Room was clean and spacious, as usual. The pool was nice. We also enjoyed the bar upstairs and the coffee shop on the corner.

The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. A very contemporary layout and includes a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom layout was quite different (hence the aloft) than normal and didn’t have an actual door separating the shower from the main room. This was fine for my stay but if sharing a room with, say a coworker, that might feel a little odd. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the location was so convenient to the mall and places to eat.

The check-in representative was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. However, after returning from dinner, I sat in the lobby while waiting for my husband and observed another employee being extremely rude to the representative who had checked me in. To the point that it appeared he was bullying him. I do not believe a respected hotel brand would want employees behaving this way, especially when they are the face of the company and responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome. I found the language he used to “coach” another employee highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I specifically remember him saying that he did not understand how the company hired people like him, that he did not know anything, and that he should be fired. What made the situation even worse was that these comments were made in front of other guests. There was also a minor in the lobby who was crying. To be honest, I am not sure if it was his child or someone else he was reprimanding, but the entire situation appeared very unprofessional. Additionally, I was unable to get proper rest because there were multiple children on my floor around midnight screaming, running through the hallways, and knocking on guests’ doors. When I reported the issue to the front desk, no action appeared to be taken.

Very clean property inside and out! The kids loved the pool and we loved that it was only 4.5’ with a small splash pad area. The room was well designed and spacious enough tor our family of 4! Perfect location for dining and shopping and a quick drive to area attractions.

One suggestion for improvement would be adding a second mirror in the bathroom or dressing area. When two people are getting ready at the same time, having a dual-mirror setup would make the space much more convenient. Despite these minor issues, the cleanliness of the room and overall experience were very good, and I would consider staying here again.

We always stay here when we visit Chattanooga. We like that everything is so convenient and in walking distance. The hotel also has outside sitting area that is awesome; this time we traveled with our teacup yorkie and things were awesome with her and amenities they have for your pet.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Parking was challenging because the hotel shares parking with a mall and restaurants which were very busy maybe due to arriving around dinner time on Saturday. Upon arrival there was one bath towel in the room when we had two registered guests. Requested additional towels and they were delivered. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were as expected.

Not only was the property well kept and clean the staff was nice and courteous JR and Chandler to name a few made our stay enjoyable and memorable we will be back to stay at the property

We were very disappointed that the rooftop outside part was not open. We chose this hotel for that reason. We put something off for the night not spend time upstairs but could not do so. Everything else was good. But rooftop being closed and not listed anywhere was a major disappointment.

Nice room except no microwave in your room. Coffee pot doesn’t work. Hidden notes from past guest. Describing their problems there. Blood on items and dirty sheets. And the worse parking in the world. Sharing a parking lot with the mall. Great idea. Then no help just excuses from staff. Stayed 2 days. Would not issue any refund so I could stay anywhere else. The bar and staff on the 7th floor was bad. Bad drivers no’s. Bad food. Bad service. Outdoor seating at the bar was shut down because they said they have no lights. Even though it was sunny and seventy degrees outside. All and alll worst hotel and experience even. Stay anywhere else but there.

Cleanliness was great. Rooms were great but a few things could definitely be added to make things a little better. Not enough trash cans in the room. The charging ports on The table in between the beds didn’t work on one side. The fragrance in the lobby, although it’s a great scent, is so strong it will knock you down when you walk in. It doesn’t carry into the upper levels, thank goodness. If it had, I would definitely not have been able to stay. My sister stayed there a few weeks before we did and she warned me about it, and she wasn’t kidding. Microwaves in the room would be nice. Only ones are on the 3rd floor. Went to order breakfast and they were out of waffles and breakfast sandwiches. What we ordered was definitely not worth the price. There is only one end table size place to put things in so suitcases are everywhere and there isn’t a lot of space to move around in anyway, so it always felt cluttered and cramped. The most important things (cleanliness and staff) were great so it made up for a lot of the little things that make staying away from home easier, i just found it frustrating bc there were so many details that were disappointing.

From what little interaction i had with staff was good. Hotel lobby and room were clean. I could hear music and noises coming from other rooms easier than in other hotel's ive used. I didn't care for the super bright white light bulbs in the room, made me feel at night as if i were in a hospital room. Overall no major complaints outside of the light bulbs.

Located in a shopping center parking lot, this hotel is directly across from a Cheesecake Factory - which makes waddling back to your room that much easier. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool will be great in the summer but the fire pit was nice and cozy.

The room itself was clean, had to wait for front desk staff multiple times. The lobby smelled like marijuana strongest near the staff area. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows and bedding were stiff and extremely noisy.

Bar was cool, understand the prices being at a hotel bar, however, drinks are weak, would give the drinks a 2 on the scale and only getting a two because they had drinks. Hotel was clean, room was clean. Loved the idea of the hotel, cool concept and something a little different. The snack area is very limited and way overpriced. No grass for pets, asphalt and concrete.

When I called the front desk to resolve the issue, I was informed that there was nothing they could do unless I went online, searched for a King room myself, booked it again, and then brought proof to the front desk. I was essentially asked to rebook the room I had already secured a month prior. I ended up having to book the room a second time, after which the second reservation was refunded and we were finally given the correct room. This entire process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming, especially considering that the original error was not ours. Additionally, the AC in the initial room made us feel unwell shortly after entering, which added to the discomfort of the situation. When I requested that a manager contact me to discuss the experience, the front desk staff responded dismissively, stating that the issue had already been resolved. While we were eventually placed in the correct room, the inconvenience, lost time, and manner in which the situation was handled were never addressed.

Very clean, easy process, access to a lot of places to eat and shop. Crowded because of the area, but clean and nice.

Our rooms were perfect, we especially loved the amazing toilet room and shower separation! The staff was polite every day, whether it was the same person or different employee. Free parking. Being in the midst of the mall, a spot near the door isn’t guaranteed, but you won’t be that far! BOOK HERE!

Room was clean but felt very cramped. There was also no bathroom door just a curtain seperating the bathroom from the rest of the room. Pillows and bed were the worst we have ever had and we don't have high standards for hotels.

Perfect stay during the high school State Championship!

We never had anyone come to clean our room and when I said something to the front desk they sent somebody the next day towards the late afternoon while we were in the room so they were not able to. The front desk rarely had a person there. I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years for when we visit in December and I think that will be the last time. I also don’t care for the fact that there’s no designated parking for the hotel so it makes it really rough especially during the busy times for the mall.

Rooftop bar staff was very friendly and professional, even after a party was extremely rude and obnoxious to the staff. The hotel was very clean overall.The two queen bed rooms were small with the shower behind a curtain rather than a door, so these rooms are best suited for a couple rather than a mixed group of people.

I’ve never been in a room laid out like it was. There was a partition down the middle of the that separated the bathroom and bedroom portion of the room. Great location, but the parking is shared with the busy mall area. It was clean, staff was nice, and I bet the pool is fun in the summer time. Wish they had an indoor one.

My stay started off well, the hotel appeared clean and well kept, the couple ladybugs I found in the room didn't bother me, the noise from the vehicles reving their engines outside at midnight and the early morning trash bin smashing outside by the staff was annoying but somewhat tolerable but when I found a 2 1/2" cockroach in my room that was enough to make me vacate the room earlier than expected. I reported this immediately to the front desk and felt like I was just brushed off which was very frustrating.

The room was decent. There were ladybugs all throughout the ceiling, that was a bit uncomfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping super close to the hotel, that’s a plus. The parking situation isn’t ideal, since it’s a busy mall parking lot. Parking isn’t always close

Lovely staff, great location for the event we were attending in downtown Chattanooga. Loved all the dining options nearby as well. Great bar onsite as well. All made it a perfect weekend attending Head of The Hooch regatta.

The room was very clean, but didn’t have much in the way of privacy. We had a room with two queen beds. As you enter the bathroom area is on the left. There is a large but not quite ceiling height glass partition between the sink/shower area and the bedroom so sound travels. There is a privacy curtain to divide the shower area from the room entrance. However, the toilet is separate from the shower/sink area by a sliding barn door, so there is no way to lock it and again does offer much in sound proofing.

This was one of the best stay, I felt safe, very clean and the customer service was outstanding.

The only thing is if you come to rest be weary of the 6th floor you will hear a lot of music and chair dragging… it didn’t bother me but for ppl who are looking for silence that’s the only thing I saw that could be a possible issue. I LOVED MY STAY

It was a one night stay. The parking was not very good, only reason I was able to park close was because of the handicap pass I had. The staff was okay, but he didnt tell me how the keycard worked on the elevator.

The website advertised paid parking. No problem. That wasn’t the case at all. Parking was in a mall parking lot shared with multiple other busy businesses. Poor service for hotel customers on that. Also, for two days the smell of marijuana billowed up through the elevator shaft to the point of being sickening. I will not choose this location again.

I didn't like the shared parking area with patrons of other business and restaurants. It would have been nice to have designated parking for safety and security.

I booked a night and when it was time for me to check in they had no rooms avaible. There was no way to accommodate me after a 16 hour drive. Very inconvenient. I was traveling with a 4 year old. Currently waiting to be refunded. 0/10 I wouldnt recommend.

The hotel is great. But customer service was horrible. We asked for towels and bath and never receive them. I went down to the front desk and no one was there, but we called and they said they were gonna bring them up but never did. I also asked the front lady at the desk when we checked out for the number to contact the manager. I called and left a message called and left a message several times and never got an answer back. Very disappointed.

It was so comfortable with kids and clean. Kids like the pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice customer service.

We enjoyed the hotel. It was conveniently located around good restaurants and Hamilton Place mall. It was just a small drive away from touristic activities such as Ruby Falls and downtown Chattanooga. We will consider staying here again in the future!

This was an absolutely beautiful amazing place to stay! It’s not really family friendly. But we really needed a last minute place and it still worked out well! It would be super to have another place like this that was more family friendly. It was still a great experience.

This was my first ALoft experience and it will be my last. The room was just weird. It was a basic room with LVP flooring and every sound reverberated. The only door was to the room with the commode and it was a pocket door that still had a gap, so everything sound and other things from the bathroom permeated the entire room. The only privacy for the shower area was a little curtain that didn't didn't cover the gap on either side of where the shower was. The wall separating the shower/bathroom area didn't go all the way to the ceiling so the light and the noise came into the bedroom area. The room was very clean and well kept, but it was more like a fancy dorm or fraternity/sorority room than a hotel room. In my opinion, Marriott missed the mark with this concept, but I'm sure not everyone would agree. Needless to say, it wasn't what I look for in a hotel room. I have to say it was similar to Tru by Hilton in it's dorm roomesque concept, but Tru has a defined space for the bathroom and is much more traditional albeit still very different from a traditional hotel room. I can now say I've tried it, but I know now, not to go back.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff has been friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping to the bar. The property is clean, well maintained and inviting. My kids and I stayed for a couple days so we've interacted with both day and night shift crew and both are phenomenal. It's located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The only unusual thing about the property is that it is basically located in a mall. There might be dedicated parking for the Aloft, but I must have missed it and basically parked in the mall overnight which was unusual. But hey, beggars can’t be choosers—the parking was free.

The stay was great and the room was nice. The bed was too firm for me and woke up with all sorts of aches.

A man entered our room at 5:00am it scared my wife I yelled at him when I heard the door open and he left. I called the front desk they said there was a problem their system and that it showed our room vacant. The management never did contact us our first and last stay.

Check in was delayed. Room was just ok. Shower was full of hair when we arrived. There is a bar in the hotel, which meant there was loud music most of the evening.

Staff was friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. Clean facility with upgraded decor.

I was in Chattanooga overnight while my dog was having emergency surgery. This was my first stay here but hopefully I can return again when I can enjoy the town and night life. Hotel was just what I needed to unwind and sleep.

Property is in a shopping mall parking lot that us shared with patrons of those establishments. Not ideal for a single traveler, or a family with several suitcases. Bring an umbrella just in case its raining, you will be soaked. Pet friendly! Unfortunately, there is not an area for them to do their business. Just a few strips of mulch. Afternoon front desk interaction is nonexistent. "Last name (no I.D. requested), card for incidentals?" Handed me two keys, no room number, no directions. Lady during the day was friendlier. We have stayed at an ALoft in the past, so the small space and minimal decor was expected. However, the curtain separating the bathroom was odd, and there are only 2 hooks for towels. If you are looking for a peaceful nights rest, this is not the place. Doors slam closed, and with a mall parking lot on one side and a road on the other side, it is constantly noisy.

We had a pleasant 1 night stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
