I had a wonderful stay in Chattanooga. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and attend the WITS 2026 Creator Summit. What I appreciated most was how peaceful and quiet the property was. After a full day of activities, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The space felt very homey and welcoming, creating a true home-away-from-home experience. The location was also excellent. Being close to a grocery store made it easy to pick up anything I needed during my stay, while downtown Chattanooga and many local attractions remained easily accessible. A special thank you to Mike, the Manager, for his exceptional hospitality. As a first-time visitor to Chattanooga, I was grateful for his recommendations on places to visit downtown. His local knowledge helped me discover more of what makes Chattanooga such a special destination. I would also like to recognize the evening front desk staff for their friendliness and professionalism. They were always welcoming, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, and conveniently located place to stay in Chattanooga, I highly recommend this property. I look forward to returning on a future visit.

Staff is fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was great! We did have an issue with our room (pull out couch wouldnt pull out properly) and were moved to a different one without any issue. The pool was great but the hot tub had just been fixed for the first time in a while so it was quite cold but that was no fault of the hotel.

Nothing I wasn't able to stay here because they had a gas leak. The place was very outdated. The person that I tried to get a refund from was very rude and offered no help. I had three children with me and was not about to risk their lives to try to stay there. I will never recommend this place.

Great check-in experience. No convention was going on so quiet in hotel and on streets. Breakfast was average. Location was easy on/off Highway 24/Route 27. The hotel is in terrible disarray. There's was hole in the wall (like 4" diameter), a hole in the tub surround which you know is going to cause mold, the bed mattress and sofa mattress were very old and worn, and the air duct blows air directly on you all night in the bedroom. The chair that matched the sofa was worn and just felt dirty and finally (in the room) the desk chair was also dirty. The hallway had its own issues with scotch tape holding on corner trim every 3" down the wall, signs were not glued to the wall and just lying on the floor. There was a broken old obviously rain or similar leak soaked ceiling tile by the elevator that had aged and a drip pan under it with a rag hanging out of the ceiling tile. The place is overall worn and dirty.

Location was great, we could walk to our favourite places in under 10 minutes. Rooms were very clean when we arrived Breakfast was meh. Wasn't bad, wasn't good, just meh Our room wasn't cleaned while we were there. Not a big issue for 2 older adults, but for families with kids it may be an issue (fresh towels, TP, etc).

Overall the hotel was not bad. However, during our visit the hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold. Breakfast was just OK, there weren’t a ton of options. The thing that made our family most uncomfortable was the fact that there appears to be a vagrant living out of an old box truck in the back of the parking lot who frequently came in to get coffee and help himself to the amenities. Also saw him getting on the elevator a couple of times. If you stay here just be aware you may encounter him. We won’t be back.

I’ll start by saying one of the front desk receptionists was great at taking care of us but that’s about as good as it gets at this property. If my fee hadn’t been non refundable, I would’ve left and gone to another hotel for my stay. It was absolutely disgusting and I would be here forever if I went into detail about how gross and disappointing this property was. We tried to make the best of it but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Actually, I believe they should just shut the entire property down. It shouldn’t even be open to guests. That’s how disappointing it is.

Staff was really great! We were getting into town early and called to see if they had a room ready for us early, and they did! Also, parking on site is only 18 dollars a night… not 59.00 as Expedia shows, so do not pre pay for parking when you book through Expedia. They also allow pets! Great place!
- 3/5
Hotel front desk Staff were very nice. However, housekeeping never came by our room once in 4 nights, we left a tied trash bag outside our door that was not picked up for 2 days. The pool and hot tub were closed when we arrived and no notice. There was a cigarette butt on our patio when we arrived. Parking was free because the pool issue but contractors/ business companies were using the lot as well even working on cars during the day parking right next to my vehicle.

Location, breakfast spread. It’s a little run down in furniture and fixtures. The shower leaked, couches were so saggy and worn, blinds didn’t work well, and was just generally old and run down looking.
- 2/5
Rented two rooms so cery disappoi ted. Hot tub and pool was not working. Had a co2 alarm go off on may level in pool area. No one new anything about how to fox or operate. Towels laying everywhere and not managed. People sneaking in pool area unattended. Not cleaned very well. Room was terrible. Room phone did not work at all. There were no wash rags in either room and the extra pillows for guest were missing. And only two towels in each room. Seriously needed a refund for this visit. Checkout clerk said they would refund a small portion however we are sorry having issues with our "printer" prohibited them from issui g a refund? Seriously...thought everything was digitial and it was only a hold on my account until processed out...should have been no issue giving refunds for both rooms...worst stay ever. Do not book here...no general manager on staff to handle issues.
- 2/5
At check-in, the front desk interaction was minimal, with little communication or helpful information provided. The pool was closed upon arrival and didn’t reopen until late the following evening, which was disappointing. Our room also had maintenance issues—the shower was falling apart, and there appeared to be mold present, which was concerning. Overall, while the location is great, the condition of the hotel and service left a lot to be desired.

Pool was out of order. Great breakfast and restocked fresh food all the way til end of breakfast hours nice beds stocked kitchen with glasses pots pans dishes flatware. Good list of tv Chanels. Quite convenient to downtown and all tourist attractions. Walking distance to downtown but a little father than most downtown motels. Parking was included in price on motel property if you want to walk or bike downtown to save money
- 2/5
Hotel was nice but hot tub and pool where closeed and was the reason I reserve the place. The breakfast was good, but still no hot tub or pull.
- 2/5
The biggest issue was cleanliness. We booked a two bedroom suite with a pull out couch, and it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was white dog hair all over the couch, and my son ended up covered in it when he sat down. I had to call housekeeping to vacuum it. There were also pieces of pet food left on and under the dining table. We won’t even talk about whatever was on the walls by the trash cans (pictures attached). We spoke with another frequent guest who said she found someone else’s underwear in her sofa bed, which is completely unacceptable. The pool has always been advertised as heated, but has never been warm. This time the heated hot tub was also out of service. When asked about it, an employee said “it’s going to be awhile” and walked away. The hotel feels worn and the evening social was very underwhelming compared to past stays. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again even though historically it was our go-to.

The workout room, pool and laundry was closed all weekend. We booked this hotel for the pool and it was closed the whole time. We were told it was closed on Friday due to an issue in the first floor that had us all evacuated for hours. We were not pleased that it was not disclosed until we asked multiple times Saturday when it would reopen.

My room was dirty, fridge was leaking, dish washer not cleaned and filled with dirty stinky water, pull out bed in couch had no bed sheets or cover, master room tv didn't work and the pool wasn't open. We came to this hotel for the indoor pool just to find out it was not open. 5 kids
- 4/5
The room was nice. The refrigerator would not close unless you pushed it closed. The chair in the room had shredded corners and the dishwasher had water in the bottom of it which appeared to drip out on the floor (we had water in the floor). It was quiet. Breakfast was fine and kept clean, wiped up from messy people and kept refilled. The ladies working the kitchen did a great job. The young lady at the front desk was awesome. The hot tub and pool were closed and we were hoping to relax in the hot tub.

- 2/5
Room was filthy : the let-out couch mattress needed to be replaced it was super thin. No comforters were on the beds. Heat didn’t work in the room. Furniture was raggedy and had holes in it. Appliances needed to be cleaned and the dishwasher had moldy water in it. Other family members were complaining that they had dead roaches in their coffee maker and dishwasher. Furniture was raggedy and very uncomfortable to sit on.
- 4/5
Breakfast great, free laundromat, towels as needed except once, building and interior very dated. They should do a remodel it’s a great walking downtown location!
- 3/5
The room was clean and check in was fairly smooth, but I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be accommodated, but when I returned to gather items and breast milk that I had left in the freezer to keep, I was locked out and my room had already been cleaned out and my items removed. I had to hunt them down from housekeeping and ask them about what time they had taken them to try and ensure the safety of the milk. Receptionist at the desk was informed and seemed surprised, but there was clearly a disconnect in relaying the information or the time that was promised to me for checkout.
- 3/5
The hot tub or pool was not working. My I got suite with 2 full beds and took out bed. The roll out bed mattress was torn and the spring was broken the mattress was sinking my daughters could not sleep on it. I told front desk told me they did not have anymore rooms like the one I had. She said I can give you one with one queen bed and let out couch. I said that will not be enough room. I asked for another couch and she stated don’t have anyone to move the couch..
- 3/5
Thebbed was terrible very hard felt like we was sleeping on the floor.
- 2/5
Hot tub didn’t work, pool contained algae and we didn’t realize until after kids swam for a little bit. My child ended up with a rash the very next day.
- 4/5
The property was fine but I really appreciated the gated parking. If you have an event at the convention center you can’t get closer than this. It was literally steps across the street
- 3/5
We did not have the best experience. We were informed once we arrived that the pool (one of the reasons why we chose the hotel) was closed. Pullout bed which was ridiculously uncomfortable did not have any sheets for it in the room. Breakfast area felt messy and they didn’t even offer water (was told I needed to purchase water from the pantry). Would choose to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Chattanooga.
- 3/5
Clean but very outdated especially for the price we paid for one night.
- 2/5
The room smelled of a foul odor, ice maker didn't work, staff after checkin cou;dn't care less about issues. remote control in living room would not turn tv on or off, but changed channels. Staff told me I didn't know how to use it.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Pool and hot tub broken. Handicap doors broken. Breakfast was typical. Short walk to free shuttle. Staff was friendly when you could find them.
- 5/5
Great location a few blocks from some cool bars and close uber to others. Great reception certain nights with complimentary small meal and wine and beer. Very good complete breakfast buffet. Great staff, very clean. Note that there is a parking fee which seems to be common in the downtown area. Close walk to The Choo Choo and main area! Close drive to many other attractions!
- 5/5
Clean, relaxing, calm
- 5/5
Was a great stay
- 4/5
Everything was great except the heater to the pool and hot tub was out very disappointed about that but it was a great motel
- 2/5
Our room had multiple issues. Couch was torn on the arms and the bed built in was unusable due to broken springs. Toilet handle also was broken and nearly fell out every time used.
- 2/5
The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The WiFi was probably the worst I’ve ever had. My husband was unable to work because his laptop kept disconnecting. You couldn’t even stream a show without it disconnecting every 3 minutes. The hot tub was broken. The shower was half of the water pressure it should have been because the tub would keep running when you tried to pull the switch. Property was dated and needs updates!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
- 3/5
The room was a nice size. Mostly clean. However, I don’t mind that the linens weren’t replenished in the 4 days I was there….but c’mon…..at least empty the trash.
- 2/5
Call first before booking the pool indoors was freezing so cold the jacuzzi was cold and the nets were not great at all our refrigerator did not work so all our food spoiled we just went from March 7 to 11 Not happy
- 3/5
However those were the only good things about this hotel. About 1/2 the staff were very friendly and helpful. The other 1/2 acted like I was an inconvenience when I was asking for help. My first night there was a bug crawling up the wall of my room. I smashed it and took it to the front desk and got: it’s a bug. They said they sprayed my room down the next day. Not sure they did since my last night I saw another of the same bug. I’m not 100% sure what the bugs were. I’m unsure if they were there due to the location. The fact the front doors stayed open all day and most of the night or a cleanliness problem. Everything felt like it had a surface level clean and not a deep deep clean that everything desperately needed. Overall my stay was fine. Since I was so busy with the conference I basically was only there to sleep and shower. But I wouldn’t rush to stay there again.
- 4/5
The room was good the staff were good, but there was a cockroach in the kitchen and on the wall in the hall. Yuck!
- 5/5
We only stayed about 9 hours but the pull out couch was nice.

Absolutely love this place. It’s perfect for staying when we travel to Florida from Michigan. I have stayed here many times when doing triathlon events. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Very close to everything.
- 1/5
We had roaches the first night and then bed bugs the 2nd night. We left that 2nd night and went home. Not a great experience at all. Other issues as well. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the StayBridge. Definitely a hidden gem in Chattanooga.
- 1/5
Woke up at 3am freezing to death, the heat didn’t work. On top of that we booked beer because of them having a hot tub. Well that’s misleading, they have one but it looks like a septic tank and was inoperable. So basically it’s false advertisement. I contacted IHG and they assured me that it would be made right. Wel staybridge informed me that I should have told them at 3am because they had other rooms available, so because I didn’t get moved in the middle of the night , they couldn’t comp my room, give me a discount, nothing! Just tough! Well I’ll not ever swing the doors of this dump or any other IHG property. I’m done! Do not stay here, unless u like not getting amenities or any rest!

- 3/5
This property was such a mix! The breakfast was amazing and had options that I could have on my special diet. The room was clean when we arrived, though the place is somewhat dated. My big beef was that it appeared that no one vacuumed all week -- the same trash that was on the floors in the halls stayed there the whole time, even though I requested the staff to vacuum. We had to ask several times for toilet paper and finally went to the front desk to get a roll. There was no cleanup at all of our room either, though we did not put the magnet on the door that asked for "no" service. It appears to me that there is not enough cleaning staff. One morning, after the main dining area had cleared out (I was the only one in there), a girl vacuumed about a 10 foot area and then left, leaving trash all over the floor. I've never seen floors so dirty in any hotel we've stayed in.
- 1/5
No. Room had roaches. Called before was told they had a heated pool was not heated at all. Hot tub broke while there. Only good thing was the breakfast bar. Really need to step up their game and not lie to get people to book there
- 5/5
It was fresh but food was bland
- 2/5
The room was atrocious. First room, the bathroom light didn’t work. Moved to another room. That room had caution tape over the dishwasher. Bugs showing up constantly. Broken trim work, the outlet in the bathroom had black burn marks on it and the bathtub is beyond help.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing staff ‼️
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful with suggestions. Parking was onsite and convenient. The room was EXTREMELY clean. The only negatives would be the ice maker didn’t work (even after I turned it on) and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work either.

Great location. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. Pool/ hot tub are could be a little cleaner. Everything else was great!
- 4/5
Yes, the facility is clean and the service is courteous.
- 1/5
The room was TERRIBLE!!! No exaggeration. We were invited to look at another the room which was just as bad if not worse. The Motel 6 and Super 8 is what it reminded me of. The staff was nice and there was nothing they could do about anything. From being old the wifi strength wasnt strong enough to be used for firestick to having to get extra comforters for the chair and couch just to sit on. I was extremely hurt and disappointed, as it was for my husband and I to get away for out anniversary while remaining in the city to be close enough to reach my mom.
- 1/5
We ended up getting up at 1: 00am because my nephew said is body hurt and was itchy. He had welts all over him and when we turn the lights on they had bed bugs in his bed. Extremely dirty facility I would definitely not recommend. The manager on duty at 1:00 in the morning was very helpful and kind though, he got all of the kids a snack and made sure to walk me through the steps of speaking to the manager in the morning.

Roach in the badthroom
- 3/5
Room was dated, missing a smoke detector and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and would stay again if they upgraded the beds.
- 1/5
The room had significant water damage and smelled of damp mildew. The hot tub was filthy. There was rust spots on the floor. The couch sunk in terribly when sat on. We sucked it up, but upon packing up to leave, there was a cockroach! Next time I'm in a hotel that is a disgusting as this one, i will leave immediately.

Room and hotel were incredibly dirty. Full trash bags in the hallway. Floors in the hotel AND the room had not been vacuumed. There was food caked in the carpet. I killed roaches in the room. The bathroom floors were slimy. EXTREMELY poor housekeeping. I would never stay there again.
- 1/5
Positive note. We made it through the night and breakfast was not to bad.
- 1/5
I was extremely disappointed in the hotel and the room I stayed in. The hotel itself was dirty, the room I stayed in was very dirty. The pull out bed was broken and fully stained with urine (what it looked like) and the hotel was not able to make any accommodations. I was very disappointed to have to go through this on a holiday vacation with my family. I haven’t been able to get help from the hotel or hotels.com

The room was ok. There was a weird bug we saw in the room, but it was only one, so we didnt get too concerned. It was clear that the hotel was built very quickly and a lot of corners were cut. The faucet in the bath didnt stay where it was set, the drain plug wouldn't stay open, and there was a very apparent leak in the ceiling in the lobby. Probably would find another place to stay next time, but if I had to, I would stay again.
- 5/5
Very quiet location, rooms clean, all the staff where very kind & helpful!
- 4/5
Room was clean, exept there was some rotten tomatoes in the fridge. Everyone was friendly and the room was spacious and efficient for our needs. We did have to ask for coffee for the room. Also the breakfast was a little skimpy. All in all a good stay though.
- 1/5
Room wasn't fully cleaned, shower didn't work, cold water didn't work only Hot.
- 4/5
I saw a lot of bad reviews for this hotel but went ahead anyway. My room and my stay were very good, especially for the price compared to other downtown hotels.
- 5/5
We loved all the extra room we had! And having 2 bathrooms was amazing! The staff was super nice! They had a great breakfast. Would stay here again 100%
- 5/5
The hotel is nice and well maintained. Our room and the hospitality where both very good.
- 5/5
The staff, location and breakfast were exceptional. My only complaint was the hard mattress but I didnt blame the staff. I would definitely recommend and return.
- 3/5
A bit outdated but a pretty good value and the staff was very nice!
- 1/5
I have little to say about what was good. The property was disgusting. I would love to talk to someone who could do something about it. I have pictures to share.
- 1/5
Roaches, torn down furniture, when told front desk no ice they said we could bring the ice tray down it was yellow and molded.. fire detector was broken and beeping half way through the night.. when packing up found clothes under bed that did not belong to us.
- 1/5
The rooms were dirty the pull out couch was busted and there were roaches in the room
- 5/5
Light didn’t work in the bed room left early
- 1/5
Hotel checked someone into our room while we were in it! A/C not working Fridge leaking water Rude night staff
- 5/5
I also loved the overall environment of the hotel and its location — it’s in such a beautiful and convenient part of Chattanooga, located close to the convention center but still peaceful. The whole atmosphere just felt warm, comfortable, and inviting.
- 2/5
Place was very dirty and understaffed
- 2/5
When I came in a pungent odor of must overwhelmed me. Not familiar with the city and the size of the hotel space surrounding I went to the room and found the air equally musty. I went to the air unit and saw black mold on the registers. I pulled out the screens and cleaned them they were filled w grey must. Thank god I travel w antiseptic wipes! The bathroom has something splattered in the wall. The tub had black marks in it. The fridge had dirt along the seal. Found eyelashes under the bedside stand and mold in the sink around the stopper . I toughed out the stay hoping the convenience would win me over. It didn’t. Food inedible - stale bagels, mold on the clementines, eggs over cooked. Wesley was the nicest part and I felt awful to even bring this up as I learned the last night of my stay others had checked out. Shame. I like other staybridges and my stay was five days.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The staff was amazing and very helpful and supplied anything we requested. I saw a maintenance person in the elevator during my stay, and he even asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable. The furniture in the rooms need updating or a good cleaning. The rooms were clean enough but does need a thorough cleaning. There were plenty of dishes, but no cooking equipment (pots, pans, etc.) we didn’t cook, so this wasn’t an issue for us, but if we needed to, we couldn’t w/o asking for the equipment. The refrigerator should be pulled out and cleaned behind and underneath after every guest visit, this may limit the amount of roaches in the room. There were roaches in the rooms and the pool area. Now we saw 5 roaches total in the room, at different times, while we were staying there. We saw 1 roach in the pool area while we were there. The areas around the pool should be cleaned daily, we saw the same hunk of hair and trash in the corner, on the floor every day that we went to the pool. The overall state of the hotel was okay for the money we paid, along with the location. Having a super friendly staff helped make up for some of the drawbacks. I hope this information helps someone.
- 5/5
A secure and well positioned hotel within the downtown area. Functional kitchenette with enough utensils and appliances to make your own meals. Very convenient walk to grocery store and many local restaurants. Staff was friendly .
- 5/5
Blake at the front desk was great. Loved the property.
- 1/5
Room carpets were crusty and hard carpet, dishwasher was full of powder soap so we couldnt use, microwave didnt work and the front desk didnt care, there is no oven in the suites just a hot plate. I prepaid the room on hotel.com and had to pay extra when I got there, the desk associated asked for a credit card and ID which I know is normal but then he swiped my card and told me I was being charged 18 dollars for parking but once I got up to my room it charge my card 44.63. I went to ask about charges and they told me it was a hold for damages if occurred and the 18 would hold and the other would drop off but the next day they charged me agine for parking another 18 dollars so be careful
- 5/5
Suite with living room and kitchenette. Wonderful pool - hot tub. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean room, would be great for a long stay, friendly staff.
- 3/5
Hot tub was broken and the area is not a good one.
- 3/5
The overall condition of the hotel was good. The only complaint was that I was charged $18.00 plus tax per day to park in the hotel lot and was not advised of such. Was literally walking distance from a customer's lot I could have parked in for free. They should have disclosed this up front.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The only complaint is the mattress was awful, very hard and comfy at all. If the mattress was a step up it would 5 star across the bord.
- 5/5
Clean room Friendly staff
- 1/5
We did not get the king room we reserved. We got to very uncomfortable full size beds. The room had a funky oder. The coffee the next morning at 6:30 had not been made and was cold. Was not a pleasant stay. Will not be going back. Wish I could get at least a partial refund.
- 1/5
Possibly one of the worst establishments I’ve been too. Only book this if you enjoy driving 8 hours, then having to clean a hotel room and be billed unknowingly. I’d have given it zero stars if it allowed.
- 2/5
The rooms are in need of an upgrade, the rooms are dark, the lighting isn't great, everything just felt cheap, from the bed pillows, to the cheap plastic tub and everything else. The kitchen had no glasses to use. Will never stay at a Staybridge Hotel again.
- 5/5
Central to a lot of areas in Chattanooga and easy to walk to them as well.
- 4/5
Everything was good just a bit out of date. The pull out couch was apparently extremely uncomfortable as said by my friend who stayed with us, but apart from that the front desk people and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and hard working.
- 5/5
The staff was great and I loved the social nights
- 4/5
We loved the layout of our room; not just a large retangle and had a full kitchen, large desk, sofa with foot stools. Not quite "Excellent" only because, even thought it was a good firm bed I would have loved a soft mattress topper (my husband was fine), and the toilet seat needs replacing simply because it was worn.
- 4/5
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Very Convenient for Convention Center Business. Room was a little musty, matress was old but overall not bad.
- 1/5
Undisclosed parking fee of $30.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Very convenient location for the convention center. Also super close to the highway. Staff were friendly. All of the amenities worked in the room I stayed in and had no issues with our room. Will be staying here again when i visit chattanooga next year for a convention.
- 5/5
Staybridge was nice, friendly peoplle and the area had a lot to partake.
- 2/5
Sofa bed was for 3rd bed but it was so old and the mattress was thin and dirty. Smoke detectors kept beeping and the maintenance didn’t know what was wrong. There wasn’t extra room that they can switch so we had to stay with beeping smoke detector. Also smoke detector was missing in the bedroom. It is convenient and close to the conversation center.
- 4/5
The room was cozy with a comfortable bed. Cleanliness was average, room had a strong musty smell.
- 4/5
Beds a little uncomfortable but otherwise nice stay. Good breakfast easy parking
- 4/5
I front desk clerk was very friendly and when I asked about Ice he had me come down and filled my ice bin from the kitchen. I like the layout of the room and the size but it feels pretty dated and there is a bit of a musty smell. The breakfast was just ok and it was kind of comical every drink dispenser said "out of order" except Dr. Pepper. But they had the good old waffle maker. The morning clerk was also very friendly and went out of his way to make conversation. They had an EV charger which was a big plus.
- 5/5
Everything was satisfactory and the folks were very nice. Excellent continental breakfast!
- 3/5
Room was very spacious & comfortable , but not very clean, no workers to clean rooms nor pool.
- 5/5
Our suite was exceptionally clean & nice. I was very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of everyone. The breakfast was good but the coffee oh my goodness it was amazing! It was a total surprise to learn that event we attended was across the street!
- 4/5
Reported to desk alarm going off in room next door since 3am. They stated they knew, was smoke alarm, did nothing to correct. When asked stated people did not want them to come in. No apology for inconveniences just to bad. Not good customer service by morning person.
- 3/5
Did the maids bother to vacuum hall ways and elevator areas, no, they stayed dirty the entire 5 days we were there. Even after a peewee football tournament was apparently in town. The room was outdated, and a little dirty but beds were clean. The toilet ran off and on all night as well as the AC unit rattling. Its the little things folks. Its the ol' attage you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Room was nice, but exposed wires caused a spark when accidentally touched. Made things uncomfortable to use the kitchen.
- 5/5
Inexpensive
- 3/5
Room is nice but never made up room even after asking 2 days in a row...phone in room didn't work never came and fixed it...kept having to ask for extra towels. Breakfast was a bit sub par and social hour didn't have beer and snack was like warm chicken fingers and soggy fries....very convenient location though.
- 5/5
Great location and employees were friendly and accommodating

*****
- 1/5
Never again while my heart beats
- 5/5
Honestly this was a great stay for a sports visit. Close to convention center and UTC. Easy parking lot. Spacious room with kitchenette. Breakfast included. Food city with Starbucks inside 0.2mi away. No complaints!
- 5/5
Great buffet breakfast and cannot beat the free coffee every day! The pool was cold but refreshing! Great value for your money!
- 3/5
Great location, rooms were not cleaned during our stay and when we requested clean towels, we were given 2 towels. Breakfast was subpar, barely a step above cereal and pastries. And there was a $18/night charge for parking.
- 3/5
Upon arrivisl my room was not ready. I srrived at 4:10 although check in is at 3:00. I was told my room would be ready in 20 minutes, 45 minutes later my room was still not ready they finally gave us another room. Breakfast was a huge disappointment as thete was only eggs, toast, yougurt and juice for 4 days.there was always large bags of trash and trash cans were always overflowing at the elevators on our floor. Was disappointed in this hotel.
- 1/5
Breakfast items were largely out of stocks. Bed sheets had not been cleaned. My child found "some slimy stuff" in the bed. Furnishings in the room were damaged included carpet coming up. We left and stayed at a different hotel.
- 5/5
Super convenient to everything. You could walk to shop and/or eat. Very clean. Not many food choices at the nightly reception or breakfast bars like all other Staybridge Suites…..
- 3/5
We have stay here several time before, but this time there were several issues! Microwave did not work, we were informed that we could use the one in the lobby but elevator was out of service and it was an inconvenience to have to walk down stairs and outside to go back in the building. Needless to say we ate cold food. Staff was great and very apologetic. I hope things get fixed properly.
- 5/5
The pool is exceptional, location is central and walkable to great restaurant. The suite with two rooms and kitchenette is great and relatively affordable. Overall, very pleased.
- 5/5
Tge staff was friendly, professional the breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Great location off the interstate w/ parking. Clean and good breakfast.
- 4/5
This hotel was in a convenient location to downtown and other tourist attractions. It felt safe and was very clean. Hot tub was excellent and pool temperature was fine for the kids. Breakfast could've been better, or at least had more options. They ran out of bacon early in the morning and no other meat options were offered. The double waffle maker was more than sufficient for the breakfast rush. We also enjoyed the fountain soda that was available.
- 3/5
It was a lovely stay with exception of pool area where there where adults and kids turning back flips off the wall of hot tub into the pool
- 5/5
Was great
- 4/5
Very pleasant stay had a blast in the hot tub just didn’t have hot water to shower
- 5/5
The hotel is right off major highway and convenient to get to. It's clean, and quite
- 5/5
Property manager is excellent took great care of me!
- 5/5
Convenient to convention center and downtown shuttles. First-rate staff. Property in good condition and kept clean and maintained.
- 2/5
Overall hotel was nice. It would have been perfect if we had air conditioning in the room. It was reported and was told maintenance was on the way. After an hr I called back and night shift knew nothing and said maintenance was on the way. Communication between staff was terrible. Therefore made our stay even worse. They did give extra rewards points which was nice but not what was offered to begin with.
- 5/5
We do a girls trip every year and this place was easy to get to. Easy to check in the front desk guy was very friendly. The only issue was the couch with the pull out bed was broke, no sheets or extra blanket for it. I reported to the front desk at check out. The lady said that they were in the process of replacing them
- 4/5
Good place to enjoy and relax for a long drive and visit near places around
- 5/5
Great stay. Hotel was clean, perfect location, friendly service!!
- 3/5
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, first room refrigerator wasn’t working so got moved to another room. Carpets were old and smelly. Pool was super busy and two of the three washers were broken.
- 3/5
There was no staff around after check-in. Outlet near bed did not work, nor did the phones in the room. Could not contact anyone to report these problems.
- 4/5
Very clean but rooms could use some updating and ventilation to avoid a musty smell. Again, very clean, good free breakfast and very nice front desk staff.
- 3/5
Overall stay was just okay. Our suite (room 316) had a strong smell of marijuana and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. (We washed them) The door handle to the bathroom was missing and there was only a hole to close it with. Breakfast was good - sausage, eggs, cubed potatoes, waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels, scones, oatmeal, coffee, juice and fountain drinks. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was superb. The pool and hot tub were both really nice. There’s even a bathroom in the pool area although it wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were helpful, efficient and professional. Both gates to the parking lot were broken so there was no need to pay the $9 parking fee and the staff was up front about it. Tub in bathroom was quite high to step into but I’m an older person with bad knees so this is why it was an issue for me. There was no light in the shower. Bed was comfortable and offered a firm amd a down feather type pillow to choose from on both sides. The suite had a lot to offer for an extended stay - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, a cart to store groceries, toaster, range top, microwave and starter dish soap and coffee. I would give this hotel 2.5 stars because the things that were wrong would be so easy to fix given a little care and attention. The hotel wasn’t busy so it seemed as though someone didn’t take the time to do things right.
- 5/5
Nice price for a nice room.
- 4/5
Good for the price, and conveniently located for doing things downtown. The hot tub was nice and hot. Front desk staff were competent and friendly. The hotel feels a bit dated/older, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good but it was overcrowded and felt a little chaotic in that area throughout the morning. Parking was convenient.
- 5/5
The Suite was really nice. There should be another elevator we had some long wait times for our group of 7 to get up to our rooms. The staff was really friendly but I felt the front desk was extremely under staffed I had to wait a half hour to check in.
- 5/5
Great staff! Clean and quiet! Definitely recommend
- 5/5
Easy access from the interstate. Once checked in, we drove around the building and parking was well lighted, safe and easy to access. The breakfast was A+. Directly across the street from the Chattanooga Conventions Center and lots of room behind the lobby to visit, play games, etc. We didn't use the pool or sauna. Laundry room on site too. Very clean.
- 2/5
Overall just a terrible hotel.
- 4/5
The hot tub was too hot and the pool was extremely cold. We loved our room. Overall, we loved our stay.
- 5/5
quick & easy parking. Safe and comfortable environment. Surroundings include top- notch dining/ restaurants & attractions.
- 4/5
It was great place to sray
- 5/5
Nice place, clean
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Good breakfast and location
- 4/5
Good rooms and clean. Good breakfast. Decent staff. Areas to hang out when not in room. Close to downtown. Pool was really disgusting which is one of the amenities we got the room for. So many people used it that the hot tub was dark brown from dirt and pool was murky. The rest of the property was great. Didnt like I had to pay for parking and no fan in bathroom.
- 2/5
My room had mold in the shower, a dirty and torn shower curtain, and food stained silverware. I showed pictures to the front desk staff and he just acted like it was no big deal. Definitely choose another place to stay!
- 5/5
Hands down great stay!!! Everything was nice and convenient. The staff was excellent will be back whenever I’m in Chattanooga
- 3/5
Very out of date. Rooms are dark and dreary.
- 5/5
My only dislike is no place to have my little dogs to do their business. Parking area has small little islands of grass. Thats it.
- 3/5
The rooms had a bad smell in them, the 1st room we had the AC didn't work but they immediately moved us to a different room. The furniture was outdated. The main reason we booked there was because of the indoor pool but it was so cold we couldn't even stand to get in for long, as soon as we felt it we were out. I have stayed at alot if hotels and for the price this one was not worth it.
- 1/5
The hot tub was cold and brown, and once I asked the front desk about it, he said it needed to be drained for maintenance. We had specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub because it was Easter and the kids were excited. There were bandaids and clumps of hair the size of my fist allover the pool deck. My son who is 9 and loves swimming refused to swim because of "germs" - That's a first, ever. It was that gross in there. Our 13 year old couldn't sit and watch tv on the pull out without it starting to close up on her, and the mattress was ripped all down the entire side. It was 3 inches thick with springs and it woke everyone up in the bedroom everytime she moved, all night long. Front desk told me I would be paying a $90 rate because of these issues, and once I got home and checked the charge - they didn't! I emailed them and they haven't replied and it's been a week. Lastly, although other guests activities aren't the hotel's responsibility, the walls were so thin that my kids and I heard people screaming having sex ALL NIGHT, MULTIPLE TIMES and it scared them. So the walls are very thin!
- 3/5
They charged for parking, and employees didn’t give a warm welcome. Charge high prices for their drinks. And amenities were ok, they could use some updating
- 5/5
The beds wasnt verg comfortable and they had 4 guest but only enough tows for 2 and you have to gonto front dest ask for more
- 5/5
Very nice place with a family. Especially if you have an event at convention center.
- 4/5
Located beside the Chattanooga Convention Center downtown, all amenities within walking distance.
- 4/5
The property was walkable to the free bus. The noise from the street was terrible and especially botherson at night. But we enjoyed the amenities and the room was nice and big and clean. Will definitely consider staying again when we come back to chattanooga
- 4/5
I can only complain about 1 thing and that is the AC unit in our room was extremely loud and sounded like it was vibrating the walls. I would recommend this place. And I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Pool water was very cold. Hot tub water was as warm as the pool should have been.. not hot at all.
- 2/5
We stayed here for my son’s graduation from linemen school for two nights. They apparently had planned plumbing maintenance that left us without water for hours. And no one could really answer any questions. It was only a walk across the street to the convention center for graduation but the inconvenience of not being able to shower after a day in the sun was not what I was expecting.
- 2/5
I reserved a room because it was literally across from where we had to go for a tournament. The beds were hard, there were roaches in the room, coffee was never hot, and I literally had to shake my clothes out just to make sure I didn’t bring any food unwanted guests back home with me
- 5/5
Our room was super nice. I liked the separated areas
- 4/5
Stayed at this location due to event at convention center across the street. Nice location, parking & pet friendly. Breakfast was good. Only issue was not having towels ready at pool, had to ask front desk & wait for a bit when daughter was OVER SWIMMING. Not a big issue, just a slight inconvenience.
- 4/5
The property was nice and the rooms were nice. The problem was with one of the assistant managers that was at the front desk on Friday April 11th around 3pm being very rude and not giving clear instructions on where to park. The guys name was Adam he was very rude and mean spirited.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 2/5
Bed skirt had stains and sofa and chair were dirty and ripped
- 4/5
Convenient to where I was working. Property needs updating
- 3/5
Not bad, other than pool being for 2 1/2 days of our visit. Kids spring break
- 1/5
Not a well-kept facility. Had multiple maintenance problems with bathroom. Pool area was in disrepair. Water was very murky and very cold. Beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
We arrived earlier than check-in time, Manager Patricia was extremely friendly and accommodating to get us checked in early so we could drop our things off and have access to our room. Thank you!
- 3/5
The beds were hard.
- 4/5
We were in Chattanooga for an overnight stay. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Had to wait while the phone rang about 25 times before someone came to the desk. Once someone was there, check in was quick. Parking is additional cost, which I will never understand with any hotels. The cleanliness is fair. There is a large amount of water due to use of the indoor pool. There was hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. The refrigerator had an odd smell. I would suggest using baking soda boxes. The beds are firmer than I prefer, but not super uncomfortable. The pillows were a fantastic. There is Dove products available which was nice because I did not bring shampoo or conditioner. There was not a hair dryer in our room, it appeared to have been removed from the wall. The toilet handle was loose so you hand to kinda push in to flush the toilet. The water pressure wasn’t that great but the temperature was good. Large breakfast selection. Not bad for an overnight stay.
- 1/5
The beds were stiff with flat pillows. I think the floor would have been more comfortable. The shower was slow to drain. There was not much room to get to the bathroom thru the bedroom due to the beds.
- 2/5
I knew there was NO WAY I would've booked a room for the price they told me, so I double checked and then showed them my booking price on hotels.com.. they then changed something on their end and came up with a number much lower and excused it as an automatic charge in their system but couldn't tell me what it was..
- 5/5
Front desk and breakfast staff were amazingly polite and very helpful.
- 4/5
Overall very comfortable stay. Great for families. Easy to get anything delivered. Close to attractions. I wish the staff would have had allowed waffles on Sunday. Also, the furniture in our room needs to be updated. It was worn. The beds were ok. Very firm. But we slept well and there were lots of pillows. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Parts of the room was damaged
- 5/5
We stayed one night here for a quick trip to the Chattanooga Aquarium, the room was perfect size for my husband, myself, our grown daughter and two small grandchildren. Having a full kitchen was nice! Would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
The pool was cold and wasn't as clean as it should have been inside and around the pool area. My bedroom door wouldn't shut or lock. Great location but needs to be updated. The shower was great and the dove products smelled wonderful. I liked the gated parking. Close enough to everything we were visiting within a 5 minute drive. The price was great at first glance but by the time all the fees were added initially, it became a bit pricy only to have more fees added at check in. Overpriced considering that the ammenities weren't up to par. The breakfast was ok but not great. I was looking forward to waffles but only seen where they would have been if they had served them. The juice machine was out of order both days, which is usually one of the highlights for a good breakfast. The drinking water was not extremely cold and the ice maching didn't work but my husband said the coffee was really good. I also wanted to say that the layout of the room was great for a bigger family.
- 4/5
Overall id rate the property a 8/10. The room was clean but the air vents where filled with dust. The hotel was clean. Only downside is parking is 18$ a day and thats not mentioned in expedias description.
