Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.

My favorite thing about the hotel, was the young woman working the front desk. Very attentive, nice and professional and friendly!

The facility was clean and quiet with a lovely breakfast available included in the cost of your room. The pool was clean and enjoyed a lot by the children. The outside grounds are well maintained .The best part they allow pets for a $40.00 deposit unless they are service dogs then they are not allowed I would easily give this facility 5 stars!

Very quick trip for work. Didn't check in until 3am. Check in was not smooth because it was late and we used third party (expedia) to book. I should have called sooner to let them know we'd be late because front desk lady was not real happy.

The experience was excellent. From check in to check out, the service was excellent. The front desk workers were so kind and helpful. Gave excellent dinner choices and was just all around friendly. The breakfast options and area were very nice. There was plenty of food being brought out all the way up to time to closing time. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We did not receive housekeeping services during our stay. The facility states that housekeeping is provided every other day. We were scheduled to receive housekeeping on our second day. We we're out all day from 830 AM until 530 PM. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. We had all of our used towels still in the bathroom and beds unmade. The front desk said they weren't sure what happened but offered to bring us new towels and took the soiled ones. I had to empty both trash cans. We also had to request additional toilet paper. On our last day, the hand soap was completely empty

The gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. The parking was safe and free. We had easy access to I75, making it a nice stop on our way to Florida.

Parking was great. Everything went well. And the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ray and Carrie.

Bed, comfortable, good shower pressure. Noisy room. Not sure if it was the heating system/ forced air or something outside. Would like a magnifying mirror attached to wall near sink.

My HC parking was excellent and Carrie on Sunday couldn't be any nicer and upbeat...just a lovely person...love her smile

Parking was great and room was awesome as well as the staff. Air conditioning worked very well. Catt was absolutely amazing and seemed to really love her job. She greeted me and my business partner as if she'd known us for years. She also made sure that of we needed anything she was there for us. Deborah was also very pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. Can't applaud them enough. The best stay I've ever had. Love this place. Breakfast was great also and had plenty of seating.

I took my boys here for their birthday from Atlanta and they enjoyed the heated indoor pool! We enjoyed the amenities, the location was convenient, the room was suitable, and the customer service was delightful. Very friendly staff, would stay again.

Staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast was hot and tasted pretty good. Breakfast area was clean. I felt safe throughout my one night stay. The only negative I have was the bed. It was not comfortable. We sat down on the bed and it felt like we were going to fall on the floor. That is the one area that needs improvement.

We absolutely love this hotel. The lobby is so large and inviting. My family loved playing games on the large tables. The breakfast was hot with may choices. Our king suite was so roomy and we loved the shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion in dispenser. This hotel is so clean! Oh yes, we love the addition of the beer taps!

Breakfast was pretty good, fresh items available, kept stocked up, Virginia and the other two kitcjen ladies were on top.of it, keeping it stocked, clean and greating everyone as they were coming in.

The staff are amazing. Kat was the upmost help. To my late check in and her being such a friendly face to arrive to, to leaving and forgetting my iPad, she got it right for us and mailed it to another state. I had a great experience. The breakfast was amazing friendly for kids and adults. Balls are very filling if you’re gonna have a road trip ahead of you and the rooms were very clean. Everything was put together well.

We always stop at this hotel on our way to FL, parking is good, the staff is alway professional. I wish there were eggs and other proteins in the breakfast menu and coffe wa. It is an older hotel, but it's in decent shape and good location, up on the hill.

Room was very clean as always at a Hampton, the staff was very friendly, a lady staffer working the breakfast overheard our toddler son asking for bacon on a day they didn’t have any but she cooked a special order for him. The pool was clean and accessible.

My wife and I took a weekend getaway to Chattanooga. We waited till we arrived before settling on a hotel. Pictures can be deceiving. We learned the hard way. However, the Hampton Inn & Suites was everything it promised. My favorite part was the breakfast. It was better than most other hotels.

Staff went out their way to accommodate family members visiting me. I had a great room, just as I asked for (OCEAN VIEW). Housekeeping was exceptional. Everything was great. The only thing is that the room did not have a microwave. Had to pay $20

Hated the highway construction that made it difficult to get to the hotel. I know, not much hotel can do about that. However, it would affect any return trip I might make.

The entrance is a little hidden but that makes it rather private. Overall. a very good facility.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I am pleased with this hotel. I would not continue to stay at this hotel if I were not pleased with the facilities, personnel and service. This visit, I want to make special mention of the front counter clerk, name Precious. On her own initiative, she went above and beyond to solve a room selection situation.

The Hampton is always comfortable, but the staff is the best. Their warmth and kindness made my stay really wonderful.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, only issue I had was the shower gel and shampoo was empty in the shower. I had to go ask for some and only got partial bottles. Enen the next day when I got room service they didn't replace the empty bottles. Probably just a lazy maid. Overall a nice stay. Vary friendly front desk staff.

This is our 2nd time staying here ! Our son moved to Chattanooga and this spot is convenient to everything! It is very clean , staff is very friendly and it has malls and restaurants walking distance. Except no sidewalk in some spots but very convenient either way to everything. We love the breakfast too.!They offer a great variety of hot and cold food! Thanks Chattanooga Hampton inn for another great stay !

Hampton Inns are very comfortable and clean. They do have a pet fee and it would have been nice to know this prior to going. On Expedia it only shows as pet friendly.

I would stay here again if need be, but I would say they need to make sure there is extra toilet paper in the room, as well as better or more options for breakfast. There could also be paper towels put in the suite if there is a sink in the area where the microwave and refrigerator is. I also could see there could be some upgrades, but the room was cozy and spacious, which I really like.

There were unsupervised children running up and down the hall all times of the night. Tv kept going in and out. No wifi. Should stop advertising it as there is never any WiFi. We stay there regularly and this was the worst stay.

The hotel was located right of the highway up on a hill overlooking nearby the shopping mall and great restaurants. The staff were professional and very friendly. Especially when I requested a room away from the elevator and any high foot traffic areas as I don't sleep well in hotels. The room was clean, plenty of towels and extra blankets for the bed. Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The clerk was more than accommodating. When we told him we were celebrating our wedding anniversary he gave us a gift bag. With a bunch of goodies in it!

We had our family reunion at the property and everyone there was very helpful and the facilities were great. The only problem we encountered was that we didn't receive housekeeping service, new towels, etc. for the entire four nights we were there. They had a sign saying it would be every other day.

Except for the fact that I reserved a suite and was directed to a lesser room, my stay was very good. I am a regular guest at this hotel, and I always reserve a suite. When I told the desk associate that I was placed in a lesser room, the associate recognize the error and assigned me to the correct room. I believe this was an unintentional error.

Good stay - only one elevator working....

They only had 1 staff member checking people in during the evening. Check in took forever because he was trying to check us in and 2 other guests at the SAME time. When we got to our room, there was dried urine all over the toliet and bathroom floor. When we told the front desk, the 1 staff member gave my husband cleaning supplies to clean the toilet with. They also don't do housekeeping everyday. It's every 3 days. Disgusting.

On the Second day, our room was not cleaned towels, not replaced when we complained. We were told we were supposed to ask for the service in all the hotels I’ve stayed with over the decades. I’ve never had to ask for room service cleaning. Added to that the attitude of the person on the desk was rude and surly when we asked why the room had not been cleaned. We do not intend using Hampton Inn and suites again.

This place was excellent! About a 20 minute drive to downtown, but next to a mall with lots of dining options. We stayed in an accessible room which was perfect to set up a pack n play with 2 kids. The hotel and room were very clean and the included breakfast was perfect (and a must for traveling with kids).

Nicest Hampton I have seen!

Last leg of our trip. Hubby and I stayed 1 night. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and was supplied with great smelling shampoo and conditioner. (Found them on Amazon).

Couples trip to Nooga for my birthday. This hotel is on a hill outside Hamilton Place Mall. Location perfect, we did the mall and just a quick 8 miles to downtown. Hotel was clean, friendly, helpful. 4 stars is only because the bed wasnt as comfortable. Definately recommend.

the only drawback is that our apartment was not ready yet and we arrived after check-in time. we had chosen a high floor and stayed on the second floor, in another apartment. But it didn't bother us that much. This is a good hotel. Is our the second time here.

The hotel refused to give me a receipt for the stay. I never received any receipt from the 3rd. party and without it I can not use as a deduction on taxes. Expedia did not contact me and dropped the ball.
