bed nice size and the staff is really nice and it’s really clean.

Front desk staff very polite and cooperative. Parking area around the hotel was well lit. Good breakfast.

Drove down from Michigan for the NASCAR races. Booked for five nights and didn’t stay a single one. The hotel it self seems fine but the area is sketchy to say the least. Pretty sure they have people who just live at the hotel. We had a guy by our window outside yelling at someone at the room above us. Walls seemed really thin. People just walking around the parking lot. Felt like I could hear everything going around us and everyone could hear us in the room. We decided after about 30 minutes in the room to just go look for a hotel somewhere else. They refunded me for the next 4 nights and we left.

Red smears in the shower, small cracks / hole in the shower wall. Rust on bottom of lamps. Would not recommend to anyone

Staff not good attention , you have a problem with the key every day

Although the area is not that great, this hotel did not disappoint. For the price and considering I stayed 4 days. I was very pleased with the condition of this Super 8. The staff was professional and courteous and not rude at all. And they provide free breakfast. Other than the house keepers getting an early start to cleaning the rooms waking you up before checkout, I give it 3.5 out of 5.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. But outside and neighboring streets were not appealing at night time. Lots of weirdos few blocks away
